T. H.I recently stayed at this very quaint Bed and Breakfast for work and found it to be lovely. Initially I was concerned as it seems quite far from London (it is a beautiful residential neighbourhood in North London) however, the tube is a 5 min walk and takes you directly into London - I got to London to Russell Square in 20 minutes - straight line, no changing. The room was large and very comfortable, extremely clean. There is a lovely room to have breakfast and chat with the other guests. Jasmine the owner made a delicious breakfast and was most helpful with any questions. She truly wants you to enjoy your stay with her as she engaged with all of us. The house has a small number of rooms so it was very quiet and the house is very bright and relaxing. Most guests left after breakfast and were gone into the city for most of the day. There is a lovely garden to sit in at the end of a long day. At the end of the street, there are a few pubs to eat in, and a small bakery should you need any treats. Would highly recommend to any traveller looking for a quieter spot to stay yet needing easy and quick access to downtown London. Would definitely come back!

B. B.This place is a little gem. The room was great. (we had the family room) after attending a concert at the nearby Alexandra Palace (£10 taxi at most) the dining room is open to use as is the conservatory for teas or coffees.
The hostess was very nice and provided a top notch breakfast in the morning.

A. D.Beautiful, clean and convenient to Hertz to turn in our car and to London's tube. Tube was around the corner and took us to Heathrow. Owner was lovely. Enjoyed sitting on her back patio overlooking gardens. Would recommend to friends and would definitely stay again.

S. H.When in London this is the BnB. 5 minutes from the Tube (Arnos Grove) and you are in London. we stayed 5 days every day host made a new fancy fruit dish to accompany egg, oatmeal or several other options.
Bang for Buck this is the deal. Host has amazing knowledge of travel n sights.
