Hotel was clean, reception staff couldn't have been any nicer and so helpful. House keeping have high standards and it shows, the rooms are immaculate.
The beds in my room was a little too firm, but that's just me maybe!
Hotel is Central to all shops and restaurants.
Lovely to have chill out time here. Just sorry I couldn't use the Facilities in the Hotel, would've loved the Sauna & Steam room, but after an eye procedure thought I'd better not.
E. R.
Lovely room, tastefully decorated. An abundance of amenities from the bathroom to the tea tray. My only complaint is that I couldn't access the connectors to the TV to link my device in.
Great selection at breakfast. Exceptionally helpful staff (possibly the best customer service I've received at any hotel) Highly recommended if you're staying in Glasgow.
A. N.
Really good hotel. The location is very convenient - everything in the city centre is walking distance away. The facilities are really good, the rooms are modern. The breakfast was really good, although the service is a bit slow. The hotel restaurant is very nice, with a good bar and drinks selection. The time spent in the hotel was very enjoyable.

Lovely hotel and great location. Stayed 2 nights just before New Year. Room had everything we needed and Lovely soft towels in the bathroom. Reception staff very helpful and let us keep on our room till 2pm. Checkout normally 12. Will definitely be back to stay next time we are in Glasgow.

Stayed a Saturday night in superior room. Room was ok but required a bit of TLC and maintenance to be superior. From what I could tell the extra money went on space. Bed was comfy and had all necessary amenities. The staff are all helpful and friendly, the bar is very nice with good selection of drinks.

Average size rooms, very clean (fairly newish hotel) modern, reasonably priced. Fast check in, comfy beds, what more could you ask, approx £90 - £120 per double room depend where it's booked from. Breakdown is an additional £10

We were here for afternoon tea as I decided to book it for my sister and I since we had been before and it was amazing. Unfortunately it wasn't so good this time.
First of all the staff were lovely and I couldn't have asked for more. What let it down was that the afternoon tea had become a buffet. The sandwiches were quite hard and the choice limited. So different from the incredible choice we had the last time. I think making it a buffet was a mistake.

Wow, this place is outstanding. My Boyfriend and I stayed here last night. It was beautiful. We visited due to the boxing event. The cocktails, food, service and place was out standing. I'd give this place a 10/10. I would definitely come back in a heart beat. Some would say its expensive but I always say you get what you pay for. Here's to the next time.

First time I've not properly enjoyed my stay. Room was a bit of a let down. Bar staff said to my partner they'd see him in a minute 10mins later my partner still hadn't had his order taken... Yet one of the guys was stood with hands in his pockets the whole time.
B. T. S.
Nice hotell in the city center close to everything. Helpful and kind staff as well. Nice rooms with comfortable beds. A bit much chlorine in the swimming pool though.
K. R.
Nice rooms. Good location. Only downside was limited availability on times for breakfast. Almost no hot food left. Asked for more but was told wasn't possible
C. B.
Beautiful hotel, situated right at Central Station. Rooms are spacious, beds comfy and it was quiet despite the location. Lovely attentive staff and meal was just perfect. Will definitely be back.

The staff in this hotel are exceptional, especially the reception staff. Sean in particular is who I dealt with the most and he was extremely pleasant and helpful.
Anything you asked for from anyone was no problem.
K. R.
Perfect location. Lovely hotel. Very comfy king bed. Great pillows... spotlessly clean. Lovely young lady on desk at check in. Thanx again Radissson
M. T.
Lovely, modern hotel. Unfortunately our toilet wouldn't flush and kept trickling water all night which was annoying but we put up with it rather than having to swap rooms once we had already unpacked and settled in. Great selection and very tasty breakfast but we did have to find a waiter and ask for glasses, cutlery and pot of tea.
A. R.
Afternoon tea was lovely. Excellent value for money. Staff where all very friendly and helpful. I loved the brightness and space here
T. W.
Loverly room, Breakfast great. Evening. meal OK (bit small on choice)
bar fine, usual expense for a large quality hotel. cheaper pubs just across the road though
M. M.
Big room, huge comfy bed, great shower. Service in both bar and breakfast room friendly but a wee bit chaotic. We enjoyed our stay overall.
N. Q.
Lovely hotel. I've been in here a few times now and the staff are always looking to help answer any questions. Food is great and the rooms are modern and comfortable.
J. G.
Clean rooms, attentive staff, great sleep. Would recommend to all my friends and family
E. W.
Lovely hotel with great staff. Some of the furniture is a bit worn out, and there are small annoyances like having no plugs by the bed. Overall good experience though.
L. S.
Absolutely great hotel serving great food. Staff were very helpful and efficient

Great place to stay, wine was a bit expensive but it was an important event so was worth it.
A. T.
Excellent hotel. Right next to the train station. Can walk it in a couple of minutes.

Service is great from front desk to breakfast staff super friendly and hospitable all the way. Special thanks for Olivia she was top professional, and friendly
R. O. D.
Very comfy hotel smack in the middle of Glasgow. Main translation right outside the door. Area its in, is not the best to go out in though...Best get advice as to where to go
S. W.
Just stayed in Raddison Blu Glasgow for a week and was really happy with the customer service in the hotel. Special thanks to Steven, apparently longest serving hotel employee, who at many times helped us with things which he obviously wasn't responsible for. He made our stay extra special so many thanks.
The views on the Central Glasgow were great especially to see the weekend night life.
M. M.
Myself and my husband stayed in radison blue on the 29th Dec could not fault it in any way we had bed ,breakfast a d 3 course evening meal food was excellent service was outstanding could not have been more welcoming and staff could not do enough for us we will definitely be back thanks for a great stay

Nice hotel lost some of its shine - good cocktails and breakfast 😀
T. S.
Clean and well kept room. Staff very helpful, had a wee issue went out of their way to resolve.
F. M.
We had a great experience😍❤, Its cafes are great😍👌🏻 and I fell in love with a very beautiful Christmas tree😍🌲😍🌲
Thank you so much 🙏🏻❤

Modern, city centre hotel. Rooms large, & very well appointed, with fridge, safe, and usual tea/coffee making equipment. Excellent toiletries. Dark grey interior made the room a little dark.
H. U.
Cracking hotel in the city. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. Room was spotless and fresh with a beautiful view over the streets below and the city skyline. Breakfast was a full choice but finished quite early. Loved the fact it was a late check out so would definitely go back.
R. K.
Ryan sorted a mishap right away and we had a great two nights.
All the staff give a first class service and are a credit to the hotel, thank you for a lovely birthday stay.
H. A.
The rooms are lovely, very clean and lots of little extras. Staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast let's them down. The cooked breakfast was cold with cheap quality ingredients. I've stayed there twice and it was the same both times.
R. D.
Staff jump all over you, then if you ask for something simple like a drink or a menu or an ice bucket they dissappear for 10 minutes. Very odd. Rooms are so-so. Not as good as the glamorous photos on the website.
R. D.
After a horrendous 11 hour journey, Michelle on reception couldn’t have been more welcoming. She couldn't done enough for us and made a terrible day into a much better one. Amazing customer service!
J. M.
Beautiful hotel - the rooms are modern clean and comfortable especially the bed and sheets.
K. M.
Excellent service from start to finish, highly recommended.
We stated in a junior suite which exceeded our expectations.
Clean and spacious, felt like a home away from home.
S. B.
Cold room which was hard to heat. A whizzing noise all night so barely slept. Staff very nice and helpful
M. F.
Great place. Lovely rooms, good size with sitting area, big comfy beds, friendly staff. Even the breakfast was nice. As usual parking seems to be a bone of contention with reduced NCP provided.
J. M.
Good location.
Spotlessly clean.
Room was disinfected before we arrived.
Fridge in the room was a handy touch..
Staff are very pleasant and friendly.
Currently operating under covid restrictions.
Would certainly return!
c.
would highly recommend this hotel if you’re in glasgow! rooms are super clean and staff are super nice and helpful. it’s right next to the city centre which is convenient, and breakfast was great too
j. j.
Very warm welcome at reception, great staff, brilliant bar, very nice room, clean and airy, blissfully comfortable bed. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you!
K. F.
The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very home like. The beds are very comfortable to sleep on and sheets are fresh. Breakfast is very filling and tasty, especially the buttermilk pancakes which my boyfriend very enjoyed.
M.
Awesome service.
Will definitely stay here again when I'm in Glasgow. Hospitality is an art and they have it here... Linda at reception was amazing 👏🏼
c. c.
Very nice big rooms and bathrooms, rooms are well designed so you don't hear the noise out in the hallway in the morning by people walking past or the housekeeping. Staff are super friendly and eager to help. The lobby bar is also great for meeting friends for food and drinks.
R. A.
The room was really hot and even with the aircon on full all day it made no difference. Mostly the staff were polite apart from one aggressive and rude night manager.
UPDATE: After speaking with the manager the following day they really went above and beyond to resolve my issues.
V. S. M.
Location and ambience is very nice. Customer service is very helpfull. Precautions for coronavirus are in place.
On the night of 7th july 2021 some guests making noise in the corridor. Rooms are not cleaned during my two days stay in the hotel.
L. H.
We had a wonderful 3 cse meal here.
Started with delicious minestrone soup & crusty bread & butter. Then the chicken dish followed by a date dessert. We both really enjoyed every mouthful. Great food. Excellent service. Highly recommended xx
P. B.
Fantastic hotel & lovely staff. Very accommodating for our wedding anniversary, will definitely stay again. Great breakfast will set you up for the day!
S. K.
Nice clean hotel in a good location. Let down slightly by very long wait times in the bar and lack of room cleaning services (although a free drink and discounted night we're offered as compensation).
J. L.
Great location with nice modern and spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Good COVID procedures in place made my stay feel very safe. Would stay again.
I. C.
Wonderful staff, couldnt do enough for us. Room was great. Bar was great too. Wonderful experience.
R. S.
Nice hotel, decent sized clean rooms, with the usual amenities like some toiletries, coffee and tea. There's a restaurant as well for breakfast and dinner. Really good location right next to Glasgow Central station.
A. A.
Excellent reception with staff eager to help make checking in a breeze. Once checked in made my way to the rooms which are well laid out and have comfortable beds. One thing I love about the hotel is the selection and number of pillows that are provided - brilliant! Breakfast was included and the selection is great. A good nights stay.
B. H.
The only reason I've selected 5 stars is purely down to the staff, "Credit where credits due". was checked in by David, a very polite, friendly & professional young gentlemen who persisted to help me get a room for the evening. Im travelling from London for the day and due to heat exhaustion I decided to stay the night, I tried to book 'the native' first, then 'ibis" then' frazer apartments' (and a couple more) but they point blank refused me as I wanted to pay for my room with cash, they didn't even try to find a soultion for me even though I had a very reasonable explanation for my circumstances (no hospitality at all... even though the guy on reception from 'the native' was professional he didn't bother to go above and beyond to help me, bareing in mind ive stayed with them a few months ago )
Im now checked in (5pm) and had a very much needed power nap, I got up to go get some food and to have a cigarette (8pm) and the fire alarm went off, the first person to take action was michelle, it was a false alarm but she took control of the situation in a very calm and professional Manor. What was so nice to see was someone who cared so much about everyones wellbeing, She even went to look for a lighter for me. anytime I walked through the lobby michelle checked if is was OK.
Also I would like to mention Ryan who has been very helpful in organising a dental kit (free of charge) for me and room service. Hes also very polite & professional, and clearly cares about guests.... Good to see people taking pride in there jobs.
T. M.
Really nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay here, the room was a reasonable size and very clean. Room was furnished in a typical way, TV, wardrobe etc. Bathroom shower worked really well. Bar area was nice and prices were reasonable. No reason not to stay again.
P. M.
Really friendly and helpful staff. Room clean and well appointed. Good adherence to COVID hygiene. I would definitely return.
S. C.
Fantastic room and a great breakfast
D. M.
Brilliant hotel stayed here with my girlfriend for a concert the hotel was brilliant and very modern the rooms were tidy and i loved the added touches like all the books about Glasgow and the layout of the room we also got room service and the food was top notch! we had pizza TV was brilliant great sound quality the Sauna and gym were perfect the only minor faults we had was getting two single beds when we wanted a double bed and the duvet was also torn slightly other than that we enjoyed our stay and we cant wait to come back :)
A. A.
Went in for a evening meal .Staff very friendly. Always on hand to assist you .Food very nice plenty of time between courses. So not hurried in any way. Will be back. many thanks.
W. L. W.
The hotel service was absolutely superb. The breakfast was second to none. The bar meals were OK but wasn't impressed with the way they handled the bill for a large group. The biggest disappointment however was that they would not honor our room rate with the same room rate that our group had. Overall however excellent hotel and we would return. Might suggest however that they replace the mattresses they're getting a little worn.
R. W.
It's a great hotel. Nice, thoughtful and clean interiors make you relaxed. Rooms are spacious, clean and very well furnished. But what really captures attention is the hospitality of the staff. Every person we interacted with made us feel ……
T. L.
Stay was absolutely amazing would reccomened to anyone we
Stayed for 1 night and got breakfast and dinner and both were absolutely splendid all staff were lovely and caring and helped tend to your needs one staff in particular Cindy helped me and my girlfriend take a lovely picture without us asking and in return we gave her a Box of chocolates which was well deserved as she was absolutely lovely but not just her all staff was amazing if I could give everyone a box of choclates then I would have, you will certainly see me back very soon thanks so much for your customer care and service ❤️👍
D.
A nice hotel, clean and actually quiet for a city hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and I would much rather have been here when not locked down as ordering food via just eat has been hit and miss.
A.
Excellent.
Can't fault the hotel at all. Staff friendly and attentive, rooms warm and comfortable.
Look forward to returning when lockdown is finally over.
S. M.
Splendid. So we didn't get to Tenerife but we got to go here for our summer holiday. The staff are so nice and the room is lovely. First time I've had a pint in a bar for about 6 months so most definitely enthused
A. Y.
We had a great time staff were excellent room very clean
H. F.
The staff were very friendly at the bar, breakfast buffet, and elsewhere. I dislike rooms where you cannot open a window, so my review reflects our experience with a beautiful room that smelled of chemical cleaner (the type used to mask old cigarette smoke) that I could not remove by opening a window. The fresh fish and vegetable sides for lunch at the bar were great. The breakfast buffet spread was impressive, but I was surprised to find out that the scrambled eggs were made from a powdered mix. A great location, near the train stations and stores.
S. H.
The door porters and staff honestly are a total credit to this hotel and actually made this hotel one of the most pleasant walk ins from a long list. I forgot my lighter in my room and one member of staff actually went and got her own lighter (I assumed was her own) to let me use it.
The rooms were clean, modern and virtually no wear and tear whatsoever. Bed was comfortable and myself and my partner had a great sleep. Only gripe was there was some kind of unit (not ours as I checked) humming all night but probably couldn't be helped and I do have rather sensitive hearing.
Ught breakfast was amazing! So much to choose from and nothing seemed cheap and awful... I recommend the tattie scones 😁
P. N.
Very good location in the center and close to everything, the staff is really friendly and the place is good.
S. D.
My girlfriend treated me for my birthday for a 3 course meal.
Before our meal we had drinks and the 2 gentlemen were super friendly and the bar itself was extremely clean.
We then got escorted to the restaurant. Our waitress, Olivia was a great waitress always ensuring we were happy. A credit to the Radisson Blu as were all the staff we encountered, just unfortunately didn’t catch their names. Also an honourable mention to the chefs behind the scenes the food was exceptional!
D. L.
Lovely location and very clean and tidy
A. G.
Just ok. Rooms are super basic with hardwood floors, great yummy breakfast
L. R. F. T.
Staff are great, they see to everything you astrometry was lovely and clean. Breakfast was terrific but the sausage very low grade, Hilton sausage was much better 2 weeks ago when I stayed.Radisson upgrade your sausage and I will 100% be back, let me know but until then I'm at the Hilton 🙂
L. S.
Had a lovely two course dinner as part of my Mums 80th birthday celebrations. The restuarant was very clean and well organised with social distancing in place, ensuring vacant tables were between all diners. The waiter was excellent, pleasant, welcoming, friendly, attentive but not intrusive. The food was delicious, starters and main, good sized portions left us with no room for desert. Will return again.
K. B.
The hotel is absolutely stunning and super clean, in a very ideal location. The staff are extremely friendly and polite and very welcoming, especially John the concierge 😊 would recommend it to anyone. Thanks to all the staff for making us so welcome during our stay xx
J. K.
Great hotel and I think positioned in great location. It is beside to central station. Room is clean and they have a professional staffs. Great selection of buffet breakfast. Currently staying here for a 3 days business trip. Only thing missing in the room are toothbrush and toothpaste so bring your own. Or perhaps you can request anytime.
S. M.
Great welcome and check in experience from Louise. The room was as advertised and breakfast is worth it :)
M. J.
Great hotel is in a perfect position to explore Glasgow ,The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. This was one of the best hotel beds ever! We were with a large group and they did not miss a beat. The breakfast buffet was wonderful! The wait staff was very professional and helpful. We will stay here again.
L. R.
The rooms were well sized and very comfortable, also the concierge was extremely helpful and attentive! Would definitely stay again!
W. R.
Great hotel right in the centre of Glasgow. My room was bright and clean with great facilities such as a coffee machine. Bed very comfy. For a one night stay in Glasgow this place was perfect. Check in and check out very quick and easy.
Y. A.
What a star 🌟 you have in Lee on reception as soon as we walked in we were greeted by Lee couldn't have been more helpful genuine professional and fun .Our overnight stay started in a great way and finished with the same happy chap in the morning on check out. If you reward your staff he's right there one of the best!
R. B.
Nice hotel, decent location, good access to the Riverside for a run or a walk in the evening.
Room was large & comfortable (Tunnocks wafer supplied was a nice touch). Breakfast was very good indeed.
Staff were helpful, friendly and there when required.
A. Y.
Lovely, clean hotel with attentive and helpful staff. Food in the restaurant was lovely with good sized portions. Room was more than adequate.
M.
Food was sublime. Staff attentive and helpful. Room decor modern and clean. The whole place was Covid secure - I felt really safe during my stay. I would return.
D. R.
The upgrade to the Corner Suite was definitely worth the price!
Thanks so much, everything in the room was perfect.
Breakfast wasn't as good as I'd hoped for. We were one of the last down, but didn't expect hoovering next to us. Especially as we'd finished by 10.30.
Overall an excellent experience though.
Thank you.
S. D.
Really nice hotel. Comfy bed and simple well laid out room. Access to the Sports pursuit pool and gym in the basement was a bonus.
The breakfast in particular was fantastic. I have food allergies and the staff were so helpful, very well aware and stocked. I noticed that the same level of attention and charm was given to all the customers. I will be back.
A. K.
Fab conferencing and stay experience. Would definitely recommend.
M. R.
It was clean, welcoming, breakfast was good as there is something for everybody. The rooms for hospitality were well set out and the food was excellent. The only downside was you could hear the traffic in the bedroom. The beds spacious and the bathroom was well set out. Would go back again 😁
P. G.
Room was large, comfortable and clean, bathroom also. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was superb, choice between continental and cooked. Would love to return here
U. S.
Radisson Blu never ceases to amaze me. I stayed here for 3 days. Nice clean and comfortable rooms. Room has all the amenities that you can think of and beyond. Awesome breakfast with lot of things to choose from and best of all good customer service. I highly recommend.
A. M.
We stayed for the weekend and had the pleasure of meeting Amy who looked after us for our meal on saturday night. Amy had a fabulous professional manner and is a real asset to the hotel. Thank you for a great weekend ; overall very impressed!
R. S.
The new glass partition between the bar and the restaurant makes the place much nicer, and food has improved fairly. Staff were friendly.
S. F.
Was here for a training day so I haven't stayed in the hotel and cannot comment on the rooms. However, as a training/conference centre, it was really good. Great selection of breakfast nibbles, biscuits, tea, and coffee throughout the day. Lunch was really tasty. Served at a buffet, all the food was great. Quite an odd layout though as the plain pasta was located at the opposite end of the table from the pasta sauces. However, great selection of hot food and sandwiches and some nice desserts. Would recommend if looking for somewhere to hold conferences etc.
L. B.
Lovely clean spacious hotel. Rooms come equipped with lots of little extras like slippers and robes. There is a gym too in the hotel.
Price of drinks are reasonable in the hotel bar. Excellent choice of food at breakfast time.
Only odd thing to note are the strange lifts which can not be operated from the inside.
E. M.
Interesting place, good food and service
D. M.
Staff could not do enough for you,Rooms immaculate, Breakfast amazing hopefully be back soon.
H. M.
Great location in the city with no outside noise. Stayed in a business class room which really did have the 'wow' factor. Staff were all very smart, friendly and professional. The breakfast had a huge selection in the buffet with a menu also available to have items cooked to order, we used both and it was all very nice.
C. D.
We booked here for one night, as we were attending a function at the Hilton nearby, and weren't prepared to pay the much higher price there. We upgraded to a room with a super king-size bed. Extremely comfortable and quiet. Staff were really helpful - especially when I left my bag in a taxi on the way back from the function. They could not have done more for us - and the bag was safely returned. If you pre-book breakfast it is incredibly good value. Superb buffet - huge choice, served in very pleasant surroundings. Will definitely book here again for similar events in the future.
M. B.
It's near Glasgow Central, also near a lot of restaurants and Buchanan St. and a lot of shopping, so location is great. Front desk was always helpful if you went down and asked for help around the city. Standard room is a little small. Be prepared to wait if you request anything from the staff, if it comes at all. The first time housekeeping cleaned the room, they took all the soap, but didn't replace it and only gave us enough towels for one person instead of two. When we asked for more bath soap, they brought us hand soap and shower gel. Then the hairdryer stopped blowing hot air, and it took them 45 minutes to bring up a new one. Requested toilet tissue on another occasion that never arrived. Ordered cheesecake from room service that took an hour and a half. They finally called and said they had just gotten the order, and asked if we still wanted it, and we said yes, but instead of bringing cheesecake for two people like we ordered, only brought it for one. There was also a little mold growing around the vent in the shower. BUT, upon initial inspection of the room with a black light, (my husband's a little weird) it was actually very clean.
A. B.
Great location and room, breakfast was slightly disappointing
R. P.
The hotel is lovely. Great location for the train station, hop on hop off tour and city centre. The room was clean and comfortable and suited the purpose. The hotel delivered on what you would expect from the chain. We didn’t have breakfast or any other meals in the hotel and opted to eat in the city instead. The prices seemed quite exorbitant for some items and that was a turn off. We got incredibly high standards of food elsewhere for competitive prices. That being said, if I were to return to Glasgow I wouldn’t hesitate at staying here again.
T. M.
In terms of location, the Hotel is perfectly sitauated. I would return to this hotel as it is in a good location with ***y places of interest and eateries nearby. The room was spacious and we felt that we were given a good deal for bed and …
S. P.
sadly we didn't get to stay as I took unwell and left at 11pm, however the hotel is fab and we had thee most amazing dinner xx im sure breakfast would have been just as good.
C. S.
I've stayed in the hotel a few times now and I cannot fault it. The bedrooms are luxurious and very comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful too. A superb choice for breakfast and it's very filling. It's very convenient for all the shops outside too. This is now my go to place to treat myself. Highly recommend anyone to go and stay.
M. C.
Great hotel from the time i walked in the door. Lobby is beautiful, location is excellent being 10 minutes from the hotel and i was on a train within 10 minutes of leaving the hotel. Excellent staff impressive bar and great outdoor seating area. Time are small but very nice and modern (hotel has also added North American plus in addition to EU ! Highly recommend
R. G.
What you would expect from a Raddison Blu hotel. Clean with all primary facilities. Rooms were of standard decor but clean, comfy bed, and standard toiletries. Service is good and there's air conditioning.
Price is probably higher than some but in line with other luxury chains in Glasgow. Straight forward hotel lacking character but does the job.
D. E.
Top hotel. Clean and comfortable
M. D.
Excellent clean comfortable. Stayed for one night, £90 in breakfast. Large twin room very comfortable bed, excellent lights and lots of power points. Great breakfast choice of cooked or continental. Only point to note is you can't access HDMI etc ports on TV to connect own devices.
H. T.
Lovely hotel, central location. Spacious rooms and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh fruit. However the coffee was cold. Overall though, a lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff.
L.
Beautiful hotel and well worth the visit.
A. S.
Very warm and comfortable stay. It's in the midst of city and has a lot of places to explore nearby just by walking. The breakfast spread is very versatile and a treat for your taste buds. Just behind the hotel is Clyde river, good for a morning jog along the river.
C. K.
Changed my room to a non smoking room when asked, fixed all my issues immediately. Extremely getting and professional staff. Great conference food and gala dinner at up and service was excellent. Overall very impressed.
P. G.
Sorry but not a 4star hotel in my book!! Too.. very small with hardly any storage space.
However staff were excellent. Ordering taxis was no problem.
Breakfast was pretty good. A choice off the menu or a buffet. Excellent fruit salad.
I would expect more from an expensive hotel!!!
J. N.
Good hotel with clean comfortable rooms of a decent size and a good breakf3. Prices were reasonable. There is a bar and restaurant and I am told there are leisure facilities. The lifts were actually quite pleasant and not claustrophobic.
D. K.
Visited this hotel just after the Covid lockdown. Well.located next to the Glasgow central station. Very well set out with reception and lift area sanitisers etc. Room itself was ok and quite roomy. Breakfast was good. Very well thought through for the Covid issue with scheduled breakfast.
Enjoyed the stay and would come back.
S. P.
Beautiful hotel. Amazing restaurant and breakfast selection. Table service. Room service is available and fast. Had an issue with iron not working bur had a replacement in less than a few minutes. Building is modern and perfect for solo traveller such as myself, or a family.
D. K.
Always treated very well previously. Room lovely and very clean. Handy for centre and walking distance from shops. Breakfast service last time bit rushed. Kept trying to take my dishes away when I wasn't finished. That was annoying. Hoping this will change on next visit xx
H. L.
Great hotel, lovely room and very very clean. Breakfast was to a high standard and lots to choose from. Beds were really comfy, and bedrooms were lovely and modern. Good that it's so central, although some members of reception staff were a bit abrupt, but all in all a 5 star hotel
D. M.
Lovely hotel and great staff
M. M.
While the location of this hotel is great, it's accessible and the staff were friendly, we found issues with communication and slow service. Biggest problem was the restaurant where it took three hours to serve two courses for five people. The manager ignored us most of the evening and we had to go and find someone to serve us. Even when we asked a direct question about the air con, we were ignored, and the time taken over the bill was a joke.
N. G.
Was there for a conference dinner, I was happy that they adjusted the menu to include vegan options. The food was good, especially the dessert. Though they didn't have plant-based milk for the coffee, sadly.
S. A.
Loved it. Has a few smoking rooms still. Nicer bar and restaurant. I had room service and very happy. Good location for business and tourists. Very central and a short walk from the central train station.
S. W.
We booked the premium room which was absolutely beautiful, the hotel itself has such a good vibe to it and it was very classy decor wise.
E. H.
Lovely hotel only short a start due to coffee machine not being as clean as should be, didnt want to use it, other than than that no issues and had pleasant stay
T. M.
The location of this hotel is really great. The room had nice wooden floors and modern décor. The breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold items that will appeal to all ages and diets. The hotel does not profess to be cheap but it delivers what it promises.
A. G.
Afternoon tea with my mum. Food was great! Apart from the scones... brick hard. Everything else was great though. (We were never approached for any further drinks though after our tea was brought out)

Nice central location to stay in. Very close to Glasgow Central station, but no noise despite the close proximity. Rooms were clean and spacious, and provided all the usual amenities including TV, Iron, Laptop Safe, fully stocked mini bar. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
j. c.
Two minutes walk from central station. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Rooms clean with safe, iron, and also robes and slippers, nice touch. Good breakfast buffet and option to choose other food to order. Lovely bar facing street.
M. B.
Nice big room. Big windows with a view of central station. Friendly staff. Good breakfast served until 10:30am in the week. Use of the sports direct gym located under the hotel. Bed was a bit on the hard side.
E. N.
Birthday afternoon tea. Went for a surprise afternoon tea with family. Service was excellent and the buffet style food was fantastic. You could take what savoury and sweet treats you liked and go back as many times as you liked. Tea was topped up with no extra cost. Waiting staff organised a special plate of cakes for the birthday girl with happy birthday written in chocolate. Would definitely recommend.

Close location to Central station, which can cut down on travel time but also means there can be some street, traffic, and train noise. Room was spacious. Bedding really comfy. Large bathroom. Everything was spotless. Make sure you use your room key to turn on room lights. And neat feature for the elevators to input your floor outside the elevator.
e. g.
Nice staff, broken lamp and safe quickly repaired. Small details, like fridge does not fit in the cabinet. Beds comfortable, slept really good. Breakfast tasteful and lots of choice
A. G.
Nice modern and clean hotel with lots of resources. Efficient and friendly staff. A nice and well presented meal at my function, The James Watt Dinner 2019. I had the vegitarian option.
T. J.
Wonderful place to stay. Staff are attentive and friendly. The gym is great with a lovely pool and sauna. The food is fantastic in the Grahamston restaurant, and the breakfast is the best to be had in all of Glasgow
D. O.
Great hotel in downtown Glasgow. The elevators are not user friendly. The stairwells’ locations are confusing. Overall, our stay was very comfortable. Spacious clean room. Food was delicious.
J. B.
Visited for our girls Christmas dinner last night. Food was amazing 3 course soup, steak and cheese cake ...mouth watering. Service was outstanding. Definitely recommend a vist. Stephen from the events team was very efficient and professional when dealing with our booking. Nothing was too much trouble, can't rave enough about our visit. Thank you
f. m.
Rooms comfortable. Good wine and cocktail selection. Efficient room service. Toiletries in room very skimpy. One tiny bottle of shower gel each. We went to Tesco Extra for a big bottle. We could have asked for more from the hotel but it would have been another very small bottle (or several) each. You need more than what is offered in one small bottle for a decent shower. This is the only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5
S. M.
Booked for cocktails etc. Fabulous staff lovely bar the place to relax and enjoy....under the circumstances. Customers spaced well, good covid rules in place. Would highly recommend.
M. L.
I attended a fancy dinner here and, I've got to say, I was impressed. As someone who has worked in high volume catering in the past, I've had more than my fair share of over cooked chicken breast and veg but this was different. The chicken wasn't perfect by any stretch of the imagination but it was so much better than I was expecting.
R. M.
This was one of the best hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in! The room was very clean, the staff were amazing and helpful and I'd recommend staying here to anybody.
a. m.
In for an afternoon tea after really enjoying a previous one which was buffet style.
This time it was a standard style to the table and the food served within a large wooden frame which could quite easily block communication if not placed carefully.
The service was not as good as the last time, with our first drinks finished before the food was served.
D. L.
Great staff, great food in a perfect location right in the heart of Glasgow. Rooms are very nice with a great shower and comfortable bed with loads if cushions. Staff can't do enough for you......superb and well done.
A. D.
Have stayed here a few times now and always a great service. Today we had afternoon tea which was very good, instead of usual service it is a buffet style with lots of variety both savoury and sweet. There are lots of offers via Groupon etc so doesn't cost a lot. Will definitely be attending again
B. B.
Service at the bar and for the desk was awesome. Room was nicely furnished, but looked out into an empty lot and abandoned building. Food was pretty good, but the eggs could get watery. Definitely enjoyed my stay and would come here again.
T. M.
My colleague used the pool and spa facilities and said they were very good. The location is great if you're looking to explore Glasgow city centre. As stated, the hotel seemed like it was full and as such a lot of people were in for breakfast. Would definitely recommend staying here.
A. H.
Friendly staff, nice hotel and the junior suite is big enough. Had to go to reception to tell them I didn't have any coffee other than decafe, the shower head spun against the wall when turned on and I didn't have any bath robes or slippers. All small problems but when spending over £150 a night you would expect a member of staff to check the room to make sure it was as expected. The hotel took £50 off of our second night and sent a maintenance man to our room to bang around in the shower. After 10 minutes the shower is fixed but our only shampoo is smashed open and left seeping down the shower plug Hole. Off to reception again...
M.
Rooms comfortable
Breakfast excellent
Staff quality of service excellent and polite
C. W.
Popped in for a drink on a wet Saturday afternoon. Table service was provided and snacks were brought to the table without asking.
Good range of drinks such as cocktails, beer and wine. You expect to pay more for the drinks as it's a hotel bar. I had a pint and the wife had a cocktail and it was £13.50.
M. I.
A really nice hotel with friendly staff, nice clean modern rooms with all the amenities and facilities you could ask for. Also got a special order breakfast as what I wanted was not on the menu. Will definitely recommend this hotel and will be staying here again on my return to glasgow.
W. T.
Was there for a conference. Venue well laid out. Screens nice and clear. Water on all the tables. Lovely buffet lunch. Only down side was the water in the urns weren't quite hot enough.

First stay in a Radisson Blue hotel. Super comfy bed. Saw three different rooms (group of us travelled) and it looks like they vary the design of the rooms rather than use the same arrangement for all. Had a view of the station from my fifth floor room - not the best view but I didn't mind. A stone throw from Glasgow Central station and because Glasgow is such a compact city you have so many options of places to eat and shop. Really central location. Had breakfast there and the selection in the buffet not the best but you can order hot food. I ordered an omelette and toast. The seating service was a bit long. Its a busy hotel and it took a while to have my room number validated before I was escorted to a seat. Reception can call you a taxi or you can stand outside and flag one down but to be honest wherever you're going is probably within walking distance. There's a bar with a good selection of drinks - I ordered mocktails! Pay attention to the lift cause you can't just jump into any of the three lifts. You have to check which one you've been directed to as there's no buttons in the actual lift. Good service, good location and comfortable rooms.
L. C.
Lovely place to go for afternoon tea. Took my mum for a mothers day treat. Cakes were fantastic and the way they were served was cute. Cost of wine per glass was a little on the pricey side but it is in a hotel. Would visit again.
v. p.
A good hotel. They have maintened the interior very well and the service is also very good at the front desk. Room are good enough to have your extra language and have all basic amenities as well . They have their room service as well which you help you in your fooding as well if you wish to taste the food. Other facilities are also available where you can book taxi trip to anywhere.
I would ask if you are in Glasgow and wanted to enjoy the stay then try Radisson blue at least once. You won't get disappointed.
H. 1.
Fantastic location for commuting as it is across the road from central station. There are lots of shops and eateries nearby too. The hotel itself is beautiful and modern. The room had some signs of wear but it did not affect the experience at all.
M. J.
Again I have been blown away by this hotel and the amazing service provided by it's wonderful staff! As we live in Shetland we've been staying here during my fathers final weeks battling terminal cancer. Dad passed away peacefully 2 days ago and we've been busy making funeral arrangements. We arrived back to our room today to find a beautiful bunch of flowers and a lovely message of condolence from Olivia, one of ur Management Team. A very kind touching gesture , thank you very much.
M. M.
Stayed two nights for our annual girls weekend away. Lovely welcome from Lee on Reception, who goes oitvif his way to make all guests feel special. Fantastic breakfast, something for everyone and more. Very grateful to Adrian for arranging our requested table on the Saturday night and not forgetting Jack on the night shift, fabulous sense of humour. Looking forward to next year's trip

Gorgeous hotel & staff lovely

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years and it always remains the same high quality. Rooms are clean and quiet, the staff are friendly and efficient. The location of the hotel is ideal and the food is good as well.
D. R.
Staff great... Facilities poor.. TV not working, toilet not flushing, poor breakfast.. Rooms seen better days.
Thanks for the response.. Upgrading to 4 in light of Covid-19 impact on all business and the need to take this into account.
V. D.
Comfortable, spacious bed with excellent pillows. Efficient friendly service absolutely no complaints so far. Bright airy room. Parking nearby at discounted rates. Will definitely stay again.
T. M.
We had a room over the internal quad and it was quiet and peaceful. The staff were very helpful and upgraded our room to include breakfast. Excellent location right in the city centre. I would recommend this hotel for anyone and will be visting again if ever again in the area.
J. K.
Very friendly staff, fantastic breakfast! Room in high standard of cleaninless. For sure I’ll come back! Amazing stay
G. N.
We were there for afternoon tea, bread was stale and some of the sweet treats seemed to have been defrosted rather than fresh. Initially got sat in the bar then moved to the dark empty restaurant. Asked to be moved back to the bar which they accommodated but made it seem like a bit of an issue when there was several empty tables. Staff were friendly enough.
T. V.
Revamped bar in hotel is a great place for a drink. Much more pleasant than shoehorning into the Sir John Moore across the road that is always crowded.much more relaxing in the Blu. You pay hotel prices though!
C. A.
Showing signs of wear, this hotel behaves rather more swanky than it is. There are now no smoking rooms, but the smell remains. Service is good, but very relaxed. Lifts are not secure, weirdly, given the city centre location.
M. C.
Great rooms, a nice new modern hotel. The rooms are a better size than the last Radisson Blu hotel I stayed in.
A good breakfast a shame it was a working day as there was lots on offer for a full indulgence.
Didn’t get to try the gym or pool so will keep those for next time.
Very central and a short hop across the road from the station.
M. P.
The hotel is in a great location for the city centre and railway station. The staff are polite and the bar is popular for company dinners etc. Good food but a recent drop in the selection of ales. The rooms are large, comfortable and even have a power socket next to the bed.
p.
Great newly renovated hotel with comfy rooms, nice bar and good breakfast. The pool was closed but the team organised that we could swim at the Marriott close by including taxi ride, 5 stars I would say

I will always try to get to a Radisson if I can, love the decor, service and great attitude. Two nights here this week, arrived on the Friday and check in was wonderfully quick and a great upgrade given. Thanks Radisson. Room was brilliant. Location is good. The lifts are something else. Takes a bit of planning when there are a lot of people waiting. You need to put your floor number in outside the lift.
Friday night a bit epic. Some idiot banging on the door at 0330. First time in years of using Radisson it has ever happened. Spoke to front desk and the night manager promptly sorted it out. Next door were having a party. They were escorted off the premises. Well done to her. Great work, prompt and nipped the problem in the bud. Next day I was very pleasantly surprised by a bottle of good wine and a lot hand written letter. Again well done and I hope Radisson realise what a very good person they have there. Definitely one to highlight for upwards promotion. 👍👍👍
Saturday went well. Bit of room service food that was quick and well cooked. Not too pricey either.
Sunday long hit shower, loads of hot water at a great pressure. Nice walk in shower. Very nice toiletries supplied. 10/10.
Went down for breakfast at 0900, always a busy time. Quote a queue waiting to get in as lots of people hadn't pre booked breakfast and were paying. Only one lad on the desk and about ten or twelve people waiting who had paid. Loads on front desk, took a quick ask with a guy to see if we could move around, not really the most helpful chap. He was happy for us to wait. Thankfully a switched on lady jumped on and moved the waiting throng through.
Day manager may want to chat with front desk. They should be proactive with flow and be jumping on it early. That said just a small blip.
Food was delicious and service brilliant. Radisson really do know how to pick the best.
All look immaculate and are so polite. Really thankful for this.
So all in all 5 stars. Was going to give 4 because of the queue but they rectified it asap so not a deal breaker. Will be back i hope

Beautiful hotel lovely staff

It was a wounderful hotel! Excellent service from staff, very clean, well equipped rooms. Love using the app for ordering stuff up to the room. Such nice touches throughout the one disappointing part of the stay would be at breakfast. The buffet looked amazing and my mother that was with me thoroughly enjoyed hers. I ordered my breakfast from the menu instead of having the buffet as I really wanted eggs benedict! It took 45 minuets to arrive at my table and when everything was so perfect it was little bit if a let down to maby if youre in a rush I would say avoid the menu? I asked after 30 mins and the server said it would be right out they are just plating it and a further 15 mins passed then my breakfast arrived. I have to say it was delicious. I really do like this hotel and I will be back! ☺️
E. D.
Really nice hotel with a beautiful foyer and well sized rooms. It has nice comfortable seating areas and a good bar.
Breakfast here is the best! A choice of help yourself buffet of hold and cold food, plus the option of ordering extra items like Eggs Benedict. The best of all is it's PANCAKE MACHINE!! It cooks pancakes on the spot which pass through a conveyor belt system and taste as perfect as they look!
It also has a gym that is free for customers to use (great for post-pancake indulgence)

We travelled up to Glasgow for the Hog***ay celebrations and booked a good value deal, including the Hog***ay dinner and ceilidh. The room was very comfortable and noiseless even though a Party night was going on downstairs. Staff very helpful and courteous at all times. I would thoroughly recommend.
T. M.
Staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough to help. Every member of the staff that we came across was friendly and helpful. On return from shopping we checked in and were taken to our room which was very comfortable. I'm so impressed i'm going to stay again with my girlfriend.
S. H.
Only stayed here for one night but didn't see anything to mark down a very satisfactory experience, hotel is located close to central station and is in an ideal location. Room was spacious and in good condition, check in and out was easy and staff polite and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

My partner and i stayed in a standard room at the Radisson in March and have nothing but praise for the hotel. The staff at the hotel were all very friendly and could not have been more helpful. Helpfull staff, couldn't do enough for myself and Mrs R. Nice ambiance and the hotel ouzel luxury and comfort.

It was fantastic to be able to spend the night out in Glasgow and also to have an overnight stay at the Radisson blue.Included in our stay was evening meal and breakfast the staff are very welcoming from front desk to waiting staff ,looking forward to our next visit.
A. H.
This is a decent hotel in a great, convenient location very close to the Central station.
This was probably the worst Radisson I've been to - the Radissons in London are better and feel more exclusive. Nonetheless, it was a pleasant stay.
Slightly disappointed that the gym/spa facilities are actually those of the Sports Direct gym right by the hotel.
The king beds are brilliant and the breakfast is worth doing!
D. M.
A nice hotel but I've had mixed experiences staying here.
The noise from events can sometimes be heard in the guest rooms on the lower floors to the point they prevent sleep.
I have also check in to a room with an I flushed toilet, which wasn't very pleasant. Although I complained the staff seemed uninterested in the matter, which is the main reason for the 3 star review.
The bar and restaurant are also expensive compared to some of the local establishments.
J. G.
Welcoming on arrival! Staff attentive but a bit condescending, sorted out eventually.
Evening meal quality could be improved and breakfast was much the same. Plenty of choice available.
As for room and sleeping, the gulls took roost and were pretty noisy hence a restless experience. No business info available in room ie reading material and visitor info was out of date, no mini-bar. Room for improvement?
Suggest they take a leaf from the Hilton and Malmaison books.

Stayed at Radisson Blu last Wednesday night (17/02/21)
Lovely comfortable room. Lovely friendly Receptionist.
Cannot fault this Hotel.
Mary & Alex

Central, within walking distance of everywhere in the city centre. All staff were exemplary. We had to request to have our room cleaned most days. The hotel may be a nice place to be during the day/early evening but we did not get enough sleep to want to go back.
J. P.
I've tried other well known hotel brands in Glasgow - not good.
Very poor standard given how much they cost.
At last I've found a great hotel with large comfortable air-conditioned rooms with a great breakfast in super location, right across the road from Central Station and all the good shopping in Argyle Street.
The staff : very friendly and helpful.
At last, I did have a very pleasant stay in Glasgow, needless to say I will be returning to the Radisson Blu in the future.
T. M.
Stayed at the Radisson on the 24th November and when we arrived it was a most impressive hotel. The room I was given on the 3rd floor was well furnished and I really liked the modern decor. I would not rule out staying at the hotel again as we may have been unlucky and I liked the staff.
K. T. H. G.
Overall quite a good experience - breakfast is okay and do sometimes get it wrong but still decent. One touch service is pretty good, there was one occasion where I had to wait 25mins for shower gel but that seemed to be a one off. In general I have quite enjoyed my stay. Very close to the town centre. **Dislikes: The porridge the hotel serves & the cod in the hotels restaurant (The Collage).
J.
Nice hotel. Very comfortable bed. Spacious room. Good shower. Great Central Hotel. Breakfast in the morning was amazing! Had dinner in the hotel as well which was super delicious.
A. H.
Over night stay on 1st August. Had a wonderful stay. Staff were amazing
Breakfast delicious. Cant wait to book again
C. H.
The hotel was very nice and the staff were happy to assist. The lunch provided was good and had a nice selection to suit different appetites. The meeting rooms were laid out nicely and we were provided with refreshments.
S. K.
The room was clean and tidy, no issues there. One minor problem we encountered was with the hotel's restaurant. Service took a really long time and our server kept on forgetting to serve us. Breakfast was better though (self service).
P. C.
Nice hotel near the trainstation, easy for travelers. We had an issue with our room being too loud; they were apologetic and switched the room without hesitation. A good nights sleep was much needed on our end. THANK You Radisson Blu - Glasgow!
P. M.
Fantastic location, very friendly staff who can't do enough for you. Best breakfast in the city. Very nice rooms. We've stayed here a few times before and definitely will do so again.
T. M.
We had a ***ificent view across to Central Station but the sound-proofing was so good that we had no noise disturbance. Jonny and Robert were absolutely amazing throughout and we really appreciate the ***agement taking the steps they did. …
D. M.
Luxurious, and fantastic service! If you can get a deal then even better! Motorway noise is fairly well insulated. Right in the city centre, so a great base for exploring the city if you choose to do so, and only minutes from the river and main shopping district. Be careful in the local area along Argyle Street and around Central station at weekend nights, or any night for that matter and please do avoid the lanes connecting the main streets in the dark, just to be on the safe side. Also expect beggars galore around Central station.
v. v.
Location is great. Next to Glasgow central and the shopping centres and streets of Glasgow. Downside is hotel itself is not up with other five star hotels in terms of room and service. Washbasin was not functioning properly. Overall It's not bad. Its good but definitely can be better or great.
s. c.
Very welcoming modern architectural edifice with a pleasing airy entrance foyer . Ample conference suites serviced by several sitting areas and bars .
Pleasant welcoming staff providing a proficient professional service. Can be recommended for both a professional and social visit .
A. E.
A lovely hotel close to the station. Had a few hours to kill before the train back to Manchester. Popped in for a drink and food. Modern and relaxing attracting an affluent business crowd. Recommended.
T. M.
Lots of people coming from a bus tours in the lobby and lifts. About 30 mins later, I got the call that my room was ready and off I went to check-in. We did not have an evening meal in thehotel but stayed for breakfast which was excellent. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone.
G. H.
Very nice and clean. Room showing signs of age and needed decorating.
P. W.
Comfortable contemporary hotel right next to the central railway station. Bar is a bit devoid of atmosphere but they serve local beers so ok for a quick drink before or after dinner. The restaurant is nice.
W. M.
Impressive hotel directly across from Glasgow Central Station. Front desk and concierge staff are welcoming and so helpful. A special thanks to Louise for all of her recommendations and suggestions to help make our first experience in Glasgow a memorable one!
K. J.
I stay at the Radisson Blu in Glasgow on business on a weekly basis. It is my "home from home". The staff are friendly and do whatever they can to make my stay pleasurable. The location is good (just outside the main train station in the city centre), although it isn't the prettiest part of town. Access to the Sports Direct gym includes a swimming pool and sauna. The hotel is modern, although the rooms are starting to look a little tired. The TV's have an annoying habit of the sound and picture going out of sync and the choice of channels are limited. The food on the hotel is good on the while and the breakfast is fantastic!
C.
Amazing service, really nice room! But poor water pressure in our shower and the tub drain couldn't be plugged. Also window couldn't be opened, but room has air-conditioning.
K. R.
Staff were great went out if their way to arrange access to another pool due to theirs shutting early at weekends. Room was comfortable. Overall a great hotel.
J. M.
excellent location and 5 star rooms. a real gem in the city. actually feels like you are abroad and not next to central station in Glasgow. this is my new Glasgow hotel I will 100% never stay anywhere else again. the food, the service, the room is all 5 star thank you
S. R.
Beautiful, contemporary hotel in a great location. Very helpful staff. The only negative is that the charge for breakfast would have exceeded what they paid for the mattress I slept on, and the breakfast was reasonably priced!
B. F. (.
Attending a work social event overnight at the radisson, the provided room was great as well as the dinner that night. Drinks at the bar weren't as expensive as i was expecting though still a bit steeper than bars a short walk from the hotel. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
C. L.
Good central location. Clean and well presented hotel. Staff really helpful and quick to slove any problems. Good selection of breakfast however, food was not very hot and it had just opened at 0630.
R. P.
A modern boutique hotel where the rooms are starting to fatigue a bit. The problem with a modern hotel is that it needs to stay immaculate to make the aesthetic work. The room I stayed in had loose drawer handles, worn worktops and some questionable claw marks on the wooden ledge above the bed. The location is decent though and there is a discount for the local NCP car park which is less than 5 minute walk away. You can still expect to pay an extra £15 for your overnight stay if you factor in parking there though...
E. G.
perfect location and lovely staff who were kind enough to upgrade us for free as i mentioned it was our anniversary when I booked. They even arranged for a bottle of fizz and chocolates for our room - a lovely surprise.
D. B.
Great location, right near Buchanan Street with lots of shops, and Central Station which is beautiful. The rooms were nice and well accommodated. The bed was a little on the hard side for us, but for one night was fine.
T. M.
Room with a view and comfort that sets you in the mood for a great night. The LOCATION of this place was fantastic. The hotel is located next to the train station so if you are arriving by rail it is a minutes walk to reception. Hotel staff are excellent or outstanding depending on the individual.
T. M.
My wife stays regularly at this hotel when in Glasgow on business and for a treat paid for us to go there for the weekend. Location was great too with plently to see and do on every street. Breakfast room was a little bit too busy but the omelette is to die for.
L. D.
Premium rooms are beter than the suites. Excellent service from all staff but housekeeping need refreshed on what contents of room should be. Also requested and paid for a city view and was greeted by a derelict buildind with no city view
L. G.
Just very pleased to have finally found a place that really cares about their customers and their comfort at an incredible price! Not to mention always clean and tidy. Simply wonderful.
J. R.
Great size rooms and very clean upon visit. the staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Breakfast was a buffet with a video variety of food to cater everyone's needs.
J. S.
Good hotel at the heart of Glasgow. Bed comfy and bar downstairs was great. Loses one star for the size of the bedroom but very clean and well styled.
D. B.
Smart hotel and good service

Afternoon tea at the Radison Blue today.
It was wonderful. Great selection of sandwiches, savouries, scones and cakes. More tea provided on request and a lovely glass of prosecco. Helpful and friendly staff.
B. S.
Nice hotel location but the rooms a little small and oddly laid out. No real view and no mini bar. Over priced in my opinion.
K. B.
Immaculate easy to reach via all transport hotel in great spot Glasgow Central. Modern feel. Staff on during stay all friendly. Room was spacious all good 👍🏻x
B. E.
We have stayed here twice now and have enjoyed it each time. The restaurant and bar are good but it is close to shopping and restaurants. The only downside is walking to the shopping area you walk under a portion of the train station. It was seedy 2 years ago and seemed more so this visit.
P. B.
Stayed here as a last minute stop on Saturday night -
A quick phone call into reception to be told yes they have a parking arrangement with the NCP which is only a few metres away! - Nope its in the next street and at least 300m away into one of the what a can only be described as future Crime scene car parks! and to be charged £10 for the night to boot!
Second question do you have a pool again told yes its onsite and operated by Sports Direct - but you have free access as a hotel guest ! - Checked in at 3pm Saturday went to room, unpacked had a tea got my trunks out the bag and down in the lift to the Pool (Sorry only open till 4pm on Saturday ! not open again till Sunday morning - Does anyone else think that's a bit off and maybe important when asked)
Third question - we only need breakfast for one is that included - again yes breakfast is included - at check in we were told to pay extra as there was two of us, total waste of money.
Also in the room itself the Air Con unit does not switch off, despite 3 calls to reception the unit made a noise all night long, the room was neither hot or cold but the noise was constant.
And then to top it all off - on Sunday morning I went down for breakfast - which was ok! i had standard items then went back to the Room before we had to get to the worst car park and drive back to Newcastle !
After I arrived back in Newcastle around 2-3pm having not had anything to eat at this point I felt very ill instantly almost as soon as walking through the door!
So after an evening of being ill etc - I was informed on Monday morning I had food poising (which could only have been from the Hotel).
I have been off work ill for almost the whole week - I'm still as i type this feeling the effects of being so ill for so long.
C. S.
We had afternoon tea for two with a glass do prosecco and it was a delight. The staff were always there to top up tea's/coffee's. They were extremely helpful and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The Radisson Blu Glasgow is in an excellent spot for both travellers and shoppers, as Central Station for the trains is right down the street, and one of the best shopping streets, being Buchanan St, is also just right down the street. Rooms are spacious and clean, as are the bathrooms. The downstairs bar and restaurant serve excellent food and good sized portions too. Would definitely recommend!
J. M.
Went for work Xmas do. Food was really good (considering the hundreds they were serving all at once too!) One of my colleagues never got their starter and another didn't get their main (this also happened last year at the same venue, so it must just be one of those things at such a big dinner - so as far as I'm concerned, you should keep your ass in your seat if you want to eat! haha) DJ was actually decent playing a good mix of song types and was really nice and doing requests for people :) just wish the bar prices were lower as would have stayed longer xx
G. T.
It was an excellent location with a nice room. It wasn't completely made up and we had to request items that were standard for the room. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly.
M. R.
Can't wait to go back. Lovely hotel. Great food. Staff were first class, very helpful. Highly recommended.
I.
Attended a private function in The King Tut room. Food was very good, staff pleasant and helpful. Convenient location for transport (near Central Station and St Enoch Subway). Cost of event was reasonable.
G. U.
The higher floors are much more classy than the lower. Nice Hotel overall one of the best I've stayed in at Glasgow.

Great hotel. Good sized rooms, amazing breakfast and friendly helpful staff. However...and it's a bit however as I did not enjoy being tricked into paying additional sums...the mini fridge is apperantly automatic and it only says it in a small square inside once you opened it and lifted a bottle to look at a label, which was most likely purpously left the other way around. I was after a whiskey as in Scotland but did not expect to get charged for looking at a label. No price guide either. The water on the counter says complimentary but under that in small print it's explained you need to be a member of their rewards programme. Sneaky and honestly not a way a 4 star hotel should treat it's custumers. Having been in other Raddisons this was an unexpected and unwelcomed cheap trick. To be fair we were not charged after calling reception but still one should not have to worry.

The Radisson Blu was not the ideal place to stay for our pre-wedding night. I found it almost uncomfortable to sit in the bar/lounge area as the wall on the street side is completely glazed from floor to ceiling and this seemed to make the area very chilly. I dont understand why this hotel has so ***y good reviews.

Me and my Boyfriend stayed at this hotel on Saturday 1st of February 2020 for Mabel concert at 02 academy with which was incredible and I loved every moment of staying in this hotel the room was spacious and clean the tv was brilliant and bed was great very comfortable I had a perfect nights sleep after a long trip and a great concert also the hotel was really nice and I liked the design of it all the leisure facilities were perfect enjoyed the swimming and sauna the gym was good too had a lot of equipment was great Nothing bad to say about the hotel as everything was amazing well done Raddison Blu cant wait to come back again ! ☺️

A lovely post Christmas stay at the Radisson in an exceedingly comfortable room. The proximity to Glasgow Central train station was brilliant too. We'll be back in 2020!
B. J.
Lovely hotel. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Food was lovely and the bar was great. Room was a good size and bed was comfortable.
J. K.
Lovely place to stay. Rooms are very clean, great staff.
Beautiful view from the room.

My husband and I stayed at the Radisson Blu Glasgow for one night after getting off our 9 hour international flight. The staff was exceptionally friendly and had our room ready before check in. It was very convenient, however the bed was incredibly uncomfortable (think old pullout couch mattress) and the shower got water absolutely everywhere so the floor was constantly wet and slippery.

Attending an end of season sporting awards dinner, the Radisson Blu Hotel in Glasgow proved itself more than up to the task. Polite, attentive staff, excellent food and well organised attendee management meant the event was memorable for all the right reasons. The hotel is helpfully located a stone's throw from Central station on Argyle Street and there is adequate parking nearby. The hotel itself with its green copper frontage stands out and is easy to find, interior decor is tasteful and understated.

Food was nice but the service was poor, waited 20minutes to order our sweet and then another 15 minutes and we still had not received it, we asked for the bill and left without having a sweet, but not before complaining to the floor manager who did apologise too readily and didn't seem to bothered. Will not be back.
A. M.
Food and service were perfect. Will definitely return. Staff polite and friendly. Had a lovely time.
E.
Friday night dinner for two Food was very nice, I had the beef but thought the sauce was too sweet. Staff we're all friendly although we were waited on my at least 4 different staff members.
T.
Hotel is in a great location room was comfortable food was excellent staff can’t do enough for you Lee on the front desk very helpful and professional stayed a few times never had any complaints.
T. B.
Top location and the cafe bar is one best places in town for meeting and coffee. The new seating arrangments are good would reccommend this hotel for services.
S. D.
The bar looked out onto Argyle Street, the bar was big and open. There was a TV playing the news, and it was unfortunately showing Donald Trump. There was a snooker table available but we never played.
The atmosphere was nice, and the drinks were excellent, although it was a little expensive.
P. J.
Great hotel to stay on a business trip. Nice clean a tidy hotel, staff responded to all our need and that what matters the most. Highly recommend!

In for an afternoon tea after really enjoying a previous one which was buffet style.
This time it was a standard style to the table and the food served within a …

Great rooms, a nice new modern hotel. The rooms are a better size than the last Radisson Blu hotel I stayed in. …

Well have been in so many hotels that was the best one in Glasgow. Best staff ever . Will be back in the new year
C. H.
The hotel was very nice and the staff were happy to assist. The lunch provided was good and had a nice selection to suit different appetites. The meeting rooms were laid out nicely and we were provided with refreshments.
B. E.
Use this mainly for work as a venue and conference staff always great. Great place to meet for a drink or coffee as well. Not stayed here.
E. S.
Great customer care, breakfast was fantastic, amazing selection of food.
N. M.
Reasonable pricing, excellent service and a pleasant bar to spend an evening. We enjoyed our stay and would rebook. Highly recommend.
M. P.
The hotel is in a great location for the city centre and railway station. The staff are polite and the bar is popular for company dinners etc. Good food but a recent drop in the selection of ales. The rooms are large, comfortable and even have a power socket next to the bed.

3rd visit to the Radisson blu Glasgow, stayed for one night, great welcome from front of house staff. Room was on the 6th floor and was really quiet. Loved it, will definitely visit again.
T. M.
Went to breakfast and it was an absolute nightmare. It's not worth the money for the service you receive. I nearly died i heard a sound outside akin to a car with the engine left on, it continued all night, a generator i would imagine and got very little sleep.
l. m.
For the first day of level 2 in Glasgow, staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn't be more attentive
A. M.
First time at the Raddison Blu last night and will definitely be back very polite and friendly staff great size rooms comfortable beds and great facilities and the fact that this hotel is situated next to glasgow central train station makes it even better
S. T.
What an amazing customer service from the Radisson team. A huge thanks to Lee Johnston for the amazing customer service he provided ☺️.

A very modern hotel in the heart of Glasgow, just steps away from the Central Station and as much shopping as you care to do. Comfortable, clean rooms and excellent food.
E. P.
Perfect location . Best breakfast anywhere ive ever stayed. Excellent welcome with staff who couldnt do more to please us.
R. W.
Excellent location, my stay was for a business conference. The lunch food was outstanding and just kept coming. Additionally the hall is huge.
L. W. (.
Really nice shared areas in hotel. Standard rooms are quite basic and other hotels have much nicer rooms for the same kind of price. Staff are friendly and helpful.
D. O.
Was nice quiet room. Bit stark furniture wise and bed and pillows soft (too soft maybe) but had a great stay. Highly recommended.
J. R.
Excellent Hotel, would never stay anywhere else when visiting Glasgow. Great rooms, great service and right in the heart of the city centre. Breakfasts are spot on, never tried other meals as have always dined out but I'm sure would be very good.
Not cheap but you get what you pay for, if you want cheap go to a hostel or B & B.
B. E.
Use this mainly for work as a venue and conference staff always great. Great place to meet for a drink or coffee as well. Not stayed here.
S. o. K. V.
The reception staff at this hotel are the awesome. Exceptionally efficient professional and friendly. Go above and beyond .
G. G.
One of the nicer hotels I've stayed at. Staff are friendly, rooms are fantastic and the breakfast was too quality. Very impressed.
P. R.
Does what it says on the label. You're well taken care of and the hotel works. A bit corporate if you're a Laura Ashley type, but even then you may be pleasantly surprised!
L. A.
Been too the hotel on a few occasions and never been disappointed xx
C. B.
Attended a Christmas party here, great night and food was lovely. Only down side was the price for a shot was £5 and the wait at the bar was ridiculous, full bar of people waiting to be served and only 2 bar staff who were busy doing full table orders of drink
s. Y.
Great hotel with lovely staff. Stayed here quite a few times now & would never pick anywhere in Glasgow to stay. Staff are always friendly & helpful and make your stay extra special everytime!
j. w.
Nice place, good location, stayed here twice recently while at conferences. Service is good, rooms are smart and clean.
R. S.
Staff were very helpful food was served together and was hot. Upstairs bar for function room had limited selection but staff did go to other bar but that took time.
K. B.
I attended a disability meeting there and the hotel was beautiful. The staff were very polite and helpful. We had lunch as part of the meeting and the food was amazing!!
P. M.
A modern hotel in the centre of Glasgow, well located for the train station and the bus from the airport, and close to the main shopping area.
The rooms are a modern design, so have a bit of a 'Oh that's nice', but they are starting to show some wear and tear and could do with a bit of tlc, particularly the bathrooms.
Cleaning could also be improved, as there was rubbish from the previous guest in the corner of my room (a ball of aluminium foil from a sandwich.
L. S.
Great hotel great location, had a lovely stay. Comfy beds clean modern room, cocktail bar and restuaurant food for dinner and breakfast was awesome
N. M.
Reasonable pricing, excellent service and a pleasant bar to spend an evening. We enjoyed our stay and would rebook. Highly recommend.
L. C.
Friendly staff and the pillows were clouds! I also held a meeting here and the room for that was great. They supplied everything I needed.
J. P.
A fabulous hotel with friendly helpful staff, this us the second time I've stayed here and wouldn't think twice about re booking, the food, service and staff are excellent.
R. N.
Lovely stay here and staff were so helpful. Having recently been refurbished the hotel was very nice and rooms comfortable.
C. W.
Excellent hotel, good location near all that you need, either food and shopping. Staff were great
F. M.
£12.50 for the smallest scallops I've ever seen! The food was nice but considering the bill came to £141 it wasn't that nice. We won't be eating here again.
C. P.
Location was great. desk staff was great help getting us a taxi to go shop, rooms were nice but beds were small.
M. S.
Awesome place for food, drinks or stay
A. K.
This hotel is gorgeous with excellent service and a perfect location in Glasgow. It is within walking range of many different bars and restaurants. Definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Glasgow.
G. R.
Excellent stay here for 2 nights rooms were very clean and tidy breakfast was help yourselves and was more than enough for the fussiest of diners one little thing our tv didn't work but the management were fabulous full of apologies and even 'reimbursed us the money we paid for the 2 mornings breakfast we would definataely visit again and not because of their generous gesture we really liked the hotel very much many thanks
A. P.
Facilities are great, food is delicious. Helpful staff. Had business meeting & were looked after well
J. J.
Loved it, I was with a friend for one over night, and will be back again soon, staff very nice, beautiful hotel clean breakfast amazing
J. H.
Afternoon was buffet style well worth the money. Lovely surroundings wirh attentive staff. Only downside - toilets at other end of hotel and in the basement
M. F.
Really nice hotel and the staff were very nice. Room was great and the location was fantastic. Highly recommended.
D. M.
For a 4holtel start I will expecting better room, bathroom very old, a pilot smell smoking cigarette maybe from a previous person... Internet and location very good, breakfast very good presentation disappointing on the taste of the fruits and oranges did not taste anything, toste cool.... The rest of the breakfast look very interesting
d. p.
Well the location of this hotel is great, it's right in the junction of argyle street and oswald st. quite accessible to the glasgow central station & city centre and the staff were friendly. Good to spend a night or two.
A. L.
Friendly and helpful staff, excellent work on breakfast arrangements in difficult times. Well located
D. B.
Booked a superior room for our stay, and expected extra luxury and perks, however the room was clean and the bed was nice and comfy, there was a fabric chair in the room that was in serious need of deep cleaning, outer side of chair was brown and looked extremely dirty, the small laminated table in the room, had cigarette burns, and the laminate had water damage and chips on the edges, so really let the superior room down, just never felt that special or worth the extra money to upgrade, the hotel itself was very nice and clean, the reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, check in was swift and helpful, can't fault the hotel, apart from these wee issues, which I would have expected to be rectified in this room type.
V. M.
Clean rooms and wonderful staff.Location close to all you could want. Left documents, passport, money and jewelry in safe. Management held things until I could retrieve them. Can not say enough...Thank you,
N. T.
A lovely hotel. Modern, spacious rooms and friendly service. As a former regular it was great to get a nice welcome this weekend.
M. G.
I was here to see David Icke which was on the 1st floor. The show was amazing and very interesting also completely Sold out which meant the seats were crammed together. I saw people taking up a seat and a half which made it really uncomfortable for a lot of others. The seats needed to be a little more spaced out for something that lasts 4 hours like this did.
L. M.
The location of toilets relative to the venue was great, not too far away and they were very clean. The staff working there were very polite and attentive and the food was good.
D. R.
Great location, right next to Glasgow Central Station, friendly staff and reasonably priced. They really need to improve the heating downstairs beside the windows though, as it gets really cold.
G. G.
Stunning hotel with beautiful rooms but rooms need soundproofing. We stayed on a Friday night, in room 426 and music could still be heard clearly within the room and kept us awake.
j. d.
I love this hotel, its definitely my favourite. I have stayed here numerous times and definitely will be back
z. a.
Was only at the cafe for a coffee with a friend. Very up scale building, all modern. The drinks were good. Only problem was the wrong bill was given to me and i only realised just as they were taking the money (was wondering why it was double than what i was expecting)
J. S.
Visited here with a discount voucher, ambience was good, staff were very attentive treated like a full paying customer food and service was great would we go back yes, I've already bought more vouchers, so it's definitely a return there and looking forward to it
K. B.

Lots of people coming from a bus tours in the lobby and lifts. About 30 mins later, I got the call that my room was ready and off I went to check-in. We did not have an evening meal in thehotel but stayed for breakfast which was excellent. Would highly recommend the hotel to anyone.
s. b.
Really nice hotel, friendly staff and bang next to Central Station!
M. J.
Brilliant location in heart of Glasgow and very convenient for the railway station. Friendly, helpful staff, very comfortable bed and decent proportioned room.
T. L.
Spacious and good for functions, food could be better. Out of the 3 course meal only one gets top Mark ⭐
J. G.
Good service and extensive range of drinks.
J. W.
First class hotel. Staff very good curtious. Check in no problems quick and easy.
R. D.
We had a table booked for 12 and the table was only set for 10 and had to be corrected as event was starting. Also had preordered drinks for the group and were told that they had been put on the wrong table and we were made to feel that it was our fault as they had no idea what to do. Eventually all was sorted but no sign of management at all to apologies or even check everything had been resolved. Was an expensive evening so was disappointed.
A. L.
Amazing views, amazing hotel and amazing bar! Also a nice big conference room that could easily fit up to 100 people
R. M.
Well have been in so many hotels that was the best one in Glasgow. Best staff ever . Will be back in the new year

A. D.
Fantastic stay, lovely and cosy room. We had a voucher for dinner and dinner was amazing!
J. U.
Great centralized hotel. Affordable with great customer service. Also, make sure you try their breakfast which is first class.
A. H.
Hotel and restaurant are great and the staff are always helpful and friendly however the beds are sometimes not all that comfortable. I have been here a few times with work and it is hit and miss getting a comfortable bed and pillows.
j. n.
Modern hotel lifts have a different mode of operation. You punch in your floor and then it tells you which lift to get on A, B, or C. In the lift there are no buttons to select.
B. L.
Staff was very professional, the hotel has modern décor and the event was managed well. Food provided was also of good quality.
S. J.
Went to a function. Food was amazing and staff done an excellent job ! Overall was a fab night and would definetly recommend to people wanting to book a function :)
D. P.
Very comfortable and well appointed rooms, great buffet breakfast, close to Central Station and easy walking distance to shopping, bars and restaurants.
M. C.
Great Central hotel. All the usual good points. Easy access to everywhere. Near station and all amenities.
J. S.
Well equipped and distinctively themed meeting rooms in a very modern hotel. A choice of bars for after and staff always very professional and helpful.
S. P.
Very very good. Comfortable hotel, walking distance from train station, good sports facilities, generously sized rooms and excellent service.
A. L.
Really nice hotel .I would recommend . Has lot of things free. Gim. Sauna. Pool and late check out and free wifi on rooms very good services. Some hotels like Hilton must copy this behaviour. Radisson is a really nice choice.
M. L.
Fantastic central location, stylish and well-appointed rooms, and superb breakfast all add up to make this a great stopping-off point in Glasgow. A partnership with a local branch of LA Fitness also means that instead of having to put up with what are often mediocre hotel gyms, you can use a proper gym whilst staying.
However - the central location makes arrival by car a bit tricky - there is nowhere to pull over and unload on arrival - you just have to take your chances by pulling into a bus stop. The promised valet parking conjured up images of a well-run American-style valet desk, but the service seemed to have been substituted with a chap telling you to go and self-park at a nearby NCP garage.
C. C.
Nice enough hotel. Nothing unique but location is great. Parking is a street away in a multi storey car park. You are charged at a discount.
L. A.
We had a great 2 night stay in this old building. Excellent located on George Square. The heart of iconic
W. P.
Coming here after exactly one year and the amenities, ambience and service was great before and has improved even more.... love this place
G. G. R.
Nice hotel just back the Central station. Need a bit more maintenance but worth the price
N. S.
Excellent hotel. Location spot on. Staff very courteous and professional. ‘ full Scottish’ breakfast superb!
