Cannot praise this place too highly. Consistently quick, kind and attentive staff. I turned up on a Friday evening and was seen within 5 minutes by an exceptionally kind young doctor who put me at ease immediately. Her examination was carried out quickly and professionally, and she gave me what I needed to deal with the problem. Outstanding care and the NHS at its absolute best. Thank you!

Waiting 3 hours and still have no clue what's going on! Docs/staff seem clueless and not very helpful. Suffering from severe vomiting -so lacking energy now as it's almost 2.30pm and I've had nothing to eat! Reception closed for an hour and half -no information again. I'm having to -whilst sick, direct patients to wait or ask downstairs! By far one of the worst experiences so far in ANY NHS service! Do not recommend to anyone who doesn't have time to waste! I am re-reviewing this clinic. The GP was extremely helpful and informative. Would be happy to be seen by him again. Although, do not have 3.5hrs to waste for 1 appointment!

Was visiting from NY and after a few days in London developed a horrible sore throat which turned out to be simultaneously strep throat and tonsillitis, truly awful stuff. I called this urgent care center and the receptionist said I could come in right away to be seen. The check-in process was quick and easy. The wait, while unbearable at the time, was in hindsight a reasonable amount of time - less than an hour. I first saw a nurse and then the doctor, who admittedly lacked bedside manner and was obvious in his attempts to keep the encounter at brief as possible. Though again, a fair expectation for urgent care. I received a diagnosis and prescription immediately. Furthermore, I could not believe that in total, the visit, exam, and medication was... wait for it... 8£!! Are you kidding me? Amazing. So cheap I didn’t even bother to use the travel insurance I had. Maybe my standards (read: American healthcare) are abysmally low, or maybe this place really is as great as I perceived it to be. Either way they deserve a solid 5 stars in my book.

The staff are good. But the 111 service advises you to go here for urgent care then they look at you like a selfish alien when you actually show up. You have to go through the emergency system when you just need urgent care & they address you as though you're nuts and think your problem is an emergency, when you're fully aware it isnt and are there for urgent care as advised. Was given good advice but no investigation so no point in going really.

This is a halfway house between your GP and a classic A&.E. Receptionists are polite, waiting area reasonably comfortable and GPS when you see them reassuring. They will refer you upstairs to get access to hospital services if you think your situation merits it. If you have to leave before being seen your visit is recorded and your GP will be informed. Getting an appointment at your usual surgery should therefore be quicker.

Went last night as my son had an infection. Very straightforward. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. Had to wait about half-an hour (was expecting to wait longer given it was 7.00 p.m.). Doctor was helpful (not overly friendly but that was fine). Came away with what we needed. Wd definitely visit again if needed.

Visited today for treatment for my daughter's ear infection. We were seen immediately by the receptionist and were called into the doctor's consulting room within five minutes.The whole experience was very fast and efficient. Excellent service

i've been to 2 other walk ins over the past 2 weeks, and this was the third and the only helpful one. as someone with pre-existing mental health issues, this peculiar rash spreading across my entire body was extremely stressful and was causing considerable detriment to my mood resulting in poor eating, sleeping and more physically harmful things. i was seen quickly with minimal waiting time, and by a wonderful gp (i've forgotten the spelling but i think it was dr. aggwaral) who immediately was able to identify what was wrong and even sat down to discuss my mental state. honestly one of the most kind and compassionate doctors i've seen in my life and prompted me to come back if ever i had any other problem

went to the Urgent Care Walk-in Centre on a Saturday evening, the staff were all very welcoming and efficient, and I didn't have to wait at all for a consultation. I felt very reassured during my consultation.

Docs fab. Not sure about the receptionist who was talking to her mate on the phone for 1hr. It certainly wasn't her private hours. What a waste of NHS time. She is supposed to be working.

All the staff and doctors were great! It was 1,5 hrs since I've entered the Walk-in center until I left.

This beats any walk-in centre I have been to and would rather come here than seeing my own GP. It is clean, fast and efficient.

They were efficient but ultimately it was the wrong place for the problem we were dealing with. We were sent to the Charing Cross hospital's Emergency department.
