K.My child was born there 1955 I was in there for 6weeks quite I'll but care excellent even fall those years ago in again leg Abcess again Well looked after and note this was years ago I will never forget the staff at that time wonderful to me Hope this helps as I ve said many years ago that little has just passed away i am heart broken as u can imagine I am now an old woman of 91 but i will always remember y time there good me memories sooty no photos
D. W.Unbelievable. I dont know what just happened. This was the most professional and efficient blood test Ive ever done in my entire life. It is usually an absolute nightmare. I have tiny veins and every time I go for a blood test it takes 3 cups of coffee, 20 minutes of me jumping, drinking water and squeezing my hand in fist for my veins to be more or less visible. I stood in a queue for about 10 minutes, was called in and seen within minutes. It took less than a minute to find my vein and take my blood... I dont know his name, but the tall black guy with very welcoming warm eyes is an absolite superstar . If I could Id give 10 stars. Well done!

No queue even though I arrived at 8:30. Took my son for a test. They were extremely patient with him as he has a phobia of needles. They all offered him words of encouragement and even cheered when he finally managed to sit still. Long queue or not, I firmly believe this would have been the service regardless.
A. L.I went here to have blood taken today and I always have issues for some reason. I get lightheaded and sometimes pass out. The nurse that took my blood could not have been nicer. She was so helpful and took my mind off what was happening. Really happy and relieved.
K. Y.Excellent new facilities. This is the 2nd time I’ve had blood taken here. 1st time I had to wait 2, yes that’s 2 minutes. This time it was fairly full and I waited 30 minutes. Very professional and a good advert for how it looks when the NHS gets it right. Well done.
R. P.Friendly staff, very gentle, with a sense of humour, I have hard to find veins, Ana and Martin took their time and got a blood sample without causing me pain or distress, highly reccomend, they're a shining example of the great job NHS staff do daily.
N. S.My fiance had her ankle operation and then they send her for rehabilitation here. The staff was helpful and everything was perfectly fine now with her leg after just a few sessions of rehabilitation. We would like to tell a huge THANK YOU to all the staff.
