Fantastic bathroom displays and fabulous tiles for walls and flooring. But their phone service is really not so good, meaning you did to go there. Not cheap, but sometimes they have 40% off sales but still expensive, but if you want that special look, then it's worth it.

We waited almost 2 hours at the porcelanosa store to be seen by someone (didn't have an appointment) I was on the verge of giving up waiting, felt nobody bothered to give us an update either or acknowledge we were waiting, felt very much ignored. Then we met Karisha. I can honestly say she was definetly worth every minute of that wait. We were so lucky to be seen by her, the knowledge and expertise she had was uncomparable with anyone we had previosuly seen. As we were renovating the entire house needed tiles and accosies for 4 bathrooms, she patiently went through one by one and pointed out the small small details that we had forgotten. We ofcourse corrected everything as per Karishas advise, and its one of the best decisions we made in the renovation project. The tiles were amazing and we asked our tiler to follow Karishas advise... and the picture I have attached of one of the bathrooms with this review will speak for itself. From the bottom of our heart, thank you Karisha! You are amazing.

We received exceptional service from Ricky Chang Consultant at the Watford site. He went out of his way to help us with a number of options and followed up with an email of recommendations made at the time of the visit. First class service and we loved the showroom as well, although are likely to have to use the Southampton store for purchases as we live on the Isle of Wight.

I had a query on an old toilet seat where the fixing had come away from its housing. It was a long shot to find any details but the agent Monica Szabo did her best to look through the company details but had to conclude that the product was no longer available. She did however ring me back to point out that there was another model which could have the same sized replacement hinges which I am now investigating. Full marks for perseverance

Harpreet's service was outstanding and he deserves 5 stars. However our experiences with the other staff has had a negative impact on our rating. We bought 5 bathrooms from the Watford branch. One of the sinks was wrongly ordered by Mohammed and we thought at the time that it's not unusual to make errors like this given the size of the order and so we went back to Mohammed again to resolve this. He was unable to solve the matter himself and so he took our case to the After Sales department to a lady called Daisy (who was also unable to help us). We made at least 2 visits every week in the last month in addition to writing several emails to both Daisy and Mohammed, trying to resolve what we assumed would be a not too complicated issue. We visited the showroom today and fortunately we were able to meet Harpreet who resolved this issue within 10 minutes in addition to saving us £600 as Mohammed had reordered both a sink and a vanity unit instead of just replacing the sink. Harpreet identified this error straight away and found that we only needed to change the sink and not the vanity unit. In addition to this, Harpreet made the necessary arrangements for us to collect the sink the next day. We owe Harpreet a big thank you for being such an efficient manager and not only saving us £600 but also arranging for our delivery to be made promptly. Harpreet was able to completely change our very negative experience into one that has given us faith in Porcelenosa's customer service.

The only reasons for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the reluctance of Hussain’s colleagues to help out when he wasn’t working and the tiles that came damaged taking 6 weeks to be replaced. We visited the showroom after a recommendation from our bathroom fitter. The advisor we met was Mohammed who showed us around and answered our questions and gave us helpful information. There were a lot of questions. We returned a couple of weeks later to make a decision on the tiles we wanted. We made sure we saw Mo and he was as helpful and friendly as before. After we’d decided on the tiles we had further questions and he couldn’t have been more patient and enthusiastic. A credit to the showroom.

Spent nearly half an hour here checking the bathroom and kitchens and not 1 member of staff approached us to ask if we needed any assistance. There seems to also be no uniform to what staff wear. I noticed people sitting at staff desks with outdoor jackets on. Therefore customers wouldn't even know who to ask for help. It's a shame as their designs appear to be very nice. Must loose out on a lot of business with this mismanagement of customers.

Thank you for the brilliant service, advice, helping us as we chose beautiful tiles and bathroom fittings. Thank you also for planning the order and delivery schedules so that they were delivered as we needed them through the project timelines. I wanted to purchase 2 items from the online store, but the website would not allow 'Click and Collect'. I called the Watford store directly and the showroom manager processed my order over the phone in about 10 minutes. I was able to pick up 1 item of my order the next afternoon. (The 2nd item is a special order with a lead time of 5 weeks, so I am waiting for that.) Very pleased with the efficient service I received from Harpreet Sehmi. The reason I am knocking a star off is because Porcelanosa should sort out its website to enable Click and Collect. The text says it is available, but as you go through the check-out process, only shipping is available. It is really frustrating for people who only want to buy a few items and live close to a store.

We found the experience at Porcelanosa excellent, great relaxed atmosphere, great displays to view around the store offering many ideas to consider but mostly the wonderful service we received. Karisha Maru was so helpful and attentive each time we visited, providing friendly yet highly professional advice and guidance. Porcelanosa tiles are really nice, the showrooms are beautiful and the staff are friendly. They do have some problems with answering the phone and not getting back to you when they say they will, which I put down to not having enough staff to match the demand. I had a recent experience where two different difficult situations had to be dealt with which show the merits of a couple of their staff and highlight deficiencies in their set up. First was the late delivery of a corner piece, caused by the current fuel/driver shortage issue, thankfully one of the Watford team (Manish) found a creative solution and personally packaged and posted item to me - thank you Manish. The other was where a mix up had resulted in the wrong part being ordered and I needed a quick solution from Porcelanosa so that I had the part before the builder ran out of time. I was trying to get someone to move quickly and found it difficult. The After Sales support route has to start with an email and the auto reply to your email says that they will respond in 24 to 48 hours. For urgent issues 48 hours does not match the customers requirement. I tried to push faster to get their engagement quicker than 48 hours but was not really successful (46 hours, I think). Then on one phone call I was told that my solution would take 5 weeks and that it was impossible to go any faster to get stock from Spain. Thankfully I got help from Aditi and a solution was found (although due to the 48 hour delay it is still going to cause me some problems). In summary, I would use them again and I’m grateful for the help they gave me. They need to work on responding more quickly and when they say they will, and they need to reduce the standard response time to after sales issues when the builder is on site, as this is a time critical period for the customer.

I needed a small quantity of tiles, to match existing, for a bathroom refurb.I was advised that Porcelanosa supplied the original, twelve months previous. I contacted the Watford branch, emailed some photographs and next day they located an exact match. I found Porcelanosa to be very worthy of the five stars I have awarded them. The whole operation, from speaking with the office staff to arranging delivery, was very professional. Although the order was small, their sales consultant, Mohammed, did not spare his time on the telephone, answering my queries, and he was very prompt with his replies to my emails. The payment process is very simple. I can recommend Porcelanosa.

After the visit, David always respond my questions by email or call me straightaway. Me and my wife are absolutely delighted with the end to end service we received from Porcelanosa, Karisha Maru our sales advisor truly made it into a great customer experience. She consulted us on how to design the bathroom, what combination of tiles, mosaic and trims would work best and helped coordinate the special orders so that the delivery was made within tight timescales. 3 sheets of the marble mosaics were damaged but were replaced without hesitation and quick delivery for another special order. We bought tiles for kitchen from Porcelanosa following recommendation about the quality of its tiles. Though we had to drive 90 miles to the nearest showroom in Watford, it was all worth it. We were particularly impressed with Karisha Maru, showroom consultant. She helped us to choose the one to suit our need, which we are very pleased with. Our Tile installer was extremely pleased with the quality of tiles which look really nice in our kitchen. As we needed more tiles for the hallway, she informed us about the upcoming sales and guided us to the type of tiles we were looking for. Our experience with Porcelanosa on both occasions has been very good, and certainly 5* is for Karisha Maru, who, in opinion is easily the best sales person I have come across so far.

From the moment I entered the store, the staff were attentive and helpful in answering all of my questions (of which I had many) They were friendly, patient and polite. They guided me through the process, clearly pointing out when things would be delivered and were very clear about the terms and conditions of my order. I actually made an honest mistake with my ordering and was not penalised for this. My experience was clearly very different from some of the others mentioned here. We have just been and the products and showroom are beautiful. Luckily I hadn't read these reviews before going! I have now visited 3 times and we have bought some bathroom items from them. I have dealt with 2 members of staff. I don't know names unfortunately. The asian gentleman was very helpful and knew the products very well. He had good suggestions and was happy to walk around talking about the products. The younger asian lady was pretty miserable, as was the black woman serving coffee. I can't stand it when staff anywhere don't acknowledge that you are waiting with 'sorry to keep you, I'll be with you shortly'. Even worse when people don't even say 'Hello, what can I do for you?' I don't count eye contact as a greeting. I heard the asian lady complaining about workload. I will just say one thing -a smile costs nothing! Please smile and greet your customers warmly, it makes all the difference! I am looking forward to my products, however, as they looked beautiful in the showroom. And thank you very much to the asian man on the front desk. I will write again when products installed.
