J. M.Great hotel, easy to get to, excellent staff, especially Nisha in the restaurant, food was amazing, would definitely stay again even just for the breakfast.
A couple of small points that didn't detract from the overall stay, the door handle in the bathroom wasn't fully secure, the bed was very hard, and in the restaurant a couple of the plates were fresh from the dishwasher but had food still in them, a cup had a chip in it, the spoons don't match the rest of the cutlery and the windowsills needing cleaning, these aren't complaints just noticing attention to detail could have been better.
Overall still 5 stars and highly recommend the hotel, was only for one night but if in the area would definitely stay again.

E. N.Excellent hotel. Rooms were spacious, very clean and so quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was very good. A stone's throw from the airport with direct link to NEC and station making a trip into the city centre very easy and quick. Fantastic all round.
S. U.Very good location for NEC. Walk straight into the airport then get the free rail link and you're basically in the NEC. Great breakfast and great views if you like runways (we do). We were in room 720 so think the even numbers on the higher floors give you the views. I used the Hilton App to get a discount and it functioned as the key card for the room too. Plus it's a midday checkout which is always nice. I'd happily return to this hotel.

Shame wasn't explained about parking (must park in Car Park 1 to get £20 discounted parking), otherwise will cost £46 for the night ! We parked in wrong car park and charged £6 for 16 minutes, after receptionist explained parking.
Room was clean, and had adequate facilities, windows sound proof (as right next to airport runway), room bit warm as Aircon not functioning (but at 11pm least of our worries, when you have a 10am start)
Breakfast was brilliant, all you can eat and drink, usual continental and full English. Even let us take a few bits of fruit and croissants back to our room.

Overall pleasant stay apart for car park confusion and this extra cost !

S. M.The place is fine, the room was clean (well, it was initially on check-in, then we had to keep going to reception to ask for the room to be cleaned, which it never was during our stay) the bed was comfy enough, everything was just fine.
Unfortunately for the price we paid, we expected something a little better than fine, and although the buffet breakfast was brilliant and catered for a range of diets, it just wasn't quite worth what we paid. We would stay there again, if the price were more on par with the quality of the rooms.
Admittedly, the location of the hotel is the draw, being right next to the NEC, and a short stroll to a shopping centre with plenty of restaurants. It's even within walking distance of the airport, which was really handy.
A. G.All staff that we met showed empathy approachable trust worthy and kind. From reception and rooms we shared tidy clean and breakfast beautiful. We were heading to Xmas Do I had left my wallet and they put it back in my room. Now that says alot.

R. W.Stayed on the 9th Nov 2021. Great location. The girls serving in the restaurant were absolutely brilliant and really friendly/helpful. The bar and reception staff were also great and yes I'll confess that I've been a fan of Hilton Hotels for a long time. But if I'm really honest, my only criticism would be that I thought my room here were a bit drab and underwhelming (Sorry Hilton!). Apart from that it was all good.

Whenever I return to Birmingham, I will for sure be staying here again in the future! The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, simple yet luxurious! COVID cleaning occurs daily, by housekeeping, unless you request them not to while you are staying there.

P.I must say what a great hotel, how relaxing to know you ain't got them doors that slam shut, that people seem to love doing it, we was in room 320 great view over the airport, only downside was heating in the rooms needs to be looked at and more choices in the restaurant downstairs, we would definitely recommend this hotel 💯

J. V.The rooms were nice, and the location was excellent. I do recommend staying there if landing late rather than booking a taxi. We landed at 2:20 am, which I informed the hotel of and was told it wasn't a problem as they have 24hr reception, which they do. However, even though informing them and paying for the room on advance we were taken off the system for some reason and then had to wait 15 minutes for them to get us back on and sorted. An inconvenience to say the least when you're knocked and just want to go to bed. Can't comment on breakfast as we didn't stay long enough for it.

D.Very good service ,staff very helpful and kind .The only issue is with the Menu scan bar code system that sometimes doesn't work properly .The kids Menu bar code system doesn't have good design as it doesn't have the option for the breakfast( you have to use adults Menu for that) and you have to submit 2 times the options that you desire for the rest one for the lunch and the second time for the dinner .So a bit tough ,specially for people new in the country or with less tech skills .

N. F.A lovely new hotel, everything about it was fresh the reception on entry the room the lift area. The gym albeit small was adequate and suitable for the shirt time I stayed with my wife.
The room was lovely dressed smelt nice and was very clean, not to be expected for a hotel so young. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming a nice mix of English and European staff too.
The bath in the room filled up quickly and the shower was very powerful too. The gels and creams for free were brilliant too.
Breakfast in the morning was both English and European in offerings. Which was a pleasure to eat also compliments to the chef. The only downside was the elevator broke twice on us, two of the three were out of service at different intervals during our stay which we were lucky to be on the first floor.
J. F. Q.Nice new rooms, but shower only just hot enough at Max heat setting. I was assured that it would be fixed after I mentioned it to somebody at reception, but nothing was done I'm afraid. I wouldn't have minded if if an explanation had been left as to why it couldn't be fixed during my short-term stay.

W. J. F.This is a great place to stay. The food is good, the staff attentive and keen to please and the rooms first rate. The prices were good too and overall well worth the 5 stars I gave. If you are flying to or from Birmingham airport, this should be your hotel to choose. Its also very close to the airport terminal buildings and the Car hirer's depot, so very easy and convenient. The noise from the airport was minimal too, which meant we were able to have a good nights sleep before our departure the next day. I recommend this hotel.

J.I've stayed at two other of the Hilton Garden Inns and this was absolutely flawless. Stayed for three nights and the Manager was friendly and informative. Staff were polite, professional and attentive and were happy to meet demands.
We didn't get the breakfast and instead ordered a coffee in the main restaurant area, staff who were running breakfast came out of their way just to serve us and that really was a sign of great service.
The room was spotless and the air con was a god send.

J. T.Decent on-site hotel, have stayed a few times this year, well appointed rooms, always very clean and generally reasonably priced. As well on on-site restaurant and shop, you have the facilities of the airport terminal a 2 minute walk away as well as the rail station and NEC close by.
T. Q.Stayed here many times while working nearby. By far the nicest hotel in the Birmingham airport / NEC area. Rooms on the airport side have a view of the runway - some might not like this but I loved it, especially as the rooms are very well soundproofed so there is little plane noise

R. L.This place is very good with the exception of two things: the first being the cheap lumpy coil sprung mattress, the second being the price tag. For the price we paid, I'd expect a decent quality bed. In this day and age a hotel like this should be using pocket sprung or memory type mattresses.
On the positive side the room was clean, modern, spacious, air conditioned, plenty of plug sockets with usb, massive TV, full length mirror etc... Also a lovely ensuite shower room.
Food and service in the restaurant was excellent and staff friendly.

J. G.We'd previously stopped at the nearby Ibis of the last two previous occasions but I grew somewhat tired of paying close to £100 for a glorified cell. As a result, this time I decided to try the Hilton instead.
Location is excellent, literally 50 yards from the terminal and there's a dedicated drop-off point which alleviates any concerns over where you can or cannot pull over to drop anyone off.
The check-in process was hassle free and within minutes we were in the room. The room itself was large, well furnished and although we were only there for a single night I'd have been more than happy to stop there for a week or more.
We ventured downstairs for a few drinks and some food which while expensive was perfectly adequate.
I'll definitely be stopping here again next time we travel.
J. R.I had a very relaxing comfortable 1 night stay. Decor soothing, bed linen cool and crisp, towels full and fluffy - all the things one needs for a good night's sleep whilst in transit. One thing I did not appreciate - from 5am ish I awoke to voices in my room to find BBC news on the TV - the TV kept automatically coming on...
P. H.Good rooms, all very new; comfy beds and a view if the airport and runway. Only minor downside was at the time I checked in, there was only one member of staff on, who was dealing with a customer with what appeared to be a difficult booking. I was left waiting nearly 15 minutes to check in. Once I'd asked for another member of staff I was soon dealt with.
N. N.The rooms look brand new and cosy. Strongly recommend it if you are looking for a stay near BHI. Breakfast was perfect - not very crowded on a weekday. Just when I booked Uber to office , cannot choose the hotel as pickup point, so had to walk 3-4mins behind the hotel. Everything else was perfect.
P. C.New and comfortable hotel right next to the airport terminal entrance. Given how close it was to the aircraft ramp I found the hotel almost silent (although I was not in a room directly overlooking the ramp).
Reason for 4 stars only was that I didn't get chance to sample the restaurant or the breakfast due to the times of my visit, so can't comment on those.

M.Hotel ticks all the boxes for me, we only tend to see the front of house staff who are great, the rooms are clean well attended, take away breakfast can be a hit and miss affair if your going to work so book it a little early, I'm only saying this because most of the outlets in the airport are closed and this can be a challenge for us staff.
C. P.We stayed for one night to go to a concert and our stay was great. It was my daughters birthday and they put a cake and card in the room for her to arrive to. The bed was comfortable, bathroom more then adiquate and there is an iorn and ironing board in the room. Breakfast was fantastic, something for everyone. The waffle machine was a hit! If/when we need to stay in Brum, we will definitely be staying here.

Rooms are clean, comfy, and of a decent size.
Place has restaurant gym bar and laundry facilities.
Parking is not free. I heard another guest whinging on at the poor girl at reception about this but let's be clear. This is a major international airport and no hotels on site have parking as NCP are contracted and the transport police have a tight grasp on such access. You can't please everyone.
I recommend this hotel for travellers and people attending conventions as NEC and obviously the airport are walking distance.
It is quite expensive here but you absolutely get 100% of what you pay for.

When I checked in I asked if any high floor rooms were available and was given room 812. It was like being in the control tower!

The cost of a breakfast is a little excessive but there's other outlets nearby, but the bar prices are very similar to nearby bars.
Very comfortable bed and the room was clean. We were fortunate to get a room overlooking the airport, great for a little plane spotting, it passes the time. Not noisy either.
The hotel is handy for the airport, NEC is nearby, as is Resort World. You can also get to Birmingham city centre, via train, from the NEC.

This time the Aircon didn't work and the jug only worked if you held the switch in the "on" position, otherwise it just stopped.
