I. H.I was at first floor ultrasound today
And lovely lady at the Reception very polite very sweet....
L. M.I went to another walk in clinic closer to my home, feeling desperately poorly, but was turned away due to no appointments(?!). I ended up in St Charles Urgent Care, where they were wonderful. My total time there was probably 90minutes. The triage nurse and doctor were helpful and kind. I was not feeling in a good state, barely able to to talk, and they were thorough and got me treatment. I'm now on the road to recovery and am so greatful. I fully recommend. Thank you.

S. G.Very clean. the receptionist was lovely and so helpful. When you go to the main waiting room for triage the wait is nothing. The assessment is very good and so caring.
You then have a small wait until you are sent off in the right direction. All wonderful staff very clear and very helpful all the way along. Nothing was to much trouble. Our amazing NHS and her team

K. M.Haven't had treatment here but my daughter and I were stuck with nowhere to go with our donations for the grenfell fire victims we were desperate to find a drop off point and had been driving around the area for hours
2 security guards told us to leave the 98 bags with them they got a trolley and carted it all off for us
