The Falcon Road Medical Centre have been extremely helpful to me every time I have needed medical advice or check-ups. Dr. Stuart Reiss, who has been my GP for nearly five years, has been very accommodating in his treatments of my various sports-related injuries and has gone out of his way to ensure I get the best treatment available. I cannot recommend their services enough, and I am grateful for the care and service they have provided me with over the years.

I've moved to Falcon road surgery one year ago as we now live near by. I've been very happy with the medical center even during covid lockdown.
I had two phone call appointment and doctors very very efficient.
Recently I had an important health problem, Dr Reiss referred me and put me on an emergency list at hospital and they offered me an appointment the week after. He followed up after the hospital appointment.
They also keep me informed by texts about what to do when they are closed. It is useful.

Felt compelled to give a 5* review for Dr Stuart Reiss at the Falcon Rd Medical Centre. The care he gave my elderly father was above and beyond what would normally be expected from a GP. Not only was he kind, patient and helpful, but he kept checking in with him not only out of hours but even when on holiday! My father has exclaimed how lucky he is to have Dr Reiss as his GP and will be forever grateful to him for his care!

I've been registered here for around 15years. I have always been treated with compassion and understanding. I have never felt rushed out of an appointment and have always felt that all the staff have time for me. All the Reception team have always shown empathy and never make it feel like they have a queue of waiting calls. David in particular has been amazing and a very kind a friendly
and accompanying person at the end of the phone. The manager, I think her name is Lynn is a constant friendly face and has time to take and personalise things. I have seen many doctors and I have always left feeling I was listened to and that they were all very thorough. Just wanted to thank them all for their hard work and commitment. A great part of the community, thank you

I have been registered to several different GP practices in my time, and this is by far the best one I have ever used. The staff are so helpful (and above all compassionate and kind), I always feel prioritised. The doctors and nurses are kind and welcoming and I am never made to feel like a nuisance. They go above and beyond to ensure I am seen quickly and receive any treatment that I need. I have had resolutions to very long standing issues whilst I have been a patient at this practice that others haven't seemed to have answers for. Thank you :-), your local hypochondriac x

I have found the reception staff and most of the doctors (bar one!) and the practice nurses amazing! They have been kind, considerate and supportive. I would recommend this surgery highly.
Great team!

Quality of care is dropping like a stone during Covid. Appointments can only be made every morning and one can never get through when the line opens. Health warning against Dr. Gray, whose simply shouldn’t be a GP given how little he cares. A call with him - with his consistently patronising attitude (see other reviews) - is enough to destroy your day. I was compelled to seek a second opinion through private health care after a consultation with him. Agree with the other user that if you care about yourself, you can’t stay with this surgery. Appreciate the pressure on the system but my experience with them was appalling and adversely impacted my health outcome. I’ve now moved on to another surgery.
Experience with Gray is 0 stars. The three stars are in recognition of the practician covering women’s health, most of the admin team who at least try to help and some of the helpful GPs (which you may never access since assignment on the day is a lottery, unless you’ve a LT condition)
