S. G.Fantastic hotel and great location. Very comfortable bed and clean room. The breakfast buffet is now back and inside the actual hotel opposite reception rather then at the pub so much more convenient. Excellent customer service especially from Michelle at breakfast service. Highly recommend this Premier Inn.

Hotel & staff were great. only issue is if your on ground floor you can hear everything from the rooms above.
S. H.Just out of town was perfect for us. All the staff were terrific, in particular Michelle in the breakfast room and Emma on reception. We had 3 nights and loved it. Clean, tidy and quiet (Mon-Thurs). Breakfast was superb and both chefs were very nice guys. Disability room (No8) was very spacious and spotlessly clean. (Little or no room service due to Covid). Reception were generous for extra tea/coffee etc. Tv worked well, heating/cooling was good. Only gripe, the bed, although very comfortable was very low which my wife struggled to get up from. Great to have numerous USB charging points. Would definitely visit again, a lovely experience. Thank You all.
M. L.The description implies it's pretty close by which it is by car. Opposite hotel is a pub, which is very handy. Bus stop is nearby, 15 minute wait for buses to the town centre. Only complaint that you can hear the above people very clearly especially walking along the corridor above so not such a goods night sleep.

S. S.About 10 minutes' drive from the centre of Leicester. The room was clean and a decent size with a very good shower in the bath. We had a good sleep, despite being next to the main road. Our rations - two of each of tea bags, coffee sachets and sugar sachets - wasn't particularly welcoming.

The room was large and despite the elephant child above us we had a great stay.The breakfast was extremely well organised, plentiful and excellent quality products. We also ate at the pub on the site would have praised it any way but I won the raffle prize.

E.Clean, comfortable and quiet. Has all the basics you need. Breakfast wasn't amazing, but it was plentiful and the service was very friendly so for a quick family breakfast that was more than good enough for us. Very accommodating of our son's needs. Parking was easy - disabled parking right outside the front door. I do wish more places had electric doors to make it easier for wheelchairs/special needs buggies but I think this is a universal criticism of many public places! Would happily visit again.

Staff were lovely especially the breakfast room lady who put my autistic daughter at ease straight away.

I. H.One of the better Premier Inns I have stayed in. Very clean downstairs and in the rooms. Staff were quick to attend the reception when pressing the bell for attention. Easy to navigate to your room and caters well for disabled guests. Rooms are clean, spacious and well equipped with all modern conveniences. Virtually flawless for a basic hotel.

Large rooms, comfortable beds, clean and large bathroom.
Free internet may not have much power but it is good enough. You often have to log in.
Minuses include window noise mainly during the weekend. Many young people come to the restaurant and often listen to loud music in the car at night. In the evening there is a problem with parking the car. Almost all places occupied. It is worth writing that parking spaces are narrow and often two cars barely fit.
It is not possible to order food from the city in the room and often stinking at the reception with various food.
One night I felt marijuana in the hallway. Someone was probably having fun in his room.
R. C.Stayed 2 nights. Bigger room than usual for PI and kids had 2 full size decent beds. Very clean (as always for PI). Aircon was a bit puny and although the window opened it was a touch too warm so down a star for that. Otherwise a nice stay.

Only downside was the deep-fried sausages for breakfast and the black pudding was dry but that's not to fault the Premier Inn, just my observation.
C. C.Close to the city centre and convenient for the National Space Centre, we found this an economic and comfortable hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bathroom was modern with a shower over the bath - the shower head was extra large. We slept well here and would stay here again.

S. C.Had a great stay in this hotel. The reception and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless! The breakfast at the pub was very good with lots of choice. We also had dinner here - excellent value! My only criticism was that it was a very warm evening and we were told that there was at least half an hour wait on food which was no problem to us, we noted our table and went to sit outside keeping our eye on time. We were then asked by a Scottish lady were we table ? And if so that our food was ready! That was probably 15 minutes after being told it would be at least 30.
We overheard her complaining loudly that it was an inconvenience to her that she was having to look for people who were outside when food was ready -.it was much quieter at this time and she was basically just tidying around I really couldn't understand the problem. Maybe a buzzer system to let people know to come to their table? That way everyone is happy and our rare warm summer evenings can be enjoyed!! Food was very nice and well presented.

M.We had a very eventful first 20mins at this hotel.
Firstly when the lady on the counter saw that we had luggage for our holiday the next day she moved our room closer to the reception which was brilliant service but then when I went to run a bath, the tap handle fell off and shot water out the side so we again had to be moved. Very embarrassing situation but the lady in reception was very helpful and either a/saw the funny side or b/remained amazingly professional.. Either way we're greatful.
As for the hotel itself. Its a really nice quiet hotel, the bed was super comfy but it said on the website the beds were kingsize and they were smaller than that which was a let down as I'm 6 ft 6 and need all the space I can get.
One major downside is there were no plug sockets next to the beds.. I appreciate that they put usb ports but I unfortunately have a sleeping disorder and I have to sleep with my laptop playing videos, something I couldn't do here due to having no where to charge my laptop.
All in all a comfortable nights sleep but I would probably choose travelodge if i were to book again.

Breakfast was served a short outdoor walk away at Heathley Park pub and grill which has a very pleasant interior. However the buffet was very basic and my cooked breakfast was awful with chargrilled BBQ flavoured bacon that you would expect on a burger not an English breakfast.Ghastly!
Very disappointed as it cost £9.50 per person and I left most of it!
Hence the reason for my low star rating.

Pub breakfast worth every penny.
The only fault was the noise and banging coming from the room above. The banging and door slamming started at 10.30pm and carried on until 2.40am which obviously kept us awake. My wife complained at 6.30 and the gentleman on reception just said - " O'yes we had some late bookings " ( Not pleased at all with there response )
When we went down for breakfast at 7.30am I explained to the young female receptionist I'd spilt a cup of coffee she replied " Thank you for telling us but don't worry accident's happen and it will be professionally cleaned " ( Very happy with the response and understanding about the coffee but a real pity about the response of being kept awake most of the night especially when you've go a long drive ahead )

S. B.A fantastic Premier Inn due to the staff and the location. It’s close to the city centre (10 minutes by bus) so you can leave your car at the hotel where there are lots of spaces. The hotel also has a pub located next door where there is also a great food menu. We’ve stayed here a couple of times now and have had good experiences. The rooms are well decorated and comfortable with a good size bathroom and large flat screen tv. There is also a hair dryer and chair as well as shelves and space to hang clothes. We had a couple of issues with our most recent stay, but Nicola on reception sorted them out for us and also recommended a fantastic Indian take away that delivered to the hotel (the pub lends out plates and cutlery too!). We paid for the ultimate wi-fi that whilst faster kept dropping out which apparently it does if too many people are on the internet. However, Nicola refunded our wi-fi payment with no issues. We also discovered a quirk with the bottle opener in our room where it had actually been put too low down on the wall meaning that when you tried to put a bottle in to remove its cap the bottle hit the piece of wood before you could get the cap in. This was more funny than anything else and Nicola was able to provide a bottle opener at reception and said she would follow up with the hotel maintenance to get the problem looked at. I would stay here again and it is great value for money from a budget hotel.
S. H.On a business trip. My first stay at a Premier Inn. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were basic, but functional and clean. A wall mounted freeview TV, kettle and hair drier are supplied. The bed was long enough for me at 6'2 tall and reasonably comfortable.
A short walk across the car park leads to a bar restaurant. Evening meals can't be charged to the room, but inclusive breakfast deals are available.There are a selection of dishes available on the evening menu. I chose the steak and ale pie, with chips mushy peas and gravy. The pie looked quite appetising on arrival, but the pastry was really tough, requiring some effort to break through to reveal four very small, but lean pieces of beef in a thick gravy. The filling was edible, but bland, being under-seasoned and showing little evidence of the promised ale. The chips had been replaced by French fries, as they had run out. The mushy peas were as one would expect. The gravy served in a small boat on the side was quite thick, but would have benefited with the addition of some ale to enhance the flavour.
My colleague ordered chicken burger and went with the option of replacing the bun and fries with salad. The salad was fine, but the chicken was overcooked and quite dry.
After dinner we had coffees from the bar, which were very good and served with a piece of complementary fudge....I can't comment on the fudge, as my bit "disappeared!"
The following morning, we walked over once again for breakfast. There were an array of continental breakfast items on a buffet, with all you can eat and drink. In addition a full English breakfast was available. All the items were well cooked, if a little bland.
The breakfast coffee was disappointing, lacking body and flavour.
An ok place to stay for a short business trip, but do take a brolly for the walk over for meals in inclement weather.
P. H.Typical room type for this price range. I slept well, a little noise at 4:06hrs but that only lasted 10 minutes or so. the room was clean and well appointed with comfy bed and shower/bathroom. The associated pub/restaurant was a little greasy, table, knives and forks all seemed to have the same great haze to them. East somewhere else would be my advise.

OMG, the bed... Premier Inn.. please remove the bed from room 10. We had little to no sleep on the friday and worst night Saturday due to the bed been so uncomfortable.

The cooked breakfast was only available to order and not the buffet as normal in premier. Continental only as buffet ,which was basic. Croissants stale and no where to heat them up. Had a meal the previous night which did take a bit of a while but was satisfactory. Overal, had the breakfast been buffet as usual at premier inns, and we've stayed at many, this visit wld of been the best.

This Premier Inn addresses these - air conditioning, deep desk and bedside charging points. Bedroom and bathroom are clean, minimal outside noise from the main road. K. C.We took a family room which was of excellent quality. The beds were comfortable and the children's beds were at a reasonable distance from the double which faced the TV. The decor was immaculate and the bathroom clean and well laid out. The children were given a welcome bag with crayons and activity sheets, which was a nice touch. There was a little noise in the morning from washing machines which are adjacent to room #1, but not too early. The tasty breakfast was cooked to order and finishes at 10:30. It is served in the adjacent pub/restaurant and is about 50 meters away across the car park, so you might need a coat if it's raining! Parking is ample and we parked only a few meters from the entrance. Really impressed with this hotel, particularly at their relatively low price and would definitely return.

First meal was big let down. Luke warm. 2nd meal for 4 people was served seperatly over a period of 20 mins so some of us had eaten before others got theres and was overcooked and still only luke warm. Overall hotel good bar crap ...
