M. N.The tool hire team (Sherry and James) are brilliant, always friendly and helpful. They know the products and bring a personal touch to the service. I've had items delivered and have picked up from the store. There's been no problem with any aspect including the refunds for deposits and early returns. Keep up the good work! NB. Don't be put off by the cars parked outside the gates, there is customer parking inside.
