L. M.Exactly what you’d expect from a budget hotel! Initially, wasn’t overly pleased with the room but it grew on us and it worked well. Staff were friendly with good sense of humour and the free parking was an added bonus!

Breakfast was possibly the worst I've ever had, not 1 vegan option (just an observation) I ended up buying a nicer breakfast from the garage forecourt opposite.
The bed was firm and comfortable, didn't sleep too well as the fire alarm has a red blinking light which in the middle of the night was like a strobe light, I stuck black electrical tape over the light for my second sleep.
Overall my 2 night stay was average, everything was clean & everyone was welcoming.
A. B.The hotel is conveniently located to explore Leicester and beyond. The staff are efficient and helpful. The rooms are pretty basic - no kettle (but free hot drinks available in reception), and quite small but very clean. The shower is amazing and the rooms are air conditioned which is brilliant in the hot weather as the windows only open slightly and there is a little bit of road noise (not much, I was pleasantly surprised given the proximity to the roundabout). There is a pleasant cycle way from the hotel into central Leicester which passes through a nature reserve. As an inexpensive place to return to at the end of the day I can't fault it.
d. n.Clean and modern, but lacking standard items like kettles & cups in rooms. Complimentary drinks in the reception area are no substitute for being able to make drinks in your own room. Especially when the drinks machine breaks.
R. G.First time staying in Leicester Centre, booked hotel , great price booked so easy ,then we thought the hotel was further away than we realized. cancelled through Free Cancellation [terms].,full deposit returned, we now know where the hotel is situated, will book on next visit.

S.I stayed here due to the location and quick distance to a meeting that I had, so I was not expecting much with it being a 'budget' hotel other than a bed to put my head down, but I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and functionality of the room, the facilities they had (food, beverages and toiletries on-site) ensured I would be able to be 'saved' if I had forgotten anything essential, and probably as equally importantly was the friendliness and the hospitality of the staff that are a credit to IBIS.
On the recommendation of one of the staff members; I had my meal that was provided by an external catering team they had brought in, which was fairly good, not excellent, but it was above average and definitely worth sitting in without the effort of going out and about. They also had home cooked roast, which I would have loved to have tried, but I was only here for 1 night.
I would definitely stay here again.
I overheard another guest want to change rooms due to poor WiFi, but I thought the WiFi was good (good enough to stream an entire Netflix movie on with no lag)

S. P.Really reasonably priced rooms, very close to where I was working so a handy location. Everything was clean and fresh and modern. The rooms were so tiny (we had to be moved once because our TV didn’t work...not complaining about that it happens) and the decor is strange. Neon and plastic- kind of like a fast food restaurant or a soft play. Very strange lighting but lots of options with it. Also very cold in our room (in March I’ll grant you). Basically for short stays where you just need somewhere reasonably priced to lay your head you could do worse (and I have in Leicester)
U. A.The manager behaves as if he is fed up of his job. He is not friendly at all and very rude. The rest of the staff are nice. The rooms are clean as expected from Ibis. Overall not a good experience.

S. C.The rooms are quite small. If you are claustrophobic you may experience some problems. When I opened the window, a sewer smell came in. Horrible smell. The place looks like a hospital, however, I liked the tradional english breakfast, the bathroom design and the room lightning.

V. U.Comfortable rooms, however although its budget hotel, I feel the rooms could have been cleaned better. Could see my body hair from shower even after the room was cleaned!! Breakfast was a lot to be desired although we did mention my wife was vegetarian and did not want eggs or beans. The breakfast turned up with eggs and beans!!!!. Butter was put on toast, depending who served the breakfast, we were here for 7 nights, out of which 2 days we had just about scrapped butter in the middle of toast, other days we had bowl full of butter. No consistency at all.

N. M.The clue is in the title, budget. Room was very small. Double bed and just enough room to get round it. But was only there for a night and ticked the box for a bed to sleep in. I wouldn’t have liked to have been in there for longer than I was when I was awake as felt bit claustrophobic due to size.
Bathroom was good, large shower enclosure and good water pressure. There are no supplied toiletries like in other hotels so remember to bring some with you.
Breakfast was ok, nothing outstanding but was sufficient.
Would I stop here again, unlikely but I would recommend for somewhere clean and comfortable to lay your head for a night that doesn’t break the bank and no frills.

C. P. C.Probably one of the best stays we have had this year. Clean floor (Not carpeted) always a bonus. Air conditioned room - working. Great shower. Even tried breakfast which was good - no fried egg, scrambled only.
L. P.The room was fairly small but perfect for what we needed. Everything looked clean and it was tidy. The staff was friendly and amicable, when I wanted a panini at midnight and they didn't have any, they directed me to a place that would have them nearby.
The bed was a bit smaller and harder than we were used to at home, but still comfortable. I had a decent sleep in it. We got one room key, but when requested we got a second one very easily. This was the same with breakfast. I had only ordered one by mistake, instead of two. It was not a problem, I could just pay for the second one after checking out.
All in all, good experience and would definitely go here again.
C. L.It's very clean and basic with a comfortable bed and good shower. Free Wi-Fi, Cable TV. Breakfast is simple but that is reflected in a realistic price. If I stayed again which I would for short stays, I would take my travel kettle as there are no hot drink facilities in the room.
E. d. V.Good value for money. Easy check in. Tiny room with no frills whatsoever - not even tea and coffee in the room. Comfy mattress on a big bed, but had to be remade as sheets oddly folded to make the bed, not helped by a duvet cover with no fastenings causing it to form knots around lower limbs. The fact that a duvet is used is a huge positive, though. Quiet room and Wi-Fi good. Breakfast poor with sub-par, low quality food on offer.

Hotel is clean and the rooms are lovely, Clean bright room with all you need and a comfortable bed to sleep on plus a powerful shower to wake you up. Buffet breakfast with bacon sausage, beans and scrambled eggs on offer with cereals and cakes also available with a decent coffee and juice machines to wash it down with. I liked it that much I re booked another week when travelling to Leicester with work. I would recommend.

I. J. M.I was put in room 213 on my first night, (so they get 4 stars). I asked to be moved as it was right by the lift and the service staff's "HQ". I was later put in a different room with less noise & traffic. Overall I had a good stay the few staff I interacted with were super helpful. You can order a £2.50 breakfast to go if you don't want the full breakfast. There is a Shell close by (a walk across the hotel parking lot) that is open 24/7, the service station also has a free cash machine. If you are not keen on the hotel/service station food/meal options you can order from just eat (there are a no. Of restaurants who deliver to the hotel. Just be sure to read the reviews first before you order). Don't expect reception to call you when your food arrives. The hotel offers complimentary hot beverages (except coffee, you have to pay £1 for a token) as they don't have this service in the rooms. The rooms were tight on space. Not sure if this is an Ibis budget "thing", as this was my 2nd time ever to stay in one. Overall you get what you pay for.
S. C.For negatives it was the shower and basin was part of bedroom with a tiny toilet. Apart from that the bed is comfy. Check out is 12 which is good. Let me check in at 1 as room was already clean (some weird hotels force you to wait until check in time which for this place is 2). Now to the food! They have 247 menu for hot food available which I thought would be nothing special. God was I wrong!! Excellent food! On top in general excellent friendly service.
R. S.Despite what reviews we had read on your site, we found our room clean and comfortable. The only problem was our window catch was broken, it was very loose and therefore we couldnt open our window, but otherwise everything else was fine. The bed was very comfortable. Because I suffer with my back and legs I found that I didnt get any pains at all. What sort of mattresses do you use please, I would like to purchase one myself.

B. B.This hotel was amazing. It's amazing how much they crammed into one room. With this hotel, you literally get what you pay for. The toilet paper is literally just that - paper. Our friends paid £1 more for their room...and their bathroom had shower gel.

R.For what it is, a budget hotel, it is acceptable, though at £75 per room I'd question the use of the word 'budget' in the branding as that isn't cheap, remember the adverts of £19 a room for a Travelodge or £29 a room for a Premier Inn, which offer better everything in comparison. The breakfast included bacon and scrambled eggs as well as the usual cold selection you get in most places. The fruit options were apples or oranges. Free hot drinks are available from the machine 24 hours a day. The shower and sink being in the room was weird, at least it was decent and had room to move in.

It is situated at the side of the A 46, A6 junction and is very convenient for visiting Loughborough and other vilages near by. We have stayed here many times and will definitely stay here again.
H.Ibis is a practical and super simple, but also really cheap place to stay if you don't need frills. There's not a gym, not a pool, but sometimes all you need is wifi, free coffee and a bed. Ive been here many times and will continue to.
P. M.Basic and small but exactly what you’d expect. Perhaps a more generous soap would be nice, it wasn’t that cheap! Clean rooms. The pillows were a little shallow but I’m picky about pillows.

The windows of each room open to a decent enough amount so that various items to be projected out of.

Services around 5/10 what amounts to a BP, a KFC and a Le Petit Four (a pastry cafeteria), which is better than having breakfast at the hotel (a Caffè double spresso with a little milk = coffee cut / milk Spanish). Taxi to the center of Leicester costs about 10 pounds one way. Total, if it is for a few days of work in the outskirts, I recommend.

Servicios alrededor 5/10 lo q viene a ser una BP, un KFC y un Le Petit Four (una cafetería bollería), que es mejor que desayunar en el hotel (un Caffè double spresso con un poco de leche = café cortado/con leche español). Taxi para ir al centro de Leicester sale por unas 10 libras ida. Total, que si es para unos días de trabajo a las afueras, recomiendo.
