M. C.When you consider the location, it was okay for the money spent. The heating worked, as did the shower, etc and the staff were very accommodating. I wasn't expecting the Hilton, so wasn't disappointed. I had an operation in London, so needed somewhere close to both Victoria station and the hospital, so it was perfect for me.
J. L.A good hotel in a great location. You get what you pay for and it's not a five star hotel but it’s humble and in a fantastic location. I think the family works hard to offer a reasonable and welcoming stay. I had the balcony room. There were no table and chairs on the balcony, but I made the most of transferring the furniture from the room out onto the balcony.

Will recommend it to everyone esp people to budget travel for london. There’s a bus stop going to the trafalgar sq right around here too.
Y. C.No elevators and stairs were quite narrow. We booked a double bed room but were given a twin beds room- they said the double bed rooms were on a higher floor so gave us the twin beds on the first floor, but would’ve been nice to have the option when checking in.
However, for the price, it’s a good short stay- beds were comfy and soap, tea and coffee were provided.

L. H.Perfectly good quality place to stay on a budget in Central London and well placed for most of the big tourist attractions. Within walking distance of Victoria Station and my personal destination, the US embassy. Only things I would recommend: it's a fiver for the WiFi which barely worked so they need to get a few boosters or something. Also we tried moving one of the beds and it was obvious that no one had hoovered underneath for over a year (but we did find a quid under there, which compensated nicely).

P. P.Really pleased with this hotel and it's the first time I have stayed here. The staff are extremely friendly, chatty and very helpful, with a check-in that was simple, quickly executed, followed by an entrance to a clean, tidy and nicely decorated room, makes it very easy to recommend a stay here. As expected there is WiFi and coffee making facilities, that is well stocked, free-view TV and a continental breakfast that gives me all I need for my visit, and the bed was very comfortable, again strongly recommended.

This hotel is in a great location. Walking distance to Buckingham, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, and Pimlico station. The rooms are fairly small, fairly clean, and fairly full of amenities. Our room was cleaned every morning. The staff is very quiet and may come off as dismissive but they gave us zero problems. For $50-$70 a night in Central London, this place is just fine. If you want a slight upgrade over a hostel than this is your place. If you want something that is a little nicer there are plenty of options on this street. Leaving it at 4 stars because the shower is very small.
G. R.Good for it's price. No elevator so beware of the stairs, but they had an excellent staff on hand. The bathroom smells because of the way they have the sewage pipes, and it is on the small side. Overall I liked the place. It is close to Victoria station (6 blocks away-10min walk) and walkable distance to Buckingham palace, Hyde park, st James, weistmeister Abbey (within 3 miles).
S. S.I had a very nice stay at this hotel. I went there with a family member. We were on vacation. It was our first time in London. When we checked in, at the front desk we were greeted in a warm and welcoming way. We were asked if we were there on business or vacation. After the gentleman found out it was our first trip to London, he asked us what we would like to see. He offered us options to do for sightseeing and entertainment. He told us about public transportation. Mr. Arian went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. After talking to him for a few minutes he put together a nice package for us. He made multiple phone calls on our behalf. For the next following days we enjoyed the wonderful package he prepared for us. I would highly recommend this hotel for the friendly staff and atmosphere.
S.I booked this hotel as I needed a hotel close enough to Kings Cross that wasn't pushing a budget. I paid for this a week before I arrived. Two nights were £158 which seemed relatively cheap for a last minute booking. It did not look the pinnacle of quality, but it didn't matter. I booked a double room with private bathroom. Upon arrival the check in was hassle free, just a form to fill out. Staff were friendly enough and helpful. WiFi would be an extra £5 per device which seemed ridiculous, good job I have unlimited data. There is no elevator so you have to use narrow stairs with your luggage. The room was spacious. The bathroom less so with a wet room/walk in shower which would probably flood the entire tiny bathroom if used. No extras in the bathroom like toothpaste, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel etc. Very bog basic. Towels were included. The room could have done with some TLC. The radiator caked with dust, lots of cracks and marks in the wall, including a hole in the bathroom door. A lot of flaking paint, could use a good layer of Dulux. Blood stains on the curtains, which opened to reveal a grotty view of an outside area riddled with rubbish and a pair of dirty underwear. Not the most pleasant. The bed was hard but managed to still get a good sleep because there was minimal noise. The area is decent with only a short walk to Pimlico tube station, as well as Victoria tube station. Breakfast was included and free, as well as ultimately depressing. Make your own instant coffee/tea, toasters for a bit of bread, cereal with no large bowls, milk tasted off, warm juice in shot glasses. May as well walk up the road to a café near by than endure the prison like environment of the dining room. I'll give this a three stars purely for location and ease of access, as well as staff and maids actually tidying the room in the morning. Otherwise, it's very overpriced for what you get. Travelodge may be more expensive nor the definition of quality but still a cleanlier option than The Carlton. Or a local Airbnb. Would have booked elsewhere if I did not leave it so late.

The room is good but since our drain in the washroom wasn't working on the first day and as a result of it whole bathroom was stinking. E. C.You get what you pay for here. Very tiny bathroom, room was nice with room service everyday. No lifts and narrow staircase so you will have to carry your bag up the stairs. The oil heater wasnt turned on once during my stay (in the middle of winter) however they did have extra blankets in the room so I wasn't cold. 24 hour reception, breakfast included from 8 til 9 am which is cereal and toast. Very close to Victoria station but even closer to Pimlico station (on the same line) so handy hint to cut down on walking time. Booking dot com said free wifi however you do have to pay 5 pound for the entire stay for 2 devices. Probably wouldnt stay again but i was able to book the day before i needed to check in.

There is one step from shower to toilet, very little space in the bathroom. Outside + 24 °, the heating is on in the number, I went to the reception desk to ask them to turn them off, they promised to do it but nothing (it was impossible to turn, because the knob was broken, you won't open the window because the bed is right next to the window). No blankets in the number, just huge thick duvets under which you sweat. Oh and there was no breakfast as promised in the announcement.

Żeby przenocować jedną noc, to jest okej, ale też są minusy... W łazience nie ma normalnego mydła ani szamponu pod prysznic. Od prysznica do ubikacji jest jeden krok, bardzo mało miejsca w łazience. Na zewnątrz +24° w numerze włączone ogrzewanie, poszłam na recepcję poprosić żeby wyłączyli, obiecali że to zrobią ale nic( skręcić nie dało się, bo pokrętło było złamane, okno nie otworzysz bo łóżko tuż pod oknem). Żadnych koców w numerze tylko ogromne grube kołdry pod którymi oblewasz się potem. No i nie było śniadania, jak obiecano w ogłoszeniu.

Prima di tutto l'igiene è pressochè scarsa. La stanza della colazione è molto ristretta, la ragazza che si occupa delle pulizie, rifornisce il cibo a mani nude. Le camere sono tenute discretamente pulite, con i letti in ordine a parte qualche macchia sulle federe dei cuscini. I bagni sono molto sacrificati: per sederti sul WC devi tenere i piedi nella doccia.
Il tocco finale è stato un topolino che scorrazzava sul pavimento della stanza della colazione, che abbiamo avvistato l'ultima mattina del nostro soggiorno.

Egy hétvégére szóló családi kirándulás tettünk Londonban. Bookingon választottam ki a szállást. Előnye, hogy a belvárosban van, pár perces sétára egy metróallomastol és a Wiktoria pályaudvartól.
