Had Pears here all week doing a complete overhaul! All new windows, new front door, replaced patio door with French doors also had fascia’s, soffits and guttering done! Have you say the installation guys were fantastic! They did a brilliant job and we’re so happy with the whole job. The difference in the house already is noticeable! Thank you all for doing such a good job - can’t recommend you all enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a double glazed back door and a composite front door fitted, by pears. The quality of the product is superb, the guys who fitted turned up on time got the work done and left the site in perfect condition. Having already gained a number of alternative quotes, we have got excellent service and products for less than anyone else quoted. Pears / Worcester Trade Frames have excellent fitters who do a first class job and the product is outstanding. The aftersales service leaves a little to be desired. We waited 3 months for a replacement piece for our doors fitted in July. Work on the aftesales service from Worcester Trade Frames and you will have the perfect match.

My experience with this company has been excellent. Bill the salesman was honest and set realistic expectations on timeframes, Jennie and Carly in the office were quick to respond to my questions when a couple of supplier deliveries were delayed (Not Pears fault) and the fitter Dave was a lovely chap who was clearly very good at his job. Price was competitive and they are a local company who in my opinion are more motivated to do a great job than a national outfit. Me and my partner are delighted with our new doors!

Was great, right from the off Bill was a top salesman and made me confident in the products and workmanship at a great price too. Contacted Pears to found out if they would be able to assess my existing windows to ascertain what life was left in them as I was selling my property. This was not a usual request for them but Bill gladly offered to help and came out two days later. I was impressed with both his knowledge and professionalism but most important of all, his honesty. He knew exactly what style of window was in place and was able to advise longevity of each window. At no point was any sales pitch attempted and I was advised that I had another five -ten years of life left in my existing windows. I was so impressed with the service that I received from Pears Home Improvements and I would not only use them for the replacement of my windows and doors in future but I would also highly recommend them!
