Absolutely brilliant, moved my extremely frail father on end of life care on a stretcher from his care home to our address. The ambulance and equipment were first rate. They were punctual and communication was great and the two girls who moved him were fantastic. They managed to put my dad at ease despite him being very confused and anxious and I actually think he quite enjoyed the whole experience! Would highly recommend.

I hired an ambulance last week to transport my elderly uncle. The booking service via Nick was very efficient even though my request was very last-minute. The service on the day was punctual and efficient and the crew were lovely as well as being very capable. I would recommend this service.

My Mother was brought home from a nursing home by SNP on the 24th of this month. The transport was booked directly with Nick. He always answered his phone when we needed to talk to him. The crew who collected my Mum were kind, caring and very professional. The ambulance also arrived very promptly at the appointed time. My Mother has an outpatient appointment next month, and we are expecting to use SNP again. Excellent service at a reasonable price.

Nick at SNP provided an ambulance transfer from one care home to another this week for my very elderly grandparents, one of whom is bedbound. The service we received was brilliant from start to finish and my grandparents loved the crew onboard- making their (possibly last) journey an enjoyable experience.

He kept me informed when he and his colleague collected my sister from Coventry, and again when he arrived at her new nursing home in Bedworth . Needed urgent transport to move my mother from a residential home to a nursing home. NHS could not help. SNP were very efficient from booking to transporting mum safely to her new accommodation. The staff that accompanied the ambulance were excellent at assessing her transport needs to get my mother who was bed bound down the stairs and into the ambulance safely, especially as the home had no lifting equipment available . They showed a caring attitude towards my mother, explaining what they were doing at each step. Thank you
