This was clearly one of the best places we have ever stayed. We were in one of the 2 bedroom apartments and it was spectacular!! The neighborhood has it all…shopping, restaurants and close to attractions. Made us feel like we were locals. I have to give a shout out to RICHIE LONG! The trip was planned before COVID and plans were constantly changing. He was there for me for 2 years. He even broke his foot before our stay and he continued to help us even though he couldn’t come into work. Incredible! Also, a very special thanks to Chris for stepping in for Richie. He was terrific! Don’t miss staying at the gem while in London!

An amazing boutique hotel with an excellent restaurant, lovely spacious rooms, and beautiful garden, amazing views, and located 2 minutes from Sloane Square and 5 minutes from Harrods.
Would certainly stay here again, have enjoyed immensely. My only small gripe is having to call for tea making facilities in the room, but these were brought up promptly.
Oh, and it does take a couple of times to master the lift!

Gorgeous neighbourhood Hotel...highly recommend, warm welcome, lovely rooms and so many gorgeous public spaces to choose from to relax and enjoy.
Oh and if you eat in the hotel restaurant either as a resident or passing diner, please try the cauliflower!

Just back from a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel. I went with my daughter and 19 month old granddaughter. We had to wait a very short time when we arrived to get checked in but our little human was about to have a melt down when Ritchie came to the rescue and created a dinosaur out of a balloon which saved the day! The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was delightful and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was great and set us up for the day and it was warm enough for us to be able to sit outside and watch the world go by on a pedestrianised street so we didn't have to worry about little legs and traffic. We were able to walk to the Natural History Museum as it was about a 20 minute stroll and saw the dinosaurs - objective achieved. Many thanks for a great stay.

Upon arrival we were greeted by two looovely ladies Klara and Rebecca, they are so friendly and welcoming. Ian the general manager was also great, he showed us round the hotel which has so much character, the library and mirror room were especially amazing. Our room was fabulous, clean and had everything we could ever need. The food downstairs at Hans' bar and grill is also 5 star, the Thai mussels and Cauliflower starter are a must!! The service of course was brilliant, I really couldn't fault our stay at no.11

The best hotel we’ve stayed in, in London.
From the moment we walked through the door the staff were so friendly and helpful!
We had a 2hr30 journey down to London & when we got to the hotel we had originally booked they told us they were closed!! Stressed would be an understatement. We booked this hotel through my dad as he has stayed there many of times and knows the GM which was helpful.
When we got to the front desk the gentleman took care of all our bags, checked us in straight away and took us up to our rooms & made us feel so much more relaxed.
We had evening drinks in the bar just before we headed out to Hakkasan & it was such a brilliant ambiance every single member of staff we just 100% helpful and friendly !
We will definitely be staying here again. We had the best experience and that’s because the staff were so nice!
Keep up the good work!

I have stayed in hotels all over the world who really could do with watching how the staff in the hotel operate. Very attentive to all your needs and always with a smile. I would recommend it to all. A very well done to all.

Great food and friendly . Very nice environment

Well-sited boutique hotel in a converted town house. There's probably better value elsewhere, but the bed was very comfy.
A. A.
Very comfortable restaurant with great new menu - lovely treat.

Well located and quiet 🤫 hotel in Chelsea London. Rooms were on the smaller side but were well appointed and comfortable. Staff were fab and the location was excellent for Kings Road etc. Great little street behind with good coffee and food.

Fabulous Hotel in the hearth of Chelsea, the quintessentially British Style. I had a very pleasant stay. The night Team are great!!..they went above and beyond to make my stay memorable!!..I'll reccomend this Hotel It's a guarantee of super service provide an immersion in ages of experience in terms of Hospitality.

My wife booked a few nights in this hotel as a surprise for my birthday...Wow! I loved it! Located in a very nice part of London, big room ,very clean and an amazing breakfast. I loved everything about my stay here but what impressed me the most was the friendliness of the staff. When we checked in, the receptionist, a very friendly and knowledgeable guy called Luca, made us feel very welcome. We'll definitely go back for another special occasion.

We decided to stay at the Cadogan Gardens for two nights in the signature suite and it was amazing. Room was extremely comfortable and bright (you have sun nearly the whole day), couldn't have been better. The service in the hotel was really good and we felt welcomed every time we walked back in the hotel.
The structure is just a few steps away from Sloane Square, and the whole neighborhood is elegant, clean and classy.
We didn't dine nor had breakfast in the hotel.

This is the perfect London hotel. Very close to Sloane Square and the tube station, so it is a great launching pad for touring the city. The rooms are newly decorated, beautiful and very spacious. The new restaurant is very stylish, and the food is really good. There are two bars, one attached to the restaurant, and another off the lobby. It is very comfortable with nice couches. But what sets this place apart from any other hotel in London is the warm friendly service. Everyone treats you like an old friend. The head concierge, Richie Long is a side splitting hilarious guy, and is the best in the business. His personality has pervaded the entire front office staff, because they are friendly and funny in a decidedly unpretentious way. This was our second visit and my only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.

Amazing hotel!
This hotel is amazing, I stayed there for 7 nights this summer and everything was perfect! When we arrived, a friendly member of staff helped us inside with our bags etc. We left for an hour and when we came back they showed us to our room. The next day we had a few drinks in the garden, it is not big or anything, but it is nice and with a bit TV so we could watch Wimbledon. The drinks were good and the waiter was always around if needed. There is a lot more good stuff to tell but this covers the basics!

A wonderful hotel, filled with character, stately and yet with all the essential (and not so essential!) modern amenities (a rain shower! Excellent air conditioning, in-room coffee machine, luxurious bedding, and even a COVID-19 amenities package, including gloves, hand sanitiser, alcohol wipes, face masks). The location is very central and Victoria station is just a 15-20 minute walk away. The Hans' Bar and Grill is also top notch, our anniversary dinner was delicious and well worth the price, nothing to fault here. The a la carte breakfast was good, and the overall service exemplary. All in all a fantastic weekend in London, and a very memorable one.
J. R.
Great hotel in a fantastic location, with access onto both pavilion road and Cadogan Gardens. Stunning and spacious bedrooms for a central London hotel and great facilities. Staff are attentive yet unobtrusive. Food at Hans Bar & Grill is outstanding. Local area is brilliant and such a short walk to tube station. Concierge team are very accommodating and have some great knowledge of the city. I really recommend one of the Cadogan Suites. Bathroom was huge and spacious.

Very comfortable, clean, quiet hotel. Staff very friendly and welcoming.
We asked for a tea tray for our room and house keeping saw to it. Our beds were turned down at night with a chocolate left on our pillow.
Our room did not have a view as we were at the back of the hotel. Free wi-fi but signal was not the best. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
D. M.
A lovely hotel giving a fabulous afternoon tea experience. A quiet room with background music. The food was beautifully displayed on individual tiered cake display. We were given top ups of our tea and left to enjoy and chat the afternoon away!

As London hotels start to reopen, 11 Cadogan Gardens is welcoming guests again. In keeping with current precautions, the highly professional and courteous staff all wear face-coverings and guests are also asked to wear these in public areas. Hand sanitiser is available throughout and extra staff are on hand to keep the hotel scrupulously clean. This attention to detail, the comparatively small size of the property and the location all combine to make this an excellent choice for a stay in London.
Located in a quiet street in one of the best parts of London, this luxury boutique hotel is a few minutes walk from Sloane Square in Chelsea and close to both the King's Road and Knightsbridge.
Originally four grand Victorian houses, the 56 bedroom property offers upscale accommodation. The comfortable public rooms still have the air of the opulent lifestyle enjoyed by well-heeled Londoners at the end of the nineteenth century.
Highly recommended.

We spent 4 days in this hotel at the beginning of August. We were repeating, because we were here in Christmas too. Our experience in Christmas was good, but now has been fantastic! Thank you so much to Andrea and John, the concierges, they made us a wonderful stay.

Room needed updating. No outlets near mirrors or in bathrooms making it hard to dry your hair. Very noisy in the morning...doors slam loudly. Loved the old English house feel. Except for one rude bartender , the Staff was wonderful. Cute restaurant and close to shops in Chelsea.
J. H.
Booked the festive afternoon tea here for two. Regular and fruit scones were the highlight of the 3 tiers. Only three desserts are provided which I wasn’t too keen on - yule log with a strange cream, mini mince pie and peanut butter with jelly macaron. The finger sandwiches were fine. Basic selection of teas. We had a lovely table by the tree. A small glass of mulled wine was a nice addition for no extra cost. Service was attentive and welcoming. Overall, the experience was superior to the food.

The full length of the King's Road is interesting and colourful and well within a viable distance to return on foot with shopping. The location was brilliant, with the natural history museum within a 20 minute walk. Staff was excellent especially the folks down in the dining room at breakfast.
K. D.
Amazing bar and exceptional staff! Looking forward to returning soon

My home in London. At least, that's what I feel every time I go here. The staff is friendly and have a very personal approach. And it is a joy that there is one hotel living up to the old standards. For me, this intimate and friendly hotel is the way to live, not in one of the cold, modern places where you get service from drones. If you, like me, are an Anglophile, this is the place for you.

Beautiful luxury boutique hotel in Chelsea, very well renovated, with various exquisite sitting rooms, including a library room, a fireplace room, a “glass” room, a charming terrace and an attractive bar. All spaces were decorated with lovely antique furniture and several period paintings, also along the staircase. Our lovely room was spacious and had a view of the beautiful gardens across the road, which guests had access to (we enjoyed this feature with pleasure). Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was offered in the newly opened Hans bar & grill that opens to the increasingly popular Pavillion Road. Food was excellent for both breakfast and dinner. Service for breakfast was a bit slow and a few times we had to order things twice, but the service for dinner was excellent. We also ordered in-room service, food was assumedly from Hans; it was really nice and came to us very quickly (within 5-10min from ordering).

Nice boutique style hotel. In the heart of Chelsea. We had a suite which was rather large, and nicely appointed. Staff were friendly and helpful in providing tips for things to do around London. The Sloan Square underground station is just a free blocks away, which makes it easy to access virtually any part of London without much hassle.
This seems to be a residential area mainly, and is quite wealthy (there were Rolls-Royce, Bentley, and Porsches parked along the curbs every day) so we felt comfortable walking at all time.

Stayed for the first time recently at 11 Cadogan Gardens and was happy with my choice. I travel often to London and finding a good hotel with decent size rooms, that are clean and everything works as expected isn't easy to find. This hotel is relatively small, 4 floors and in an older building in the middle of the block. My room was very nice, good size (especially for London), well appointed with a Nespresso coffeemaker, free bottled water, good wifi connection, a modern shower!! and a good bed.
The room was clean and overall well appointed. I was on the 4th (top) floor and was quiet and even a bit of a view. The elevator is the original one with the gate you pull open and closed although the stairs work just fine too (and one way to get a bit of exercise several times a day). The staff was very friendly and attentive. The continental breakfast was fine and the bar is pretty cozy.
Its a relatively residential area around the hotel, reasonably close to Sloan Square tube station and a bit further of a walk up to Knightsbridge tube station as well. If you are looking for a hotel right in the middle of lots of pubs, restaurants, cafes, etc. not so much. But if you want a quieter area, boutique type of hotel, this is a good one.

We had afternoon tea prepared by their Michelin star chef and found the whole experience superb. To start, a lovely glass of champagne and a wide choice of interesting read. Unusually, the sandwiches were served warm, which made them even more special and very tasty. The scones were some of the best we have ever tried and the cakes were delicious. To finish, they send you home with rose flavored marsh mallows plus anything else you couldn't finish. All in all, the best afternoon tea I've ever had. MLS

A tardis like Gem of a Hotel stretching over 4 townhouses, and 4 floors. You need to wander and explore the public rooms, the mirror room, the library, the afternoon tea lounge, plus outside terrace and a cafe on Pavilion Road. Valet parking if you bring a car, better take a cab! Great team from the front desk to the concierge and the team at breakfast. Great heated floor in the bathroom and very comfy bed....

We just finished a 4 night stay. Wonderful location and room. The staff could not have been any more attentive or kind. We will be coming back next time we are in town.

Enjoyed the stay here on a brief business trip. Great location in really nice section of London, and central to tube. I had a room at the back of the hotel ( 1st floor ) and I found it very comfortable and quiet. Staff couldn't do enough for us.
A. P.
Convenient location near tube, nice area, beautiful hotel. The aesthetic of the hotel was very appealing. Service was excellent, friendly and informative. The room was antique style but had modern amenities which was great.
A. G.
Truly unique beautiful place to stay in chelsea
B. T.
Looooove this place! The staff are exceptionally nice, the decor is so cosy and cool and elegant - every room is a little gem. The food is very nice and their afternoon tea is delicious. Can't wait to go back!
C. T.
The front desk wouldn't lend me a phone charger to take to my room because "I might not bring it back". For £300 a night I expect better service than that. They could buy 10 of them on amazon for under £7. This isn't really the sort of thing I expect from a "5 star" hotel.
S.
Located in best/safest neighbourhood of London, we stayed the entire week in this boutique hotel for our London trip. Staff is friendly and the building is very clean and classic
Some tips extra, we rented a car by Victoria and able to find parking if you park at night and weekend for free (tell me about that in London) it is also outside congesstion zone if you plan your trip with a car (drive to central london on weekend only) during the weekdays go outside of London with your car

We have joined our American friends over many years here: this lovely old hotel has had 2x major changes with management and refurbishment: the latest brings tiny rooms and bathrooms and in the laughably named queen suite the new wallpaper was hanging wet from the damp ceiling, the confused but willing staffs, with poor English, are finding their feet: on the plus side a new pleasant restaurant is most welcome with good cooking and attentive staff.
s.
It is an amazing hotel because all of the staff are very kind and it has lots of things that most other hotels don't have, such as, a library, a four star resteraunt, and a private park. I liked it because it has lots of great atractions near it and you only have to walk for about two minutes to get to an underground station.
S. V.
Beautiful old hotel with nicely renovated rooms! Restaurant downstairs is great for breakfast - a bit pricey but expected for the neighborhood and property.
T. M.
The location is really good, a short walk from Sloane Square. The staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful and everyone was very friendly. I have to say it was all very disappointing but the staff did their best which is why I rated poor and not abysmal.
S. C.
I love 11 Cadogan Gardens! The hotel is a little quirky, with its dark paneled hallways covered with old paintings, but the rooms are absolutely lovely and luxurious. You definitely know that you've arrived in London when you walk in!
C. S.
Tea was fine. Waitstaff decided to have a half hour long fight in the hallway outside the dining room? Definitely not what I wanted from tea.
T. M.
The location is really good and easy to get to. Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner. The walk to the hotel is about a block around the corner from the bus stop. From getting out of the taxi the staff were there to help you.

Situated in a very quite street near sloan square.
Amazing service but be prepared to pay the price which is a bit expensive even for london.
