L. T.Good value for .money and very helpful staff. Some rooms are a little tired, but if it was upgraded, it would cost more. So it suits our needs for a clean bed.
C. T.Cheap and basic. Has what you need, but rather dated. Creaking floorboards and thin walls. Stupidly sited TV hung on wall bracket so that it interferes with wardrobe door Did not try the breakfast or the restaurant so cannot comment on them.

Location a little out than actual centre where relatives stay.
If breakfast was provided it would have been much better. First breakfast was confirmed when we got there got told no breakfast thereafter.
I would not hesitate to stay again if need be, ideally would book a hotel which provides breakfast.
M. M.The room was fine and spacious for 4, the beds comfy , plush pillows. Had a very nice full english breakfast with attentive service that just kept it coming! Had a good chat with the chap who served who was a very interesting guy to talk to. No complaints.

Having been here for 2 X 4 night stays I have to say in over 30 years of staying in hotels as a contractor it's the first time the room hasn't had the bin emptied the bed made or the towels changed.Which is a shame as the room itself is probably one of the best for cleanliness and decoration for a what I would call a budget accomodation.As for price probably high for what you could get in comparison with the large chain hotels locally but balanced by the excellent curry restaurant on site.On the second week a security of £30 was demanded for the key I refused to pay and if it is requested when my company returns for further works in Leicester possible 3 weeks and 4/5 rooms I will advice alternative accommodation unless this policy is stopped.
