M. D.Very nice little apartments. Never stayed at an apartment hotel before so was a nice change. Greeted by a very friendly receptionist, hotel is well laid out. Rooms are a good size, tho needed a few paint touch ups and a new light bulb in places. Bedroom was nice, great big windows but I'll come on to the view after, bed was a bit uncomfortable though. All in all a good hotel. Plus points - very close to bullring and all the chain restaurants and bus station, lovely service and a good price. Bad points - had to pay a £100 deposit which wasn't mentioned during booking, view from the bedroom windows would have been good were it not for the incredible amount of litter and roadworks everywhere! Never seen so much litter and graffiti in one place! To sum up, if you're heading to Birmingham to go to the bullring or have a destination to visit then it's a great place to stay. However if you're intending to walk around and prefer your cities litter free and well maintained then try somewhere else
S. W.Very nifty! The fact the rooms are one bedroom self contained apartments are great! You can cook In your room and everything! Shower was a great size too plus it's close to everything and they subsidise your parking too so you pay just a fiver for a full night and days stay. Highly recommended
S. R.Excellent location just near Selfridges, good if you need to be near Digbeth or the city centre however current roadworks can make it difficult to get to. Y car. The car park which can be used is at Moore street just opposite Selfridges. There is a cost of £5 a night but it is safe and secure. The staff were excellent. Linda was particularly helpful and welcoming. The apartment is well resourced and stocked. There are loads of places to eat to suit all budgets within a 5 minute walk. I would recommend these apartments and would definitely book again.

N. B.Clean, convenient location, good size room. It was a great place to spend a night. I didn't try the tv, phone, gym, any of the kitchen equipment, or have food. Another reviewer commented on the location but as a lone female I found it fine, even at night (but it is indeed a less well lit and more run down part of the city - but within a minute's walk from an entrance to the bull ring). I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
L. M.Good Central location. Spacious room with well equipped kitchenette and modern bathroom. Good variety of food for breakfast. The only downside was our TV didn't work and we couldn't phone reception as the phone didn't work either ! Overall though a comfy stay.

A. R.Lovely over night stay. Room spacious, clean and well equipped.
Only negative was not able to provide breakfast. Reason due to COVID restrictions. However in light that restrictions have now been lifted, the breakfast option should have been offered as per the room charge. The offer of having breakfast sent to the room for an extra £9 per person was deemed excessive.

D.We stayed at the hotel on 18th December all staff were very friendly and professional the fire alarm went off at 4am as a guest had damaged a fire alarm this was no fault of the hotel and the staff were extremely professional and went the extra mile to ensure our experience of the hotel was a good one. We left an item behind and Razza kindly returned the item at no cost as a gesture of good well

J. C.A-ma-zing. It literally is like being at home. Kitchen, living area, bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen was equipped with fridge, microwave, hob, the the plates etc and even a dishwasher. Wish there were more of these hotels around. Would stay in them everytime I travelled
L. A.Amazing views from 7th floor, very well equipped. My only criticism would be the cleanliness of the bed surround (dusty) and under the bed. This wouldn’t usually be an issue but as this was a Murphy bed the sofa was therefore dusty and someone’s litter was on it. Seemed a bit forgotten about which was a shame. The rest of the apartment was spotless.

S. D.I didn’t stay but my family member did and when coming back from a night out at around 1am couldn’t get a taxi and the man on the reception get me a taxi and made sure I was okay! Staff I met were amazing people. Date 31/10/2021 around 1am
A.The place is clean and offers basic amenities. Good location. Nice to have a small kitchen and fridge. Staff were friendly. I do think that offering only one towel a person for 7 days (unless paying extra) and having to go to reception to ask for loo roll (at which point you'll receive only 1 roll) seems stingy. It made me feel less overall happy with the place. If you stay here, bring an extra towel for yourself.

M. L.Good value budget hotel in the middle of Birmingham’s shopping district. Right next to self fridges and the Bullring mall.
Location was not best. Crowds and surrounding in the evening was a tat dodgy. Loads of party goers and bar patrons roaming the street. We had thought that given it was next to Self Fridges it would be great location ;-)
Hotel itself was fitted with modern furnishings. Rooms are decent size but air conditioning didn’t cool down the room.
Service staff were friendly and helpful. We had issue with sofa bed not setup and we were told to self serve but after a few calls with reception team it was sorted out.
