I honestly can't recommend now cosmetic surgery enough. I mean it! From the start they are so helpful and they are not pushy, they give you all the information and let you come back to them when you're ready. The surgery it self went amazing, the rooms were very clean and my surgeon was very helpful and looked after me. Scott is amazing, his after care is second to none! One of the best things about this company is the aftercare, it's absolutely amazing. After the procedure you really do need guidance after you have a hair transplant. Any worries you may have Scott is available on WhatsApp or on the phone to give you any info you need and put you at ease. I'm 2 weeks in and oh my I'm so so happy with the results. I wasn't happy with my hair line before but now wow it's amazing I can't stop looking in the mirror I can't wait for the end result. Thanks again guys so much for bringing my confidence back, if I ever need another transplant in the future I'll be using these again for sure. Also I went to the London Harrow clinic. Lastly make sure you wear a zip up top or shirt so you don't pull a top over your head after the transplant and they do provide lunch also.

I’m was on the fence for years about getting the surgery and then finally decided to go for it. I did tonnes of research and after seeing the feedback settled on Now Cosmetic Surgery, who were amazing from start to finish. I’ve just finished my post surgery 14 day healing period, and am now back to pretty much normal life. The surgery day is long, around 6 hours but the team is so good and take care of you, making it more than manageable. The 14 day healing period is challenging staying in and being so careful, but eventually you’re there. Karl was amazing all the way through from initial consultation to surgery to rehab, to guide, re-assure and answer any questions you have pretty much 24/7. Seeing my new hair line and hair, is so amazing and makes the challenges well worth it, and just looking forward to seeing the full results.

I have just completed my second FUE treatment which I booked through NOW with Karl as my consultant. Nothing but 5 star service throughout. I have to give a special mention to Karl who totally supported me when the transplant clinic took an additional £300 from me for a treatment I had already paid for. It was becoming extremely stressful trying to get this money back from the clinic but Karl immediately refunded me the money and said he would sort it out his end. Brilliant experience with Now Cosmetics Surgery! I am 2 weeks post hair transplant and I couldn’t be happier! Karl, Dr Sami and his team were amazing. I first got in contact with Now Cosmetics in April 2022. Prior to booking in I spoke with Karl via WhatsApp and I had tons of questions about the procedure etc. and he was very patient and very informative about the op. And never once pushed me for an answer or to book in straight away. I decided to wait 2 weeks to make sure I was making the correct decision. I then booked in with Karl with the operation date being in October, to which they had no problem in doing so. The day of the operation I was very anxious, mainly about the injections. However, Dr Sami and his two assistants were very reassuring and excellent to work with. On the day of the procedure Dr Sami gave me a “pain free” option with the anaesthetic for an extra fee. And I am so glad I decided to do this as straight away the nerves had gone. The procedure itself was pain free the only discomfort I had was having to be kept laying still for a long period of time. But the team always made sure I was as comfortable as I can be! The first 3 days post op is probably the most challenging in regards with not getting a lot of sleep. However that was expected. And there was no significant pain after the operation. I only had taken 2 paracetamol post op over the course of the 2 week recovery period. Having Karl as my after care was second to none! Any questions, day or night he would reply within the hour. And was very informative throughout! I have now finished the healing process and await the amazing results to come! I recommend this company to anyone who is considering having a transplant! I am a 23 year old male and had a hairline transplant.

I don't normally do reviews but I think when people are looking for something as important as a hair transplant procedure it's great to see other people's feedback which hopefully helps in making an informed choice on how to proceed. Google "FUE hair transplant cost UK" and you will be presented with a plethora of offers and prices all claiming to be the best , all claiming to have celebrity clientele, some will send you to Harley Street, some will send you to Istanbul , the choice quite honestly is overwhelming. I'm not sure how i stumbled across Now Cosmetic Surgery but something about their website caught my eye and even more interesting was the fact that both the company directors had undergone FUE transplant surgery themselves. I contacted them and spoke with Karl (company director) , we had an open and honest conversation about all the pros and cons and followed up by sending some photos of myself to show the extent of my hair loss and importantly the potential donor area. Again Karl gave an honest appraisal of what could and couldn't be achieved but what was refreshing in his approach was at no point did I feel I was getting the hard sell or being pressured into a decision. Another plus, Karl also gave me the names of the surgeons that Now use so i could look them up and see their credentials. After my initial discussions (April 22) I decided to go and do further research and wait until the summer months were over, again no pressure or chasing from Karl, quite simply "come back to me whenever you are ready". Fast forward to August and i decided that Now were the right company for me, Karl ran me through the process in fine detail and from there handed me over to the transplant clinic and my surgeon Dr Sami Mirza. Before progressing with any surgery there is a duty of care to ensure the patient is fit and healthy and I'm pleased to say that Dr Mirza was no exception , I do have some underlying heart issues which are controlled by medication but he was adamant that he wouldn't progress unless I had a letter of fitness from my cardiologist, a small point but one that I thought was worth making. Any way letter of fitness duly received we move on to the day of the surgery. I'm not going to go into the gory details but the day from start to finish went really smoothly , the whole process was explained by Dr Mirza and we worked together to get the best outcome in terms of hairline and coverage, i had two dedicated technicians to do the extractions and insertions with Dr Mirza doing the all important incisions for the transplant phase. Although not in constant attendance he made regular checks on my progress as the day progressed. The technicians were great , their job involves accuracy and concentration and they stuck to their task, at no point did it feel rushed. The first few days after a transplant are crucial to the overall success and before leaving I had a final session with Dr Mirza to go through all the does and don’ts , these are also provided via email and by video presentation. This is where Now , in my opinion, came into their own, the aftercare from Karl was fantastic, every time I sent progress pictures it was followed by a phone call , usually within 30 minutes going over the next stages of the recovery process and generally making you feel at ease and confident that everything was progressing nicely and having being through FUE himself he had the experience to advise . I'm now at day 12 post op and in effect have been signed off, it's now just a matter of being patient and letting the follicles do their thing ! . A great experience from start to finish , big thank you to Karl , Dr Mirza and his team.

I had been considering FUE for many years and I have had consultations with several companies. I finally came across Now cosmetics and had a consultation with Scott who was very informative and helpful without pushing any sales technique. I felt instantly comfortable and decided to go ahead. I was kept informed through the build up to the surgery and the information on what to expect and how to prepare was second to none. The day of surgery was seamless and I felt well prepared for the surgery. Once the initial local anaesthetic is administered the procedure is painless. Initially post surgery I was provided with my medications and instructions to take away which was helpful. I also had a PRP injection on the day which again was no issue. I was contacted by Scott shortly after the procedure to ensure all was well and I had no questions. This contact continued daily with update's, tips and reassurance over the days following the surgery. The online patient portal was also very handy as if you are unsure you can check the details for each stage of the post op protocol. I am now day 14 post procedure and really pleased with how the process is going so far I have hair (which is due to shed over the next few months) but I can see the rough shape of the hairline and what this may look like in 12+ months. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone considering FUE. Not only has the the whole process been excellent but the price is very competitive in my experience.

My experience with Now Cosmetic Surgery has simply been superb - if you read no more of this review (and why would you?), rest assured, this is the Company you should use without hesitation. I started to do a little research and this is when the superior, and much more professional ethos of Now Cosmetic became immediately apparent. I was inundated with calls etc from other providers, who quite simply, falsely promised the World. Offers of it all completed in one session, and no need to shave your head were aplenty. It was going to be a walk in the park and ‘please sign here’. Cost wasn’t the number one driver for me, I wanted a quality procedure, albeit Now are really competitive. I reached out to Now Cosmetic and received a really informative, helpful response from Karl Broadbent (Director), who shared with me what they could do. The most refreshing part was that there was absolutely no pressure to proceed at all. Simply put, Karl gave me the facts and his number to chat with him, if and when I felt I wanted to move forward - it was such a refreshing change to my experiences to date. Therein begun a number of informal, friendly and supportive chats with Karl. It was immediately apparent that whilst being extremely professional, he also had the technical knowledge and experience to properly advise me. Having now had two hair Transplant procedures, the false promises of others, of one procedure and no head shaving were exactly that - nonsense. Before each procedure, Karl has always been available, at all hours, to chat about any questions that crop up & if I’m quite honest, to provide the reassurance that I suspect we all may need. So to the day of the procedure! Now Cosmetics sent me to a hair transplant facility in Harrow, London. They were extremely professional. I was placed with Dr Alosert, who was great. Again, really professional and knowledgeable, and I knew that I was in very capable hands. My only tip is listen to his advice - I had a ‘vision’ in my head of what I wanted, which with hindsight was wrong, and Dr Alosert very politely and correctly amended to achieve a better look for me - trust his knowledge. For me, the first procedure lasted about 7hrs and the second, some months later, about 6hrs. You’ll be lying for some time face down on a doctor style couch and can become a little uncomfortable, but if you ask they’ll happily let you wriggle around every so often to adjust. Don’t expect cheery chats all day, they work non-stop, so try to drift away or sleep. Definitely do not dress to impress - tracksuit / jogger bottoms are the way to go for comfort. Afterwards the follow-up from Karl was excellent. Daily check-ins and photos of the surgery, which Karl inspects, ensuring that your recovery is as quick as possible. You’ll leave with a bag of pills to make sure that you heal well, and in reality, about a week after the procedure, for me, it just looked like I’d had a skin hair cut. I told a few ‘white lies’ that I had a bug and dropped out of circulation for about 8 days. As my pre op hair was fairly long it was obviously noticeable. If, for whatever reason, you don’t want others to know, probably best to start trimming your hair shorter in the weeks before your date. In summary, I’m genuinely pleased that I’ve had it done and have no regrets at all. I cannot fault Karl (Now Cosmetic Surgery) and I am so pleased that I found and used them. Put away any doubts that you may have, drop Karl (or Scott his business partner) a line and have a chat with them. There is a good reason why they are a Five Star reviewed Company!

I had the operation in London 3 weeks ago, everything went normally, I called Karl, I sent an advance for the appointment and now I have a hair :). Karl helped me with tips on how to take care of my head. I had no pain the next day, they give you some pills for the next few days. At the London Clinic the staff, the technicians are very nice, they gave me juice, they wanted to order me free food in the short break but I told them that I came prepared with the sandwich and water. This is my second trip abroad for a cosmetic procedure through Now Cosmetic Surgery. I chose them again as my first experience went so flawlessly. I shall get straight to the point, I think any cosmetic procedure is worrying enough, let alone the thought of travelling abroad and to a degree not knowing the facilities and doctors you will end up treating you! In both cases I now know the owners of Now Cosmetic have travelled themselves to visit ALL the facilities they recommend, to ensure they are of the quality and care we expect in the UK. My own personal experience was one of utter professionalism throughout from all the staff at both facilities I used, with very experienced surgeons and dentists with state of the art facilities. Once I had agreed to go ahead with the treatment all I had to do was turn up at the airport at the other side in Turkey! From that moment I was greeted and taken by private transfer to the hotel. Each day of any treatment, I was met outside the hotel, taken to the facilities and either looked after overnight or brought back to the hotel itself. All the costs for accommodation were included in my quote as were the private transfers and breakfast each morning at the hotel. In both cases English speaking people were always on hand to explain what was happening next and answer any questions I may have had. Once I had arrived I really felt comfortable with the people I was dealing with and confident a fantastic job would be done. This was true for both my dental work and my surgery. Truly outstanding work for a fraction of what I was quoted in the UK, carried out in facilities that in some cases would put UK Hospitals and Dental Practices to shame! Take it from me, I did have some concerns before booking through Now Cosmetic, having come out the other side I can assure you that you can book your procedure with confidence and look forward to a fantastic outcome!

After looking around for a good cosmetic dentist who was reasonably priced I spoke to Karl at Now cosmetic surgery. He was very friendly and informative and soon arranged an X-ray of my whole mouth in Doncaster. I needed 2 implants, root canal treatment and had 16 veneers. All were done for £7480 including 5 star hotel, all transfers, and everything. I am 26 and have started to recede at the sides and then I started to lose my middle island bit of hair, it was basically turning in to a U shaped hairline at the age of 26! For some people that is fine, but when my hair has been my main asset all my life, it was quite hard to accept that it was going. Luckily my barber did a good job of hiding it, but I did need to take action soon. So I was looking around and came across NOW Cosmetics. They seemed to have excellent reviews, very good pricing for London and had everything included - there hasn't been any surprise charges whatsoever, what you pay for is what you get. NOW cosmetics are completely transparent with the pricing which I love. There is nothing worse than a company sticking a last minute charge, then you have to pay otherwise it 'won't work' or something like that... well have no fear because everything is included in the price with NOW cosmetics. So based on the price and reviews, I finally plucked up the courage to commit to the procedure. It was also the best time to get it done because we are in lockdown, so by the time my hair has grown back it will be summer :D Anyway, my go to guy was Karl - brilliant man! He was always willing to answer my questions, no matter how many I had per-op. Post Op he has checked up on me and made sure my transplant was healing well + he gave me advice on how to get it to heal quicker. In terms of the procedure itself, I arrived on the day at the Clinic. I then went through to the Consultant/Dr to make sure we both agree on my final hairline (I would strongly suggest having a think BEFORE you get there, and draw what you think your hairline should be). You will discuss this with the Consultant and then you'll get prepped for surgery. I opted to keep my hair on top so I can hide my transplant whilst it grows back (my hair looks back to normal after 3 weeks) but I know some people obviously can't do this depending on their hair style. I would recommend shaving it all off if you can, it just makes it so much easier to manage afterwards. I had to keep making sure my hair on top didn't fall onto the transplanted area for about 10 days - lot's of effort. Anyways they then shave the back of your head, then you go through to the room where they will do your operation. I want to be completely honest here, BE PREPARED for pain to begin with! I don't want to sugar coat it, but in order to numb my head for the Op, they need to inject anaesthetic... A LOT of it! It must have been at least 30 to the back of the head, and it was painful because it just kept going and going. The staff were really understanding though (especially with my swearing!), but they stopped when I asked them to, but it has to be done. Some people have a high pain threshold, others do not. Once your head is numb, they start the procedure. You can either talk to them, listen to the radio, your own music, etc... it is a long day (almost as long as this review!) You break for lunch once, then crack on with the last bit. I went in at 8am, was out by 4pm. I was given lots of advice, asked questions, was given my drugs, an info leaflet then I was allowed to leave. It was a long day, and I am thankful a family member was there to pick me up. If you can I would highly recommend this and DO NOT get public transport, your head will look disgusting with fresh skin coming out of your head. They are like clusters of white, fleshy, raised bumps on your head so I am sure if you got public transport you would get some weird looks, plus it isn't hygienic if you are getting the tube. Definitely try and arrange some sort of transport. Post surgery you must following the instructions to ensure the success of your transplant. The hardest thing I found was the sleep because you have to sleep upright - make sure you book work off for 2 weeks if poss! Also make sure you have enough food in, or someone who can get your shopping! 14 days after, my hairline was visible. It will fall out and grow back in 3 months time, so I will update this review then :)

I have just got back from my FUE hair transplant in Istanbul, Turkey. I heard about Now Cosmetic surgery on Instagram. I saw that they have UK consultations and aftercare which really appealed to me. I booked my consultation and I met with Scott. He has had a hair transplant himself and it looked fantastic. He talked me through the whole process and I’ve been able to communicate with him throughout the whole process. A deposit was made and I booked my own flights. I stayed in the villa where other pacients were all staying. I would highly recommend staying there as it was great to speak to other people about their experiences. I also took my friend along for free (you just pay for the flights) as long as you don’t mind sharing a bed. The villa itself was very modren. A basic room with a double bed, mirror and bedside draws. The bathroom is shared between 2 other people however I didn’t see anyone else use our bathroom. The rooms and bathroom were spotless and cleaned to a very high standard. Food and drink are provided however this was a slight downfall. We did eat out a couple of nights but it was nice to venture out and not be stuck in. The on site nurses were fabulous, they spoke perfect English and really were what made the villa worth the extra money. Anything you needed they would get and were more than happy to help with absolutely anything. My friend had a cold while we were there and they also looked after him. The day of the operation came and Nurse Amy came with me, she was my translator until the procedure. The hospital was LIV hospital. It was one of the most clean and modern hospitals I’ve ever been in. The doctor took photos of my head and drew in my new hair line and also showed me how far back they would be putting the grafts. He made sure I was happy with everything before any procedure started. The start of the procedure is painful. This required 15+ needles to the back of the head plus pressure needles which are the most painful part. However this lasts less than 5 minutes and for the rest of the 7 hour operation I didn’t feel a thing. I fell asleep for majority of it. They took 3600 grafts Back to the villa the nurses told me about the aftercare. And gave me foam, shampoos and antibiotics to take home with him. All travel is included in the price and now I’m back in the UK Scott is on hand to answer any questions I may have. I would highly recommend NOW Cosmetic surgery. Going abroad for surgery can be very daunting, however having the reassurance NOW Cosmetic surgery are here back in the UK makes it so much eaiser. I’m very excited to see what the next 12 months brings to my hair! Billy

Excellent experience from start to finish! I decided to make the journey and have Vaser Lipo in Sept 2018 - from the initial point of contact to the final return journey I have to say everything was taken care of. Only the flights had to be booked by myself after choosing the dates I would like to travel and confirming them with Now Cosmetic Surgery (a companion can travel with you for free - only flights have to be paid for!). I received an e mail after paying my deposit confirming the dates I wanted to travel and a further e mail nearer my travelling date confirming all arrangements and what I could expect once I arrived in the airport in Turkey. I was met by a driver in Ataturk airport and transferred to the private villa. Once there i was met by Ozzy (English speaking, most of the staff are) who explained what was going to happen the very next day and what time my operation would take place. I should point out that all airport transfers, meals and accommodation are included in the quoted price. The next day we were transferred to the hospital to a private room, until the surgeon arrived for a short consultation. The hospital was superb and the staff always on hand checking you were ok both pre and post surgery. After an overnight stay and some breakfast, we were again transferred back to the private villas where nurses again were on hand at all times to provide any aftercare or questions you felt you needed to ask. Overall a very professional, well organised and fantastic value for money trip which I can wholeheartedly recommend for anyone seeking to have cosmetic surgery abroad!

So here’s my review of Now Cosmetic Surgery following a double eyelift and breast implants and uplift. A friend suggested Now after she had surgery with them and was impressed with them. My first contact was via FB and they seamed very professional. I then sent photos via email and was given a firm price and lots of info about the process and what to expect. The communication was easy and the staff bery helpful and knowledgeable. As I live quite a distance from Yorkshire I chose to have a consultation by phone which went through basic medical questions etc, again very professional. I chose my surgery date, booked our flights and paid a £500 deposit to Now by credit card over the phone to confirm my booking. I received a receipt immediately and a confirmation email. My boyfriend went with me and only had to pay for flights as an accompanying friend is no extra charge for accommodation etc. About a week before I was due to travel to Istanbul I received a call from Karl at Now who went through a few last details with me and gave me a few tips on what to take etc which was useful and very reassuring. The 4 hour flight was Manchester to Istanbul Ataturk with Turkish Airlines and was really good. As we went through to arrivals we turned right and met my personal driver near the Vodafone stand as instructed. He was holding a board with my name on it. He helped us with our luggage and took us to the Mercedes which was beautiful; blacked out windows, leather and walnut interior, wifi, a drinks cabinet etc. The journey to the villa took about 30 minutes. First impression of the villa was WOW!! We drove into the private gated grounds, walked in to the 5-star villa which is really plush with super cool decor, and were welcomed by the lovely Lula. Our room was very nice and immaculately clean with twin beds and en-suit bathroom. The heated pool is quite big and staff were lovely during our stay. The next morning was surgery day. The LIV Hospital is as impressive as the patient villa; super futuristic and absolutely immaculate. I met the surgeon and went through everything with him. He spoke good English and was lovely. I was gowned up and into surgery soon after. Obviously for the next couple of hours I was under general anaesthetic but all went well and I awoke in my recovery room and spent one night there, well looked after but a bit groggy. The next afternoon it was back to the patient valla where I recuperated for four days. I did have a check up back at the hospital after a day in the villa. The staff are all so lovely and took care of me and my boyfriend in every way. All the meals were heathy and very nice, the nurse was good and made sure I took my pain relief and meds, and changed my dressings etc. I did have some discomfort but it was expected. We were driven back to the airport and flew back to Manchester. The day after we returned I got a call from Karl checking how everything went and how I was which I really appreciated. The service from start to finish was superb in every way, and I’ll recommend Now Cosmetic Surgery to friends. The only negative if I had to think of something was that the weather wasn’t great while we were in Turkey :)

Having a hair transplant is something I wouldn’t have thought I’d ever do, but it’s the best decision I’ve ever made. I convinced myself that being bald didn’t bother me, although I missed having hair like when I was younger. Then when a friend told me he was going to have it done it started me thinking. My wife and kids thought I was mad and said they liked my as I was, in fact my kids had only ever known me bald. I have had my upper eyelids lifted and also had a BBL Brazillian Butt Lift which included vaser liposuction. I had a very flat bottom with no shape below my chest really but the beauty of the BBL is that it takes the bits away that you don't want like tummy, love handles and fat thighs, and increases the volume of the bum. The Whole process of the hair transplant was brilliant, from numerous consultations with Scott prior to the surgery outlining the process of the day and what will happen and ensuring my mind was put at ease. The procedure on the day was easy and simple, being taken through it step by step and the service i received was first class, they explained everything so well and really made sure i was involved in the whole process. Furthermore, the aftercare has been amazing, with check ins every other day to ensure the healing process was going to plan as well as Scott always being on the end of a phone call or text if i had any questions or concerns. Overall, if anyone was considering a hair transplant then 100% they should go with this company, their customer service is amazing and the initial results seem very good. For someone who might need the crown of their head done also, i would have no hesitations going back to Now Cosmetics to get the procedure done.
