Amazing experience. I went to the wrong floor and the staff managed to find me and place me in the right department. Not crowded. I was literally sat down for 10 to 15 minutes before they called me in. Very professional and good at what they do. And ontop of all that good service they told me that the turnaround for results is 24 hours .

The places is not to crowded at all so there are plenty of space to sit and still maintain the social distance. the staff are brilliant and lovely. So happy ain't travelling to central London anymore

I had great experience at this clinic. I was offered same day appointment and was seen by the kindest and knowledgeable doctor. As far as I remember her name was Emily Baker. She took her time to explain thoroughly the examination process, results and treatment. She gave me great advice and products to use at home that immensely helped my condition. Dr Baker chose the best treatment for me and three weeks after my appointment I feel fantastic. I would also like to add that the receptionists, over the phone and at the clinic, were very kind and helpful.

I went here for the first time to get some permanent contraception and get tested and staff from reception to the nurses were very friendly and welcoming. I felt so comfortable during the whole process even though it was my first time. They explain and answer any questions you have and offer many resources . I went back recently after Covid and was glad to see how well safety measure were implemented. I recommend this clinic to anyone looking for info on sexual health or family planning

Still quite lively and busy despite the Covid-19 rules. There is always a nice display of flowers for sale in the entrance to Hammersmith Station for the Piccadilly and Victoria underground lines. Quite a friendly area. From Argos, Primark, M&S to TK-Maxx. King Street is full of assorted Banks and restaurants, pubs, gyms, entertainment, lots of outdoor eateries. There is a plaza there. Water fountains. Variety of entertainment. A very nice place to be in the Summertime.

Very clean and relaxing environment. With super friendly and discrete staff. I was seen more or less at my appointment time and was happy with my treatment. Highly recommended.

I called today and was initially put on hold for a while. However, when the receptionist picked up the phone, he was able to offer me an appointment the same day, which I was absolutely thrilled with! The clinic itself is neat, clean, modern, and has friendly staff members. It is also conveniently located two minutes from Hammersmith Station. Nurse Greta greeted me with a lovely HCA, introduced herself and her colleague, and asked if I were happy to go ahead. She listened to my concerns, reassured me, and was able to remove my coil within a few minutes. Throughout the appointment, Nurse Greta made me feel respected and put me at ease. I had been very worried about the coil removal after a horrible experience elsewhere today. Nurse Greta was empathetic, knowledgeable, and very professional which really made my day. I am grateful such a lovely place exists and is part of the NHS service!

An excellent clinic. Modern and comfortable. All the staff I have met during my visits have been cheerful and very efficient. The nursing staff just couldn't be better. They put the patient at ease with no element of pressure or embarrassment. They've seen it all and more . We are truly blessed to have such a wonderful NHS service. Had my tests done yesterday and results by text this morning.Amazing! Thank you all.

I came here a couple weeks ago on late Monday, the male receptionist was so lovely when booking me in and I was seen by Charlotte. I came very worried that what I've been experiencing would be dismissed as it has by other doctors, but Charlotte immediately understood and validated my concerns. Lovely staff but even after an appointment, I had to wait almost an hour before someone came and saw me. Surely there is a better way to schedule patients. I understand if there was a long wait if I was a walk-in patient but I had an appointment 🤧

Just read some negative reviews and don't quite get it. If it's a walk in service it's absolutely normal that you might have to wait. Everyone was very kind and friendly and I was looked after in the best possible way. Didn't have to wait for long as arrived early. Was provided with full treatment and tested for everything. Great service and great people, thanks so much!

Great facilities and very quick to feedback any results. Some of the personnel could do with improvements. Reception staff give me the impression they despise their job, and their moods are extremely volatile - more so negative than positive; the less engagement with them the more pleasant your experience will be. Always had comfortable and helpful experiences with the nurses/health advisers, aside from today where one health adviser refused to give me treatment because I had visited 2.5 months ago, declaring their budget can't afford to treat patients with less than 3 months between visits. I'm not against cost efficiency, but I also didn't think our free NHS service was discretionary.

Amazing, easy service. They are trying their best reducing the queue by using pads and not people for registration. The nurses are lovely. The wait isn’t that long given the number of people that visit the place.

Walk in clinic isn't so great, 90 minute wait time. Made an appointment for a week later because I didn't feel as if it was urgent and was seen promptly for my appointment with a really nice specialist.

My experience at 10 Hammersmith Broadway was outstandingly good. I was scheduled for an IUD fitting, after turning up on time, I was seen within just a few minutes and the doctor who fitted my device was just amazing. Explained everything in a very calm and articulate way, her bedside manner as well as professionalism being second to none. She was thorough and her genuine care transpired throughout the appointment. I felt like the care I received was outstanding and upon asking her if the trust was solely NHS funded, I couldn't help but feel incredibly lucky that we have access to places such as 10HB free of charge. Keep up the excellent work 10 HB, Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and long live our NHS! :) Noemi

Been going here for years, but will never go back after today. Been told you can no longer have a screening appointment but have to take a self-administered kit. Was just given the kit with no explanation beyond the terrible written instructions within it! Felt super anxious and unsure as a result of this change in approach. Was told it was on the website but it is not clear at all from the website that they no longer do in-person screening. UPDATE I have since been in touch with 10HB and they explained the change in approach is down to funding cuts but they have said they can see people in person. I have since been back and the service was back to its usual best. If you get given a kit but want to see someone in person I think you should just say so and they should facilitate it. As a result I have upped my rating from 1 start to 4.

i disagree with the negative review the staff is very nice , and yes you got to wait because it's a busy clinic , but if u don't want to go there just collect the self kit and drop it . THANK YOU FOR THE SERVICE
