We stayed here for 3 nights . Didn’t expected much for a price we paid! But you made our stay absolutely amazing ! Simple breakfast but absolutely lovely! Kitchen staff and reception staff were amazing, friendly, kind. Even reserved a parking for us in front of a hotel which was a massive help. Nice size rooms, great ground floor balcony. Great location . If we book another trip to London this will be first hotel on our list.

The hotel is fantastic! It is super clean and the bathrooms are remodeled, the two rooms we stayed at, included two shower heads (one of them was a rain shower head …. If you have been in London enough times you know this is a small miracle) super hot water, nice soaps, shampoo, lotions and fresh towels. The staff is lovely, super friendly and amicable. We liked this hotel so much that we end up booking another night, (hence the “two rooms we stayed at” …. but we had a full day of biking and going to the Prospect of Whitby (far from the hotel) for Sunday brunch so we had no time to stay and move bags, etc. so the the staff moved our bags and have all ready for us when we came back, they really took care of everything! Once we got back to the hotel at night, they asked about our day and gave us an amazing room. Also, the room fee includes breakfast! And it’s fantastic. A truly jewel outside central London

Its not far from a tube station. Rooms are ok, there isn't any lift. The parking is limited but I've never had a problem booking a spot. Staff are friendly & helpful. If you want a non expensive place to use as a base, this is the one.

The hotel is conveniently located a 5 minute walk from Earls Court station, which is a good tube station for tourists. There are some local eating options that looked decent. The room itself is satisfactory. The room looked clean and the staff makes your bed for you but does not change the sheets. There is a breakfast service every morning and the staff is good at making food available. However, the staff can be seen smoking directly in front of the hotel frequently and can be relatively unfriendly if you have small requests for them.

Decent hotel in a great neighborhood close to Earl's Court station. Lots in the area. Breakfast is good. The room was basic and really warm. It wasn't especially clean when we checked in. Also, receptionist was really disinterested whenever we asked something. Would stay again.

Great value B&B for a stay in central London. Friendly and very helpful staff and I had a lovely clean, warm room which was at the front and the road was a bit noisy but otherwise perfect. Also a good simple cereal/ toast breakfast which was more than I expected for the money. I'll definitely come again and recommend friends.

Very helpful staff, good room at a good price and breakfast included. They kept my luggage on the day of departure, it's worth checking beforehand if you want to leave luggage after six. Would consider stopping again if in the area.

Pros: Bathroom was great- renovated and very clean and comfortable to use. Convenient- Earl's court was around a 7-8 minute walk from the hotel, and given London's developed metro system, can take you basically anywhere you need to go. Food was pretty good- had cereals, breads, spreads, drinks, and some fruit. Not a huge selection. but certainly wasn't bad. Cons: Maintenance could be improved- didn't regularly replenish the shower gels and shampoos (not of good quality- would recommend you get your own), but if you go to the counter, they are quick to get you what you need.

Got parking (tight but can fit 2 cars). Had family room on second floor. Room was clean and had tv and fridge. Breakfast was very basic. Biggest bug bear was the noise of cars from outside all night. Struggled to sleep and room was very warm had to switch off radiator fully. Receptionist and staff were nice and the room was v cheap so 4 stars for that reason.

Nice friendly staff with a chilled atmosphere and decent size clean/tidy rooms. Comfy beds, wall mounted TV, Fridge Freezer and a well equip wash room with a modern shower and wash basin. Unfortunately the room we stayed in (No 22) had what may aswell have been single glazed windows. This led to a very disturbed night 'sleep'. Not sure about the 'secure luggage hold' either. It's nice to be able to trust people but the luggage cupboard is an unsupervised lower floor outhouse. Anyone within the hotel can access it with a key obtained from reception No questions asked. Other than that, breakfast was Ok. A selection of 5 cereals or toast, croissants served with hot or cold drinks. If i stayed here again I would definitely take ear plugs for bed.

great spacious room. downside family room on 3rd floor no lift. friendly check in staff. down side breakfast staff rude and obnoxious not helpful tutting at you and watching everything you take (considering it's a buffet cold breakfast) close to earls court station and of course Stamford bridge. downside it's on a main road so traffic constantly going 24/7.

We got the G1 room on the main floor. The room was big and the bathroom was renewed. We are really happy about this hotel. The only thing we didnt like is the wait for the check in untill 2pm.. I think thats too much but the offer a free lugage storage. But other tan that, we love our stay here and strongly recommend the place.

For the money very good, clean and quiet hotel. Would come back. The breakfast was basic, but it was ok.

Close to Earl Court Underground station. Stayed only for a night . But we got a room on the basement, so our view was a brick wall . No sound proof , as you can hear all the traffic from the street. At least , we room was heated. Room was €65 and included breakfast . Breakfast was an open buffet of croissant, toast, ham and cheese.

Easy to find hotel, excellent location for both station / metro and surrounded by numerous clubs and restaurants The rooms were both new and clean and warm ... Which for us Italians is absolutely not a tragedy! The structure does not have luxury finishes but considering the average level of the structures it is acceptable ... As first time in London and as a starting point there is no evil, but you can find better (even in the same area). Wifi available in the rooms and flat TV (without Italian channels ... but God forbid that one goes there to watch TV !!) Se invece cercate altro, scegliete altro. Come posizione è eccellente, si trova cmq in quartiere tutto sommato benestante. A 3 minuti di cammino dalla tube di Earls Court, nei pressi c'è tutto, bar,ristorante,pub,take-awey,spaccio,farmacia e quant'altro...Il personale, indiani, sono gentili quel minimo indispensabile che serve. Colazione ridotta all'osso,caffè,latte,cereali,burro,marmellata e toast...fortunatamente lo stesso con cui faccio colazione abitualmente. Le stanze sono piccoline,mobilio ridotto all'osso e riscaldamento che si basa su una stufa elettrica che in pochi minuti riscalda tutto l'ambiente.Il bagno è minimale, munito di cabina doccia.Grande pecca sono le prese di corrente,ce ne sono solo 2, quindi munitevi di multipresa oltre che dell'adattatore; e inoltre c'è un solo piccolo specchio in bagno, questa una pecca più per il gentil sesso che per gli uomini. Come prima volta a Londra e come base di partenza non c'è male, ma si può trovare di meglio (anche nella stessa zona). Wifi disponibile nelle camere e tv piatta( senza canali italiani...ma ci mancherebbe che uno va li per guardare la tv !! )
