s.Very nice and polite receptionist and staff. It is in a lovely building with some parking. Didn’t have to wait long at all, thank you.
A. K.Great to have an out of hours service. But to sit and watch people get seen before you when you feel so bad and have to wait over an hour for appointment I can not help but feel the system could be improved. I do understand that people are seen based on priority. But if it's that bad why aren't they down A and E. Would be good to keep the appointment times in my opinion. I could have been at home resting for the time I had to wait.
P. M.My 94 year old father attended an appointment in the Podiatry dept and was seen by a lady called Helen on 11th February 2019. He was utterly delighted with the service, almost instantly seen and was treated with patience, respect and the utmost professionalism. Thank you very much.
