I had been through four cycles elsewhere before seeking help from CRGH. After so many failed rounds I had lost hope. Dr Al Chami went above and beyond our expectations to help us to conceive. He genuinely cares about his patients and is always available to answer questions provide guidance. He is a wonderful person and he listens to his patients. Overall very good experience at CRGH. Deborah at Reception was very helpful and welcoming. We now have a beautiful baby boy thanks to CRGH. Would highly recommend.

Where do I start when I talk about CRGH, for us they have given us our beautiful family after 4years of heartache from miscarriages and ectopics. From our first visit back in 2016 when we got pregnant with our daughter all the staff were fantastic, so friendly, reassuring and provided endless support. Our consultant Ms Seshadri and her team that cared for us were lovely and always happy to chat with us when we had any worries and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. It was without any hesitation that we then returned to them in 2021 for our next journey to have our now son, still the same fantastic team and full of positivity and support the whole way through. To anyone starting their own unique journey I couldn’t recommend the CRGH team highly enough, I wish u all the luck in the world but I truly believe you couldn’t be in better hands.

My consultant was Dr Ali Al-Chami and he was excellent. What we really appreciated was his honesty: when we saw him, my fertility was low and he did not sugar-coat anything or offer us false hope. He laid out our options. At first, I was resistant to the idea of a donor egg but as I turned 43 during our 2 IUI treatments, we really did not have much hope if we wanted a baby. Dr Al-Chami had mentioned a donor egg as an option at our initial consultation, but after I rejected the idea, he did not mention it again. However, we came to him about it, seeking information. He was again clear and helpful. We took a big breath and took the step to sign up.And now we have a wonderful little boy, a miracle. I was lucky to fall pregnant with our first embryo transfer. CRGH looked after us at every stage of treatment and I could not recommend them more highly. During a pandemic, CRGH the staff were professional and kind and I felt very safe with their protocols. We were pleased that they resumed treatment as soon as possible, too. Another fantastic part of the service is the counselling offered - Carmel, our counsellor, was wonderful and helped us talk through our fears and anxieties, and our stress and past fertility tragedies. Dr Al-Chami is a great consultant and I'd recommend him very highly to anyone seeking fertility treatment.

We were extremely impressed with the empathy and treatment we received from CRGH, from my first appointment i felt like they treated me as an individual. The communication cannot be faulted… i often sent messages with questions and would get a reply within an hour! Even outside of office hours i would get a reply! It took us 2 cycles to get our gorgeous baby boy, i was offers support throughout, after my failed cycle i had a counselling session and my consultant gave me some tough love which is what i needed and it got me ready to go again! The nurses, sonographers, doctors, admin are all genuinely interested! I can’t recommend CRGH enough, i recently recommended it to a friend who transferred from another clinic and she has also been very impressed and couldn’t believe the comparison in the 2 clinics…!

Used this clinic twice for both of my children. The first time was with Dr Atluri (who is no longer there) and the second time with Dr Seshadri. Both times were successful first time: first time with ICSI and the second was a frozen embryo transfer from the previous time. Would highly recommend the clinic. We’re from Peterborough but the stats speak for themselves so it was worth travelling for to know we were getting expert care. Although it’s not the cheapest compared to other clinics, we only had to have one round each time - other people I know have had 5-7 rounds before successful with other clinics so it averages itself out. All the staff are wonderful and we couldn’t be more thankful to the clinic for giving us our two beautiful children.

Posting this review as my two CRGH babies lay asleep next to me! We were referred to CRGH’s pre-implantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) clinic by a NHS clinical geneticist following the devastating loss of our son to a genetic condition. We were eligible for up to 3 continuous rounds of PGD as per NHS policy. We had two rounds of PGD which produced 2 healthy embryos which both implanted successfully - a girl and a boy. We paid for storage fees and implantation of second embryo privately. We saw Dr Ben Nagi and the PGD/ usual nursing teams - their medical expertise and advice was excellent. We can’t thank CRGH and NHS England enough for creating our healthy and adorable children. Would highly recommend this clinic for PGD.

We were overall pleased with the care received at CRGH. Our consultant Mr Theodorou was clear with us about treatment options and any evidence available for their use. He answered our queries well and explained the reasons behind aspects of our treatment plan. I communicated with him a little via email which was helpful as it saved an unnecessary appointment. I would say that CRGH are quite heavy on the medication side compared to some other clinics but this wasn't particularly a problem for us as we felt we were being afforded every possible chance. I have only given 4 stars as CRGH are on the pricier side of clinics and lack a little in holistic care. Ultimately we are very grateful that they helped us to have our longed for second baby. Extra shout out to the all-female team who did my successful embryo transfer....from the nurses to the consultant to the embryologist.....No surprises then that we had a baby girl!

My partner and I moved from another fertility clinic in London, partly due to logistical issues, but we also felt the service wasn’t great. We’re so glad we did, as our experience at CRGH was brilliant. We had reciprocal IVF and everything went smoothly and worked the first time. We had an excellent experience with CRGH and brought home our baby this year. We went to see Dr Saab after 3 fails rounds with other clinics and asked him for an honest opinion about whether we should continue with treatment. We were grateful to hear him suggest that he thought CRGH could help but of course there were no guarantees. We decided to give it one more go with a new protocol and various additional treatments in the hope it would work. The round with CRGH produced 3 times the amount of day 5 embryos than the 3 previous rounds combined. It wasn't all straightforward because we still went onto have a chemical pregnancy before the transfer of our IVF baby, born in April this year. The clinic is busy but personable. You sometimes need to have patience with waiting for scans but the nursing team are always kind and professional. The lab team are also outstanding and it never felt like too much trouble to have a conversation with them about the process or our frozen embryos/PGS testing. When we did have a positive pregnancy test I was so scared about going in for the heartbeat and growth scan but the team there were so quick and understanding - letting me know within seconds that I could relax because there was a heartbeat. IVF is so tough and expensive but I always felt like I was giving myself the best chance with CRGH. We still have frozen embryos and I hope (with CRGH's help) to add to our family in the future. Thank you Dr Saab for your honesty, empathy and finally for helping to make Alfie!

We chose CRGH because they partner with UCLH where we had already had some treatment. My consultant also works at the hospital and I'd spoken with her already under hospital care so the handover felt very smooth. The treatment we had was brilliant v- very professional, efficient and caring. I would 100% recommend CRGH to anyone needing fertility treatment. We had 3 failed fresh transfers (including 2 miscarriages) with no frozen embryos before we came to CRGH. They were amazing and took everything about our history into consideration when planning our treatment. Dr Seshadri was a pleasure to deal with, not only in terms of her professionalism and expertise but because she wasnt worried about my high FSH (18.3) which the NHS told me would prevent me from being offered any IVF treatment with them. She recommended embryo batching using ICSI and PGS testing. The result was five, PGS normal, top quality embryos, one of which implanted on the first attempt. I am now 19 weeks pregnant with four left over embryos for further children which at 40 years old, is a wonderful place to be. I do really feel that I got a personalised plan of treatment, which I responded brilliantly to, and I can only thank Dr Seshadri and the team at CRGH for their care and expertise. We do not normally post reviews, however CRGH was a game changer for us and we wanted to share this information with other people looking to start the IVF process. We initially started with another 'leading' London clinic, after 3 IVF attempts got nowhere and had really poor results. We honestly were at the end of the road before we decided to get another final opinion. As soon as we met Mr Serhal and his team we instantly wished we had started directly at CRGH. When other experts said they had no idea why it wasn't working for us, Mr Serhal was honest, reassuring and worked through our case systematically. We took great comfort in his expertise. Lo and behold we now have a perfect baby boy, with embryos to spare. Hope this helps others on their journey.

I had care at CRGH from October 2019 and welcomed my beautiful baby boy Into the world March 2021. I fell pregnant within 8 months of treatment and was hit with obstacles such as during covid-19. I was under Dr Khanjani’s care and she was absolutely incredible. She tailored my treatment very specific to me and made me feel so hopeful that motherhood was in my future. All the staff at CRGH were amazing. I couldn’t fault them from the friendly greetings at reception to the amazing sonographers and the knowledgable nurses. I always had such attentive care and communication with the team was really good. One of the hardest things about infertility is all the waiting- they’re care really helped with these difficult steps. If I have to go through further treatment to extend my family, I will definitely be using CRGH again.

I could not recommend CRGH enough. After 3.5 years of infertility, my husband and I were so lucky to get NHS funding for IVF and our consultant strongly suggested we had our treatment at CRGH. From the beginning we felt listened to and supported and were given a plan. Throughout the whole process I was astounded by the professionalism, efficiency, organisation and helpfulness of everyone involved including the reception staff , nurses etc. There was never any ambiguity and any questions I had were always answered clearly and promptly. The app was a great help during my treatment as you can message the nurses and they always responded. Everyone we had contact with was helpful and kind. We were so lucky to get 13 embryos and even luckier to fall pregnant after our first frozen embryo transfer. This has resulted in the birth of our beautiful perfect daughter Margot on 24/03/21. After learning that the treatment wasn't available to us in the NHS, Dr Yasmin helped us to navigate the various questions we had in moving to pursue the treatment we needed for our individual circumstances. This clinic is fantastic! I highly recommend them. Dr Seshadri was fantastic and we now have triplets from our first attempt at CRGH! We first decided to have treatment with CRGH in June 2018 after two unsuccessful IVF attempts with another clinic where we felt that we were just another number and had lost faith in the process. We researched extensively and CRGH was top for success rates and patient satisfaction and best of all, they treat private AND NHS patients. It was a 4 hour round trip for us to be treated at CRGH so we invested a lot in them and we were not disappointed. We were amazed at the determination of our consultant Dr Seshadri and the attention to detail throughout our treatment. I was monitored more closely than during previous cycles, my drugs were altered accordingly and I was given more holistic advice in preparation for the treatment which no doubt improved the quality of my eggs. I was screened in more detail than I had been before and ICSI was recommended as a better option than IVF for us. This gave us 8 viable embryos (from 18 collected) compared with 2 in my previous fresh cycle (also from 18 collected) at another clinic. This was our final shot as I was too emotionally drained from the previous cycles, so we decided to put two embryos back and the clinic agreed due to my age and treatment history. Not only were we successful, but one of our embryos split and we are now parents to three beautiful boys. In what was such an incredibly difficult time, I felt I was in the safest hands. All of the staff at the clinic (receptionists, nurses, embryologists, doctors) are kind, compassionate and genuinely care about getting positive outcomes for their patients. I cannot recommend this clinic enough.

I had 3 rounds of NHS funded PGD IVF. I am sure my main consultant had my best interests at heart but she had a rather brusque manner and spoke extremely quickly all the time, as though she were always in a rush to get me out the door. In general the staff were not very approachable which saddens me as I need PGD and CRGH are very strong in this area. I wish I had had a different experience as I then could have then stayed with CRGH for these next rounds of privately funded PGD.

I would like to share my experience with CRGH, in order to encourage perspective future patients. After feeling very demoralised and stressed from having IUI at another well known London clinic I decided to transfer to CRGH. From the very beginning I cannot fault this clinic. I had an excellent consultation with Doctor Ozkan: he is clearly very knowledgable and devised a transparent treatment plan for me. He was patient and listened to the concerns I had. He did not push me down the IVF route which I appreciated (given CRGH would have made more money this way) which shows how genuine and patient centred this clinic is. All of the nurses, doctors I had through treatment were excellent, professional and caring. I also wanted to mention the staff at reception who always seem so busy but are always so polite and well organised. I would encourage anyone thinking about treatment to pick this clinic!

After almost 5 years and 6 natural miscarriages we finally have our gorgeous baby! This is all thanks to Dr Seshadri and her team at CRGH. With no answers for our losses and not being considered for NHS IVF we decided to go down the private route. CRGH was recommended to us by a friend who had gone through a similar process and successfully had a baby of their own. The whole process from start to finish was explained to us carefully by Dr Seshadri and she tackled all possible areas of concern regarding our miscarriages. Although we still aren’t sure what caused our early miscarriages we cannot argue that everything possible was done to make sure our little one stuck it out to the end! The level of care we received was excellent from all staff and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CRGH to others experiencing fertility issues. We cannot argue that having IVF privately is costly so please be aware that you will need funds for all the treatments, medication and tests that need to be carried out. However, it has definitely been the best money we have ever spent!

I am really surprised to read such negative reviews about CRGH! My experience was extremely positive and the staff are amazing! We were always treated like individuals and so well supported! Fertility treatment is a costly activity, but we were prepared for this as pricing is completely transparent at CRGH. When I would suggest opting for expensive add ons, our Doctor would advise based on the clinical need and steer us away from them as she deemed them unnecessary! We had 3 failed rounds of IVF and then due to positioning of my ovaries it was deemed too risky to continue with IVF. It was suggested we try the relativity inexpensive IUI, before considering egg donation. Because of maternal age and other factors we were given a 5% chance of this treatment being successful. We put our trust in the amazing Dr Seshadri and the team and our second cycle of IUI worked! My baby boy was born in October and we can’t thank CRGH enough! My advice to anyone put off by the negative reviews, is to go to an open day or book a consultation and make your mind up for yourself! Thank you again to all at CRGH!

I would like to share our journey with others in the hope that it gives hope to other potential parents, without the CRGH team and the guidance of Paul Serhar we would not have had our beautiful little family. We started our IVF journey with the CRGH 4.5 years ago. After being told that my chances were low on becoming pregnant with my own Eggs (after 2 egg collections and no success) with the support of the CRGH and Paul we decided to go for a Donor. This for us was not a difficult decision after being given the statistics and success rates from Paul - we were very excited and positive. We had 2 Donors throughout our Treatment the 2nd being the one that we finally got pregnant from and had our daughter Veronica in April 2017. Then as if that wasn’t a Miricle enough we then had Wallis our 2nd daughter in November 2018. Throughout our treatment at the CRGH we were given support, guidance and care from each and every person we met in the clinic from the reception team right through to the Medical Team - all our questions and concerns were addressed and we were always looked after to the highest standard. I have since recommend friends to clinic who have also become parents.... I can’t think of a better place to go to if you are in looking to start a family and need help, these guys are the very best, I feel forever grateful to them all 😊

I had excellent care at CRGH. I had been to a different clinic previously and the step up in the level of care was remarkable. Dr Saab was extremely thorough and always took the time to explain everything (he speaks very fast so i wrote everything down and had to get him to pause!). I did not feel that he recommended treatments to me that were unnecessary and quite often he would refer to treatments and then say that he did not feel that I was at that stage yet so i always felt fully informed. It does add up and it is expensive but it is very much worth it if you can manage it. The sonographers and the nurses were all so lovely and i always felt that they genuinely cared about the outcome. Despite all the horror stories i think i was only left waiting once and on quite a few occasions my appointments were early. I could not recommend highly enough.

CRGH have great doctors, embryologists, nurses and the best techniques and advice on what you can choose to do depending on your personal infertility circumstances and your budget. They are not cheap but not the most expensive. Save money on the drugs by going across the road to Chel Pharmacy. If you're young and have time in your side you can get better package deals elsewhere, like pregnancy guarantees for example, but if you're over 40 be careful wasting your time at inferior clinics. Go to the HFEA.GOV.UK website to check your chosen clinic. No clinic can make you pregnant if you have to many issues you're up against but we had two very big hurdles they helped us overcome at 42.

I can’t rate them highly enough! Our journey was a tough one until we were recommended CRGH by a friend whose treatment had been successful. From the moment we arrived at the old building in Greys Inn Road we were greeted by friendly and supportive staff. Finally we felt positive. Through out the treatment staff and doctors were professional supportive friendly and approachable and they really tried to do everything they could. Our first attempt was successful and we had a beautiful baby boy who is now 4 and keeps us on our toes. Crgh really do tailor to your individual needs. This clearly works in most cases! This year we decided to go through it again this time in the new building at Great Portland Street. Dr Saab was fantastic and developed a plan again tailored to our individual needs. He was friendly and easy going and it was clear he took pride in his work and really wanted the best outcome for his clients. Again we went through the treatment process with ease. Coming from Devon was a challenge itself but they tried to accommodate us in the best way which made the process stress free and easy. Again we have been successful and expect our new baby in January 2019. There is a high price to pay but you can’t put a price on a baby and every penny was worth it. My particular case was challenging in itself and I really believe if we had gone anywhere else we wouldn’t have been so fortunate and blessed. They really do tailor to your individual needs and they have provided my husband and I and my family a perfect family. Another lady called Chaza Zidane who we dealt with when going through the scan part of the treatment process really is a credit to her profession and without her expertise and knowledge there is a good chance i may not have had this 2nd successful treatment. We certainly didn't make it easy for CRGH (poorer than expected response to stims, poor fertilisation rate, only one embryo that passed PGS and then a long process to transfer due to uterine lining breaking down), but through it all CRGH (esp Dr Seshadri, her PA, the nursing staff, the sonographers and the embryologists) worked so hard to help us and were so caring along the way. Even the receptionists at CRGH helped ... they knew when to be chatty, when to leave you be, when to chase for paperwork and when to chase for appointments. We just felt in very safe and efficient hands throughout the whole difficult process. In the end we conceived naturally but I am 100% convinced this was as a result of some of the things we and CRGH learned about my body through my treatment and a suggestion Dr Seshadri and the team of consultants made about something to try when we were ready to try again on our own. For that I will forever be in their debt and I am forever grateful - the key was they didn't give up and they treated me as an individual.

From the moment of our first appointment, it was a pretty speedy process (although it felt like a lifetime at the time!). The only negatives I would say is the waiting time at appointments were very, very long sometimes, which is difficult if you're popping out during work. BUT, I really appreciated them trying to make as many appointments for the same day to save me going back again and again, esp on the first appointment where we were in for 6 hours in total...that saved us MANY other visits and made things move forward quicker than I expected. It is a lengthy process, but we were very lucky to have success and I always recommend CRGH to people in similar situations (we had IVF for PGD on the NHS). we decided to go wth this clinic because of the success rates for ivf icsi and ratings that this clinic had. We did have to think about this long and hard because we didn't live in the area. Which involved a lot of stress with traveling. Specifically in the first fresh ivf cycle and with appointments not always having a lot of notice. It Did mean that I had to take full days off work for appointments rather than just a few hours. But I do not regret my decision in the slightest, because I am currently 14 weeks pregnant, Only a year after my first consultation with them. I thank this greatly to the doctors and nurses and the whole team ofcorse.. but the real reason for the success I put down to the embriologosts at this clinic. They are top quality. Id be lying if I said I didn't have any hiccups throughout my journey, however what I can say is that they dealt with everything effeciently. The doctors and nurses were compassionate yet professional when I had a difficult and emotionally challenging time after my first cycle that resulted in pregnancy but sadly didn't progress past 8 weeks. My only criticisms would be that the appointments did seem rushed at times. Specifically nurse appointments. They do seem to be over worked and were late a lot of the time. I did also find the fact that your open at weekends, but only have an on call emergency number available and not the reception extremely inconvenient at times. However whenever I left voicemails for nurses they did respond within reasonable times. In the grand sceme of things.. those facts are minor and I would definately recommend this clinic to anybody considering fertility treatment. Thankyou CRGH

My husband and I are currenly undergoing treatment with Dr Seshadri at CRGH and can't speak highly enough of the service we are receiving. I am genuinely surprised to read some of the bad reviews as they don't match on our experience over the last 10 months. Some examples below: 1. Dr Seshadri always takes the time to answer our questions and thoroughly explain things. She makes sure we know if something we are choosing to pay more for is optional, new, proven etc. We feel in control of what we are doing. She did our first transfer which was very comforting as she has a great bedside manner! Her wonderful secretary Christine always responds to my emails should I have a query mid-treatment and want Dr Seshadri's opinion. 2. Every member of staff we have met is friendly, supportive and knowledgeable. Whenever we have had a procedure they have been kind and thoughtful, always explaining what is happening and why. Any time we've phoned up we have been able to speak with someone and if the nurses are busy they call back within an hour or two max. This applies for out of hours/weekends too. It's very reassuring that we can always get hold of the team. 3. Appointments run on time and on the odd occassion that they haven't it's understandable - some things take longer than planned, people are emotional or have lots of questions. We've never been rushed out the door and I would rather wait a few minutes if it means someone else doesn't feel rushed. 4. We haven't experienced any problems with billing. They let me know in advance via email what will be taken from my account and give me the option to pay via BACS. We have always received copies of receipts etc. Compared to the last clinic we went to CRGH is fantastic in every way. Even if we don't have success I know we would have given ourselves the best chance possible.

Without CRGH we would not have our newborn twins. As 43 and 41 year olds, we had experienced several years of heartache attempting to have children. From day one, it was such a comfort to step inside CRGH - the warmth and friendliness radiated from the lovely team on front desk through all the different floors in the building. The staff are responsive, supportive, compassionate and incredibly knowledgable, we really can't speak highly enough about our experience there, and i would say the same even if we had not been successful.

I've had two successful births following IVF after being diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis. I had two different consultants for both treatments and the treatment plan they put in place was brilliant both times (I had a failed cycle on the NHS). All the nurses were amazing every step of the way, from injections to scans and blood tests. In my opinion The only reason the clinic has lost a star is that after the second embryo transfer I felt very rushed to come around from sedation and there was no ward to recovery in so I had to wait in the waiting area to recover. During the first treatment back in 2014 I was taken to a ward to recover and i could take my time to come around. I just felt very rushed to come around the second time. If the clinic reintroduced a recovery ward then I wouldn't be able to fault the clinic. Definitely It won't stop me from going back for a third go!

I have PCOS and 39years old. After finding out my egg count was deteriorating rapidly we decided to go through one round of IVF treatment. Staff were patient and professional esp our consultant. Sometimes the nurses were a bit too busy and resulted in a lack of communication but didn't however impact on our treatment. We undertook procedures prior to starting ivf at the advice of our consultant. I truly believe that these procedures made the difference to ensure the best possible chance of successful. After stimulation I only had 2 embryos that were viable which we implanted. So just wanted to provide comfort to anyone that it's about the quality and not the quantity of eggs. We conceived first time and our son was born in May. So the odds werent great for us but all worked out in the end.

I have recieved treatment from CRGH wheryby had to do IVF as my partner and I had tried for a baby nearly 7yrs. I must say i never thought i would recieve that level of care from all staff memebers there. They all had the time to listen to you and making sure they explained everything on details. I did 3 rounds of IVF and the last round was overseen by Dr Ali. Third round was successful (i am pregnanat) as he did all what was neccesary and other things that we though would probably never work- but still he never went by statistic and never gave up. I was really happy with him as he showed vast knowledge throughout the proccess and great care towards me as a patient. Because of this, i recommended other people to go and see him specifically. He s great. All in all, the clinic is the perfect one on this area.

We chose CRGH because it also conducted research. We felt that this would mean they would be more update. Unfortunately, it just meant that they had little 'bed side manner'. I'll start off by saying that our two cycles were unsuccessful. However, my negative opinion was formed during the first cycle. Communication prior to implantation was excellent. I was given a cervix relaxant several hours before implantation, there was no where comfortable to go through this, either the very small reception area or, as I chose, cured up in great pain on a chair in a corridor of the adjacent dental building. I was not offered sedation for implantation, I struggle with smear tests but implantation was horrendous. As is advised, I was expecting to lie on the trolley for a half an hour after implantation, but no, after two minutes I was sent elsewhere. Second cycle, I thought I was pregnant, and their test confirmed this but at 7 weeks had a scan and they could not see anything. Told that the better quality scan was not working. Told to go back in a couple of weeks. The feeling of being pregnant soon went. Returned to clinic to be told very coldly that nothing there. I much later learned that I had probably had a chemical pregnancy. For various reasons we chose not to do a third cycle with the final embryos. After a couple of years of paying for them to be frozen we decided that we would donate them to anyone who needed embryos for pregnancy. This was a complicated process. We had to fill in many forms, including a heartfelt note to the 'future' child/ren at 18. A couple of years after we were contacted by the clinic as they had omitted to do some essential medical tests. When we went to the clinic again for an appointment, we were kept waiting a couple of hours, we didn't even have the appointment with the named person dealing with donation, but, in a tiny room. All the forms had to be completed again. On the floor of the 'office' were patient files, showing confidential information such as name and client number. We were even left alone in the room with them. We were expected to complete the forms in that cramped 'office'. We didn't, we had to get out of there and do the forms justice. We went to the nearby shopping plaza and did over a very very long coffee. So for a couple of years, our embryos were not even available for another couple to use. Heartbreaking. Now, the regulations have changed and embryos need to be from a woman under 40 and who has had a live birth. So now, my time with CRGH is finally coming to an end, after 10 years. Would I have been happy if the IVF had been successful, yes of course. Would I have still thought that the process at CRGH was poor, yes, absolutely.

I would definitely recommend this clinic. I’ve been a patient there for over 2 years and eventually my dream came true. The journey was long and exhausting but the doctor’s and theatre/ ward nurses professionalism and care were most helpful. My treatments plans were analysed on and on by doctors and the recovery nurses were so efficient and caring after the few procedures I had. Even the receptionist was so nice and helpful all the time. Thank you Dr Ozkan, Dr Montse, Ward Manager Costi and nurses team, John from reception. Yes, it is a bit more pricy than other clinics, but I believe the quality of treatments I got paid off. Indeed the financial department was a bit all over the place, where I got charged different prices for same procedures and few bills that I was not expecting them came later, so an improvement there could be done...but all sorted once questioned. I would happily return here if thinking of another baby.

I was surprised at the bad reviews, because we had no issues. I think we understood IVF is not the cheapest thing in the World, so once we decided to start it was fine. Their knowledge is really good and so far things are going well for us. I do not want to share details but all I can things are looking good for us and we feel very happy with the service.

We can not thank the team at CRGH enough Our family is now complete with the birth of our little boy this August After a couple of years trying for a second child, ( during which time I had an ectopic pregnancy and couple of early miscarriages) we approached CRGH Due to my age we decided on the IVF that included genetic testing of the embryos. This was the more expensive option, but in our case worth it, as it saved lots of time in the long run and false hope (my best embryos that would normally be have bern transferred turned out to be chromosomally abnormal). The doctors came up with a drug protocol that resulted in 14 eggs retreived of which 9 fertilised and we got 6 blastocysts. After genetic testing we had one ‘golden’ embryo which really was treat like gold by the team. I had issues pre transfer with my lining thickness and everything was done to check the conditions were optimal before transferring it back. Whilst this meant delays which were frustrating at the time, everything was always done in the best interests of my embryo and im pleased to say our first round resulted in our now 6 week old! Main suggestion for improvement would be to try to have some continuity in the nurses that you see for appointments as this does chop and change

I am really surprised to see all these negative reviews! I just did a round of ivf and honestly was an amazing experience at CRGH. I have never felt so looked after in a hospital setting. They all wished me luck, afterwards, from reception staff to consultants which felt genuine. I can’t speak for people who seem to have had the opposite experience but I will say this, these things take time and do require a certain amount of patience, it’s a big deal going through ivf, I cannot stress the importance of being patient with it all. I highly recommend them based on my experience. Sometimes when we live in a big city people are so impatient with their time, but going through ivf is apart from a (hopefully) successful fertilization an opportunity to completely slow things down in your life to allow for a potential fertlilisation.
