T. S.I rented the top floor here for about a year in 2009-2010 while on a work assignment. No Eastern European sex workers then. Pity.
Someone else mentioned the smell of rubbish in the lobby -- the bins were kept too close, is a sort of side hallway with a door. I didn't have to deal with it often as I took the lift from my flat to the carpark most days, but if I was walking out through the lobby to go to the city center for a meal or to take a run, I did notice.

I. E. N.Good price for acceptable apartments. Don't expect any luxury. Reception is common for Dyersgate and Roman Wall. Staff are very gentle and always ready to help, they surely are the best part of these apartments. Call them to their mobile phone if you cannot find them in reception, they might be helping some other guest.
A. H.Corridors to rooms need regular vacumming. The entry foyer smells because the rubbish bin store is next to it. Eventhough the size of our apartment is good but it needs lots of repair. The bed matteress is concave in the middle.The door to the balcony from living area cannot be lock the staff could not find the keys.
V. C.So far so good. Plan on living here for a few months and the experience, facilities, location and stay has been pleasant. Recommended for long stay in a home like environment.

WiFi Internet connection is bad. They cheapskate and let 5 apartments share 1 internet connection. You can't do video calls with family using the WiFi, so not recommended for long business travel.
P. M.Very good ,clean and budget friendly apartments with all required facilities..10 min walk from city center.. reception staff are very helpful.. location is very good..some apartments can have soar river view...there is castle garden near by and all different restaurant too..

L. J.Staying here for work and you’ll struggle to find anywhere better for the same price- not perfect but hotels that you pay 130 a night aren’t always either. If you want anything luxurious you’ll be paying double the price. I would stay here again if I was working in the area
