I had my pre assessment at BMI Edgbaston Hospital and I’d have to say that the all the staff are polite and very friendly. They made me feel at ease and gave me reassurance and explained what I needed to know about my surgery. Thank you so much for your kindness and professionalism.

Great service and lovely staff! The Edgbaston Hospital has very high standards of service, it is clean and well-presented. Following my operation, the quality of care was fantastic, all the staff were polite caring and made me feel welcoming. From cleaner, catering staff, reception, the nurse and theatre staff. You really gave it your all. All requirements were met. The rooms was fit for purpose (tv, phone etc) and had an accessible bathroom en-suite, which was large and again - fit for purpose. Advice for BMI : you need to up your game with your CQC rating and implement changes.

Excellent care, very clean rooms, staff did everything they could to keep you happy and comfortable. Food was great and porters were great. Harborne Ward and pre assessment both ran very well. I am particularly wanting to say thank you to Amrit who looked after me over the majority of my stay and Mr Yousri Affifi & his team for doing such a great job of my surgery and really helping me to feel at ease.

Arrived at the hospital for my pre op assessment, which was done effectively and efficiently. The nurses was very helpful and informative. Arrived the following morning for my operation which was carried out better than expected unfortunately I had to stay a couple of nights to which staff was over accommodating to me and my partner as we had travelled over 2 hours he was allowed to stay in the room with me and provided with blankets,meals and cushions. The hospital has great facilities in the rooms and was kept immaculate throughout my stay.

Start of this week on Monday 17th I went in to BMI Edgbaston Hospital for a total left knee replacement all the staff from the surgery team who did my operation to all the personnel on my ward and the physio team was fantastic you made me feel so welcoming and completely at home i could not of ask to be looked after any better or more than this hospital and team did. very much appreciated and thank you all For the people who are going in today or tomorrow worry about nothing your in very good hands.

I had a procedure at the Priory hospital which went very well. As a self paying patient I paid in full on the day as described in the hospital information 'All-inclusive treatments with a fixed price up front'. Therefore I did not expect to receive two subsequent invoices totaling £330. I telephoned the Accounts Dept three times & sent an email & after a month I was told I did not owe this money. I had my pre op procedures at Edgbaston Hospital & the operation at Priory hospital, so I assume this financial issue was between the two hospitals & should not have involved me at all?!

I had a lovely experience today, a COVID, blood & ECG test in one foul swoop. Half an hour in and out, Jordan made me feel very comfortable in the ECG and the lady who gave me the other 2 tests was so skilled. Top class. Thank you

Nothing like city... heartlands... sandwell... good hope. Straight in for blood tests dead on my appointment time n was out within minutes. Same with pre op assessment... in and out. Can't fault the staff and surgeons here. Staff are very polite and helpful and my surgeon was amazing

I had a procedure in July I felt some of the staff were very helpful and just the one off that was a bit abrupt and rude My main concerns was with the appointment bookings and cancelled dates But most of all my post op follow up I was told it would be within 4-6 weeks I had to continually chase them up to be told it was booked for a certain date then finding out it hadn’t been booked at all
