Stayed at this Hotel last Friday night into Saturday evening with my grandson. Excellent Customer Service on Check-in by a very friendly and cheerful young lad between 6 and 7pm.
It has a great location for Shops and the room on arrival was Spotless .
Will definitely return to this Hotel at a later date.
Thank You also to the Romanian lady who sorted out a pizza and chips for my Grandson and the Asian girl and man with pony tail in restaurant on Saturday morning who were very attentive during breakfast.
Thank You 😊

Another great Premier Inn. For the money these places can’t be beat. Centrally located. Quiet. Comfortable. Convenient. Clean. And great value. £45 a night for a family of 4. Amazing. If your after a fancy posh stay then go somewhere else but for anyone else it’s well worth a visit.

Had no issue with this hotel at all! Rooms were nice and big, bathroom was clean and smelt fresh! It was in a perfect location! Only issues we had was we couldn't stay an extra night due to the storm as it was fully booked! And the TV doesn't have screen mirroring meaning you can hook your phone up to it and watch whatever you want, but even then not a big issue. Was still an amazing stay would definately come back!

Excellent stay. Perfect location in the centre of Birmingham with a comfortable room. What made the stay perfect was the staff though. Despite being very busy with a really difficult crowd in one evening, the staff were happy, friendly and helpful. They maintained a professional approach despite horrible people in the hotel and made sure we had everything we needed. 5 stars for the best hotel staff ever.

Let's start with positives ... Great location for both Birmingham centre but also if you are at an event at the NEC. Decent sized rooms, good shower and bath, working lifts. Snack machines, umbrella hire, good breakfast options. Daytime and evening staff always helpful. And the beds are always comfortable!
Not good .. constantly being harassed by vagrants every time you enter or leave the hotel. Not being able to prepay when you book multiple rooms, meaning very slow check in process. Finally, attitude of nightshift staff as exemplified by night shift manager. You sit in the bar during the evening enjoying drinks served by polite, friendly staff. Then the shift changes and the night manager is miserable and everything is too much hassle for her. Same as last time, same person, same attitude problems.
Overall, still recommend this place as positives outweigh negatives.

We've stayed here a few times as our daughter is studying in Birmingham it's very convenient for the train station. Staff , rooms and food have always been good, never had any complaints.
H. C.
Very helpful, attentive & friendly staff. Premier Plus room was lovely, incredibly clean and tidy on our arrival. The breakfast was much nicer than other Premier Inns we have stayed at too, I am a aware it is all the same items, but the hot options were cooked to perfection! We would definitely stay again!

This hotel is in a really good location, close to shops/restaurants and the train station. The room was clean and the bed was comfy with nice pillows. Downfalls were we had pre booked dinner and was told the restaurant opened at 6. We went down at 6 and no one was there to seat us, we had to go get help ourselves and when seated the food took a while to come. Seemed very short staffed as the waiter kept disappearing and we had a train to catch so we had to go get the chef to help us. The reception also only had one staff working so took a while to get checked in, only one lift was working as well so waited ages to go up and down throughout the day. The next morning we had booked breakfast, took a while to get seated as they said the restaurant was full even though there were tables. When we then went up to the buffet the line was long, they hardly had any food and it took a while for them to bring more even after being asked numerous times. There were also no glasses, no juice, or no mugs and had to keep asking for things.
K. F.
Decent rooms & clean. Wish there were more pillows, but that's just personal preference.
Really lovely breakfast staff. Very accommodating for vegans and vegetarians

Paid for a single and double bed and the single was a chaise lounge, key cards were also iffy and tv was faulty with lines across half the picture. Bath was nice and deep and double bed comfy.
E. M.
Great location, right next to the entrance to New Street station, and the shopping centre. Helpful staff, great room, very comfortable bed, and everything super clean. Don't be put off by the new tramway being laid right outside, although it looked chaotic, you couldn't hear the noise inside. I would definitely use the hotel again.
D. B.
The room was a nice room standard premier inn room. We stayed here as we were at a gig in Birmingham the room was nice ans quick check in and out and let us check in a bit earlier. This is a good place to stay as its right next to all the bullring and new street station it's ideal for a weekend stay
P. F.
Clean and tidy room. Very convenient for both city centre and train station. Didn't actually or interact with a single member of staff so can't comment on the level of service except to say, the quality of the experience is often set by your interactions with staff. So, in this instance, it was quick and convenient but where were the humans
G. B.
Splurged for a premium room on the top floor and it was well worth it. Check-in was smooth but beware that reception is not usually staffed in the mornings. There was a crowd of us who wanted to leave our bags for the day.
R. S.
Had a great night's sleep at this city centre hotel, handily placed placed for New Street station. All the staff extremely helpful and pleasant
A. T.
I had a great stay here. I would particularly like to commend Jonathan S. He had a relaxed and friendly customer service style that worked well.
A. D.
Was working nights - the hotel is having upgrade works and was woken every morning by the sound of hammering. Good location for the Bullring/New Street station.
K. V.
Great room, so close to the station. I arrived late so didn't want to be walking around Birmingham in the dark. Welcoming and helpful staff. Good value too.
L. C.
Had a good stay here. We booked 2 rooms and they made sure we were together. Clean and tidy . Covid safe. Breakfast was good except coffee very week.
T. R.
I had a great sleep, the bed was very comfortable and the soft pillow was delightful ( I wish I could buy them)
I'd like to say a special thank you to our breakfast host EWAN He was very attentive and friendly with everyone.

Clean room, comfy bed. Bathroom is a bit like a public toilet with the vinyl floor and the toilet paper dispenser. Ask for a high floor to avoid noise from a busy mcdonalds below.
J. H.
Absolutely Fantastic Stay. You always know what you are going to get with the rooms, clean, fresh, comfy, etc
The staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly
We had the best time
P. K.
Clean and tidy room which is all you need in a hotel, good breakfast, and really helpful staff
B. W.
Absolutely brilliant short stay and excellent value for money. Highly recommended. We booked a premium plus room on 7th floor.Staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast was very good, though I would have preferred hotter plates. Chef doesn't know the difference between poached and fried egg 😀.
J. K.
Premier inns are pretty standard wherever you go. I don't think I will use this one again it wasn't the best one I've been to and the lack of staff to ask regarding any issues was off putting. We had an issue with a room but couldn't find any one to address it. When you try to get back into the hotel you will find all the main doors are always locked, given a grim prison like feel and you will need you room card to get in.
Y. P.
Great location.
Overall ok.
Not much choice at continental breakfast.
I.
Excellent stay a few eeks ago.
Yes the check in is at 4pm which is clearly stated on the website and confirmation emails.
Self service check in was also a breeze.
Room was excellent and slept like a log.
C. T.
Great hotel right by the railway station and the Bullring our room is proper posh and our room looked right over the city centre. The only downside is there's work going on to extend the tram network and its a bit noisy other than that its its okay.
S.
Calm, hygienic & outstanding customer support. Lovely/ helpful & polite hygiene staff! Thanks!
c. c.
Idea position for travel. Staff very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable
C. M.
Great stay at this hotel. Right in the heart of the city. My room was nice and spacious. Would stay again.
F. D.
You know what you're getting with a Premier Inn. Simple and comfortable. Staff were really helpful (getting me an iron at short notice etc).
Shower was a bit disappointing but I was still clean so it didn't really matter.
P.
Luggage storage is a plus and so is the location of the hotel however at night at the hotel entry door we didnt feel safe. Staff was good however check in took time due to limited staff
J. J.
Very secure, riff raff can’t just walk in especially on Friday or Saturday nights (I’m assuming every night ). You need key card to access front door, staircases, elevator, hallways. Rooms are immaculate and decorated nicely. Rooms are fairly priced but can go up or down depending on demand. No odours, clean carpet in room and hallways; and great lighting whether you need to light up the room or you want subtle mood lighting to relax. Think they do have a bar and food available but check due to covid restrictions. Bathroom smells fresh, toilet bowl, sink & shower basic clean and odour free. Crisp white bedding, comfy mattress and pillows - you get a good sleep physically. Bare in mind your close proximity to the city centre nightlife. Amazon locker in foyer. Reception on mid level, not on ground floor entrance so discreet if you’re looking to intimately meet someone *wink*. Parking may be an issue as you are smack dab in centre of town so cannot park directly outside but there’s Grand Central Station car park, Town Hall car park and many other similar NCP’s depending on your budget. See Google Maps for your own preferences but I recommend downloading all the parking apps like RingGo, NCP Park Pass, Just Park, YourParking and PayByPhone etc. Rooms have usb sockets if you forget your wall plug and only have the cables. Complimentary shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand wash; tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets with a kettle/paper cups & plastic cups provided. Climate control in rooms. Sufficient amount of towels. Was a hair dryer in my room. Not much noise when I was there but was a bit of loud and Leary girls and guys conversations too high volume coming up the landing to and from their rooms. Lots of drunk and homeless loitering outside the McDonald’s next door to hotel doors after hours. 24 hour shop just under the ramp hotel is based on. Does alcohol, flowers, essentials like milk and bread, slushes, cigarettes to hardware. Very convenient. HSBC and Lloyds cashpoint 1 min walk from hotel lobby door. You’re IN the city centre so abundance of shopping experiences during daytime but beware; as of July 2021, metro being repaired on nearby corporation street and HS2 works going on in multiple nearby locations. Chaos. Plenty of homeless beggars asking for change. There will be security guards most nights manning the hotel main doors from said homeless and the annoying drunks migrating from McDonald’s and local clubs. Plenty of CCTV watching your back to keep you safe but keep your wits about you after dark - don’t walk with head down and face in phone, will get snatched. Keep eye on who is behind you. Definitely worth a stay if your in brum. Only loses a star for the lack of parking, the difficulty accessing the building due to foot traffic in and out of grand central during day and drinks/homelessness loitering outside from McDonald’s during the nighttime.
S. F.
This was perfect for our shopping trip loved the bull ring and the huge primark our room was spotless and the staff were great x
N.
Typical Premier Inn.. all good.
Just one thing,.. at the moment, BCC are have a tram installed... and the work is right outside... forget sleep if you've a light sleeper (Sept 21)
N. H.
Very good access to city centre, kind staff, very comfortable stay. Top stuff.
P. M.
Good place for a short stay in city centre. Entrance area very drab and there was a queue to check in. Lifts very busy in the morning.
A. C.
Great accommodation for a short stay over night in Brum whilst socialising with friends. Just be aware of the roadworks very close by. Wasn't nice with a hangover the next morning.
I. B.
Room was nice, staff were very friendly.
My only complaint is that the breakfast is not worth the money. £9 and it's only table service. And this isn't just because of covid. Heard they did this before covid too. It's only table service, meaning it's only unlimited breakfast if you order absolutely everything the first time round since the waitress will serve you once and never come back as there's others to serve.
Why can't it be like the old days of Premier Inn where it was a buffet and you could go up whenever you wanted and just fill your plate? The new system really ruins it.
I'll stay here again, but definitely won't be getting breakfast
B. K.
A five stars goes to Walid - duty manager at Premier Inn for quickly solving our problem and being absolute star! Very professional and service you'd expect from top hotels! Well done and thanks for everything. Will definitely use Premier Inn in the future!
C. I.
Well placed in the heart of the city centre. Very close to most social amenities, such as beautiful shops and restaurants. However, it is not obvious to find the hotel especially when you drive to the place or if it is your first time. My experience as we travelling by car with my partner, it wasn't a good one. The car park in Birmingham City Centre is horrendous and expensive. Athough the hotel recommended, there was no discount for Premier Inn costomers. Other than that staff members are polite and very helpful. Also on our arrival, the room had no single towel and thank God we had we had to use our own. But later were given the hotel ones.
K. J.
We booked the top floor extra space rooms - Fully recommend even just for the coffee machine, great shower and great views.
Very central - 10min walk to anywhere in the main town.
Secure - Main entrance and lifts require key card
Was very quiet due to covid but will return again in the future for a city break.
M. F.
Very good, right in the centre of the city. Wonderful views from the 7th floor. Highly recommend
J. P.
Great location nice clean rooms great breakfast
m. L.
We had an amazing stay at the Birmingham premiere inn the staff was very professional especially the manager in the bar she was very friendly treated us like royalty
P. K.
Handy for the train station and shops. Rooms kept clean. A twin room requested but got double and a single.
M. A.
Room wasn't bad neat and tidy except for someone's dirty crusty ear plugs under the pillow.
A. v.
Place is huge and located right next to the new street train station and high street. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Funny moment when a guy was walking around the hall and elevator with no shoes on 🤣 inside the premium Inn.
A. M.
The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable. The food is excellent and cooked fresh with a good variety of choice. Prices are good and staff very pleasant and helpful.
D. W.
Cheap, clean quiet and staff helpful - what more do you need.
I. S.
Massive thanks to RG for his brilliant customer service, all staff are lovely and helpful..We enjoyed our short stay at this hotel for its cleanliness, brilliant location and comfort.. we will definitely be back again ..
T. D.
its a premier inn, nothing special - neither terrible or great.
you can do the whole stay without any contact with humans due to digital check in
c. f.
Great hotel with really comfortable beds
T. B.
The location is amazing for town centre. It's 3 mins from new street station. It's clean and staff are friendly. Breakfast is ok here.. cooked breakfast but we preferred to eat in town at one of the many nice restaurants / cafes. For what we paid, £32/ Night, there's nothing to grumble about and I'd recommend this place
They let us leave our bags after check out for a few hours which was very helpful
T. D. (. T.
Nice room, clean and very comfortable. Very easy check in and out 😊
D. D.
Staff were lovely, room very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was really nice too. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars wasn’t the hotels fault, & I appreciate it must be a nightmare for them & really beyond their control. Outside the entrance to the hotel was several people sleeping rough. As I was travelling alone, I felt very vulnerable & uncomfortable standing outside for a cigarette. A few of them begged me for change & a smoke. They were quite loud & using bad language to each other. Early morning I went outside & they were still there, but the police were in attendance obviously trying to move them on. This made me feel very nervous & spoilt my stay. I wouldn’t stay on my own in future.
J. A. B.
The Inn is really good and the staff, as always, are excellent. Rooms clean and functional. The tendency to under supply coffee and tea in the rooms is spreading throughout Premier Inns - what next? No kettle all?
The Thyme restaurant was well attended well by the right number of staff to make service as prompt as one would expect.
Location is next door to New Street Station, perfect for shopping and only a short walk to the City Canal. The payoff for being so central is you have the realities of the city on your doorstep too.
s. i.
The hotel itself is located extremely well for all shops and is good value for money. The general staff are all very polite and helpful with the exception of the duty manager Sarah who is abrupt and hostile.
B. W.
Good breakfast, and everything you would expect from a Premier Inn
D. m. C.
Amazing hotel staff are welcoming and friendly
k. b.
The staff are polite, professional and helpful. As a lone traveller I found the staff to be very helpful and provided excellent customer service. From check in to check out these guys were a credit to the brand. I did encounter a few food issues when ordering from the bar but the staff went out of their way to rectify this and out of their way to ensure a good service thereafter.
The room was comfortable and what you'd expect for the price but the curtains need sorting out !!! Far too short to block sunrise light out so awake at the crack of dawn !! But the staff on breakfast service made up for it with their excellent customer service skills.
Excellent location, good for train station and shopping and in a quiet area of the city.
In all an ok stay with excellent staff !
C. J.
Great hotel, rooms are great and very comfortable
L. S.
Really secure good room really comfy beds and the breakfast was amazing
w. d.
Clean and tidy room. Breakfast was really good
P. B.
Very good location, about 30 steps outside one of the Grand Central Station entrances. Excellent staff and customer care; room was a good size, clean and decor good; bed comfortable, had a good nights sleep; breakfast couldn't fault it - first class staff. The only thing I didn't like was the location of the reception desk on the first floor so wasn't sure where to go at entrance - was a bit peculiar location. Other than that was excellent and would stay again.
M. C.
You know what you’re getting. Plus, the staff were very pleasant.
D. T.
The staff at this hotel can not do enough to help. Excellent customer service despite this being a budget hotel. Rooms are a good size and housekeeping does a good job keeping them clean. Really the only issue is the entrance/exit of the hotel where a number of homeless people seem to congregate, and then also enter the downstairs lobby to sleep whenever possible. It makes coming and going quite awkward and can certainly feel somewhat unsafe in the evening.
S. N.
Had the pleasure of staying here for 2 nights on a business trip with 15 colleagues and from start to finish it was a fabulous stay. I’ve travelled extensively for work and often stay in expensive hotels but some of them could learn a thing or two from the staff at this ‘budget’ type hotel. Friendly, efficient , helpful staff ...each and every one of them but particular praise has to be given to the manager on shift, Nick, and also the lovely Elena and Sara in the restaurant. The first nights dinner was such a good experience that we cancelled our plans to head into the city on the second night and returned to the hotel restaurant instead. Both afternoons I sent Nick all our choices for the excellent value evening meals and both evenings our meals were served on time and correct order to each person. The menu choices were varied and all dishes were hot and tasty. Breakfast both mornings was fresh and tasty. Bedrooms clean and quiet and beds extremely comfortable. We enjoyed our evening get togethers in particular, because as a team we don’t get to meet up very often and Elena went out of her way to ensure our tables were set up together so we could socialise well. It’s definitely worth getting to the bar for happy ‘hour’ 5-7pm when a bottle of Prosecco is only £12;)
Big thank you to Nick and all your team. 10/10
A. R.
Comfortable rooms and vary helpful staff. No restaurant services at night but breakfast was good.
T. *.
Great location
Good price
Reception on the 1st floor
C. F.
Clean and welcoming. Great customer service and central to most places you'd want to visit, like pubs, restaurants and shopping malls
C. H.
Lovely staff members, very welcoming. Great size room, bed was very comfortable. Everywhere very clean and the shower was lush. Breakfast in the morning stayed open late so didn't have to rush in the morning. Lovely big breakfast to set you up for the day.
M. W.
A great place to stay if you need to be in close proximity of New Street train station. I had a room at the corner of the building which had 2 windows and felt like a very good size. It was a shame that one of the two lifts was out of order when I stayed there. The 'level 0' where the reception and dining area is is actually 2 or 3 levels up.
D. H.
The Room was immaculate and the location was Ideal for Shopping and Sightseeing, The facilities provided were excellent including a coffee machine with Pods etc, the beds are exceedingly good and the shower.
C. W.
Great location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable corner family room with excellent views over the city. The buffet breakfast was particularly good, with plenty of choice for children and adults. We’ve paid twice this price for other hotels and the quality wasn’t half this good. We will definitely return.
D. I.
Great night sleep, brilliant breakfast. We were well looked after.
A. P.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and tidy as I would expect from a Premier Inn. However, the duvet and pillows were very poor quality and over used. There are beggars around the entrance to the hotel and we found the area unsafe and intimidating in the evening, so much so that we cancelled dinner reservations near the Bull Ring and ate in the hotel restaurant.
S. E.
All of the staff were lovely and friendly, the room was spotless, and the food and drink were all really good. The location being so near new street was convenient, although it did mean that at night there were some fairly scary beggars and drunk folk about, but I guess that's to be expected, and obviously has nothing to do with the hotel. The night security man was very friendly and helpful.
All round, I'd definately stay there again.
N. W.
Situated next to the central station with convenience of 24 hour McDonalds on the doorstep. Reception staff extremely helpful as was the team member at breakfast. Room was super clean and l had a good night's sleep. I left my glasses in the room!!! Leah and team came to my rescue by posting them to my home address. Thank you so much 😁😁
L. N.
Great hotel, great location, great staff. Close to everything. No parking but we took the train anyway
G. F.
It was good as always the Staff very helpful Leah was particularly helpful. The room was very clean but unfortunately the breakfast was below Premier Standards . Very little and what there was, was cold very disappointing I wasn't late went down for 9 so no excuse realy . I always stay Premier Inn never had to complain before .
D. N.
Very clean, tidy and comfortable. Easy access and great location but the pipes were noisy during the night, didn't hear any noise from outside or trains though
D.
Great location minutes from New Street Rail Station & Grand Central shopping centre. Area has good bus & tram links. Hotel staff excellent friendly, helpful, & caring. Room was clean & comfortable with a wide double bed. The restaurant offers a varied choice for breakfast & tasty evening meals. Only drawback the street entrance to the hotel is not good. But would definately stay again.
W. S.
It's a Premier Inn and so you know what the style is, but this place is a really restful spot in the heart of a big city.
Breakfasts are always lovely and relaxing with attentive and helpful staff.
Certainly not exciting, but always clean, pleasant and relaxing!
K. B.
The best Premier Inn I've stayed! Great service and the most welcoming staff!
Great food also!
Cannot fault it and I've stayed there 10 times so far.
And of course having a great sleep is a must that this Premier inn ticks out easily!
M. H.
Lovely staff which were easy to approach for any of your needs. Room was comfortable and clean with a lovely shower.
Will definitely stay again!
J. L.
Visited this hotel for a couple of days and generally found it to be okay. Nice, clean and functional rooms. It's also as central as it can get. Very convenient location. Only downside and hence no five stars: theres only one entrance that is located next to the entrance of the central station and a popular McDonalds. There's homeless people lodging next to the entrance and it often smelled of wee and vomit.
C.
Probably the friendliest staff of any Premier Inn anywhere! From arriving to departing, you cannot fault this place.
M. B.
Excellent as always, staff very accommodating.
J. F.
Very pleased with the hotel. Stay regularly for business. Central location just outside New Street Station. Clean, large rooms with comfortable beds. Mine had a bath which is a bonus. Breakfast is nice if not spectacular. Consistently reasonably priced. Very near to grand Central, bullring and new street. Not as flash as some hotels but still a good choice.
Á. D.
Really convenient location, easy access to the hotel. The room was clean and pleasant.
P. H.
Great location and friendly staff.
Upon arrival the staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and well equipped with very comfortable beds that you find in Premiere Inns. The breakfast was lovely and there is a restaurant onsite which I have not tried as yet.
The location is right in the centre so everything is in walking distance. The train station is less than 5 minutes walk away so a prefect location.
Cat parking is in a car park which unfortunately is about between 5 to 10 minutes walk away but for a central location that is not a problem. Well worth a stay of you want to stay in a convenient location.
A. R.
Clean, quiet, great nights sleep in a comfy bed(and I'm a super light sleeper), perfect location and friendly staff. I didn't use the restaurant but it looked really nice. And there's a MaccieD's next door 😁
D. C.
I have only stayed here once, but the staff are so lovely that I am looking forward to being here again. The head waiter, Ewan, and Joyce the breakfast lady made me feel like a member of the family. The food is fantastic, the rooms are great and it is so close to the railway station. It is an excellent place to stay.
H. B.
Another great Premier Inn experience. Wonderfully located in the heart of the city, it was an excellent base for shopping and for a concert in Symphony Hall. I stayed in Room 303 and, although some noise could be heard from outside during the day, at night it was peaceful. Premier Inn beds ar the best I have ever slept in and this was no exception. Staff were friendly and room amenities were as expected. I'd definitely stay again.
M. G.
It's a premier Inn. Consistent, comfortable, reasonable price(supply and demand), breakfast is fair enough. I do not often eat at them (and didn't at this one) in the he evening but I'm sure it's ok. You know what you are getting. At this one the staff are good, friendly, helpful. Just what you want.
It's not 5 star in the Maldives, but perfectly fine.
T. A.
I'm enjoying Premier Inn Sevice. This particular hotel is right in the middle of City Centre. So convenient for Trains to North or to London or further south. Excellent range of Bars/ Restaurants within 5 mins walk . Don't be fooled by entrance at ground floor level. It belies what is on offer on 4/floor reception. Their restaurants offers arguably one of the better Full English breakfast Buffets. I'd go there even as a non resident. The staff were brilliant both visits in Feb and March. For a swimming pool / gym I would have added a further star. Recommended.
d.
Really good service with nice clean rooms. My only complaint would be that they are a bit cheap on the tea/coffee, we had enough for 1 tea/coffee with 1 sugar per guest. Also the bath/shower is really slippy, so even though im young, It was a bit of a death trap lol. Would definitely stay there again.
A. N.
Usual good quality room from Premier Inn. Nice sized bathroom, clean rooms, good TV and comfy bed. The room is practically silent and no noise from outside the hotel can be heard. The bar is spacious and reasonably priced.
H. M.
Stayed here s few times and always been great. This time the staff seemed new and disorganized apart from the breakfast crew who were great.
Problem in the room, could not get any fresh air. The air con/heater was just pumping out stale hot air made for an unpleasant night.
P. P.
Booked for work whilst in Birmingham, conveniently located, good rooms and sensible food deal, 2 course dinner and breakfast. New menu is very good. Rooms are good, comfortable, quiet, well equipped, good shower / bath. The staff work very hard to give customers a good experience, they are a credit to the brand.
J. P.
Great location right in the city centre, literally 2 minutes from New Street train station. Rooms are clean and straightforward with a tv, kettle, free Wi-Fi (slowish) and a very comfy bed. The best thing about this location however is the staff. They are very friendly, professional and am excellent example of what great customer service is all about! Would definitely recommend and stay again.
D. H.
Great stay, no complaints.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.
The room was clean and tidy, basically exactly what you would expect.
B. b.
Friendly staff.
Located right next to the Bull ring & grand station.
Clean room, sanitizer in walk in lobby and reception at top of lift.
Only problem black pudding a bit greasy and slightly soggy on one side and no bottle of milk with tea or cereal.
A. M.
Had great two nights stay on 8th to 10th december 17. Service amazing, rooms lovely, very quiet although very busy... masive room.
Didnt hear the trains, nothing during the night... not too hot not too cold, really impressed.
Breakfast a large choice, thanks...
N. W.
Very lovely & helpful team members. The breakfast guy was really engaging at 6.30am. Think l left my glasses in room 301 (blue moshino with gold safety pins & word love) . Can you send them to me if l pay the postage & packing?
A. S. B.
Very good location, next to the train station. A bit of surprise that, although there is a reception, check-in should be done electronically at the reception desk. Parhaps, that is a practice for this chain everywhere but I was staying at Premier Inn after a while - still enjoy staying there.
A. W.
This is a good hotel with a great location in the city close to New Street station and all the shopping locations. A lot of things are within walking distance. We stayed here as we were going to a show at the Arena Birmingham and it took 15mins to to walk to. Would book this hotel again when we stay in the city.
S. B.
Spacious room, comfy but squeaky bed, very clean and has many useful appliances, nothing short of 5 stars would stay again.
F. 1.
Excellent service, the staff are lovely go out of their way to make you feel welcomed, lovely family room. Great location right in the centre of town. Can't complement the staff enough haven't seen service like this in a long time - great job.
S. G.
Have stayed here before and find this a great hotel. Rooms on top floors have great views. Very clean and also peaceful during the week. Have not had any meals or stayed on Fri or Sat nights so can't comment on those things. Excellent for access to New Street Station/Grand Central/Bullring.
Two major problems are with the exterior and the unfortunate homeless who reside in the vicinity.
McDonald's next door is the source of the majority of the rubbish/spillages that are outside.
There seems to be a nightly soup kitchen run just around the corner so there is a large homeless population begging/sleeping in the immediate vicinity of the entrance at all times of day and night. Unfortunately as the reception to this hotel is not on the ground floor security is a bit lax. On entering the lift on the 5th floor we found a homeless man asleep in the lift. On reporting this to reception we were told that it was the 5th time that day! Either a security guard needs employing or reception needs relocating to the ground floor.
N. B.
Typical Premier Inn, in a very central location. Only a few metres from New Street Station, which has connections about every 15 minutes to the airport, & only takes 10 minutes to travel. Much cheaper and quicker than a taxi! Quiet hotel, with pleasant staff. No frills, but good
K. P.
Considering it's city centre rooms pretty quiet. Double bedrooms quite small and not ideal if sharing a bed. Bathroom very dated, shower powerful enough.
C. K.
Nice place and friendly staff set in the middle of the city. Handy for the railway station and the tram stop. The only down side is the beggers and rough sleepers can make you feel intimidated as they seem to congratulate around the main entrance.
E. D.
I have only one problem, we didn't want to leave. The staff were so friendly and genuine, the room was spacious tidy and well kept. Definitely would recommend if you wanted to do shopping or sightseeing in this area, only a few minutes walk from everything and the best part is it's at a reasonable price! 10/10 would recommend.
c.
Perfect location, can't miss it. Beds are comfy, staff friendly, quiet location (no disruptions when I stayed), basic necessities there. Get what you pay for. Can't go wrong. Well worth the stay!
C. M.
The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable and I had a great night sleep the location is good right where everything is and I will be booking again soon
M. P.
Very quiet, thought we were the only one's in the hotel. Breakfast serving area to small for amount of guests. Long wait for food to be replenished but was of a good quality.
R. T.
I had a lovely room, was clean and had a brilliant view. Staff are friendly and helpful. I will certainly be staying in the future. :)
T. C.
Five stars for location, comfort and cleanliness.
5 stars for breakfast and staff.
2 stars for dinner. Service was appaling, only one waitress seemed to be on duty so it was very slow.
The food was ok, nice and hot but the dessert was very disappointing. I ordered the pina colada sundae which should have been coconut sorbet, with mango. Instead it was mostly vanilla icecream with about a dessert spoon of coconut in the bottom.😕
This hotel is perfect for bed and breakfast.
H. N.
As a female travelling alone, the entrance to the premier Inn was intimidating. There were groups of young people hanging around on the corner to the slope and homeless people begging outside the entrance. One in, I felt safe but it's worth noting if you are on your own. Staff very helpful and friendly and room spotless and comfortable. Consistently good, which is why I'd always look at premier inn's before any other budget option.
D. A.
My stay was restful its location is perfect as it's right near the station. Even though it was that close you can't hear a thing from outside. Great room with a nice view of the city.
P. C.
Very good premier Inn, clean, well run and friendly staff. Would stay again when in Birmingham
h.
Very reasonably priced. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Central location.
T. R.
Good rooms, a bit too hot as lowest temperature is 19 degrees minimum! I also left a watch in the room and told I would get a phone call back within 48 hours (still waiting) as the housekeeper had left for the day and they couldn't find it as it wasn't put into their 'lost and found'.
K. H.
Friendly staff, clean and quiet (even though is next to the Grand Central Station)
M. B.
Very helpful and understanding staff went that little bit extra mile. Great nights sleep. Pity about outside full of homeless begging come on Birmingham Council get your great city sorted
C. B.
Great location two minute walk from the train station. Very clean and comfortable room lovely all you can eat breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful will definitely stay again.
J. J.
Food in evening so slow I left before dessert.
S. P.
Excellent friendly service and right in town centre. Brilliant for shopping or going out in the evening. Room was very clean and quiet. The only downside was the beggars at the front door.
L. A.
Standard Premier Inn experience, decent size rooms, great breakfast, and located bang in the city centre - few minutes walk to New St station, or easy hop on trams. If driving, be warned there's no parking 'on site' so you'll have to use the multi-storey and walk with luggage.
L. A.
The place to stay if you're in town to shop/see the sights. Unusually all the staff not just some were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and high standard and rooms were clean and comfy. Proximity to the the station, Bullring and surrounding shops makes it the perfect location to Base a Birmingham visit.
S. L.
This hotel is ok. Entrance is a bit dicey though.
M. K.
Standard issue Premier Inn. Only drawback were the pillows which although using both sets were next to useless due to the filling. You could have compressed both pillows into the size of a small bag of sugar. I did not sleep very well due to this. Everything else was good. Location if travelling by train to Grand Central / New Street is excellent.
D. B.
Great location next to Grand Central. Rooms were comfy and standard ( as you would expect) and the hotel has a reasonably priced late bar.
P. T.
No hot water basin, toilet seat not secured, all floors very sticky
D. R.
Couldn't fault this. Exceptionally cheap price for comfortable accommodation right by the station and city centre facilities. Clean, comfortable, free wi-fi (basic) and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again as what not to like?
Upshot is: location fab, cleanliness and comfort good. Price amazing.
J. H.
Stayed in the new Premier Plus rooms, great quality decoration and furniture, much nicer experience.
W. D.
Really polite and friendly staff. Stayed here to go to John Prine concert at the Town Hall. What a great place to stay in the heart of Birmingham. Typically good breakfast.. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks.
A. F.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable and staff are polite, however the included amneties like breakfast and WiFi were below average. Food was cold (sausage, bacon etc) and WiFi unusable.
L. J.
Can't beat this hotel for location at the price. Room exactly what you expect from Premier Inn. No noise at night Bed good. Air con/heating worked fine.
G. B.
A good Premier Inn, great location, just outside of New Street Station and less than 5 minutes walk to the main shopping areas. It is not quite as modern as some in the chain, but it is more than ample. On site Thyme restaurant on the 1st floor. There is a McDonalds and a Greggs next door too
l. J.
Friendly staff, quiet room even with all the work going on in the centre
J. S.
We had a top floor premier plus room . Very nice indeed. Unfortunately the domestic hadnt emptied our bin from the night before's occupants.
P. H.
The staff very help and nice clean nice food .
M. R.
Great price. Good security and central. Room was clean so no issues.
S. H.
Hotel was very clean inside and staff were extremely helpful. Is well situated at the entrance to Grand Central and the central city. With many shops and restaurants only minutes walk away in any direction.
M. B.
We only stayed for one night but were very impressed with this hotel. Due to it's location we were a bit worried about noise from outside, but once in the room we could not hear a thing. Everything was up to the usual standard of a Premier Inn: clean rooms, good facilities, helpful staff and a good cooked breakfast.
S. M.
Stayed in a Premier plus room, absolutely lovely and good breakfast
J. B.
Great location next to New St station. Good rooms and comfy beds. Quiet too so I had a good nights sleep
A. R.
Nice rooms, comfy bed and decent food from the bar/restaurant. There is free WiFi but it's pretty much dial-up speed so you need to stump up extra if you want a decent speed.
R. D.
A very big thank you to all the staff at Premier Inn Birmingham New Street, and again to those I dealt with at guest relations at Luton for your understanding during a stressful and upsetting time for my family while staying with you on the 27th - 28th December. A testament as to why Premier Inn is a great success story and always will be.
Premier Inn has always been my first and favourite choice of overnight accommodation, always friendly staff, a first class service throughout.
Thank you, and we look forward to staying with you again very soon.
G. b.
Brilliant location and really helpful staff. Good price too.
T. B.
Decent sized family room but could do with a little emote space. But I guess as an over night stay it served its purpose Fast check in and early too thanks to the nice chap at the desk.
G. H.
Easy for main shopping centre, bullring and train station. Staff we met all helpful. Our stay was based on a horse racing holiday. Uttoxeter, Bath and Sandown all easy to get to with new street station so close at hand. Definitely go back. Thanks again to the new street Premier Inn staff
George and Jane (Edinburgh)
a. b.
This is the best in the entire Premier Inn chain. Staff consistently good throughout, reception, and dining and housekeeping. Also by a mile the best breakfast available in the chain. Highly recommended.
R. P.
Nice clean rooms, spacious. Tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast was decent. Evening meal was not great however. Would stay there again.
L. H.
Good location and clean, comfortable room however the service at reception was mixed (woman on arrival uninterested and unwelcoming whereas woman on checkout was much more friendly. Premier inn surprisingly quiet despite staying on a Saturday night. Downside was smell in corridors/on stairs and surrounding areas were noisy and unpleasant.
J. B.
As Soon as we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome, great location, lovely clean family room, all the staff were warm and friendly, nice big bed, nice powerful shower with a deep bathtub, breakfast was great value for money, something for everyone.
L. H.
Not happy with reception staff knocking on my door at 1am, plus shower head not working properly and bed to soft
K. H.
Clean and comfy.
Staff were really great and the food was just the ticket after a long days traveling and working. Cheers!
K. D.
My first time staying with Premier Inn. I stayed here for two nights. Excellent location, very clean, secure and excellent staff. one of the best hotels i have stayed in.
L. B.
No problems with the hotel, only problem is homeless people sitting outside keep asking for money 🙄
D. H.
Love it once your away from the entrance due to drunken beggars which make it not very appealing at all. Should be escorted away overall though love tje convenience of having everything on your doorstep and great nights sleep and staff helpful.
I. R.
Great hotel and staff. Visit undermined by lots of drunks wave homeless gathered around the entrance. Arriving with my 10 year old son, this was quite a sight for him. Nothing available that Premier Inn can do as this is a society /social issue unfortunately.
D. K.
Despite the very central location and the parking issues that may present, this Premier Inn is clean and tidy, rooms well maintained. Service at reception could be improved, with at busy check in times too few staff.
E. X.
I am very impressed about Premier Inn Hotel, both at City Centre and the one at the New Street. Most especially about one of their Manager Damian Harries and service employee Alex Buckley & Matt David, there service is excellent during my stay and thry all make my stay with Premier Inn Hotel spectacular.
S. D.
Good friendly staff, highly recommend the premier plus rooms on top floor!
D. /.
Friendly helpful staff , managed to check in 45 mins early
Room was quiet even by the lift and comfortable
Food was lovely , dinner and breakfast and again staff very friendly
Close to Moor Street / New Street and shops etc
J. B.
Great hotel location, literally (not figuratively) 30 seconds from the station. Rooms are good quality and clean. Area at night can be a little bit dodgy.
M. F.
Very comfortable with nice beds. Place was clean and had a good breakfast. Staff were lovely and location was great!
A. T. B.
Clean, conveniently placed and quiet. The bar is pleasent and stays open to guest's after most the local pubs have closed. All in all a very good stay.
p. m.
Stayed prior to Business Meeting. Had stay and meal deal.
Staff were great, food and service were first rate.
V. K.
Fantastic location in the center of Birmingham, comfortable room with all the necessities and impeccable service from the staff at reception. Had a fantastic stay and would book a room at this hotel again the next time we visit Birmingham
H. Y.
Does the usual Premier Inn breakfast (unlike neighbouring Waterloo Street branch). It's what you'd expect from a Premier Inn. Excellent location in Birmingham City Centre but quiet enough. Can be a little busy around the entrance at it's on the entrance ramp to Grand Central.
B. M.
Handy central location, good service and nice clean facilities. Tightly run on staff though - var staff are restaurant staff are reception staff. Couple of times found myself searching for someone. That said the team were friendly and helpful when available.
K. S.
Great budget hotel right in the city center. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice room.
I would highly recommend this place if you're visiting Birmingham!
(Though at this moment it is a bit confusing to reach by car due to road works in the area.)
J. S.
Great location, no noise from the street below during the night (even on first floor). Overall nothing special though, and the entrance is quite awkward especially at night (No reception, just straight into lift).
A. S.
After arriving late at night and checking out of the hotel we originally had booked they were very helpful and accommodating. The food in the restaurant was also good.
D. F.
Comfortable bed, quiet room, very quick check-in and out, and friendly staff. Fantastic location for the station, just round the corner from the Bullring, and an easy walk to town.
J. J. L.
Stayed in a twin room which was lovely, perfect location for shopping and enjoying the nightlife. Any staff we encountered were polite and more than happy to help.
J. H.
Room is nice enough. Not knowing the area, it was a bit tricky finding the entrance to the hotel, but I managed it in the end. Nice location, everything I need is just a short walk away.
S. C.
Safe, plenty of security, breakfast food wasn't the best. Had an issue with booking two rooms on the same floor, rectified with a refund.
M. H.
Another great stay at the Premier Inn. I took advantage of the meal deal too and had a fantastic potted crab and steak, as well as an awesome breakfast! You can never go wrong with a Premier Inn
M. M.
Great stay would go again
J. S.
Lovely place to stay. Staff were friendly. Clean quiet room. Great location for shopping a interesting places to visit.
M. S.
We've stayed in a few Premier Inn Hotels over the years, this hotel is right in the City Centre but no noise heard because of the windows, entrance is not what I expected though, food excellent especially the Steak, but above all this Hotels biggest asset is the staff who where very professional and welcoming, keep it up guys.
J. J.
Nice place to stay, helpful staff, breakfast is a good spread, room nice and cosy, wifi ok. Location spot on. Will definitely stay there again.
S. W. L. W.
If your looking to visit Birmingham and do not want to walk far to visit all the shops and restaurants, including Grand Central (the new station), The Pavillion and Bull Ring all within minutes walking distance away. Basic, clean good value breakfast.
Remember your in the centre so maybe a few unsavoury characters out the front in the evening!
p. t.
Fabulous we stayed in the Premier Inn for two nights, lovely room spotless clean, great food and very nice staff and good prices too.
S.
Very clean reception .Helpful staff .The only thing that put me off was the number of what I presume were homeless people. Standing all outside with belongings in black bags smoking like chimneys by the entrance, not good.
E. S.
Really lovely staff, we ate dinner there on our first night and for the price it was great! Perfect location for a city weekend break. Would stay again.
M. D.
Nice stay in the edge of the city centre
J. W.
Easy to find and right by a mcdonalds which is perfect when getting there at night so you can grab a burger for tea. Room was clean and we had a good night sleep. Perfect weekend!
K. B.
Proper pub, good staff
A. J.
The location is excellent, right next to the bullring and the service is also great. The rooms are luxurious especially for the price you are paying but the main advantage is the location that it is set in.
P. C.
The most convenient place for a short stay. Lovely breakfast, great staff but don't order dinner!!
R. T.
Outstanding. Staff go above and beyond to make you feel valued. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend.
M. W.
The best premier inn we have ever stayed in. Staff fabulous as was the breakfast. One word excellent.
G. E.
Friendly staff and an excellent location, in the centre of the city right by the station. Rooms good and the bar and restaurant excellent value.
C. H.
Nice rooms. As per premier Inn standard. All I'll say is avoid the restaurant at all costs. Small meals, poor quality, and that's if they get your order right!!!!
J. B.
Good stay here. Typical premier inn. Surprising quite. Right next to new street station so very near centre of city. Recommended
J. N.
Lovely hotel, very central right next to grand Central train station...staff lovely and friendly.. I recommend..
S. W.
Great stay as always. Friendly staff, great location, good food and happy hour. Clean rooms which have good amenities xxx
J. I.
Very convenient situation for customers like us arriving by train, to visit theatre, shops etc. Staff always very helpful, we have always been comfortable and enjoyed our stay.
R. B.
Rooms are nice and clean.good price if you book in advance.
H. L.
Staff really friendly and happy stayed here before and they were the same then. Would recommend staying here on the service alone !
L. D.
A visit to the Premier Inn was great we were a party of 4 and 3 of those were visually impaired and staff were brilliant and very helpful and attentive to our needs considering its location near the train station and city centre there was hardly any noise and rooms were very spacious and clean I would definitely stay there again it was a great location for Birmingham City Centre and train station
J. D.
Ideal spot in the city centre next to the train station. Usual good standard of Premier rooms and menus. Staff really helpful and friendly.
R. M.
Amazing stay and the staff are lovely and so friendly will definitely stay in premier Inn again if they are all like them.
A. J.
Stayed for a long weekend, staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice with a comfy bed.
D. T.
As always, great service from all of the staff we encountered. A decent breakfast at a fair price. Location could not be more convenient, right in the city centre attached to New Street Station.
C. A.
Nice enough for a night's stay. Quite loud, but easy to find. Recommend looking elsewhere for food on an evening, was edible but not great.
K. J.
Was very nice and quiet considering in the city centre, great location, staff were friendly but I was stood at the desk checking in using the machine as I was on the phone and was interrupted by two ladies (again lovely) who didn't seem to accept the fact that I didn't need help. I stay in premier inns a few times a week and know how to check in etc...seemed a little over kill on the interaction front for me being a frequent visitor
G. W.
Great location staff were very welcoming and pleasant. Breakfast was great and room the usual great standard
J. J.
Ideally placed for the station, shopping and sightseeing. Usual comfy bed and quiet room. Great service at breakfast and friendly reception.
P. S.
Excellent location. Very handy indeed.
R. P.
Excellent location for shops, markets and stations, good breakfast, one downside, it Is the only hotel I have stayed in which doesn't have a shaver point in the room or bathroom
E. K.
Service = good
Bathroom = filthy
No way to air out room
Great location if you don't plan to spend much time in the room
Breakfast = ok
A. B.
Good location in terms of central nature but a tad noisy and be prepared for many locals to approach outside. Hotel otherwise standard with all the positives of your average Premier Inn.
A. R.
Great place to base yourself when visiting Birmingham, next to train station and city centre, very clean and tidy and comfortable beds, worth paying extra for breakfast
S. D.
Very successful stay. Ideally placed for the city. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would go again
M. G.
I spend only 1 night at the hotel and I didn't use the service but the location is very convenient and the room was fine. Good quality for the price.
Y. Z.
Checking in was simple. Staff were very friendly. Went above beyond with their services with any issues I faced and the room and food were excellent.
D. G.
Always stay here when in Birmingham it is central to everything and this Premier Inn is the best I have stayed in. Gregg's is just out the door and turn left, go and see Rita what a lovely lady.
J. M. D. L.
The plus rooms are amazing and comfy only thing ad say don't put beds on wheels lol
R. J.
Just perfect. Good price and great location.
n. c.
had a long weekend break which was very enjoyable indeed.this is the best budget hotel we have ever stayed in.wonderful staff/bar/dining area and clean too.
M. M.
Comfy bed staff was very plesant breakfast is good value only thing is the heating was not working only blowing out cold air so had to ask for heater
C. H.
Bit noisy but usual clean comfy stay
M. B.
Nice 4 day stay. Location is a positive and negative. As going out at night maybe uncomfortable for a sone people at night.
B. H.
Fantastic stay very clean breakfast great
J. M.
Located right outside Birmingham New Street Station, super convenient. Was nicely accommodated with everything that was needed for spending the night and had no hassles with anything through out the stay.
M. E.
Very comfy beds, no shaver plugs, can't hear neighbours having bed time fun which helps with a good night's sleep
M. L.
Fantastic service, only problem was the cleaner came into my room at 9am whilst I was asleep when check-out is at 12pm at the latest.
R. S.
The great thing with premier Inn hotels is familiarity no matter where you go you know what to expect and this was much the same the staff were very helpful and always on hand.
S. L. E. C. (.
Amazing Location, Super friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable Beds would definitely stay here again.
R.
Lovely and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Helped us out with directions.
A. F.
Air con not working. Wi-Fi no working.
M. K.
nice room and helpful staff, great location (parking near by £11 a day).
On site restaurant was average, and understaffed on our visit
M. S.
No frills, did exactly what I needed from it. Good quality room with all the amenities you would need. Remote didn't work though.
h. a.
It had a 5 star look with it being New! But 4 star as its a place that is functional. ie As far as service is concerned - though as one staff - said - we try.
B. V.
Very good location. Clean , comfortable & staff great....
F.
Clean and comfortable rooms with friendly and helpful staff in a great spot in the city.
J. H.
Simple and clean, as you would expect with a Premier Inn. Mighty convenient for the city centre and New Street station. Plenty of eateries near by.
C. O.
Premier Inn hotels are usually clean and restful. They have limited wholesome vegetarian/vegan food.
G. S.
Perfect for a city break. Right outside the train station and minutes walk from good bars and restaurants. Staff are very friendly and helpful
M. H.
Pretty good industry standard, premier in, really well located, of you open your room window it gets very noisy to be aware of that.
J. S.
Great hotel good value considering location, very convenient, breakfast is delicious room was lovely
N. M. D.
Location is excellent everything was brilliant only there was no walk in shower in the accessible room
T. L.
Good location for station and town centre. Clean rooms, easy check in and out. Security good. Cheap and cheerful.
S. S.
Good central location, clean and functional. Doesn't feel very indulgent so more for working away trips than romance.
r. w.
Always a pleasure to stay hear good staff nice rooms grate city location
M. F.
Nice hotel. Little restaurant and bar inside for hotel guests. Good location for business travel as it is right outside the train station.
J. H.
Good customer service. The hotel is well situated, within easy access of everything you would need.
T. H.
Friendly staff and large comfortable rooms. The breakfast is very good too
a. o.
Good location, reasonable prices, Friendly Staff, clean and comfy room
G. J.
Smack bang in the middle of Birmingham next to the station. Staff tried hard, breakfast was good, room was clean. Does what it says on the tin.
E. R.
Decent enough hotel, bar service is terrible though. Had to constantly look for staff to serve. Need to install a call bell!
m. s.
Very friendly staff, helpful. Clean room ,comfortable bed .room cleaned each day ...thankyou Birmingham!!!
M. W.
Came for a business meeting hotel was in a great location and the room was guge. Great staff and a convenient little bar
L. M.
Had an overnight stay here , very clean , very helpful friendly staff, nice restaurant, everything you could possibly need .
L. B.
Clean and comfy. Perfect for a night's stay. Dirty outside with undesirable people outside, dealing drugs and standing in the door way.
a. n.
Accomodating professional staff and comfortable but stuffy rooms. Great value for money though!
G. B.
Great location. Spacious comfortable and quiet rooms. Stafd are also all very happy to help.
A. W.
Staff where really helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Would stay again.

B. S.
Location right by station. Standard premier inn rooms, clean and functional. Bar pleasant and breakfast decent.
J. O.
Good Hotel would recommend.
G. F.
Was a nice little room with a view over the city. One suggestion for the place: get usb outlets along with the 3 pin plugs
C. M.
Tucked away next to McDonald's in the city centre, it's a great place for a budget hotel. Includes everything you'd expect of a Premier Inn.
s. c.
Great location clean rooms comfy bed good shower and they serve food and drink if required
J. O.
Room was very nice. Good location. Restaurant reasonably priced and high quality.
N. M.

S. M. (.
Brilliant, been here a couple of times now and the staff have always been excellent. Decent rates, very good location - would come again.
C. L.
For a Premier Inn this place was good. Good food and good attentive helpful staff. Pleasantly surprised.
l. l.
Had a great night sleep. Only draw back was the air-conditioning wasn't working.

D. E.
Usual good quality Premier Inn. The Thyme restaurant serves Good, sensibly priced food.
T. 7.
Nice hotel but not as good as some other Premier Inns situated in Birmingham.
H. G.
Very standard Premier Inn - you know what you're getting, but with a super convenient location, just outside New Street Station.
B. E.
Best value you will get, central location, excellent service, comfy beds
R. W.
Stayed for a week or so whilst attending work in the city, prime location, friendly staff and the rooms were quality!

T. T.
Excellent city centre hotel. Room and meal package worked well Wand easily reclaimed.
A. S.
Location is ok. Rooms are like every other Premier Inn. As with all of these places, eat elsewhere.
S. R.
Visiting central Birmingham? Use the train and stay just a few mins walk from the station. Great team who work really hard and always make you welcome.
I. G.
OK to stay as it next to new St Station, but not good to stand out side the hotel without being pestered for fags and money,
L. A.
