C.A great hotel if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of London and close to the tube station - the reception staff were excellent and helpful throughout our stay - the room (111) was at the front and a little noisy, however, you are off a busy road in W London, therefore, mitigation is accepted - some great little restaurants on their door-step and will review after this. Parking was a little tight due to the pavement being sorted at the front of the hotel - however, this did not detract from a nice place to stay. Would recommend.
N. M.Rating 3.5 stars (tried to do half a star and failed eek), staff polite and we had no issues. Hotel lobby fine, seating needs an update. Really good transport links Train/Underground, check if you’re driving regarding parking! Our room was really nice, recommend that you upgrade your room! As COVID restrictions breakfast in box was available but staff did state we could eat in their restaurant (same bubble). However this hotel is surrounded by beautiful cafes, restaurants. Sainsbury’s, Tesco’s and a chicken shop across the road. So you won’t starve on the Sunday we stumbled across a cheese market 5 minutes walk from there too!
D. L.The Chiswick Best Western Palace is a fantastic hotel. The exterior is elegant and inviting. The room was spotless and looked well looked after. Everything worked without any problem.
The staff was helpful and always cheerful and friendly. Ask for Soren Back, he will get you where you need to be.

E. T. U.We stayed for 3 nights. Nice rooms and reasonably comfy beds. Not brilliantly clean in some areas of the rooms. Staff on site were lovely. Reception staff excellent especially Soren! Bed and breakfast included hot drinks, yoghurt, cereals. Additional hot breakfast available for extra money at £7 each.

Not the poshest (which was perfect for us as we don't like posh) but it was nicely decorated. We were travelling on motorbikes (fully lladen) and they promised and delivered parking 9ut the back)
Suite /room was small but for fully functional. Nice size comfy bed, good size tv, nice towels and fab shower. Exactly what we needed.
Would definately use them again and would recommend them quite happily 🤩
P.Been staying here since 9th July 2021. So far I find this place rather strategic as in easy to get around to other shopping malls by bus or tube. Also within walking distances to most shopping areas n supermarkets plus loads of restaurants n eateries n cafes. Rather like this place, to me its quite central I guess for being out of the city London area! Not too crowded very conducive for family walk abouts. Lots of fruit n veg stalls and loads of owners walking their pets, so cute plus some shop owners leave bowls of water for pets too!

P. R.From first booking two months in advance to final check out after our stay all the staff we dealt with were courteous, cheerful and helpful. It was particularly helpful when we got a sympathetic response when we had to cancel a second family room when one of the grandchildren was taken ill. The reason for four stars relates to the room being very hot at night with no guest control over the temperature in the room and, though Covid-19 restrictions had been relaxed we had to be content with breakfast in a paper bag instead of in the breakfast room. Nevertheless we would use the hotel again.
L. M.After a flood at my home I stayed at the Best Western for 9 weeks. The staff were wonderful, from the helpful desk staff, the lovely cleaning crew, to the friendly maintenance guy. For anyone wanting to stay, room 302 is spacious, clean and nicely decorated, with a large kitchen dining area, that then opens up to a garden space. Thank you all for taking such good care of me ❤

A. P.We stayed in room 301, an upgrade. It was a really excellent it had every thing you could need, it was more like an appartment, kitchen facilities nice seating area, spotlessly clean, loved it.
The gentleman who took us to the room was really nice.
Grab and go breakfast was healthy and real value for money. We stayed on chiswick about 4 or 5 times a month. Will always use Best Western from now.

B. C.Lovely welcoming hotel, friendly staff. Well appointed rooms and en-suites. Great location, river walks nearby, approx 35 minutes by tube into London. In current circumstances, breakfast is grab-and-go continental style and very generous. Stayed here often, ideal for city access, and Chiswick is a lovely place with good restaurants.

R. H.Very good hotel in a great location, the only downside to my offering is that the bed and pillows were rock hard. Uncomfortable, had to put the spare bed duvet on top just to try and get a better sleep. If they had premier Inn mattresses then they would have full marks. So great location, very clean, got a fab price oh one more downside was WiFi..... couldn't do anything with it, very very limited.

The air con, despite being switched off, sounded like a kettle being brought to the boil, loudly, all throughout the night.
I could have complained but that meant getting up in the night to let someone know. Not ideal when you have two children in your room. Neither myself or my wife got much sleep as a result. Granted the air con is really nice to have, especially when really hot, and whilst the previous nights were warm, this particular night wasn't too bad, and we could have done without it. All else was great, just not the noise!
I would stay again, just as long as the noise could be sorted.
J. H.Good location in west London. Reasonable price for a London hotel. Has a rewards scheme to reduce the price somewhat. Friendly reception for check in and check out. very clean double room, at just the right temperature (it was cold outside!). Bathroom not huge but big enough with good towels, good shower and a good supply of shower gel/soap etc. Only "fault" is a slightly frayed finish over the mirror but it did not affect the use of the facilities. The quilt on the bed would need to be wider for 2 occupants but there was only me so no problem. Bedding spotless but seems to be a little old. One thing that I would have appreciated was a mini fridge to keep my bottled water cool. Otherwise a good experience, thank you.
C. S.My partner and I spent 3 nights in June 2019 and found both the staff and hotel amenities almost faultless. The staff were both friendly/efficient and the room ckean /well presented.
Often with hotels, the shower /bathroom can be a weak point but everything worked extremely well and as we had to move rooms because of bookings, both rooms were of the same high standard.

R. A.Good position on the High Road. Room vary greatly in position and size. I was let down in my room by being ticked away in a "house" at the side. My room was newly refurbished but had coffee stains on the wall underneath the kettle. The shower had been left with the rubber seal out of the hose and not secured through the retaining loops ( fixed this for free!). The air con was not on during the night but very noisey (water running and electrical buzzes). The management were apologetic and offered me another room. Breakfast was very good. Overall, a good spot to stay. I think I was unlucky!

L. A.Looks lovely, very welcoming, bright modern decor. They don't serve food in the evening but the manager was very helpful and offered to help us get take away. We found the room very noisy - could even hear the front door open, the rumble of suitcase wheels and ladies shoe heels! Breakfast looked lovely although the bacon and eggs were overcooked and dry. Other breakfast items were nicer and the relaxed ambiance and clean environment made it a conformable stay. The manager was most attentive and his attitude was most welcome. Good value for London.

We used this hotel for an event we were attending at Olympia London,takes about 15 mins to drive (traffic depending!) Lots of shops and places to eat near by. The shower was amazing!

Must admit, as a person who travels a lot (and as a result of it, stays in various hotels, ranging from nice B&Bs to 5* hotels), I can confirm that this hotel - in my own experience - provided one of the best values for money. Good location, lovely room with everything in it that can be required for an enjoyable stay, great staff who is willing to go an absolute extra to make the guest's stay maximally comfortable and pleasant 24/7; delicious breakfast; positive atmosphere and, in general, a good vibe. B. A.This is actually a little gem! Super friendly welcome on arrival by probably the happiest person I've met. I was directed to my basement room and was initially alarmed at the size or more to the point the lack of. ....
However it was really clean and the showers are amazing which was a welcome after a very hard days work. There is a promise of a full English however that's for tomorrow.
Also there is plenty of parking and they have ample security and 25 cameras.
C. M.Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room considering the price. This was in an ideal spot for me as a solo business traveller. I was in the apartment rather than the main hotel. The room was moderately sized for the area but furnished to a high quality. Check in was smooth and all the staff were extremely friendly.
L. J.We stayed here for one night - two adults, two children - in a family room. The room was located in the basement and had one small window but was easily one of the nicest family rooms we've stayed in in a while. It was very spacious and had one king size bed and two singles. Unlike other family rooms we've used, all of the beds were proper beds - no fold aways or sofa beds - and that made such a difference to having a good night's sleep. The only problem we had was that it got too hot having initially seemed fine but after turning on the fan it was fine. I don't know whether that would cut in during a heat wave but it could be that there was an air conditioning setting I didn't notice. Anyway, it was fine in February! The bathroom was small but looked like it had been recently redecorated and was very clean. It had a good shower. A small niggle was that there appeared to be an extractor fan but it wasn't working. The hotel was very convenient for the area and there were plenty of local restaurants or corner shops. We didn't try the breakfast as it seemed a bit expensive. The staff were very friendly.
F. H.I spent one night at the hotel and had a spacious room. The tv screen was quite small, wifi worked fine. The plait on my bed had a few stains which didn't make me feel too comfortable. I was in a building quite far away from reception at the ground level. The road outside was quiet noisy and I found it hard to sleep without earplugs. Someone in the room above me got up in the middle of the night and the screeching sound of the wooden floor kept me awake for the rest of the night with any of their movements. One of the noisiest rooms I had in a long time. Overall not a pleasant stay.

The hotel rooms and all areas are kept spotlessly clean, Breakfast was superb with a good variety of food and drinks. The hotel is also in a superb location, with plenty to do and see nearby.

M. K.A good hotel, centrally located, but the room we were alotted was uncomfortably warm, not because of the heating though; the temperature outside was only 10°C or so. There was a fan provided, I guess, for this reason. The room itself was comfortable, with a clean and spacious toilet. Free parking is available, which is very useful in London. The entrance to the parking area is through a very narrow archway, so if you have a very wide vehicle, you will not get through (unless there is some other way?)
C. B.Fantastic rooms, very luxurious, very friendly staff and wonderful breakfast. We had to change hotels from a premier inn due to holes in the floor and poor service to this one. We rung with short notice and they were so helpful, showed us a few rooms for us to choose. Would definitely recommend it.

J. S.This is a 3-star hotel, plain and simple. It is a nice building in a nice area, however.
Rooms are terribly cramped, I'm OK with a small room but I get frustrated trying to move around the small, cluttered room.
4 flights of stairs up, and no elevators, the concierge pointed up the stairs and said "you're up there". No help with my bags through the narrow stairwell.

M. I.This time it wasn't the best experience. The room had a very small window which was very hard to access and open. Therefore it was very hot in the room. There was also a green led pointing at the bed. Other than that the location is great. The size of the room sufficient. In previous stays we didn't have the problem with the window or annoying green led.

N.good location between turnham green and stamford brook stations. it's also on the picadilly line which os about a 30 min ride from heathrow. the walk from stamford brook is not too bad without luggage. however there is a bus the rides past the station. be aware that the buses dont stop on every corner.
there are lots of restaurants near the hotel on chiswick high street. the hotel itself is a collection of houses. my room was in the main bldg. it was small with barely enough roon to turn in the bathroom, but the bathroom had a heated towel rack and a nice shower head. the shower leaked but some one came to fix it quickly. you needed to use your key to het electricity.
there is very little parking and there is a sign that says that you park at your own risk.
breakfast was not included in my room rate but was added at my request.
the reception area and the breakfast area shared the same space along with the guest computer. they were kind enough to call a cab for me on checkout day (i'm not sure if this is standard or not but i appreciated it).
i had an overall pleasant experience here.

M. B.An Excellent Hotel with a great West London location. There is wide range of pubs and restaurants near by on Chiswick High Road. Turnham Green tube station is just a five minute walk away, which is very convenient for the Central London attractions or business meetings. The Hotel is always very clean and comfortable, and the staff are very helpful and professional.
M. B.Overall my experiance here was good mostly because of the staff. They are helpful and friendly. However, the rooms are only slightly larger than the beds that occupy them, but they are clean and comfortable. I would not classify this hotel as a three star hotel as the booking website did. However, my oppinion is coloured by the standards of American hotels.
I would recommend this hotel if you can book a room at a favorable rate, however at the normal rate I personally would continue to look. It is a short, and pleasant, walk down the High Street to the Underground station.
R. T.Very clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, very nice breakfast. Delicous bacon and mashed eggs, very good coffee, fresh and sweet fruits, coco pops and milk for kids. We enjoyed everything.

Unexpected: what you see in picture for best Western is a suite. I booked a room for 4 people, Upon check in got a room in the basement. Very tiny sink in washroom. Standup shower was also small. No exhaust fan in washroom.

The showers change temperature randomly which is annoying, and there is only 1 thermostat per floor so you can't really set the temp in your own room other than heat from the radiator. Area is fantastic, West London is beautiful and you're a short walk from the tube.

L. H.Was surprised to find the room was actually very large (triple adult). It was very clean and there was a wide selection of channels on the TV. Wifi worked well too. Didn't have the breakfast but there's a great little cafe (Artisan coffee) just down the road where you can have breakfast for half the hotel price. While Chiswick is a pleasant area, it's a bit far if you're in London for tourism (some 10+ stops on the District line to get anywhere of interest).

I did mention when checking out that the breakfast the previous morning was cold, and that was why we were going out for breakfast this morning. Not much of a response to this. H. K.Nice Hotel splited in several single buildings. There are for some rooms elevators foreseen the rest of the rooms are availabe over quite narrow and steep stairs.
The staff is nice and the Continental Breakfast ist okay for around 8£. The rooms are airconditioned and you have to walk approx. 10-15min to the underground station.

P. P.We stayed at Best Western Chiswick Palace & Suites for 2 nights during the Sept bank holiday. My room was beautiful and the staff friendly and welcoming. A small and cozy hotel and not crowded at all. Hotel was perfectly located in chiswick.
J. R.Rooms were clean and well sorted, but extremely small. There was not so much variety for breakfast. It's worth to go have breakfast anywhere else. There are plenty of small cafes near there.

La experiencia nñen este hotel no fue mala del todo. El hotel estaba en un barrio tranquilo, rodeado de restaurantes y con varias paradas de metro cerca.
