Great location (for the Adelfi theatre at least) and decent price. Good size room, very clean, very friendly staff. Only downfall, if it bothers you (it didn't me) is that there is no TV in the room. Definitely worth staying though and will do so again.

Brilliant location. Got this accommodation for a great price. It is compact but it worked. The rooms were clean, service great and it was all new and modern. Brilliant independent restaurant/bar attached to the top. Hotel does have a bunny theme with pink neon lighting. So don't go if you are wanting a classy decor!

Bit of a quirky experience. Staff brilliant. Location perfect for Coliseum and Leicester Square. Room, bed and bathroom clean and tidy, very comfortable bed. Lovely fluffy towels. Great view of London Eye. Minus points - a rather odd seat in bedroom, no proper chair, (picture attached) and no tea/coffee, tumblers, no TV and double bed was against the wall. We could just about live with this for one night.

We stayed at the Assembly one quick night passing through London but found it very clean, well located and the staff enormously helpful and friendly. The ‘Snug’ room is small and the bathroom tiny but it was plenty fir us and was blissfully quiet. The restaurant upstairs has lovely views but we didn’t eat there so I can’t comment on the food. It’s a good deal for the price overall.

Look if you only need a bed & bathroom it's great. No tea making facilities. Room needs a small table or something to put your bits on. Lovely soft big bath towels and good quality toilet paper lol. It was clean. Windows really needed a clean though, we were on the 6th floor. Some surprising funny items & lights around the hotel & your room. I would stay again as great location.

Beautiful Hotel, perfect view from our room onto the London skyline. Room was a lovely size, bed very comfy, very unique decor, which gave it a fun feel. Front of house staff especially Chaps & Rochelle were really friendly and helpful. Central location ideal for going anywhere in the London area, near a tube station. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Was a good hotel for what it was needed for (bed and shower) which is the room we paid for! No windows, a little room which had a bed in it and a wall which was frosted glass which separated the bathroom from the bedroom. No room for anything else but no other space was needed! Cute, quirky little room!

Really good experience. Staff are really friendly. Room was actually a lot bigger than I was expecting, had everything necessary, and the bathroom was nice. Air con worked well. There was some traffic/train noise but not enough to be disturbing. I do agree with previous reviews that the giant pink rabbit is completely unhelpful and takes up space that could be used for something useful. I would recommend this hotel for a short trip where you are not planning to spend too much time in the room, but want somewhere clean and comfortable to recharge, freshen up and sleep.

If you only care about location then stay here - if you are concerned about the condition of your room, find somewhere else to stay. While the decor of the hotel is very modern, the room itself was not clean. The sheets, blanket, and pillows all had some small stains. The walls were scuffed up pretty badly. The room and bathroom lack storage. Good luck trying to turn the lights on and off! The only good thing about this hotel was its location, right in the middle of a great area of town.

We visited this hotel for a 1 night stay as we went to see a show. the room was as expected with a very comfortable bed and nice bathroom, the only issues I had were that in order to turn on the bathroom light, the main light had to go on too which is not ideal in the middle of the night, also there was no toilet brush in the bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the lobby and foyer were tidy and clean, I cannot comment on the roof bar as we didn't go up there. All in all, 4 stars, would stay here again.

Fun place to stay in an EXCELLENT location. Room was on the small side with very limited amenities but I didn't mind - I had what I needed. The front counter staff though, above and beyond. Super great service. One of the gentlemen even lent me his personal umbrella for the evening. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location, price fairly reasonable, room was small, cosey and nicely designed. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean and also well designed. Rooftop bar really is a sight, great view over London. However they sat us at the bar when there were three empty 2 seater tables available at the windows, which nobody sat in whilst we were there. Quite annoying when cocktails were £10 each and we were just sat on the bar by the till in the way of all the staff. A 12.5% tip was also added to the bill, which we reluctantly paid out of awkwardness, especially since we didn't really get any service that was worth tipping, not great.

I stayed here two nights while visiting London. The hotel is in the best location for exploring London. The staff is super nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfy. The bed was excellent and the shower was hot. The WiFi is super fast. Keep in my no tv, so make your own entertainment at night. Only negative for me was the size of the room, too small. My view was on a low floor facing an ugly building so not much natural light. Also enjoyed the cafe on the top floor for good coffee and superb views.

The rooms in the hotel were absolutely fantastic, they have a great decor and aesthetic and are very clean. However, I would not book this hotel again with breakfast included. Yesterday we waited 15min for a tea that never came because the waiter forgot about it and today the same thing happend with food we ordered (but with a different waitress which makes it worse). They should seriously work on their breakfast experience, the garden room is beautiful but utterly useless if the service stays this bad.

Very central place, check in staff brilliant, if you arrive early they will look after your bags, so you can go about your day! Room/bathroom very clean.. Nice room given when booked online followed up with a email from Rochelle you are so professional and a great asset to the company. Roof top restaurant is amazing for food and drinks waiting staff very attentive! Over all a great vibe from all the staff, great location! I will be back for sure!!!.... Thanks.

Had a wonderful time staying here, the reception staff was so helpful and friendly. The rooms are smaller, but with the view and location you don't need anything else. The showers are nothing short of fantastic, and you can tell efforts have been made to sound proof the rooms as much as possible; we stayed on the 6th floor and couldn't hear anything. There is so much great shopping, eating, and things to see within a short walking distance. 10/10 would stay here again

For the price, not worth it. Cram packed with rooms (on the fifth floor and could hear the underground trams) no TV if you want to just relax in your room, but the location is spot on (so I guess why would you want a TV?) Tiny room, no storage, shelves or wardrobe, just a random, large plastic rabbit... Lovely bathroom. If you want location, it's great but for a comfortable, relaxing experience, I wouldn't do it.

It's perfect for what it is - so don't book until you've read up on it or you may have unreasonable expectations. This is a very nicely appointed minimalistic hotel with a fun staff. Rooms are just a bed with side tables and a bathroom. No chairs, no tables, no desk, no television and no phone. And that is amazing. No pull of the television to keep you lounging in your room when there is so much to do outside. Location is perfect, right in Leicester Square near theaters, bars, clubs, restaurants, etc. My one and only quibble, not worth removing a star, is that I wish the shower had a shelf to put the soap on. I will for sure book here again.

Great location (just a one minute walk from Leicester Square underground exit 1), friendly staff and also free WiFi. It’s a fairly new hotel which just opened (May 2018). The rooftop bar wasn’t ready yet, but we did get a tour from the manager to see the view from there. The manager told us breakfast would be served here as well, too bad it wasn’t ready yet. The hotelroom lacks a phone or tv, but this isn’t necessarily when you are visiting this area. The beds were comfortable and the noise reduction from the windows were really good. We were on the fifth floor and we didn’t hear the people/traffic downstairs!! You could only hear sirens once in while. Rooms were relatively new and very clean. Room service changed the towels daily. Room prices were OK considering the location. Overall a very good experience, and I would definitely come back here again.

Our son booked a serviced apartment to stay in with his girlfriend and they *forgot* to tell him that he needed to be 25 to stay there, so he was basically stranded in central London. I called the Assembly Hotel and they could not have been more helpful. Special thanks to Shah, the manager, who took our booking and assured me that he would look after everything. True to his word, my son and his girlfriend had a great stay; the room was lovely and breakfast was great. So nice to get such helpful, thoughtful service and -from what we heard - the hotel was great value for money. Thanks again Shah; you made 2 parents very happy!!

Excellent location, right in the center of London, a stone's throw away from Trafalgar Square, Soho and the British Museum. And if you need to get anywhere else the entrance to the underground is right outside as well. I booked many months in advance and the price was excellent. Expect this to go up (if it hasn't already). The patio at the top of the hotel was still unavailable so I can't comment on it. The room was small but made great use of the space available. There are no TVs in the rooms, however there is free Wi-Fi. The double bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Only small qualm I have is there was not a lot of room to place your toiletries and the small sink made it a bit hard to wash your face. Finally the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice rooms but the space is a little wasted. One corner just had a pink rabbit and some pictures on the wall and everything was kind of cramped into the bed area. Could definitely make better use of the space in the rooms. Great view though. Make sure you ask for a room away from street level as it can be noisy.

A very no-frills boutique hotel located in a very central area by Leicester Square. The staff is very attentive but it's very much a in and out type of place. Rooms are spacious considering London. Keep in mind there is no desk or surface for a laptop. Wouldn't really consider this place to be family oriented but for a solo traveler on business its perfectly fine.

Friendly staff and central location, would recommend for anyone who is planning to see the city. The room was small, but clean, silent, dark and cold (good AC, blinds and not much noise from the street). Just what we needed after some long, hot and noisy days outside taking in central London. :) It was our private little oasis and the carpet in the hallway was like walking on clouds for our sore feet at the end of the day. Would also like to mention the USB-ports in the wall for charging phones etc.

Located strategically with 10 mins walk to piccadilly circus. Booked one of the bigger room, spacious yet no functional desk and limited hangers/hooks available. Nice bunny chair but would like to have a desk. Toiletries like toothbrush ain't available too. Carpet along the corridor to our room was dirty, prolly due to construction above. However nice view from our view; big Ben and London Eye. Good place to stay in if you travel light :)

The location is superb, right in the heart of West End with loads of shows and restaurants around. Their China Town is close by too. They are mostly into food, not trinkets and gadgets. The room was very small but it did the sleeping job well although it was quite expensive.

A fresh, modern approach to a hotel right in central London a step away from Leicester Square and Covent Garden. No tea or coffee facilities are provided in the room - a little odd for this price bracket - however staff were more than happy and efficient at providing me with drinking making facilities for the room. Everywhere smells great and cleanliness was spot on. Few grazed walls around however construction is still happening in the building as this is a new establishment.

Staff being the best aspect of the hotel, the location could't be more central and lively all day and night. Bear in mind later in the evening outdoors feels bit dodgy. Very good hotel! Stayed for 3 night. Very Convenience, all restaurants are nearby, great location (exit 1 leiceister square on the right). The room is not that big, but enough for two with comfortable beds and good wifi connection. The most important it is very clean and quiet. Rooftop bar available with a great view. The staff are funny and nice as well. Recommended! 👌 Ps. Dont forget to rub the Qeeboo Rabbit ;)

AMAZING LOCATION. You're Right In The Best Entertainment Area, Theatre a few steps away, Covent Garden is across the street, Trafalgar Square to your right, Leicester Square behind, Chinatown action nearby, National Museum and National Portrait Gallery AND St. Martin's in-the-Field 5 minutes walk! Bus stop is just outside the door. 20 minute walk down Whitehall past Horse Guards, Downing Street and Parliament to Westminster Abbey. Assembly is the perfect location for sightseeing. Restaurants everywhere. Downside: TINY ROOMS. NO TV (as of October 2018). No table or flat surface to eat Takeaway. The window overlooked the alley where DEAFENING glass breaking noises woke me up several times a night. A nearby pub dumping empties into the bin. Ugh. UPSIDE: Rooms are ensuite, clean and cute and high-modern art. Elevators near all rooms. HOWEVER. STILL HIGHLY RECOMMENDED because of the amazing location, rooftop bar views and very helpful front desk staff.
