Alistair, Paramedic in car, and Darren and his colleague in their ambulance were brilliant yesterday, 12th Sept, on Mersea Island. Our 2.5 yo grandson was suffering breathing problems and they were individually and as a team totally reassuring. Austin was in hospital overnight, hopefully coming home later today. Many thanks guys, you’re a credit to the profession.

Thank you so much to Scot & Paul who attended my accident about midday on the 22/07/20 & other ambulance personnel. I was trapped by my leg under an excavator (broken fibia, only thankfully). They were very professional & considerate. Their care for me, didn't stop on delivery to A&E, they checked on me during my stay in A&E & were always a delight to chat to. I realise they may not be based at Colchester so please pass this on to them. Thankfully yours Dave Begent.
