C. A.A little tired but great for kids on a Saturday from 13:00!
T. W.My wife attended Dr Lucas's clinic this morning . From her arrival at 0940 to leaving some 3.5 hours later, she was given attention and treatment which could not be faulted: certainly as good as or better than any NHS or private hospital I have visited. Starting with a helpful receptionist, then Anthony, a nurse, who had an excellent manner and impressed with his knowledge , followed by Ali (male) who could not have been more helpful or informative and made follow up arrangements which were concise and clear. All this was summarised in a thoughtful and effective manner by Dr Lucas. We were not rushed but no time was wasted and we left feeling as though we had had an excellent experience. Thank you so much!!!

C.Hi my first visit to buccleigh lodge was wonderful the staff were very understanding and helpful my first consultant was wonderful she was very caring thank you so much.But today was terrible .the consultant was very sharp treated me like ideas a child I didn't like her manner at all I know by own body and how far to push myself .I suffer with anxiety have done for years but she's trying to insist I go to the anxiety clinic and not really listening to what by problems are she was banging on you need to exercise more I never stop not happy I will be putting a complaint In
