Very good store staff very friendly and helpful got a wide range of stock

Required a paint sample analysed in order to buy a can of emulsion. The outlet was staged by very willing but very young employees. There were mixed messages between staff as to whether the analysing/mixing equipment was working. All sounded a bit negative but eventually a lad was found who was competent. He managed to mix the paint but did spill an amount that tainted the tin. The store was small and seemed very tired and run down. Plus, Google maps couldn't find the car park entrance.

I visited Stoke-on-Trent branch, staff are lovely really helpful and the kitchen department is great. You don’t have to be Looking for a full kitchen to benefit from some of their products. They don’t have the biggest ranges of things, But the prices of quality seem good on what they do sell

Overall. The shop has a wonderful team. I am happy the way they are and how they treat their customers. I enjoy the experience here. It is a great store, but like all stores it has its flaws... Sometimes the website says the store has items in stock but there is none. Sometimes the store is messy, but that cant always be helped. There is also plenty of thefts, items missing from packers and boxes. Overall, it's in a nice location and it's got what you need for most DIY projecta

Ordered online then went to collect my goods only half an hour later and they were ready to go. Really quick service in store. It was a large 1 tonne bag of aggregate and the team were very helpful lifting it up and onto the trailer with a forklift truck.

Had a bathroom fitted from here. Finished room looks amazing. Was fitted by a sub contractor who was very friendly, pleasant and helpful. The first one to look at the job was a miserable bad mannered git and didn't want the job, presumably because I was doing all the preparation work myself but the second one (Tim) was great and his standard of work was excellent.

Although my experience didn’t start off very well as only part of my order was delivered. I contacted the Fenton Branch to report the part delivery and spoke with a lady named Grace Baddeley. From the very start she dealt with my problem with professionalism and empathy. She sorted out the issue and arranged for delivery of my order once the items had come back into stock. She communicated with me and kept me up to date. My issue as now been resolved and I have Grace Baddeley to thank for this. She has brilliant customer service skills and went the extra mile which you rarely get these days. I am a firm believer of recognising people who go the extra mile as customers rarely review and recognise good outcomes. So thank you again Grace Baddeley you deserve to be recognised and I hope your head office let you know about this review and how appreciative we are of the service you provided. I like this place, it's got everything for the budding D.I.Y. dudes. Its location is ideal, good for parking and if you've got the Mrs or kids with you, then you can just send them across the road to McDonnalds and have yourself a leisurely walk around the store enjoying what it's got to offer. The only bad thing, is the price of goods here have really shot up over the last few years. Which is a great shame, because you used to get quality items for a good price. Now same everywhere, you've got to pay top money for everything.

No complaints, good parking and had what I needed although I get a little bored having to check the wood is straight. They seem to get more than their fair share of poorly cut or simply warped wood. But heh, got what I needed.

Good store , but the click and collect site is awful, tried to change my single order of an item to 2, that then made it 3, ??????? Tried to alter, then became 5, NIGHTMARE! no way of readjusting at check out.......................Help!!!!!!

This year we finally saved enough to have our bathroom and kitchen done. We cannot explain how pleased we are. Wickes are so good, from Arthur doing the design, to Paul(bathroom) and Phil and Gareth(kitchen), plus their team's, they are a credit.

Why is wickes more expensive on some items than B&Q seems weird they probably have the same suppliers. But then that could be said the same B&Q. Tomato said in English vs tomato said in American (which is also English lol)

Not the most organised place you could visit and you might have to hunt around a bit for what you want but the prices are very good and the staff are pleasant.
