I had my first appointment in January where I saw a consultant, had a mammogram and ultrasound and then saw a consultant again. Booked in for surgery 5 weeks later. Can honestly say that this is an outstanding service because of the people who work within it. You are all amazing and I am very thankful and grateful.

Transport very bad has a cancer patient stress waiting long time to get to appointments which late all the time they dont seem to care which not good fed up not good when your ill some nurse talkto you but seem in rush all time havent time to talk see how you are when you sting three having cheo shame needs to improve

I have been attending this centre for nearly one year. I have found majority of the departments helpful. Appointments do run late in the Oncology department ( I have waited for nearly 3 hrs once), usually an hour behind :( But over hall I do like this centre... Thank you for looking after me! xxx

My husband, J. was sent to the Centre for a PET/MRI scan. We were greeted, made to feel at ease and thoroughly informed of what to expect during the procedure. The questionnaire was simple to complete and the team member, Chennie(?) was competent and thorough throughout the entire process. In fact, other team members were also competent, friendly and although busy, took time to answer my questions. The unit was clean , well managed and we would like to thank everyone for an excellent level of service delivery. All in all, excellent. Thank you

Started my daratumumab infusions here today on the day Ward, 2nd floor. Very nice place. Staff really nice and friendly. Good atmosphere to be given treatment.

Dr and Nurses amazing even the tea lady on the Chemo ward. The receptionist need a gold star as well. My only Gripe was with the waiting times, they seem to need twice as many Dr's and the place could do with being twice the size..

I cannot praise the Macmillan Centre enough. I was treated with respect, compassion and dignity. The staff we extremely friendly and ensured my needs were met. They were patient and explained the process in great detail. They should be very proud of the service they provide.

The UCLH Cancer Centre is bright, light, clean environment. It is a comfortable familiar welcoming building, the staff are excellent, most who have come from the West Middlesex Hospital and subsequently the Rosenheim building. This building represents the NHS at it's best, top consultants and nurse specialists who really care about you as an individual and strive for the best treatment and standards. The waiting times can be long, but it's worth the wait and is well located just off Tottenham Court Road, easily accessible from Euston Square, Warren Street and Googe Street tube stations, plus supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies etc. On entering the main building there is ample seating, toilets and a well stocked shop (magazines and choices) plus a small Costa providing hot drinks. The Macmillan information suite is a great place for support, information and getting to know the volunteers. The lower ground floor is scanners, xray and blood tests. The other floors consist of haematology, outpatient clinics, chemotherapy suite, young persons unit etc.
