It says that it's a bed and breakfast but they don't have a kitchen so that part is a little misleading. Apart from that the hotel is rather nice. The room I had was a good size, however it was located right by the smoking area and the other guests could at times be very loud. It does get, like other people have already pointed out, very hot in the room and there doesn't seem to be any ventilation to handle this. The staff was very helpful and service minded!

The hotel was booked last minute and is situated in a good area for people who wish to go to London Olympia. Its around a mile from Shepard's Bush and the same distance from the Natural history and science museum in the opposite direction so is in a good location if you don't mind a little walk. The place at first states that there is to be no noise after 10pm which is very dependant on what is considered noise wether TV noise is acceptable or not I'm still unsure. Also the WiFi here is terrible and from at least room 22 it is completely unusable even on phones as it wouldn't connect for more than 30 seconds without it disconnecting. Towels were not provided when the room was first prepared or when it was cleaned the second day and we had to go down to reception to ask for towels. The room was a little unclean and appeared to have damp in one corner when we looked at it. Other than that it's a good cheap hotel in London but I have stayed in other city's where we got a lot more for a lot less and even coming back to London I would not stay again unless absolutely necessary.

The hotel is nice and peacefoul. I went with the School five or six years ago. The breakfast was a bit little. The Wi-Fi conection was very low, but I think that it was because of the number of students. I would recomend only this hotel for sleeping. The underground station is near the hotel.

About 5 minutes walk from the tube stop, small rooms contain everything we needed, although the two key cards we were given barely worked...we were told they were all like that. But then the next day the receptionist replaced it and worked every time after... Not a bad stay at all.

The location of this hotel was difficult to find and you can end up in an estate if you take a wrong turn but it was less than a five minute walk away from the tube and the nearest bus stop. I liked the rooms and the service. Everyone was very accommodating. I had lived in London for four months and nreded a place to stay after my lease ended and before my flight back to America. If you can find a good price, I would definitely recommend it

Good hotel, great location if you are attending events at the Olympia. Beds comfy and staff very nice. Biggest downside was the lack of plug sockets. We were in a triple room and there were only 2 plug sockets.

Stayed here for 8nights in a triple room, room were comfortable, loved this quaint hotel. Easy to reach places of attraction either by underground and buses. Tesco express and Sainsbury within walking distance. Room is clean and receptionists very helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back next time.

First of all, keep it in mind it is a budget hotel so the room are small and there is no AC. Having said that it is clean and has an elevator. It's located in a quiet street and 5 minutes walk to West Kensington station. It's ideal for short stay and budget travellers.

Room itself is quite spacious but the bathroom is awful. Tiny and having a shower is a challenge. Water gets absolutely everywhere. Floor gets soaking wet. Also. For the love of god, get fans for the rooms!

Staying in room 21. Lovely and clean, would easily be 4* if it was tiny bit bigger. Amazing value for price, highly recommend (chose room 21) Not to mention amazing staff!

This place reminded me of my 1980s student accommodation, but with a very small and nicely decorated en-suite bathroom. There was a single light switch for the room by the entrance door, and the power outlets were there too. There was no air-conditioning, so during a very hot night I slept with the window open to the sounds of Kensington. The bed was comfortable.

Room adequate size but all beds are old spring mattresses. Water temperature fluctuates a lot in the shower... Over all this was good for the price though.

Very friendly beautiful clean white bed linen and lovely and warm. Difficult to find though their directions are way out of date. It's turn right at Sainsburys and keep going and it's on the left. Look up for the hotel sign.

The two gentlemen who served us were so very accommodating, they made us feel it was their pleasure to help us. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the morning breakfast is generous and the breakfast room is clean and cheerful. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. The only hard thing is there is no elevator, but the staff is more than happy to help you with your bags.

The location is good, with quiet surroundings and short walk to the underground. The rooms and hallways are very small. The staff is friendly, polite and helpful, but when it comes to fixing problems with the inventories nothing much happened. We told at the front desk twice that the water in the wc kept running all the time, but it was not fixed during our 4 day stay. It felt like a waste of water and the sound was annoying during night.

Hotel is in a good location -5 minute walk from Underground stop. Rooms are quiet and small (but manageable in size with storage!) and the bathroom is updated. Beds could be better - old thin spring mattresses that you'd find in a pull-out couch. Overall, good hotel for the price.

Great Value! I had a one night business stay as was visiting a show at Olympia the following day. Perfect location, small rooms but was clean and comfortable. The lady on reception was so friendly and helpful, she even upgraded me to a larger room as there were no pillows in the first room. Will definitely use again when away on business.

Very nice hotel. The concierge was polite friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Located in a quiet street but close to pubs,shops and good transport links it was ideal for what we needed. My only criticism was the tap was too big fir the small sink and difficult to negotiate. Thank you.

Mega small room for 3 people. No closet, no place to put clothes. 1 stool for 3. Windows couldn't be closed. Carpet dirty and with holes. Suitcases were always in the way because they didn't fit under the metal frame of the bed. Danger of slipping in the bathroom because there are tiles but 1 towel each. Either dry off or slide. The hotel is in a quiet area very convenient for the metro and buses to the centre. The room was spotless but our quadruple room was really too small.

Easy to access via the underground. A great Italian restaurant down the street, with a great welcome and excellent value for money. The owner is fantastic and the waiter is fantastic. The food is wonderful. I recommend it. The hotel is really very nice. A fabulous welcome with very friendly and attentive staff. Just remember to bring a European plug for your chargers, otherwise you can buy one downstairs... Not very expensive, about £5. The beds are very comfortable, and we slept very well. It's well heated and not cold at all. I recommend this hotel, which is really very nice and close to the underground, which allows easy and quick access to London.

The best thing that can be said about this hotel is the low price it has and that it is located next to the Olympia London, so if you must attend an event there it is a great solution. It is true that the hotel is clean, but the truth is that the size of the rooms and the structure of the building, very London-type, would not allow it in Spain to be beyond a one-star hotel, hopefully!

Stayed here for 7 nights in a triple room. Front desk is friendly and location is reasonable, house keeping is good. Very nice hotel for the price you pay, has a lift as a bonus. Conveniently located near Kensington Olympia bus station and Kensington High Street. For the price it deserves more than five stars!
