K. J.Stayed overnight after taking my daughter to Uni, the room was as you would expect, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful, able to get additional supplies for room.
The bar/restaurant area was a bit dingy and carpet was sticky. Breakfast was OK with good selection and plenty of everything. It was good value as always.

Good Hotel. (Ex holiday Inn?) spacious quality reception, bar and restaurant - lots of seating . Plenty of free parking.
Standard rooms - a bit small but OK. Good size TV and reliable WiFi.
Only issue is lack of plug sockets (1 free plus 1 for kettle and 1 for hairdryer). Bring an extension lead if you want more.

S.Room was fine, bar and food service was good. I gave it 3 stars due to the fact we had a twin room with only 1 large towel so we had to share a wet towel and the shower is a death trap as its very close to the bath tap end so standing under it you have to bend otherwise you are on the Curve of the bath which is slippy when wet and you need to also remember the large tap is there if you lift up your lower leg/feet to wash them or crack your foot on the tap!

A. L.The room was fantastic but the light breakfast was a bit over priced for my liking I didn't try the cooked breakfast and that was a bit pricey for some people with big family but I would recommend the room without a doubt
H. H.It's okay for a overnight stay, although some of the room lights were not working and the heating was not switching on, so it was very cold throughout the night plus the window was left open before I arrived. Breakfast is decent, but just your standard continental breakfast.

H. H.We stayed October 24th in the name Scott, there were x4 of us. This hotel we give it 12 out of 10, they were so pleasant , helpful, friendly, our rooms were absolutely spotless, would only stay here the next time we visit. The night staff; Chris Jake & Ryan were excellent Jake & Chris or Ryan went above & beyond trying to find us food take out at about 4am in the morning, we could not get any so Jake gave us his crisps he had taken for his snacks niknaks 😇 he was soooo cute ☺️ As I say above & beyond he couldn’t do enough for us , & in the morning we stayed for breakfast, again excellent customer service, this was Karen, Kayleigh & Sarah A & the food was great, definitely highly recommend this Hotel & Thankyou to them for making our stay so pleasant 💞

S. N.Fairly decent hotel, not as good as more modern Premier Inns however. The room was comfortable, and had everything you expect to find. Although they look quite tired if you’re used to newer Premier Inns.
Plenty of on-site parking, so no issues there. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall it is somewhere to spend the night, and you know it should be clean and comfortable.

D. T.First impressions better than what i imagined. Standard Premier Inn as advertised with really comfortable beds. Good nights sleep was always achieved, i stayed about a week. Rooms were clean and housekeeping visited daily to replenish items tea n coffee, toilet rolls etc. But in all the time i stayed did not ever change my bedsheets. Bathroom was small and poor water flow from basin in bathroom. Heating was preset and only turned on if temperature went down, felt chilly a lot of time but could not turn and keep temperature warmer than set. All staff from front of house to restaurant and housekeeping very friendly, helpful and could not do more for you, excellent customer service. Food and drinks excellent, breakfast very good, interior decor in bar restaurant chic, up to date and comfortable, rooms need some updating
D. H.The reception was superb and the room extremely good as it was clean and tidy with very good facilities. In addition it was very quiet at night so I slept soundly.
The restaurant was pleasantly laid out and the staff as efficient as they could be but...and it is a big BUT, the food took over 2 hours to arrive and there was a dreadful shortage of beers available at the bar due to a lack of gas for the pumps. With the limited selection of bottled beers ( it's not a pub ) there was a poor choice of drinks available and the three young ladies who served us, as well as serve at the bar could not cope with the demand. This allied with the food being cooked on Zanussi and being delivered by handcart did spoil the evening for many.
A shame as it could have been a totally different review and the emphasis on the positive not the negative.

Update. Full marks to the management at Premier Inn, I have received a full refund for my meal deal. So bearing in mind the evening meal was my only gripe I am now happy to rate my stay 10/10.

N. L.Easy to find littraley 5 minutes of the motorway staff were spot on room was plenty big enough comfy bed stayed for 3 nights nice a clean.
Breakfast was good busy but still good evening meal food was nice no problem the time it took to come out was another matter went in at 6:15 for 3 nights didn't walk out until 21:00 wasn't even that busy. Drinks took over an hour to get to our group only 3 of us needs some looking at and attention I think.
But spot on for a stay just waiting time on food.

c. 6.Can't comment on the rooms as I only visited the bar and restaurant for a drink and a meal with a friend that was staying. Service was slow due to not very many staff and it was only a Tuesday evening but having said that the ones that were on were polite and helpful. The bar was decent enough but fairly pricey as you would probably expect. Quite a comprehensive food menu from the Thyme Grill, I had a Tex BBQ burger with skin on chips and coleslaw......was very good and worth the wait. Knocked a star off for the slow service but not the fault of the staff working.
L. H.Weirdly the rooms here were great. Lovely layout, comfy bed, good accessibility in the bathroom. However the staff and the restaurant were a complete let down. I appreciate that it was busy but it certainly wasn't the busiest premier I've ever been in and they were all behaving like the world was ending.

J. F.Plenty of parking onsite. My hotel room felt a little tired and finish was of a poor quality. I was given a room fitted for disabled access, which made it almost as uncomfortable for me as if things were reversed. The toilet was an extraordinary height and the sink was incredibly low for obvious reasons. Breakfast was decent in the restaurant. Room was 135, avoid if not suitable for your needs!

Plenty parking although the car park appears small at first there is more around the back.
The hotel has a lift however you will not get a wheelchair in it as it is so small.
The premier inn free WiFi was awful kept cutting out and logging me off. also when it was supposedly connected the it wouldn't connect to the internet.
luckily we brought our own mobile WiFi. otherwise it will cost you £5 per night to upgrade to the premier inn ultimate WiFi.
Premier inn get your act together with your WiFi there is no point offering something that is totally unreliable.
Room was a bit dated some of the furniture wasn't matching our desk had the laminate edge peeling off.
At breakfast on the second day the waitress who took our order was taking the Michael out of our northern accents. Which is totally unprofessional.
i'd recommend the meal deal.
Thyme bar and grill
Great food staff where helpful on the first day helping me choose a meal because of my gluten allergy.
However i cant say the same for the duty manager the second evening I asked if I could swap the naan bread as i'm allergic to it for an extra portion of rice he said no I questioned him on why as other premier inn owned restaurants have done this for me in the past. The waitress told him to check with the chef however the chef said its OK. I did get my extra portion of rice minus a naan bread but he seemed like he couldn't be bothered helping customers out.
S. F.Not greatly impressed. Been there a few times before and it's been better. Problems with the technology meant that the room keys had to be re-charged every day. The shower controls had been changed so that I couldn't have a shower one day. Even the staff didn't know how it worked!
Fot back to my room for a siesta at 3pm to find that it hadn't been cleaned, etc.

G. M.I am giving 5 stars as a rating of how the staff coped whilst under pressure on the 16th -17th Nov 2019. There was 1 lovely, smiley lady on reception, 1 waiter and 1 lady on the bar and the duty manager was wearing way too many hats and running around problem solving and supporting a skeleton staff, left right and centre. All the staff were lovely despite being so short staffed. Come on Premier Inn learn to value and recognise your staff and employ more people. I could see how under pressure they were and why it took 50 minutes from being seated to getting our meal, why our drinks order didn't arrive until after the food arrived and so I am not going to complain as there wasn't anything that could be done, the team were doing their best.
In regards the the Inn itself, it was clean and comfortable with ample parking, I have always found premier inn good for budget stays whilst visiting children at university
S. K.Simple. Clean. Perfect. Can't complain for the saver rate of £37 per night! Rooms are average size. Plenty of cupboard n draw space. Very comfy beds. And you can control the heating temp... 👍. Also free onsite parking.
M. T.Pretty standard Premier inn. A little dated compared to some that I've stayed in. Rooms were very hot, and because of road noise, you couldn't open the windows. Beds comfy, showers clean. The food from the restaurant was good and the drinks from the bar were as expected.

Entertainment TV wise was good. Won't be coming here again but good for an overnight stay. If youre meeting a girl or guy for a couple of nights, don't come here.
a. r.Reasonable Premier Inn, the staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean. The Wifi wasn't working on the first night but was quickly sorted. Again the lift stopped working on the first night but was quickly sorted. 1 of our party had a bad steak, the manager sorted it but said it had happened last night too. But my biggest gripe for this weekend is Friday night some of the beers ran out, and weren't being replaced until next week, then Saturday night the gas ran out, so no pumps or soft drinks just limited expensive bottled drinks
G. W.Stayed for one night, although the hotel is on a main road, we had a room round the back, windows open all night, no road noise at all. Bedroom - standard size, mattress slightly soft but personal preference prefer a harder one, bathroom - couldn't swing a cat in it, dinner & breakfast meal plan well worth it. Very clean hotel and staff very helpful and attentive.
B. T.The hotel does not have aircon, which in the summer of 2018 has not been pleasant! Way too hot!
The receptionist was rude, grumpy and non-existent most of the time.
Jessica and Demi, waitresses in the restaurant, were excellent! Super attentive, friendly and when ordering extra drinks they made it seem like it was no effort to do. They were one of the 2 good things I can say about this place.
Restaurant food was yummy and hot, and average price.
Bed was comfy, but room was over 27°C after sunset!
S.Visit two or three times per year with some friends and hire out one of the meeting rooms & stay for two nights. Always friendly helpful staff, breakfasts always good & this time in particular my meal was amazing! I think possibly the best pie I've ever had 😋

Only real gripe was the fact that you have to go the long way around the hotel to exit rather than using the side door which would have been much more convenient.

A. D.Rooms are a standard Premier Inn style room with a comfy bed and bedding and a decent TV. The hotel as a whole could do with some updating and a kick of paint on the doors.
The restaurant serves nice food but the service can be hit and miss. First night service was excellent and prompt the second night the service was very slow and the staff had to be asked several times when the meal would be coming.

R. h.After riding there on a bike, it was quite easy to to bring the bike inside and up to my room. The room was nice and cosy as well as being quite well kept. I also enjoyed the breakfast deal, it was Al quite fresh and tasted delicious. Would recommend.

T. S.Initially I found that the staff were very friendly and helpful on booking in to having an evening meal in taking advantage of the £25 deal for evening meal and breakfast. The staff for the evening meal were very pleasant and could not do enough for us. However my experience for breakfast time was completely different and found a member of staff to be very rude. There was a group of us, mature ladies and were made to feel like children because apparently we should of booked, which to our knowledge we had that evening when we paid for our meals. If she had not said anything further we would not have complained but she continued to embarrass us in the dining area by scorning us for not booking ahead. The name on her badge was Rhianne!! I do find this hard to complain but her attitude was unacceptable and no one should be spoken to like that.

L. T.The waitresses/bar staff really friendly. The people at reception were busy; felt somewhat inconvenient adding to the queue of people wanting to check in - no apology for the wait. The hallway leading up to the room was incredibly hot, and the room was warm too. I couldn't have the window open through the night because at 10.30pm there were road works directly outside my room - why I was put in that room I have no idea because in this heat you need the windows open. Luckily I had one fan which helped slightly however by the time you've walked through the hallway, you feel like you need a shower again. I was there for work and needed sleep which I didn't get. Lunch consisted of bread, crisps, flapjacks and basically anything unhealthy apart from fruit. Lovely spread if you aren't avoiding gluten.

S. C.Very convenient and consistent standard if accommodation. I say quite regularly for business and I know what I'm going to get every time. Rooms are adequate and comfortable. No great luxuries. Resturant is ok but lacks variety. Friendly staff. For business it's fine and is as good as it's competitors. No great defining qualities though.
A. W.The room was adequate and clean. The thermostat (or something) clicked loudly at odd intervals all night and woke me up several times. There were no power points near the bed for your phone. On the plus side I had a good steak in the restaurant.
J. S.We have stayed at the Premier Inn at Fosse Park recently, when our daughter, who is a student at Leicester university, was in the Leicester Royal Infirmary, with appendicitis. There were complications and we found ourselves not knowing from one day to the next, whether we were staying or checking out. During this time, we found the staff there to be extremely helpful and accommodating, helping us to book rooms at a minutes notice. This culminated in the staff presenting us with flowers, chocolates and a card offering their kind thoughts and support at this difficult time. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at Fosse Park Premier Inn for all their kindness and thoughtfulness during our recent stay. It was greatly appreciated!
D. W.This is a pretty standard Premier Inn hotel and we had a good night's stay. The room was warm and although a fan was provided this did not do much to cool the room down. Food and service in the restaurant was good.

R. B.It was pleasant. The receptionist in the evening had a weird habit of ending her sentences loudly with a FOR YOU or FOR ME. 'The breakfast is laid out in a buffet FOR YOU'. To get to your bedroom you need to turn right and go up the stairs FOR ME'. I'm not sure where she learnt this trait but I like weirdness so I'm giving the hotel five stars.
P. F.Premier Inn Fosse Park is fine for a night or 2 but for longer you might be better looking elsewhere. The rooms comfy and ok. The rooms are on the small side and the bathroom... Well you can't swing a cat in there. Restaurant and bar are very smart and have been updated to a good standard. We had food in the night. Food was ok reasonabley priced but the service was shocking.
P.As a regular Premier Inn guest, the different hotel design was a change from the norm - it was honestly a bit 'worn' and felt a downgrade from the regular Premier Inn feel - with that said, the very friendly staff more than made up for this - absolutely outstanding service!

A. B.Arrived at Premier in on the Thursday evening all was found acceptable the room was very clean and the bed was perfect for a good night sleep had a meal in the restaurant and the following morning we had a very quick breakfast, because we had too go to a funeral in Huncote about 5 miles away.
