Brilliant place to use as accommodation if getting treatment at Guys hospital in London. The en suite rooms are small self catering accommodation. Spotlessly clean. No requirement to pay for TV. Received all Freeview programmes. There is a lift to the third floor. Towels and bed linen are provided, as well as tea, coffee and milk. Kitchen is well kitted out with crockery, cutlery, saucepans etc.

It's clean and self contained, so that is a great aspect however, we stayed as my husband was having cancer treatment at Guy's. Could do with more info about what's available in the room, had no idea there was a kitchen! Would have been useful to know, and the other down side is its pretty noisy! 1am doors banging and loud conversations, I was actually scared when I think someone was trying the door handle to my room. I stayed alone on the 2nd night and I did feel uncomfortable there.
That being said my loo wasn't working and after tracking down a number they sent up two guy's who fixed it, both were lovely and apologetic even tho it wasn't thier fault! That was lovely of them, and sorted very quickly.
I think the stress of my husbands treatment didn't help with my stay, so I am grateful this place exists but honestly I doubt I'd stay again, not because of the place but because it was quite a stressful experience altogether. Didn't help with a walk the long way around as there were builders outside, that was also a minus!

Nice room. Clean and tidy and comfortable. Tea and coffee in room. Some rooms with ensuite bathrooms and a small but fully fitted kitchen. Plus a small HD TV and a two seater sofa. Really helpful and friendly staff. Guys is just across the road and close to the cancer centre.

Clean rooms but nowhere to plug in bedside lamp, also very very noisy

It's clean and comfortable. The shared kitchen and bathroom areas are OK. Quite well maintained for a short stay. However the temperature when you get in the building hits you. It's too warm and theirs no way to adjust any jesting. All the windows in the corridor are held open by various items IE pencil, screw, piece of cardboard. Also when I asked for more milk from the house cleaner I got the third degree. The reception staff did not hesitate and gave me more in an instant. Finding the accommodation was not as simple and not well signposted. Over all its comfortable and very close to Guys which is most important.

The rooms are nice, beds are tidied everyday, as for essentials bring your own as nothing seems to be refilled, buy bottled water for the kettle. My downside is the shared bathroom, especially if recovering after surgery, if you've an urge to go you've to leave room and hope it's free. It's very close to hospital which is brilliant and also shops and some London attractions.

I had two different rooms, the first one was a twin which was lovely although the shower could do with "specing" up it was comfortable and well equipped. The second room a single was a bit "shabby" and very noisy it was like trying to sleep under a Heathrow flight path, it was not as well equipped and a little bit dated...but overall quite comfortable and served it's purpose of being near the hospital where my husband was. Photos of twin room.
