We had a double room. We had everything we needed in the room. Bed was comfy. Only thing was as the windows are the originals it was a bit drafty but the room soon warmed up. Everything was clean. The shower tray was blocked however and we reported this to reception. Receptionists were all really friendly - sandra, Helen etc. Christina who works there too ... at breakfast very helpful. Breakfast was good too. The sofas in reception could do with replacing but no other complaints!

The hotel looks lovely from the outside, good location very close to Pimlico station, good choice of UBS nearby. Bedrooms are basic and tiny, bed was barely long enough (tall people will struggle). Breakfast pretty basic but with decent coffee and choice of pastries (which were served warm!), full English available but did not look appetising. Reception and breakfast staff was lovely, the housekeeping lady was very keen to clean my room despite no disturb sign.

Small rooms but clean and plenty of clean towel and a lovely powerful shower. Lovely staff at the reception, quick check-in and checkout is at 11am so no rush in the morning which is great. Breakfast was okay but a bit dry, not a lot of variety but that wasn’t a problem for us. We ate something that’s what counts. Great location, close to nice restaurants and transport.

The room was clean and comfortable with a nice bathroom with powerful shower and plenty of clean towels. We were in the Lower Ground bedroom which only had a window view of old mattresses in a back yard, and was quite noisy in the morning when awoken at 6:30am by the hotel staff preparing the breakfast room also at lower ground floor. However, we wanted to be up early so wasn't a problem for us. All in all it was a comfortable base in an excellent location for touring the sites (and visiting the Chelsea Flower Show) and good value for based on London prices. We would definitely stay here again if we visit the CFS again.

Very basic hotel but you get what you pay for. The bed was comfortable enough and the room was clean. Very small shower room. Over all the room was fine if all you are doing is sleeping there. The hotel is clearly in need of an update.

Awesome location, you have like 3 underground stations a couple of block away and some bus stations near too. We stayed for a week, the staff was lovely. We had one problem. One of the clean towels had lipstick on it and was clearly used. We went to reception and the staff was very apologetic, and brought us a fresh clean towel to our room. Other than that, it was a very nice stay.

I loved this hotel! The ladies at the reception were very nice. And when you wake up you got DELICIOUS breakfast buffet with food like Croissants, Toast, Eggs, Sausage and more! And the drinks station you could choose what ever coffee or hot chocolate you want! And whenever the people came to clean your room they organize everything and it looks so nice!

The Best Western Corona is typical of hotels developed from Victorian town homes. The rooms are not huge, but they are comfortable and fairly well appointed. The staff has always been very helpful and the breakfasts are tasty. For London the price is very reasonable and they have a lift (elevator). My favorite part is the neighborhood. Lovely pubs and restaurants, family owned not the generic corporate places you might find downtown. I will stay again...

The hotel is quite located in a good location, there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, there are also many bus stations and trains, so if you want you can go wherever you want without any problems it is also very quiet and feeling. Nice place to stay with lots of rooms. Our bathroom was a bit small and our room near to a streetlight so it was very bright in the room. No fans available for those of us who can't sleep without white noise, not sure what they do in the summer as there is also no air conditioning. Outside our window seemed to be a store room or something that staff obviously used frequently which was a bit offputting as they could potentially look straight into the room. Room service was available although we didn't have it.

Hotel offers a good product for the cost. Breakfast was great and staff very supportive to the needs of the guest. Location was very helpful being close to most major attractions. However I wouldn't recommend anything over a short stay due to required improvements to the maintenance program. (Maintenance meaning small items needing repair or replacement)

A group of 11 of us (2 instructors and 9 students) stayed at the Best Western Corona for 4 nights in May 2018 and I can't recommend it enough. Throughout the entire booking process, the staff were excellent at meeting our needs, always doing so in a timely and friendly manner. This continued during our stay with every member of staff ensuring that we were happy. The rooms were clean and modern, and a decent size compared to others in the same area. The breakfast was also a good spread. The prices are very reasonable for such a central location. We definitely hope to come back! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who is part of a group as the staff are so amenable to your needs.

Good location close to Pimlico Tube Station. Everything is pretty small as tends to be the case with these converted house hotels, rooms, restaurant, shower cubical bathroom etc. Breakfast was tasty, warm, everything was clean and the staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. No problems with anything in the room etc, so fine for a flying visit or if you're only using as a base and not intending spending much time around the hotel. Would stay again.

Good location for exploring London via public transport and on foot. Train station, attractions, grocery store and pubs within walking distance. All staff at the hotel was more then friendly and helpful – way beyond our expectations. Rooms are European sized (small for Canadian standards) but we found it enough for our 5-day stay. Our room was clean and nice. (Side note: We had the luxury of temperatures in the lower 30th degrees Celsius while in London and the room was quite warm – the hotel does not have AC and states that on the website. But they provided fans without hesitation). We used the breakfast twice and found it quite good. We would stay at the hotel again.

Very clean and comfortable although a little noisy from the upstairs neighbours. For central London it represents great value. En suite show room was spotless and the shower was hot with good pressure. Pretty much all you need from an overnight stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room are small but nice and the bath was clean. There are a kettle to boil water and tea but we didnt use it because it wasnt clean and there was old water in it. Maybe its better to brief the housekeeping to clean this too. We didnt had breakfast so i cant say something about it.

Steps to the front door and no hand rail. I was in a very small single room. The bathroom door did not fully open as the toilet was immediately behind it. Clean but comfortable. Lights fused second night and I was left in the dark for 30 minutes but, when repairs were impossible, I was swiftly moved to a larger, more comfortable room. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout.

This is a really nice hotel central to Pimlico and just a short walk from Parliament, River Thames, Pimlico underground and Victoria rail and underground stations. The staff are very nice and care about the service they supply and the rooms are at the standard I expect from the Best Western hotels chain. I was made to feel very welcome at check-in and recommend this hotel having enjoyed my stays very much in the past as well as my current one.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude and thanks to, Ishan Karu, the General Manger at the Best Western Corona in London (Victoria neighborhood), and every member of his staff! Not only was the accommodations both comfortable and nice, they all assisted me and went above and beyond to help me as IcelandAir lost my luggage. My first trip ever over the "pond" and my luggage was lost for six days out of the nine days I was traveling through both the UK and Paris. Ishan took the initiative and kept contacting IcelandAir to assist me in recovering my luggage after we checked out of our stay at the Corona which was our first overnight stay on our vacation. Ishan also agreed that if my luggage was recovered to just have it delivered there and sign for it so we could the make our way back and grab it. My luggage arrived at 2 AM on Wednesday, and we were in Paris so I contacted and spoke with Ishan on Thursday when we arrived back in London and traveled back to the Corona with a personal reception from Ishan who gave me my luggage. I cannot express my gratitude and thanks to Ishan and all the staff. This is truly a MUST stay hotel in London...staff, rooms, location, neighborhood....it is all most excellent. Thank you, thank you, thank you Ishan for all your service and help and allowing me to use the house phone to call the airline. You are truly a top notch manager with a wonderful staff.

Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben nach einer dritten Decke gefragt, da wir nur eine für das Doppelbett hatten und uns wurde schnell eine dritte Decke auf das Zimmer gebracht. Das Pesonal half uns auch bei anderen Schwierigkeiten. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker,es gibt eigentlich für jeden Geschmack etwas. Allerdings hätte ich mir mehr Obst zur Auswahl gewünscht. Mein einziges Manko war das ich Obstfliegen in meinem Saft aus dem Automaten hatte, das war nicht sehr appetitlich.

Зачем включать услуги которые не могут предоставить? Так же вышло и с завтраком, он у меня был включён в бронирование, но за него хотели денег 12£, завтрак я свой отстояла. Я приблизительно предполагала, какой завтрак может быть в отеле такого уровня, явно не 12£ его цена. Наверное единственный плюс это расположение отеля, район Пимлико тихий, чистый и рядом с центром, до основных достопримечательностей 10 минут на 24 автобусе.

Sehr schönes Hotel von außen es sticht nochmal heraus da es rote Türen hat wo die anderen Häuser weiße Türen haben. Wo wir dort ankamen wurden wir nett begrüßt und da wir früher im Hotel angekommen sind als 14 uhr konnten wor früher einchecken für einmalig 10 Pfund zusammen. Dann sind wir ins Zimmer gegangen das war zwar klein aber das hat uns nicht gestört da es in London normal ist. Haben uns alles im zimmer angeschaut es war alles vorhanden normale anschlüsse für ladekabel ohne stecker , kaffee , kakao, wie auch föhn Duschgel, shampoo und Handtücher. Bis wir dann später im bett gelegen haben und dann entdeckt haben das an der decke des Bettes ein brauner Fleck war der nicht von uns war. Das war auch nicht weiter schlimm gewesen . Dann hatten wir die erste Nacht hinter uns und sind um 7.30 essen gegangen das Frühstück war super lecker wir wurden am tisch gefragt in welchem Zimmer wir dind und ob wir Toast haben möchten. Das hatten wir natürlich angenommen . Haben auch natürlich die zimmer nummer gesagt. So ein weiterer Tag ist vergangen und das letzte Frühstück stand an wie wir beim ersten Tag war es sehr lecker und wurden wieder nach der Zimmer nummer gefragt wie auch nach dem toast . Dabei hatten wir uns auch nichts gedacht. Da bei uns im zimmer der Safe nicht funktioniert hat und wir am letzten Tag unsere koffer schon vorbereitet haben zum auschecken habe ich nunmal meine handtasche im zimmer gelassen und habe darüber ein t shirt gelegt. Als wir wieder hoch gekommen sind habe ich in mein protmonee geschaut wegen der Rückfahrt etc uns in meinem portmonee haben 10 pfund ( ein Schein) gefehlt . Und ich weiß das ich am Tag davor 30 pfund im Portmonee hatte. Daraufhin habe ich mit der rezeptionistin gesprochen die war erstaunt und hat den Chef gerufen daraufhin habe ich ihm nochmal genau erklärt was Sache ist und von seiner Sache wurde alles abgestritten und ich würde in dem Sinne im Unrecht legen. Wir haben das komplette Zimmer auf links gelegt und nichts gefunden.! Jeder hätte zugang gehabt zu dem zimmer . Natürlich habe ich die 10 Pfund nicht von denen bekommen oder wiedergefunden. Sie meinten sie würden sich per e mail melden wenn sie was finden haben sie aber bis jetzt nicht. Habe direkt nach Deutschland angerufen und alles geschildert. Wirklich alles war super in diesem hotel ausser den Kleinigkeiten aber das mit dem Geld geht garnicht.
