My family and I spent 2 nights here in December for my 50th birthday. We had a very pleasant stay, the rooms where clean and new. A slice of birthday cake and champagne was waiting for me. We where upgrades to a room with a balcony. I’m usually very unlucky with hotels and views, but this was perfect. Thank you to all your lovely staff. Would definitely recommend. Great location.

Professional staff, clean modern, high quality hotel. This is a gem in a strategic fantastic central location in London. Plenty of facilities including iron, shoes brush and cloth, coffe machine and more in the room. The smallest room is an en-suite with bath, shower and a wonderful king size bed. The room is high quality, in fact the curtains are real thermal blackout ( it is generally quite difficult to find room which are completely dark at night). Fantastic stay in quality hotel. We will come back

Perfect central location however lovely and peaceful. Stayed in room 312 which was very spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with hot drink facilities, bathrobes, slippers, a cute little rubber ducky and elemis bathroom products.
Room had an enormous bed with some of the comfiest pillows I have ever slept on, I could of rolled over when it came to check out at the reasonable time of 11am unlike some other hotels. Bathroom light and airy with both walk in shower and bath. Television with sky in front of bed with a comfy sofa also a work desk/dressing table and two big wardrobes.
The hotel had a chilled and relaxed atmosphere, very quiet, plenty of staff around if needed. Corridor areas cosy and mood lit. Courtyard would be perfect in the summer for a beverage in the sun.
Overall very short but sweet stay of one evening. Would recommend (if not just for the great nights sleep alone) will be sure to stay again when in the area.

Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean and very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again. Can be tricky to find initially as slightly hidden away off the street, but worth finding.

Lovely clean comfortable room. Once in and settled we had a brilliant weekend. Initial stress on unloading and parking but the front of house staff helped us. Then during our stay discovered you can pull in off the road at the rear of the building for easy unloading etc! This wasn't advertised.
Centrally placed for great London access. Good friendly staff. Would return here without hesitation.

We just checked out of this hotel yesterday and I must say that it was lovely! Me and my girlfriend came and stayed 4 nights to celebrate my birthday and we were very pleased with our stay. We booked the standard King room and it was actually really nice and spacious. It had the amenities that you want and the bed was very comfortable with pillows you just sink in to !! There is nothing worse for me (as someone who suffers from intermittent shoulder/neck pain from old Boxing injuries) than uncomfortable pillows but the ones here at the Apex were amazing!! I had best sleeps. Moving to the bathroom, I couldn’t find any faults. It was nice and spacious with a bath and a shower. The shower was also very spacious and there was plenty of room for us both to manoeuvre about in there whilst showering.
In terms of Breakfast I’m not sure what that is like because we didn’t order from the hotel just because I prefer to eat out in Cafe’s so I can’t comment on that.
The location is perfect! We were in walking distance to Leicester and Trafalgar square, covent garden and the places that you want to be ! Especially Christmas time with the lights up everything looks beautiful and I love this side of London. If you don’t mind walking, then it’s actually not too far from Soho and Oxford/Regent Street too. I am not a fan of taking the underground so I would rather walk and take taxis to enjoy the city.
Overall I would give it 5 stars and must say that when I return to London I would definitely stay here again. I am quite a fussy person to be honest but I can’t say anything bad about the place. The staff were nice and helpful and tended to our needs anytime we called reception for anything they were up to our room on the 4th floor within 1-2 mins .. you really can’t go wrong with the place!
Would highly recommend!!

Great hotel, with even better staff. My partner booked two nights. Our room was a suite with a balcony. Our booking included lounge access, which also came with unlimited drinks(only within the lounge).

Stayed at Temple Court for 4 nights. Our room was quite big for London and very clean, we even had a small balcony. The bathroom was large with a bath and a walk in shower. Breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. Overall a fantastic stay. The best thing of all, I won this stay in a competition, so thank you Apex Hotels.

I booked the Apex hotel to celebrate my wife being accepted into university as a student midwife. Prior to my arrival, I emailed reservations and asked them if I could add something to make the stay just a little bit more special.
I received a very prompt reply from Lorena from the hotel reception communicating all the options available to me and was assured everything would be made perfect prior to our arrival. As such I proceeded to book a ‘Romance package’ consisting of towel swans, Guylian Belgian chocolates, scattered rose petals and a bottle of Prosecco.
From the second I walked into the hotel I knew I had made a great choice; the hotel foyer and reception area were immaculately presented as were the staff ready to receive us.
Dan maybe Ben (I’m forgetful), who I believe was the assist manager checked my wife and I in and informed us we had received a free upgrade, although neither of us were expecting it, we were delighted! Before heading to the room, we asked (Dan-Ben) if he would be kind enough to store our bags as we were running late for a day trip to the Tower of London. (Dan-Ben) proceeded to take our bags from us and discreetly informed me the room had been set up as requested without my wife hearing him.
After a full day in the city, we returned to our room to have a well-earned rest, just like the foyer, the room was pristine, to my surprise the team at the Apex had very kindly changed the expected Prosecco to a bottle of champagne!
Everything really was faultless, shampoo bottles were full, toilet roll was full and not paper thin, minibar was rammed with goodies, TV was massive, and bed was large and very comfortable.
Robes and towels were generous and not ill fitting.
I did encounter one issue with the bath plug, although I believe it was user error and I was most likely to heavy handed. I phoned reception to report the issue and the plumber was with me in less than 8 minutes, issue fixed in less than 10 minutes! The plumber was polite and had just the right amount of respectful banter!
Regardless of the plughole issue, I’d still happily score this venue a 10/10.
I will 100% stay there again, great staff and great place!
Huge thanks to the team

Usual high quality accommodation and facilities, but this visit highlighted the nuisance created by registration onto a tablet device, which was not pre-populated with the data provided on booking.
Also, covid-driven measures (and maybe staffing constraints) cause a frustrating delay in the delivery of the elements of the breakfast service; not the best time of day to elicit an understanding response from guests.

Great hotel in perfect location. We stayed for 3 nights for my partners birthday and our stay was amazing. We received an upgrade to a superior room and there was a small cake and card waiting for my partner when we arrived in the room. The hotel staff were so helpful and made us feel very welcome. The room was fantastic and great location just off Fleet Street. Wouldn’t think twice about recommending to anyone.
D. H.
Absolutely lovely hotel, AMAZING STAFF, reasonable hotel bar prices, I really can't fault the place. Highly recommended , bus stop nearby so easy to get around for sight seeing. Only downside is you have to checkout at some point.
P. G.
Amazing hotel, looks like it has been recently renovated, very kind and friendly. Room was specious and clean.
Tip: If you have a lot of luggage make sure you get dropped at the back entrance otherwise there is a LOT of steps. Tourist wise in the winter you a little far from a Tube but only 10 minutes.
J. P.
Stayed here for my wife's birthday. We were were given a warm and friendly welcome by Justine in reception. Found a lovely birthday message and treats in room. The room was really comfortable, clean and had everything we wanted with great view of central London sights. Very good breakfast and attentive and friendly service. Will definitely be back
J. C.
I did not stay here, I came here to meet a colleague and sat at the bar and met a fantastic energetic FB Supervisor Sharan. Very helpful, talkative and just an all round nice person, what every hotel needs, someone not overly bubbly, but just human. Thank you for making me feel welcomed.
J. W.
Had a night here on a visit to London. Friendly and welcoming. Larger than standard room with a nice outlook. Breakfast was also good.
J. S.
A really modern and comfy hotel. Our room was a city view room...not much of a view but was still a good size and a great bed. All hotel staff were helpful and polite. Breakfast is a must if staying here- it was delicious. Some minor points if being picky...TV was pretty basic, bathroom could do with some redecoration to keep looking fresh, location was awkward for cabs. But nothing that would stop me staying here again.
D. H.
Great staff, great price, really polite, good location, rooms big. Best place we stayed in London.
A. F.
I was surprised by the quality of this hotel, since the cost was so reasonable. The location was perfect, we were going to an event on the embankment which was within walking distance. We also walked from the hotel to several prime locations within London, saving us ££ on transport. The hotel room was perfect, clean, and modern we even had enough room to bust some moves whilst getting ready to party. I will 100% book this hotel again……
D. B.
I just checked into the Apex for a 7 days business trip. I was and still am so tired from the plane ride, the receptionist at the front desk made my checkin seemless and my room us gorgeous. I ordered a Cesar salad for lunch and Sharan was lovely and attentive my salad is delish so far I love this place.
J. P.
Clean, big and quiet rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good and sufficient, service could be a bit quicker
D. M.
This hotel is brilliant! From check in to check out, I could not fault the staff or hotel. The Room was immaculate. I paid for breakfast as well which was superb. The hotel was excellent value for money. I will definitely be staying again on my next visit to London
T. S.
Std Rooms were lovely and spacious, very clean and well stocked with teas and coffees. Reasonable price for a lovely hotel. Fantastic location near covent garden and short walks from a lot of the attractions. Would definately stay here again
D. K.
Excellent hotel. Central location. Efficient friendly staff. Should have more than one receptionist on duty. Spacious well appointed rooms. Disappointed that the restaurant is closed. Would definitely recommend
J. S. A.
A nice slightly hidden gem with a friendly staff, and great rooms. The breakfast is really nice and it is served as individual items and not a buffet to help avoid spreading covid.
T. H.
Room layout nice, comfortable bed and pillow choice, had use of a balcony ample space approx 7 square metres.
Foods okay friendly staff though not very efficient to resolve a couple of issues
B. E.
Lovely hotel, pleasant staff, surprisingly good location and lovely deep bath in the bathroom
K. H.
Just stayed for one night but reasonable pric for what you got. Beautiful hotel with good facilities: very comfy king bed, loved the shower, sky TV was a nice bonus, room was a good size, air con available, dressing gown and slippers, plus option with optional minibar (although items in them v expensive!!) Well had a coupon for a free drink with the room and we were given doubles so another nice bonus. Knocked a star off as hand sanitizer was empty (in the hallway area not reception desk) and it qas disappointing that the decor in the stairwell was not of the standard of the rest if hotel - as in it obviously hadn't been done from the looks of it. Also shame to see some people smoking weed in the front garden area. But overall would recommend and would stay again 👍👍
S. J.
Great hotel, fabulous rooms, and really good location for the city sight seeing and theatre land.
J. K.
Staff was super helpful and friendly. Rooms are good value, nice and clean. The hotel itself have a really good vibe and is located in a quiet location that is not far from all that London has to offer. Pictures show superior room i believe.
N. C.
Another great stay at this hotel staff fantastic and friendly, great rooms and kept modern with comfy beds and a great tub to soak in.
L. D.
Excellent stay. Transferred here from a sister hotel which closed due to Covid. Upgraded our room & given champagne as an apology. Rooms were really lovely & clean, with a good selection of complimentary items. Location is good, however there can be quite a walk to tube stations depending on where you are going. Breakfast is also fab with table service
r. j.
Nice clean and perfectly located, all staff very friendly and helpful, would def stay here again, massive thumbs up
G. H.
Outstanding hotel in a great location. Very comfortable. Super staff; nothing was too much trouble. Wide choice for breakfast and very prompt service. Ben looked after our wedding group to ensure all went smoothly.
L. P.
Had a great stay here for a short weekend visit to London. The hotel is around a 10 min journey to Covent garden by taxi or bus, however the only nearby train station is City Thameslink.
Kellie at reception was great all throughout our stay and was very welcoming and friendly.
The breakfast was also excellent, although the kitchen did forget a few of our items that we had ordered, this was corrected by the staff.
The rooms are large and comfy. Not to mention the value for the room is also excellent.
Definitely would stay here again the next time I need to stay in the city.
H. B.
Absolutely fantastic service. Giuseppe was such a gentleman and gave us such amazing service. They got blankets for us and genuinely cared about our evening. A big shout out to Oliver too on his first day who was also brilliant!! Loved every moment, great food and lovely atmosphere/location. Shall definitely be returning.
P. H.
My favourite hotel in the area.
The team here are so so so lovely.
Not a bad word to say.
E. M.
Amazing hotel room, staff were extremely friendly and was super comfortable! Hotel room was hugeeee and everything was really clean. Food was delicious and service was really great. Had such a great stay, will be coming back
K. P.
What a fantastic hotel, the staff where all lovely to talk to and so very helpful. We had a beautiful room, breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice.
We’ve finally found our go to hotel in London. We will certainly return.

A good, modern hotel in a very good location. Perfect. for visiting both the City and the West End.
A. R.
Great hotel and all the staff were really friendly and helpful
Good location for Central London and the tourist attractions
k. r.
This hotel is ideally located in the city and close to most attractions. A very clean hotel and very quiet. The staff are really friendly. Would highly recommend.
J. W.
It was a nice stay but a bit sad in some parts of the room. The evening front desk ladies were sooooo nice!!!
G.
Stayed at Apex Temple Court over the bank holiday weekend and it's safe to say it is well worth the money spent.
The room is a good size for the price with all the important features covered. The bed was comfortable and there were more than enough pillows to either sleep on or prop yourself up while you watch TV! The curtains in the room blacked out any external light and the windows had secondary glazing to reduce My outside noise.
As far as the bathroom this too was well equipped especially from a hotel standard. The shower was large and the separate bath was a good length for your average 6ft person and the bath was very deep so bring a snorkel!
The staff at the hotel were helpful and able to answer any questions I had and had taken steps to enable the hotel to run safely during the ongoing Corona virus situation. Overall a great hotel in a great spot in London. Well priced and absolutely would use them again.
J. M.
Very comfortable room the breakfast was excellent helpful staff
J. G.
Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff - it was for an occasion and the hotel and staff made us feel special in different ways which was lovely, thank you!
J. W.
Had a absolutely fantastic stay, being greeting with a big upgrade on arrival to a suite. The staff are amazing and couldn’t do enough. The room was HUGE, clean and very comfortable. The room was missing a few basics like a cork screw and bottle opener. Breakfast was brilliant with British produce and the Club Lounge is clean and well stocked.
B. K.
Fantastic hotel and very friendly staff. We came with our 6 months old and they were extremely accommodating. Jamal and Michael were very friendly at the check-in and Giuseppe was fantastic during breakfast. Unfortunately didn't get the bar man's name and the person who checked us out.
J.
Lovely rooms and great location for our stay. Would stay again.
D. S.
Really nice room, great facilities.
Pricey mini bar but everything else is good.
A. G.
Lovely quiet settings in one of the old Inns of Court buildings. Stairs and different levels are not so easy to deal with if you are not very nimble
d. o. t.
Only stayed for one night but was very pleased with service, room was clean and tidy, staff pleasant and very helpful..couldn't ask for a better stay
A.
Lovely hotel with stunning rooms and comfortable bed, extremely happy with our stay! Would definitely stay here again! Love going to London and staying at such a central location made life so much easier! Booked for a belated Birthday treat as celebrated birthday during lockdown!
P. K.
Staff at reception nice and helpful. Room good would stay again.
A. M.
One night stop at this London hotel. Very smart and well presented with attentive and professional staff. The double room was clean tidy and well equipped, suitable for any business or personal stay. I would be happy to recommend this property to any friends or business colleagues.
T. W.
Lovely clean hotel
Not too central but worth the travel as the facilities are excellent
A. Z.
Had an amazing stay at this hotel. Was the perfect location between Blackfriars and Covent Garden.
The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even upgrading our room as we were celebrating a special occasion.
The room was spotless and the lamps allowed for warmer lighting.
Would recommend to anyone.
G. S.
Nice place, big rooms + very good size bathroom. Location is great.
E. C.
Stayed here for a little “staycation” in London - 7 months in the same flat was driving us a little crazy.
This is one of the most beautiful and affordable hotels I’ve ever stayed at. We were given an automatic upgrade, and the room was huge! Shower, tub, couch, massive bed, and dining table. Lots of nice amenities - Nespresso machine, mini bar, iron in room, lots of toiletries. View of the courtyard was nice. Location is great, easy walking to Covent Garden, Soho, Oxford Street, etc. Staff were so lovely as well. Very covid secure, and everything was spotless.
Hope to come back again someday!
T. H.
Very clean, and welcoming environment. Excellent customer service, recomend for any one who needs quite and relaxing night,
P. H.
Very good room, excellent bed ,large walk in shower, breakfast good value and a large choice
B. R.
Beautiful, spacious room with modern fitments and lovely extras. Reception staff lovely and attentive. Great location just off Fleet Street, but felt quiet and relaxing with our room looking into the courtyard. Quite badly let down by breakfast though - we didn’t include it in our room and as such, it was very expensive and not up to scratch in potion size of quality (over cooked bacon, 1 sausage and cold beans). Understaffed and those that were on breakfast seemed distracted and disinterested. This made for a pretty poor breakfast experience all around. Great hotel and will stay again, but definitely go out for breakfast!
S. N.
Excellent hotel in a good location for us during our stay in London. Price was very reasonable especially being so close to everything, more than enough room for 2 in the standard room. Comfy bed, iron in room and nice large shower. Would definitely stay again.
A. J.
Great place, easy access to covent garden and the West End.
J. M.
Situated in a perfect position for a city visit, this hotel has comfortable large rooms and is well appointed generally. During the pandemic the staff coped admirably and made our stay most enjoyable.
Z.
Standard 3 stars hotel, not good enough to be 4 stars. Booked a city king room, but the actual room was so much smaller than how it was advertised. The lady at check in desk seemed hated her job. The bathroom was very small with no ventilation. The air conditioner was quite loud. There are better hotel options with similar prices nearby.
S. l.
Very nice hotel, room and building well kept, many buses go passed the front door so handy for transport. Pleasant staff, hotel well set up for the covid rules. Nespresso machine in the room, Elemis products in the bathroom. Will stay again
P. L. (. F.
Clean lovely hotel. Staff friendly and professional. Would stay again as overall really nice stay but no parking nearby at weekends.
Had pizza in room but didn't enjoy too much. Like mac and cheese on base.
Also asked for standard fries and rosemary fries but got 2x standard. Mjnir points and as above would stay again
A. R.
Excellent luxury hotel in a prime location, yet quietly situated in a off-street courtyard. Amazingly gorgeous historic buildings but with a well appointed modern interior. Room was spacious and comfortable, with exceptional cleanliness. Service was excellent. Can not say enough about how the staff made us feel at home and cared for. Bravo, was the perfect place to stay for our first trip to London for the holidays!
j. a.
Great hotel, fab location. Staff so helpful and professional. Room was spotless. Superior room had a balcony. Got a free drink as my birthday. Such a lovely touch.
c. m.
How wonderful is this place... It was the second time I chose the Apex Temple Court Hotel, and if I need/want to go back to London, I will choose again this amazing hotel. They are always available if you need something, completely charming, we also had a beautiful attention for our anniversary...The rooms are comfortable, clean, decorated with taste, and the hotel is perfectly situated. It is my favorite place in London.
J. R.
This place was perfect. Great location for us. The rooms were amazing. Comfy, spacious and well looked after. The staff are very helpful and they have a lovely courtyard bar which was nice but i dont think what they charged was worth it for 2 drinks. A pint and a G&T cost me over 20 quid.
r. d. a.
Amazing place to stay. Staff is very friendly and professional. Rooms are very clean and spacious. It was our 25th anniversary and they upgraded my room at no additional cost. They have the BEST delicious gourmet hamburgers I have ever tasted. We even had them 2 nights in a row. Bus stop right outside of hotel and underground Temple train station is about 8-10 min walk. If we visit London again this is the place I would choose to stay. Thank you Apex staff!!!
E.
Staff great comfy clean great overall
L. W.
Friendly reception staff - great that we were able to leave luggage before check-in.
Rooms were clean and comfy. Great location and very quiet for London.
Only negatives would be the price of the bar which added on service charge (2 x pimms = £18!) and the air con in bathroom was a bit loud but that’s just our opinion.
L. L.
We booked this hotel under the VIP access with expedia. During check-in, this was overlooked. They quickly acknowledged their oversight and offered us an upgrade to a suite and complimentary drinks at the bar. So bravo to them on that.
The hotel is wonderful, big gym and in a great location. Its very quiet around the hotel at night but, its walking distance to all the major tourist attractions and nightlife. Would definitely stay here again.
R. P.
Had an amazing experience here. Beautiful hotel with incredibly helpful staff. Would massively recommend to anybody, had such an amazing stay at The Apex.
T. L. (.
Well appointed rooms with great amenities (robes, slippers, toiletries, daily coffee/tea/biscuit service, high end Bluetooth speakers, towel heater, and soaking tub!) in the room as well as nice lounges, bar, restaurant, gym, and club room.
Is a bit pricey for the area but incredibly convenient for business travel
J. K.
Beautiful hotel and amazing location! The rooms had a great size and everything was clean. But it was clear that we as guests on the weekend was not the biggest priority and leaving monday, you could tell that those new guests seemed more important. That was a bit annoying - but we’ll survive! We got the hotel at a great price!
S.
We spent 3 nights in this hotel and we are glad to have been there. Nice hotel well located to the centre. They offer well equipped rooms. Cleaning room service very efficient and competent. We will definitely come back.
M. G.
Second stay at this hotel. Really nice and clean rooms, good choice of breakfast and very tasty. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location, close enough to walk to most sights. Would definitely recommend.
C. M.
Let me just say the staff at this hotel went above and beyond most hotel staff! First the room was clean and just how pictured. The staff was especially helpful in giving me directions everywhere. But what put them over the top is the front desk staff was able to reschedule my Buckingham Palace tour!!!! During my stay my schedule changed and I was going to miss my Buckingham Palace Tour when I called the tour agency to get a later time they said it was not possible tickets were sold out until Sept! Once I informed the front desk staff HE ( I can't remember his name--so sorry) immediately started making calls and 30 minutes later he found 1 ticket to get me in at a later time! That deserves 10 stars! Please give him a raise! Overall I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! When I am back in London I will definitely be staying here again! Great location too, very central to everything!
a. m.
The staff was very friendly and the location is amazing. You do still have to walk a lot but 10 minutes is the longest you would have to take in any situation. Only negative is that there seemed to be construction and the rooms just didn't have a home like vibe. There was no view. It is much smaller than the average rooms I'm accustomed to in the states. If you are adventurous and are there to explore the city this is a great spot.
C. P.
Very nice hotel in London’s financial district. The location is a little hard to find and they lost a star for that. Apparently the front is under construction or something. Breakfast was good. The gin and tonics here were excellent. The rooms were very nice. I stayed here 6 nights and was very comfortable. I would definite stay again and recommend to my friends.
S. S.
My partner booked a surprise stay for my birthday-the hotel upgraded our room for free and left me a birthday card too!Great service, beautiful room, very clean and a fantastic location,we couldn’t recommend it enough!
J. c.
Really good hotel in a very good position for visiting places around Covent Garden area. Excellent rooms, nice bar area and gym. All the staff we met were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast great with good service.....will definitely visit again! 😃
E. G.
2nd time staying at this hotel, what a hidden gem. Lovely comfy rooms and very quiet , staff are so helpful too. Only 10 minutes or so walk into covent garden. Highly recommended
G. W.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are very well laid out and the bathrooms are big. The breakfast was first class. We well stay here again.
D. L.
We've stayed here a few times over the years at different times of the year and it's always been a delight. The rooms are lovely, clean and well maintained. Service is always polite and professional. The hotel itself is situated fairly close to Covent Garden (10-15 minutes walk) and there are plenty of restaurants and shops between. I've never been disappointed staying here and will return again when we're in the area.
L. H.
I stayed here for a week in July 2016 with my father. I’m writing this review now because something has always stuck out in my mind. The service and room was great. Everything was top notch and I still recommend this hotel for its location, service, and cleanliness. However, there was an afternoon where I was sorting out all of the coins I had and I had divvied out about 15£ into neat stacks according to their value. I left it on a table while we went out. When we came back I saw that housekeeping had come through and all of my coins were gone. I looked everywhere and I couldn’t find them. We didn’t mention anything because we didn’t want to waste time/energy trying to track down 15₽. However, it always bothered me because I couldn’t reason out why housekeeping (or whoever took it) would take those coins. Would they really think we are leaving a 15£ tip in the middle of our stay and leave it in neatly divvied up stacks on a table for them to take? It doesn’t bother me, but it’s still a mystery I will never solve.
Tl;dr: Stayed here July 2016 and it was great overall, but there was a day where 15£ of coins that I sorted out into stacks on a table disappeared after housekeeping came through. Still wondering who took it and why...

Fantastic Hotel, very spacious room, very clean throughout the hotel, lovely breakfast and very nice, friendly and helpful staff.
Stayed in a few hotels in London and this is the best one by far.
C. G.
The Apex Temple Court Hotel is in a great location. The hotel itself sits in the middle of a court yard, which prevents the annoyance of street noise. The room was spotless. The bathtub and shower were huge for European standards.
The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Its less than a 10 minute walk from the tube (Temple station). At the station is a nice view of the London Eye.
I did not go to the restaurant, but I went to the bar/lounge, which closes at 1am. The wait staff was nice. Some nights there were small groups taking the last drink of the night as regular bars around 11pm.
I think they have a flair of a traditional hotel. When you arrive, someone offers to help with your luggage and offers the same when you leave.
A. M.
Room smart quiet and comfortable, breakfast ample. However, room not ready long after checking in, and wrongly charged for wine and snacks from the minibar. They backed down immediately when challenged.
J. B.
Spent two nights here, really nice room, very comfortable bed, very clean. Bathroom had shower & bath, very good experience. Would definitely go back
N. V.
Lovely hotel and friendly staff.
T. F.
Classy hotel within reasonable walking distance of the ‘sights’ .. comfortable beds, housekeeping spot on, windows open so plenty of fresh air, Elemis bath products a nice touch, robe and slippers welcome, great internet speed (free), breakfast hearty ..what’s not to like?
G. R.
Lovely clean hotel, beautiful rooms and friendly staff
S.
Absolutely amazing hotel and great value for money. The hotels location is perfect, within walking distance to many sights and stations. The rooms are clean and spacious with lovely finishing touches such as books, espresso machine and anti steam mirrors. Staff were also friendly and approachable.
S. D.
Great hotel, very comfortable, large bed, bath and shower with windows that can be opened. Air conditioning too. Large room for London, and the perfect base for running the London marathon and relaxing there the day afterwards. Great service all round. Thanks, I will definitely stay there again if I come to London
R. E.
Vladamir at the front desk was an absolute delight. He made my stay so hassle free and was always smiling despite working the night shift.
Hotel was spacious and the amenities were good. Central location but nice and quiet as tucked away off Fleet St.
Would stay again.
T. M.
The best hotel in London I've ever been in.
The room was big, clean, and comfortable.
Stuff were amazing, kind and helpful, And the rate for night wasn't so high (comparatively to london).
It's located west from Soho, no near tube station (the nearest was 10 min), but near bus' line, so frankly I haven't noticed the lack of a near tube station until someone mentioned it.
Definatly would stay here again.
C. J.
Love this bar. Right in the middle of the city but tucked round the back in it's own court yard. Lovely outside seating and a bit of a sun trap. Service is very good. Little more expensive than other bars in the area but WhatsApp that saying, you get what you pay for...
R. B.
Had the most amazing 5 nights here. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly. Room has all the essential amenities. I had a very comfortable stay!
R. B.
Great hotel in an ideal location (for me at least). If I could give an extra star for the gym alone I would do, very surprised to find a hotel gym of that size with as much quality kit - will definitely be booking again.

A class hotel, grand entrance from the fleet street, super fast checkin at the reception, super clean, quiet and warm corridors to the rooms. Wow is the word for the rooms, quality furnishings, quiet and calming view through the windows. The bathrooms are dry, super clean and well furnished. There is hot running water, warm, dry and super clean towels.
The room is not very big, but very nice and cleverly organized very unique. The wardrobes, worktop desk and tge TV are expertly arranged. The wardrobe hosts the complimentary tea/coffee, hot water kettle, mini bar, bathrobes, security personal locker, ironing board and iron are cleverly organized.
The breakfast is continental and not hot food is served. However, one has options to order a la carte at an extra price. Tables are well laid out and staff are very helpful and prompt and very patient.
The only downside is the restaurant offers very few options for vegans, hope they provide more options in the future.
This is a great hidden secret on the busy Fleet street which offers a great value for money. Really enjoyed my stay.

Has unique features that once you have you miss on other hotels.
The rear court yard is a nice place to sit for a drink or just for some fresh air.
Bathrooms come with both shower and bath.
Standard rooms are better than most, hairdryer, safe, ironing board, telephone, TV and Mini bar.
Always enjoyed my stay when my girlfriend visits and we are always welcomed.
B. S.
Had a comfortable stay here (2nights), hotel cleanliness 5*, staff were helpful & friendly, when approached & location best of all for price paid! Recommended!
R. H.
Great hotel! Clean, new, quiet, great amenities, like a new espresso machine, B&W Bluetooth speaker. Well equipped gym, friendy staff, great location, and great A/C!
T. H.
It was better than expected. I was offered a junior suite as the standard room I booked wasn't available for some reason. It was a pleasant surprise and I was given complementary drinks at the hotel bar because I told the lady it was my birthday! The room was clean but the glasses and tea spoons were not as clean. Pillows were amazing and the room was warm and welcoming. The bath was great as was the shower. There was a terrace with a dull view of London and its London Eye mainly facing a boring looking parking lot but I didn't expect that much for the price I paid. The food was average and overpriced unfortunately! I was charged extra for the stupidest reason. Their hand cut chips were literally 50 pence extra and their burger came with a portion of thin French fries were only 50 pence less. All they had to do was charge me the 50 pence extra to replace their French fries with hand cut chips! It's madness that they actually charged for the full price without giving me the French fries but only hand cut ones and still charge me so much for something they didn't give me. I may not go back here due to the poor restaurant hotel staff but other than that everything else was relatively okay. Plus I stayed only one night so after using the mini bar in the room I had to tell the front desk each individual thing I had consumed, what a pain right. Who remembers that? Slight inconvenience.
T. L.
Nice, well equipped bedrooms with great facilities. Large comfy beds with high quality linen. Modern TV although the connectivity is outdated for those who need to connect the latest gadgets.
果.
We chose this hotel and had no knowledge of it at all. It was just lovely and everything was just great. Lovely staff. The location is not the best but we didn't mind walking so was ok. We would love to stay again. The staff were so helpful and very efficient and friendly. We had continental breakfast which was delightful.
K. P.
Best for business stay. Food are not bad but not that fantastic either. Amenities includes Gym, Bar and Resto. Entrance for new customers might be confusing for the first timer. The website should indicate the best route when getting to hotel. Friendly staff, clean place and very nice alfresco area for wine and dine.
M. D.
Very nice place, a truly luxury hotel. Situation is ideal in the center of London, walking distance to Buckingham palace, London bridge and the main attractions. People at the hotel are very professional, there is really nothing not to like, from spacious room, comfortable accomodations and elegant design.
J. M.
This hotel is perfect if you like a stylish quiet environment. Great lighting, combined with just a bit of relaxed music... Very welcoming staff...really makes me enjoy every stay in this hotel!😀
L. H.
Fantastic hotel, pleasant and extremely helpful staff. Hotel had a lovely feel to it and decor was superb. The rooms are very competitively priced for the location and are finished to a very high standard. Wonderful stay at this hotel, would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend!!!
A. J.
I was recommended this hotel by a friend.
So I checked Google reviews and all very seemed promising, I assure you that this hotel does not disappoint!!
Awesome location for theaters, plenty of places to eat/drink nearby, the staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and extremely helpful for the duration of my stay.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel also if I'm fortunate enough to be in town again, I'll be booking Apex Temple Court hotel
Plus a free rubber duck to take home!
Many thanks
A. A.
It's the small things that make the difference and I'm afraid this hotel has overlooked a few of them. Batteries in the tv remote being flat, complimentary items that had already been partially eaten by previous guests, broken candle cases in the restaurant, items not replenished during breakfast, lights in the bathroom having one setting - blinding and the extractor fan not working. The hotel itself is lovely and the rooms are spacious but little things matter when you are not paying cheap rates.
M. A.
Very nice staff, great hotel, the balcony is definitly a +
I recommand it
J. S.
Fabulous hotel in courtyard setting. Large rooms with plenty of space, walk in shower room & large wardrobes/dressing table. Staff very professional & polite. Would definitely stay there again.
F. M.
If only all hotels were like this! I've stayed here a number of times and always had good memories. Whether you're there alone or with someone, this is a premium experience from top to toe, not least the well-equipped rooms and supreme breakfast. I'll be back.
O. K.
Great hotel in a quiet area (on weekends). Room was spacious and had everything one needs. Was positively surprised by the great continental breakfast. Location is ok, but not great for tourists tbh, due to fairly long distance to next underground.
S. C.
Lovely hotel, good locations. Rooms are comfortable, clean and tidy with excellent extras
M. R.
The rooms are fantastic with a good view of the London Eye from the 5th floor. Junior suite (room 518) has 2 TVs and a food sized bath. Staff and very helpful and friendly. Best 4 star hotel I've ever stayed at.
S. C.
An absolutely fantastic hotel. Incredibly clean and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The cocktails at the bar were exceptional as well and I had the best vodka Martini I think I've ever had.
Ö. C.
Wow wow wow! It was perfect and I would like to say thanks to the warm welcome. We really enjoyed our stay and I would book this hotel again! I can't believe that this is a 4 star hotel...
M.
Excellent business hotel in the One Square Mile. The neighborhood is convenient to everthing. The Tube and ThamesLink are close by. Some of the oldest pubs in London are nearby including the 15th Century Cheshire Cheese. The hotel itself is well appointed but not opulent. Service is top drawer and room service is reasonable and quite good. The Club Sandwich is a great choice. The rooms are modern, WiFi is free and really fast and bedding is comfy. No downsides. A really nice find at a reasonable price in an expensive town.
V. R.
Great service, clean and spacious rooms. Good proximity to tube stations, hotel is a bit hidden. Overall worth the price!
R. D.
Large rooms. Knowledgeable staff. The beds are moderately comfortable. The location is good with only an 8 minute walk to the tube and only a 20 minute walk to the west end. The only downside of the location is that its in a more business oriented area, so many of the places to grab a quick bite are shut down on the weekends.
One temporary downside, I was there in January of 2017. They were doing construction on the rooms next to us whoch was fairly noisy. Generally, they kept the loud work until after 9, but we were there on vacation with jet lag so occassionally it was an issue.
S. T.
Lovely hotel – well located.
Everything is well presented, in a nice building with an amazing entrance (see my attached photos!) and we found we had everything we needed. Our room (no 304) was courtyard facing which was quiet and peaceful. The room was spacious and nicely decorated and had everything we needed with air con, free high-speed Wi-Fi, safe and a large TV. The bed was Queen size and comfortable. The bathroom had a separate waterfall shower and separate bath. The bathroom was well decorated and very clean.
Location is very good, main bus routes outside front door, taxis readily available and approx. 5 minutes walk to Temple tube station.
The staff are welcoming and the service is professional and attentive.
Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice but try to get a deal that includes breakfast as this can be quite costly £37.13 (Continental Breakfast) for two of us with service charge.
It was an enjoyable stay and I would highly recommend the hotel.
Regards Svein-Magne Tunli from Norway

Very nice hotel. We were upgraded to a superior room on arrival and it was lovely.
Nice courtyard behind the hotel, nice staff, good beds.
J. W.
Favourite hotel in London. Walkable to theatre district ,Covent Garden, St Paul's, Southbank but feels far away from the madness. Nice bar and gym. Spacious rooms. Best Hotel Chain
I. S.
Excellent accidental find. The elephant draws a lot of passers by as you wouldn't necessarily know a good restaurant is available to the public. Small contemporary seating area with attentive professional service. Food was excellent and freshly prepared.
C.
Got a free upgrade to a suite which was lovely - amazing modern room. Great service and amenties, and lovely breakfast. I wish we could have stayed for longer than a night
W. C.
For a hotel reviewer like me it’s hard to find a hotel which I can’t make a complaint for … And as a surprise for everyone I think I found one which is barely perfect. (hotel name) is a cozy, stilly furnished hotel with the friendliest staff ever. Of course I didn’t like the color of the walls in the room I was but it’s not such a big deal :)
M. J.
Awesome staff personel. Nice rooms. Bit on the expensive side but I think worth every penny. Hope brexit wont happen so we can come again.
E. C.
The entrance is tucked away in an almost inaccessible courtyard. I felt sorry for our drivers who had to traverse the alleyways to get here. The hotel itself is lovely and modern. We enjoyed our stay.
S. B.
Very nice hotel in a central but quiet location in London, close to many attractions. Rooms are big and clean. For London you expect a better selection of vegan options for breakfast.
L. B.
Only went for tea and dessert. Comfortable seating by the bar. Friendly service. Dessert cake was a little stale but everything else was really nice. Good selection of tea and coffees.
L. L.
We had a medical emergency and the customer's service was incredibly helpful and understanding. We will definetely go to Apex Hotels in the near future
M. B.
I went here for lunch; the location is great as the outdoor terrace catches the sun. The staff and service were polite and friendly, but it was a little slow.
There's a limited bar menu to choose from, which isn't a bad thing. We all ordered salads, and what we got was not value for money...small portions that looked like the food had been thrown onto the plate, with little care. I had salmon and part of mine, and it was broken up, like it had been dropped (I'm not suggesting it had been dropped, just that the appearance was bad). The food tasted ok, but wile I would go and sit for drinks on the back terrace, I wouldn't go there for food again
B. M.
Exquisite place to stay...room so nice and elegant...a quiet place well located ...my husband and I were arriving from a cruise and we're so tired... we did enjoy the comfortable bed and the Hugh puffy pillows !!
T. M.
Super nice hotel in a central and yet quite place. Very modern and city best WiFi. Stayed many times and will for sure return.
D. J.
The hotel is gorgeous, nicely appointed, elegant and comfy. Without the exception, the staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient. Having a mild disability, I was given the accessible room with a full walk-in shower in spacious bathroom. Very wheelchair friendly! There was a minibar and the wi-fi connectivity is excellent! lots of cupboard space and elbow room. The room was also amazingly quiet and peaceful.
However, there were a few things that disappointed me
1. the bed is quite high so it was very difficult to sit on easily. Heaven knows how a person in a wheelchair would managing transferring from chair to bed! I would add that both my friend and I are of average height so don't book if you're a little person!
2. there was only one chair, the wheelie, office type chair which was moderately comfy but it was a double room so only seating for one! Plus it too was a tad high so trying to get my tights on in the morning ended up being a bit of an acrobatic endeavour and I nearly toppled off it!
3. the red cord to summon emergency assistance is only in the bathroom so I couldn't help wondering what if a guest needed help - by toppling off the high bed for instance?
4. the phone's call was a very unusual clicky, muted kind of sound so when my friend rang to say she had arrived, at first I didn't even notice it and then didn't realise it was the phone at all!
5. I took my friend for a meal in the hotel restaurant - BIG mistake.
I had a starter of 'Tartare of trout & crab' which was strangely overwhelmed with a watery brine dressing so neither fish was evident. My friend had celeriac soup which was quite nice (glad one dish was!)
I then had the 'Homemade beef burger, with a sliced beef tomato, relish, in a brioche sesame seed bun with a gherkins and Montgomery cheddar cheese'. The bun was dry and tough, difficult to even cut, the gherkins were not nice and the burger was hugely overcooked and dry, quite inedible. As for the cheese topping, it had been so overcooked it looked like a melted plastic toy and I couldn't even make a dent in it with the knife! I've had better from McDonald's! Needless to say it went back and I settled with a sweet in exchange and a free St Clements refill.
So sorry Apex, I loved your hotel though I could have done with a small armchair, and your staff were superb. But I won't be back!
(edit to say I did report my concerns to one of the managers who said where was a small chair and a footstool available, also a remote control for the emergency assistance which was good to know. But there was nothing in the room to tell the guest that these things were available upon request! He said he would get that sorted so I hope he does.)

Fantastic hotel just off Fleet St. Wonderful location, hard to believe it is in the city. Great rooms and excellent staff. Will definitely stay here again.
J. R.
Excellent stay! Here for work. We had a large group and we worked in the hotel. Staff were great, food excellent and convenient location. Will come here again.
M. D.
Amazing hotel. Definitely recommend. Friendly staff. Brilliant breakfast. Great rooms.
L. R.
Very nice hotel, great location - right in the center. The only thing that I didn't like is the size of the bed. It is not a king size - queen at best.
N. D.
Amazing relatively small scale hotel with great breakfast and very comfortable rooms. Stayed here on three different occasions in the past couple of years and will do so in the future.
P. T.
What a lovely hotel.Rooms excellent.Food excellent.Staff so helpful & friendly.All in all

C. B.
Great hotel for us perfect location not to busy close to river staff are "invisible " which we love but there if you need anything

S. S.
Fabulous hotel, staff incredible helpful and friendly. Rooms immaculate, extremely comfortable and ever amenity supplied.
V. T.
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The food want awesome, but the staff are great. Very helpful in finding places.
L. L.
The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodation. It is also very conveniently located to many of thr London sights.
M. D.
It's not that I don't like this place but charging £1.50 service on top of the price of a pint when you actually go to the bar to get the beer yourself is taking the Mick. Sometimes they take it off if you ask why you're being charged service when ordering at the bar, but that's not really the point is it? Nice place otherwise with lovely pop up garden in summer.
S. “. W.
Went for a job interview. Seems like an excellent place to work
R. B.
Good location and friendly staff. Room size was good. Great that there was both a tub and shower in the bathroom. The only downside was that the bathroom had a bit of bad lighting.
S. S.
The place is quaint. Very good for business meetings which is what i went there for. The entrance is quite tricky. There are 2 of them. One next to Eat and the other from the inside of the lane. Good food. Prompt service.
D. C.
A nice hotel, in a good location. Service is always efficient and the rooms are a decent size for this part of London. The restaurant is also good, but a little expensive.
S. B.
Beautiful spacious room, super comfy bed, Nespresso, complimentary nibbles, bath & shower, good location, friendly staff, has a nice feeling about it- all good*****
b. p.
Stayed here for a week. Great hotel in the heart of london. Close to the tube and all of the fun neighborhoods. They even had a bug screen in the patio playing the world cup. Highlyrecommended.

Nice hotel, very near to Covent Garden. Big rooms and very clean. Most of the employees are very friendly. I stayed already two times in the hotel!
S. Z.
In Love with the area, Fleet Street. Peaceful, many services.
The hotel is super nice with extremely friendly staff. Good A La Carte Breakfast. Thanks Apex Staff and Management
J. R.
An entirely adequate 4* hotel lacking personality and cohesive branding. Gym is good and rooms comfortable but food and service inoffensive and forgettable
S. P.
Understated excellence in a remarkably quiet location. The staff were attentive and charming, the service was excellent, the room was well furnished without excess and the whole stay was excellent.
H. B.
Great location only 10 minutes walk from Blackfriars station for getting the tube. Rooms were lovely and spacious. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in London.
J. H.
Definitely an excellent choice for your stay in London ! Close to Covent Garden and St Paul's Cathedral, the Apex is nested around a court, a few meters from Fleet Street, making it a very quiet heaven in the middle of the City. Rooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable, staff is extremely helpful and nice. If you can, book a Deluxe with terrace, located on the 4 and 5th floor : they are just perfect ! And enjoy the Club Lounge all day long. We'll be back ;)
C. M.
Best features are a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom.
Worst features are a trashy looking courtyard and overpriced room amenities.
C.
Lovely hotel and great location. Staff friendly and the room was fantastic. Breakfast options are great
C. S.
Excellent service, lovely room, quiet, comfy bed, great location. 👍
A. P.
Nice, clean room with plenty of space. The fridge is quite small, and filled with minibar items. Great location, easy access to offices.

It's business hotel In the heart of London. Very expensive. Rooms and service is very good. But always carry universal charger because charging points are not adaptable for Indian plugs
M. A.
Lovely service, friendly staff, central location. Would highly recommend! Slept amazingly well on the super comfy bed!
S. A.
Beautiful hotel and lovely service. You may not get great outside views, but they have made their rooms perfect !!

H. L.

K. H.

I. W.
Beautiful, clean, well-fitted rooms. Air-conditioned and quiet (considering its central location). Staff are friendly and helpful.
C. J.
Have been visiting this place on a regular basis over the summer. Sitting out in the courtyard after work is lovely. Slightly move expensive than other places in the area but it's a proper little oasis in the city away from the hussle of the city. Worth a visit.
A. B.
Do the upgrade. Definitely worth it! This hotel is tucked in, in a great area of town. The concierge is reliable and the breakfast is substantial
J. X.
Excellent size rooms, shower could be better, reception was a bit tricky to find due to the renovations at the front.
L. S.
Nice hotel, good value, room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful.
R. K.
I haven't competed my stay yet, but so far so good. Clean and cozy. Food is pricey though, for what you get.

Understand this is a corporate hotel and that is all it is. What makes it good is the polite, friendly and efficient staff. And a surprisingly good range of bottled real ales.

The place is just okay to stay, don't expect 5 star amenities or big rooms here. No good views. The only reason to stay here is that this is close to businesses.

On foot enter apex courtyard via Fleet street.
By car from Fleet street enter Bouverie street then turn right into pleydell street, left into Lombard lane then right into Apex hotel court yard and entrance. Roads are very narrow but space in the court yard to turn longer vehicles around.
