Lovely hospital and very good service and a good team . I went in for minor surgery. The theatre staff and nurses on the post op ward were absolutely outstanding and the most friendly humans you could wish to meet .thankyou to all !

Been here today for pain block injections. I was seen by a grate Doctor , Dr Head-Rapson what a great guy he is. The Hospital is very nice with lovely staff. From entering into the Hospital to leaving u could not fault the staff.

I had a discectomy procedure at Fulwood Hall in March and I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Roberts and all the staff who looked after me. I was well looked after throughout my stay and just want to thank everyone there. I also had issues with my Covid test prior to surgery when I sent it off but the staff at Fulwood Hall managed to do another Covid test with me 2 days before surgery was due at the hospital and sent it off so my surgery could go ahead. Absolutely amazing treatment and care. I was treat under the NHS here and i felt truly blessed. Each and every member of staff who looked after me cared. The anesthetist, surgeon, nurses and student nurse were amazing. Right from assessment to treatment I knew they had my best interests and wamted to make be better. I was admitted to Fulwood Hall Hospital, on Tues, 6th July, 2021 to undergo knee replacement surgery. I found all the staff to be professional, empathetic and the most caring group of people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. From receptionist to surgeon, nothing was too much trouble. The nursing staff were awesome. A big thank you to Nikki, who was with me on my first day, and Melanie, who also had to endure two full shifts helping me through my stay. 😂😂😂 Dr. Johnson was brilliant when discussing different types of anaesthetic procedures available to me, dispelling any fears or apprehensions that I had previously had. Together with his assistant, made me feel so comfortable. A special thank you to Mr. Cope who performed the operation. I cannot fault the service provided by ALL the staff team. My recent visit to Fulwood Hall hospital for knee replacement surgery was a truly excellent experience.it far exceeded my expectations. Every single member of staff gave outstanding service to me as a patient. The surgeon Mr. Cope, the anaesthetist, Dr. Jones, Peter and Kevin in resuscitation were all highly professional and totally reassuring. Nothing was too much trouble. All the nurses individually, the physiotherapists, doctors on the ward, all care and catering staff went out of their way to ensure that I had first class care and treatment every step of the way. I genuinely cannot think of one single thing that could have improved this experience. Thank you.

I had Endoscopy and Colonoscopy done today, I felt a bit nervous, but the staff are so good a understanding, they make you feel so comfortable. If you get given a appointment, keep it cos one appointment leads to another and if you cancel one, then the staff have to not only change your first appointment, but the follow up ones, and it's a hassle. Most of all, I'd like to say "Best hospital/staff in the world" Bless each and every one of you.

I was in for a day case surgery. The staff from the moment I was brought in, to the nurses, anaesthetist, surgeon we’re all so kind and comforting. My room was immaculate and should I require surgery again I will definitely be back to Fulwood Hall.

Great first class care here today. Well organised and clean. Staff were all welcoming and friendly and put me first. Had a hernia operation today under general anaesthetic. I am a retired doctor and a fussy one too. I only have words of the highest praise for EVERYONE. Forgive me if I miss anyone but thanks to all nurses, to ward housekeeper, Peter in theatre, recovery staff, and of course my highly skilled surgeon and anaesthetist Mr Ward/ Dr Jones. After theatre I had great lunch in my pleasant en suite room. I was quite nervous but I constantly felt in safe hands and much appreciated the words of reassurance and explanation from all the staff. My only improvement point is that a wine list would have been nice..😉...but then I may not have wanted to go home. Well done Ramsay Fulwood Hall!

I would just like to say a big thank you to all the staff that I had the pleasure to come in contact with at Fulwood Hall. I was quite anxious coming into the Hospital obviously during this time of Covid, but I didn't need to worry as everybody looked after me really well and followed the guidelines to the letter. I came in for a Lumbar Decompression and Discectomy and had to stay in overnight therefore I would like to give a special mention to Alex who looked after me during the day and Victoria who looked after me throughout the night, there dedication to their profession is very commendable. Mr Ansar my surgeon made sure I was okay before and after surgery and reassured me regarding my procedure.

I had surgery 10 days ago under the care of Mr Sahni and his team. I cannot begin to say how wonderful they all were, from pre op to post op. The treatment and care is absolutely second to none, what a wonderful team, you are all amazing! Free parking in car park or on the road out side. Friendly welcoming staff. They now covid assess you just after entering so go in early enough. Hand gel and masks at the left of main door as you enter, you have to wear hospital mask (if you can wear one of course) Then book in at the screened desk. Seating is blocked/spaced out for covid protection. The staff will call and take you to your consultant. I have found this hospital to give great help and provide a caring service.

From start to finish absolutely wonderful team on (especially night staff on my first night) can't remember her name who looked after me but was fantastic like the others the following night. Food was good but struggled to eat as just had abdominal surgery and could only eat bits. Theatre staff fantastic as ive never had surgery like this before and well and truly looked after me. Staff were spot on and helpful and had the best consultant in Mr cope. I saw Mr Canty the first time I attended and praised me on my improvement and it made me feel welcomed but the second experience under Mr cope was fantastic such a lovely consultant and went above and beyond for me. I wanted to leave a review as my mother was recently here for 4 days having a full right knee replacement surgery. Truly and honestly from the lovely surgeon Dr Marcus Cope to every single staff member I can not thank them enough for the first class care they provided my mother. Such caring and attentive staff they work so very hard but give each and every patient time, respect and sooo much understanding. The love my mother and I got from the awesome super nurses I simply can not express. I’m touched and just sooo grateful. I will never forget this experience as they made it so much better. Such a clean and nice hospital. Very well organised. The food and the staff catering and serving really lovely. I couldn’t fault anything. The nurses and doctors individually I would like to thank honestly caring and loving with ernoumous amount of understanding and patience. My mother is so very grateful in a lot of pain but God Willing that will get better with time. It is such a massive traumatic operation and after care movement and exercises are extremely important to prevent blood clots or for the knee to seize up. A huge heartily big thank you to all the team that helped my mother. God bless you all and thank you for doing what you do best. Eternally grateful. Hugs to everyone.

I have just been in for surgery yesterday 9th July . The staff were amazing nothing to much trouble . I was very nervous and they made me feel so at ease. The hospital is spotless .I would recommend this hospital everytime Thankyou to mr Abdo as well.

Just had knee replacement,could not find fault with anyone so nice and made me feel relaxed as i was very nervous.And now i say to myself why. Excellent service and facilities on a day admission for exploratory op- staff are helpful and attentive. Parking can be a bit hit and miss because the car park can get full and you have to hope there are spaces on the road next to it, but then this is a problem for all hospitals, and as I was dropped off wasn't an issue for me.

Fantastic! The care & enthusiasm from the staff here is amazing. I was really made to feel like a VIP during my brief spell here. The pre- admission worries I had came to nought. This is exemplary care from dedicated staff. The consultant was wonderful & explained in detail the procedure. All went well with no pain or discomfort whatsoever.

I have visited Fulwood Hall Hospital on 3 occasions re Knee Surgery. I travel a distance and this has never been a problem as the highest standard was given at this Hospital. I cannot praise the nursing staff enough for their dedication at what has been a difficult time for me after the last operation. House keeping was of a very high standard; I cannot fault this hospital, full marks to Fulwwod Hall and full marks to my wonderful Consultant Helen Morecambe

The service and staff here are excellent. However, the reception area can get quite crowded at times, which is a minor disappointment on an otherwise excellent facility.
