I visited BMI Hendon Hospital this week with my Mum, friendly atmosphere amongst the staff. Very clean and efficient- would recommend. Good parking facilities especially for the elderly as close to entrance.

I visited BMI Hendon yesterday, for the first time. I highly recommend using their facilities. Reception staff were extremely friendly, walked straight into my appointment and there was no waiting around for my chest x-ray. I was in and out within 30min. I'm definitely going to use this hospital more often, should I require any further medical assistance! Thank you to all the reception staff, the radiographer and Dr S Kahn!

Absolutely fantastic service during my ACL knee surgery yesterday. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I felt very taken care of. The nurses here are exceptional, the food was great and the hygiene level was impeccable. I’d recommend this hospital to anyone.

My wife went in for a cataract procedure. Everyone was very kind and helpful right to her nurse walking her to my car for the home journey. They did all possible to make her experience as easy and comfortable as possible.

A second visit to the Hospital for my Mum. Both visits were fantastic. One pre - Covid and the second at the end of August this year. Mum has now had both eyes done, although, still in the recovery period for the second. I cannot thank the staff enough for the care and attention as a whole that she received. She sings their praises, so Thank you Mr Lobo and your team. The reception, very polite and on this second occasion, I especially wanted to give credit to the young lady Hajjer who dealt with a clearly challenging task with the taxi companies that particular day. I was in reception waiting the whole time as I couldn't accompany my Mum upstairs for her procedure, but I could see how stressful a situation she was in and she just continued till she had to outsource from another company to get us home. Thank you Hajjer. Thank you BMI Hendon.

My mum had cataract surgery recently and the staff could not have been nicer or more kind to her. The service provided was excellent. Mr. Lascaratos, the surgeon was extremely kind and the result of the surgery is brilliant

The wife had a procedure here, told it would be done within and hour but spent all day. 4 stars on basis they need to let people know that actually you could potentially be here all day!

Had two Outpatients appointment last week and this week with a Urologist. Everyone at the Outpatients were very polite and respectful, and very caring. The whole area was clean and I didn't feel as though Covid was a threat at all. I can highly recommend the BMI Hendon after my experiences.

I've been to BMI Hendon Hospital a few times now and every time I was pleasantly surprised with the treatment I received. Recently, I had my surgery carried out at this hospital and yet again they delivered an amazing service. I've come across 8-10 different staff members during my stay and everyone was very nice, helpful and caring. I'd like to thank my consultant Dr Mordecai, his team and all the nursing and physio teams that were taking care of me on that day. The day after my surgery I received a courtesy call from Sammy/Eileen just ensuring that I'm okay. Top hospital with amazing staff offering outstanding care.

I went in for trigger finger surgery last week. It wasn’t my first time here, and as before every member of staff I encountered was absolutely lovely, welcoming, friendly & made me feel relaxed and calm. Covid 19 measures are of the highest level and I felt well cared for, also I was fully informed & updated as to when I would be going down for surgery. I would like to give a special mention to nurse Eileen Egan who’s bedside manner made me feel like I’d known her all my life! She’s an absolute gem and made me laugh a lot!! Also the lovely young lady who brought me lunch had such a wonderful manner! I feel privileged to have such an amazing hospital nearby. Well done all you lovely NHS staff, you’re fantastic!!

If you are in need of cataract surgery this is the place to come to. Ms. S Levin the Consultant, puts you at ease and explains the whole procedure, and Ricky the technician and all the nursing staff are brilliant. Their skills really make a difference. I was truly amazed at all the technology and equipment used in checking my eyes, and the whole procedure was a pleasant experience.

Excellent small Hospital- easy location and lots of free parking on site- has a small reception so waiting around not encouraged but very clean site and polite staff

A very big thank you to everyone working at this hospital. I went was in today as a day case and can honestly say that I found the whole experience to be absolutely outstanding . Everyone at all levels were so professional, kind and caringlots of explanation/communication and reassurance (Oh and so clean!) As a retired registered General and Psychiatric nurse, 35 years in all, I can't help "noticing things" but in all honesty in my experience today there was simply nothing to fault, pick up on or suggest (damn it!) WHY IS THEIR ONLY 5 STARS!! I would firstly like to thanks everyone at the BMI Hendon. From initial consultant Dr. Asopa all the way to surgery with Dr Atkinson. The hospital itself is clean and friendly, always greeted with a smiling reception. The ward was an ensuite with shower. The bed is reclinable and a TV too. Post surgery, the care was fantastic, always knocking on your door before entering not to disturb if unnecessary. The food post surgery is basic but good all the same, i only went for a simple sandwich with a coffee but the menu looked great. Dr Atkinson, thanks for everything. You are a great surgeon and you made me feel relaxed from start to finish and kept me informed and updated with everything throughout. Im sure after the short recovery i'll be 100%! Now, SAMMY, You beautiful shining star! You are in the right job and you clearly enjoy it. Your attention to detail is more than perfect and your natural charm made me so comfortable it made the day effortless and painless. I loved our bantz together and i'm still smiling.....you are one of these rare people you meet that you never forget! Thank-you BMI Hendon **********

Went ‘off to sleep’ to have Mr Halfpenny take my wisdom teeth out, next thing I know I’m in recovery and everything went as planned. Lovely staff looking after me before and after making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend having your teeth out if you don’t need to, but if you do then you can be sure you’ll be made comfortable at BMI Hendon.

My name is Socrates and I Have taken my time today to say a very big thank you to the nurse on site called Bernie, an amazing woman. I called for some assistance and I then received a phone call within 2 mins from Bernie with an appointment booked for the next day. I attended my appointment and I also had my dressing changed by Bernie. I was given really good help and advice also BMi Hendon have a brilliant nurse working for them. I attended the hospital on Saturday 12th June for a cataract operation under Mr A M Lobo as a National Health Patient. I could not fault the hospital. From my arrival early before 8.00 am to my departure after midday. I would like to thank all the staff, Mr Lobo and the nurses, especially Eileen, who took care of me throughout the day and Dilyiana. They allowed my wife to come along too and looked after her as well with cups of tea and biscuits. Thank you.

Jo and Mr Nandlal helped keep me distracted throughout my surgery (Partial removal of ingrown toe nail). Mr Nandlal was even happy to help with any further questions I had outside of our appointment. A really nice and friendly pair to have!

Went for an endoscopy today. I was very nervous but the staff were excellent, all polite and friendl, all questions answered. The place was very clean. Overall very happy with the service provided.

Nurse Marble is quite wonderful. I have a needle phobia, but when she took the blood sample I felt nothing and her manner is so reassuring and friendly. Couldn't be bettered

Terrible telephone service. 16 minutes to book appointment and put thru' to an extension that did not answer. Held to ransom whilst BMI plays an advert approximately 3 minutes. To book an appointment should take a few minutes. When being asked which department is wanted it is difficult to ascertain which department will deal with the particular problem. Difficult to speak to anyone because of largely automated system. Perhaps the management could phone the hospital posing as a patient to see/understand the problem. Medical service VG

Thank you for all your kind care when I came in for day surgery.

Used them for my immunisations for travel, very expensive but good service. Didn't drive so can't comment on parking but believe it is very limited from what i saw. Nearby and surrounding streets are all controlled zones and patrolled by wardens.
