Have had a couple of Steam showers now, the first being a cheaper flashy model from the internet. It was okay, but when the first problems occurred there were no spare parts or reliable contact to offer advice. It lasted 3 years - no more. I paid a bit extra and chose a Larvik from Eden showers and with no regrets. Bits have broken over time but they have always been replaceable, and at no charge to myself and almost immediately if I pick up. Decent product, great customer service.

I Purchased a Larvik quadrant steam shower 900mm just over 5 years ago and it has been flawless. I needed to order a new set of roller wheels for the doors. When I called today they said they will send out a new set by post and there is no charge as its only just out of warranty. I cannot over emphasise how great their customer service is. I tried offering to cover the postage and they said no. Thank you for a great product and excellent customer service. Highly recommended to anyone thinking of getting one you will have total peace of mind.

We have the Larvik Square/Rectangle Steam Cabinet. We can honestly say from experience of several different steam cabinets over the years that this is the best. The build quality is outstanding. To have a cabinet that is silicone free is amazing, no unsightly silicone or having to replace it. The steam cabinet is absolutely leak proof. We have to give credit to the the excellent team at Eden Steam Showers, they helped with any questions we had and the after sale customer care is 5 star. We have had a Larvik shower for 5 years the quality of the product is fabulous it does not leak and is very easy to keep looking fresh as there is no tile grout or mastic to discolour. I have just had minor issue with the radio in the shower and even after five years the aftercare service from Eden Showers has been fantastic. This company has exceeded my expectations in service & quality From making first contact by telephone & an in depth talk through of my requirements -this ended with me placing an order, this was delivered on time ( i live 250 miles from their base) Well packaged so no damage - very easy to assemble & very clear instructions. Although warranty is 2 years I experienced a fault in an extract fan after almost 3 years & after a simple call this was replaced without a quibble. We looked for a shower cabin to replace an old aqua plus one, that we had, had for a few years. we decided to travel from Leeds to the showroom as we felt paying for the shower without seeing the quality was a bit of a risk. Well, we were not disappointed, all the shower cabins are of an excellent quality. We bought a larvik rectangular cabin with a roof. We were even able to bring it back home with us ( good timing and excellent customer service ). We followed the instructions step by step and by tea-time had a beautiful new shower installed in our bathroom. It looks amazing and is so easy to keep clean, so much easier than our old aqua plus shower. If you are looking for a leakproof shower cabin, Eden is the place to go. I would strongly recommend Eden Steam Showers to anyone. I am so happy with my shower and also with the customer service I received, both before and after sales. I decided to buy one of these as I suffer from arthritis and especially in the winter, moving first thing in the morning can be difficult. I had a disastrous experience with a competitor model (Insignia) and was really worried about buying another steam shower. I nearly dismissed buying one altogether but phoned Kelly to have a chat first. He was so knowledgeable about the whole industry – he clearly knows his field well – and he was able to confirm that Eden manufactured more sturdy and higher quality models. We went to visit the showroom and had another chat with a member of staff before buying. Our minds were soon put at rest. The shower is really robust and made of good quality and thick materials. It was super easy to install – a lot of the work had already been done with some of the fittings so it didn’t take very long to build the cabin and move into position. The steam generator is reliable and the sound system sounds great – much better than Insignia. We don’t worry that the water pipes will come off as they are firmly attached. The waste pipe is thick and doesn’t kink or shrink when in contact with steam. The shower tray is really thick and doesn’t look like anything could break it. The glass is also nice and solid and the doors roll easily. We have had no issues at all and we have been able to completely forget about any maintenance. There are no leaks, everything works well and it stays pretty clean. Eden does so many different models at different budgets and their friendliness and great service make them a market leader as far as I am concerned. I have recommended them to all of my friends. I would highly recommend that anyone buys on of these showers too. I also would not wait until you have arthritis – these are a small luxury that anyone can enjoy and our friends love using the shower when they stay.

Excellent customer service and a great shower cabin. We decided to install a shower cabin, we found this Company online and went to their showroom to have a look at a good range of display showers.It is important to be able to see what you are purchasing which you cannot do if bought online.The owners are very nice and have a very good understanding of their product.We chose the 1200x900 offset quadrant.We had a monsoon shower head and extra shelves instead of body jets.Delivery was made by a very nice driver who was prompt and polite.All very well packaged so all in perfect condition.Assembly and installation was straight forward,we had a friend to help us as he is good with plumbing and it was all done in a day.We also felt confident that we could phone the shop for help if needed. Using the shower is easy and it stays cleaner than our old one.No more mould or damp.We also fitted a powerful inline extraction system so we opted not to have a cabin roof. Overall I would recommend a shower cabin to anyone and to purchase from this Company as you won't be disappointed.

I purchased the 850 Quadrant Monsoon shower cubicle, with roof, earlier this year. My son in law fitted it for me and I have to say that it's not quite as easy to errect as is made out. Some of the screw holes on the upright panels didn't match up, so had to be re-drilled. The main problem we found was that the drain supplied isn't British Standard so you need to bodge the connection (with PTFE tape it worked well, however, I'd recommend changing the drain with a UK unit). Only twice have we experianced a leak - if the hand shower unit is aimed at the front sliding door, just where the slot is to allow any water to drain back into the base, water can be forced up the slot and out onto the floor. I say it happened twice because I couldn't work out where it had come from the first time! All in all an excellent unit and I would certainly recommend it - I would also recommend having the roof as it prevents the bathroom steaming up - great!

Five star rating from me with this product !!!! .. please read on ... I love this shower it does all it says on the tin and having used it for almost a year now I can say it stays in great shape and I'm even happier now than when I bought it. The material quality is great. I had the optional " lid " for the shower and this really sets off the look of the shower / gives a sense of completeness but best of all the lid keeps the moisture inside the shower cubicle rather than allowing loads of steam to condense on the wall tiles of the room like I had before when a bath was installed - worth thinking about when buying as my room now stays almost perfectly dry at all times and of course the rest of the house benefits from this too. I installed it myself and did the plumbing, the instructions were just fine and all worked out well. I met Kelly the business owner at the shop and he is a gentleman who explains all and gives assurance when required without any " sell " preferring the product to speak for itself, once you've seen showers in other shops you get to see what he means. Initially my wife was sceptical ( she is of everything and everybody ) so I decided to drive her from our home in South Wales to the shop in London to view which was a trip of 160 miles each way - we'd seen lots of showers locally without that satisfied feel. However once viewed and having discussed the product with Kelly we placed an order there and then and have never regretted it. My wife is a convert and recommends it at every opportunity. So I guess you've picked up on the fact I / we love the shower, too true and I'm sure you will when you get yours. Finally dont forget the no mastic and no leaks aspect as it is no small thing for apart from being true it gives a wonderful feeling of confidence. Thanks Kelly and thank you Eden Steam Showers.

This is the 2nd (same) shower we have bought from you. The previous one was 10 yrs old and we wanted the same again. Couple of teething problems when fitted: 1 the adjuster wheels were put on incorrectly 2 The hot water was only luke warm. Phoned Kelly Bruce and he talked me through the 2 problems. His knowledge and understanding was 2nd to none and the problems were rectified within minutes. The instruction manual could be a bit more explicit. Looking forward to another 10 yrs showering WELL DONE The plumber was very impressed with the shower and he is recommending it to future customers Ivan
