Fabulous 5 star apartment hotel, with Great spaces, Rooms, and amenities. Staff at reception and House keeping were friendly and Helpful. I requested to get a baby cot and a double bedroom in the 2nd bedroom instead of twin beds and when I arrived every thing was ready.
Check in took less than 5 minutes.
The location is in a walking distance to main restaurants and cafes, in addition its very convenient to main London transportation (Tube and Trains. I have stayed multiple times, and even though its Pricey, but its luxurious style and the magnificent views beats other central london 5 star hotels and indeed it deserves every penny.
We Really Enjoyed our stay here with our two kids and would return again and again.
( we stayed in a 2 Deluxe bedroom)

Fantastic! Great location with a lovely view. Friendly and helpful staff. They went above and beyond-made my stay comfortable. The kitchen had everything I needed and housekeeping was excellent.

Great apartments to stay in and an absolute must if you have kids you want in a separate room. Great views across the Tower of London and the river.
Although this is luxury accommodation I’m not convinced it is 5* as the final attention to detail was not there, as there was a leek in the master bedroom which had obviously been going on for a while as you could see staying on the floor, there was a razor blade in the draw in the entrance lobby and a bulb was out. All minor but equally should have been picked up on the turn around.
I would say though I would decently stay here again.

Incredible apartment style hotel. I have stayed there multiple times and the service and amenities there are always incredible. By far the best place to stay in London.

The Cheval is a great place to stay. The rooms are of high quality with good furnishings. The welcome package is substantial and the staff are welcoming & professional.

Absolutely fantastic. Excellent location, view of Tower Bridge. Very stylish apartments.

Located right at the river next to Tower of London. Apartments are great and service is excellent. If you are happy to spend little extra for great service and spectacular view, this is the place.

Check in was fast and simple. Room was absolutely amazing, everything including appliances, furnishings, down to the soaps, shampoos etc., were of the highest quality. Met our expectations perfectly. Room was easily accessible, lighting options as well as the tones of the room all complemented each other very well. Best hotel I've stayed in so far! Well worth the price, friendly very helpful staff and quality of service was definitely unparalleled to anything any other hotel I've stayed at could possibly offer. I came here for my birthday with my boyfriend and the room + service alone made the day perfect, alongside the restaurant and the location, which also complimented the evening. This is our new favourite hotel and we will definitely be returning.

Possibly the best apart hotel we have ever stayed in a fantastic location spotlessly clean and wonderful furnishings and we only had a urban visit, we will definitely return one day.

We moved into an apartment here in January 2020 and stayed until September. The staff were absolutely admirable in the way they dealt with the lockdown, which really helped us with having a very comfortable stay during the pandemic. Everyone was exceedingly lovely and helpful and patient with all our packages.
The apartment was a nice size and no one ever felt like we were on top of one another. There is ample space and storage and I thought it was a huge perk to have the washer and dryer in a dedicated laundry and pantry room. The location is great - lots of restaurants and bars on the north side of the river and the south side of the river and Borough Market is only a 15-minute walk away. All amenities provided were of high quality.
We were incredibly lucky to be able to stay there for as long as we did. Thank you everyone for making our stay so comfortable and nice. Crystal & James, 6C.

The only place I stay when in London....superb views.... immaculate rooms

We stayed at Cheval Three Quays for a little over a month while we searched for a flat nearby. The staff were incredibly helpful and the cleaning service was on par with other hotels/extended stays. I don't think you can beat the location, as it's quite close to half a dozen Tube lines and various tourist sites. The rooms were nice while the kitchenette was incredibly small (but did its job). My only complaint is the lack of firm pillows, you had to stack 3 of them together to have anything would provide any head/neck support.
I would highly recommend this to others, especially if they're here for an extended period of time.

The best hotel I've stayed in and the staff are so helpful they upgraded us to a 2 bedroom luxury river view with 2 balconies overlooking the Tower Bridge and River Thames. The cleanliness was impeccable and they left complementary breakfast items, coffee pods, shortbread, mixed nuts, fruit and toiletries. Wifi use, smart TV in lounge and 2 bedrooms. Washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, iron with all the amenities needed. I Would recommend this hotel to anyone I only wish I could stay longer!

Where do I start? Everything was fabulous location property and staff. I was planning a proposal so I needed a nice room with an amazing view and cheval three quays delivered on this. Thanks to aliya who assisted with getting the correct room booked. Thanks to Piotr/Peter who helped with finding a room on a high floor 7p was amazing and also going above and beyond to find a Bluetooth speaker to make the proposal extra special. Thanks to Kestas who helped with bringing the balloons and large box up to the room while I parked the car and also for finding batteries for the “marry me” sign as it would of been incomplete with no light and no time to spare. Thanks to kasia who assisted with stationary and always smiling. Housekeeping done an amazing job with the petals on the bed and swans also and very prompt when sending things to room and the telephone operator lady was also helpful. If I could give 6 stars I would thank you all and I will be back soon and most importantly she said yes! :D Thank you!

Very nice hotel with great rooms and amenities. Staff is very friendly and helpful. In good walking distance to restaurants. Also very convenient to London transportation to be able to get around. Pricey but having a full kitchen helps saving money. Enjoyed our stay here and would return again.

Loved it! Modern. Lovely decor. Wonderful shower. At check in the apartment wasn’t ready but I was given access to the courtesy suite and was able to have a lovely shower. Apartment was ready quite soon after. All the staff are wonderful. Very attentive. And free nespresso pods and as much milk as anyone could need!

Stayed here for more than a month. Very much enjoyed my time here. Service was exceptional, all the staffs were very friendly and helpful whenever I need something or have an issue. The room itself is very clean and modern, has all the amenities you would need.

Unfortunately 1 staff member (didn't get name but bald gentleman on check in) was quite rude to myself and my daughter at first
All other staff friendly enough
Apartments clean and cleaner do a good job daily
Amazing views of Tower Bridge, shard, hms Belfast, Tower of London etc.
Lots of places to eat out and visit

5 star. Have stayed here twice through July/August, just had to extend my current stay and even through this summer season with max occupancy, they extended my stay in the same room. Brilliant apartments with all amenities and superbly clean. Best location in London for business or leisure. This is my new found place of choice in London.

The staff at the front desk was absolutely amazing (Alex and those guys). The rooms were incredible. Location was great, 5 minutes walking distance from the train station. If I were to visit london again this is the place to stay. Highly recommended.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views of the Tower of London, Tower Bridge, the Shard,... While centrally located right on the Thames, between Tower Bridge and London Bridge with lots to do, see, and eat right around the corner, it was a relaxing getaway at the same time. The staff were great; very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The residency was fully equipped with everything needed for short and long stays. We definitely recommend this place and will be back. Our stay was magical. I couldn’t get over the views at night and in the early morning watching the sun rise over Tower Bridge from our balcony.

The hotel is awesome, really nice staff and definitely will stay in this hotel next time. My reservation got cancelled without notice coz my credit card was denied. (I was going to pay for it with another card.) When I arrived at the hotel, I was nervous to hear about it and don't know what to do. The staff, especially the manager, are really helpful and incredibly nice. They managed to arrange the exact room I booked for us and totally made my day. The room is awesome with great view, clean, modern, and full equipped. My family enjoyed every minutes there.

Great rooms and service!
Nice location, easy access to the rest of London via public transport. I would say parking was slightly an issue only due to congestion charge that the mayor has unnecessarily increased over the weekends.
M. D.
Fantastic hotel! The staff were very polite and friendly, they were waiting for us when we arrived very late at night to take our bags!! The 2 bedroom apartment we had on the 2nd floor was large and spotless! The apartment had a large en-suite bathroom, large lounge area and good sized kitchen space with integrated dishwasher and to top it all off, beautiful views of Tower Bridge and The Shard. I'd thoroughly recommend!

This place is phenomenal. You couldn’t book a better view of London. If you book the Cheval Three Quays River View apartment, your spouse will think (as I do my wife) that you are the ultimate travel-planning genius.
I am still reeling from - and basking in - the enjoyment of that perfect apartment. Fin.

We stayed in the appt with 2 beds and kitchen. It was beautiful. Was there for one night and it worth it. The view was lovely and it was spacious clean and very contemporary. Will definitely stay again. The staff were super helpful

I wish I lived in this fabulous residence. All of the staff members were professional and kind, special thanks to the lady(kasha?)in reception welcomed and showed our room when checked in. There's no need to go to The Shad or Sky garden for the view while staying in Cheval Three Quays. Me and my parents were really happy with speechless view and the luxurious furnished rooms and services. Thank you for giving my family a great memory of London!
A. J.
Fantastic client service. The whole place screams elegance. It is a block of serviced apartments and they mean business. Fresh towels, linen, bathrobes...Hermes toiletries. Views of the Thames from the living room and bedroom. The welcome fruit basket was superb and the fridge was stocked. Nespresso machine, washer-dryer. They go above and beyond to make you comfortable. Superb location. Will definitely be back!

Nice apartments with stunning views and balconies, I love to have some outdoor space. The services are good and the location is perfect. I will stay again anytime.

This is an exceptional hotel! Our room had a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and full fridge plus dishes and pots and pans. This enabled us to save money on breakfast and pack lighter. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and very helpful. The housekeeping crew was equually excellent. Although the pricetag may look higher, you truly get a value given the location right next to the Tower of London, the Tower Water Bus, and the Tower Tube stop. Several solid pubs very nearby as well. This place is surely the sort of place to which you return again and again.

I lived here for 8 months when I first moved to London and I cannot rave about this place more. Everything was lovely. The staff is incredible and very welcoming. House keeping went above and beyond. By the end of my stay I was sad to leave. It really felt like home here. I must mention the reservation staff and Ahmed they were an absolute delight and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you again and I'll be sure to pop in when ever I'm in the area.

AMAZING HOTEL
We come to London a lot as a family. We always choose to stay here! The staff are friendly and helpful, not once have they been rude! The rooms are spectacular, not to mention the views of the Tower and the Thames and the Shard and the Tower Bridge!
WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND

After reading the highly positive ratings, we booked an apartment here for our brief stay in London and everything was absolutely fantastic. The apartment rooms are so functional and well positioned to everything. We are already planning to return in the summer to make the most of the balcony and that phenomenal view.

I've stayed here multiple times and I for sure can say probably my favorite hotel in the world. The rooms are amazing and it's only trumped by the service. Attentive and never overbearing, the staff will be there if you ever need them and never if you don't. The location is amazing, the amenities are great. My wife and I can say this is the hotel to compare all else to.

My partner and I spent around a month and a half here as part of our corporate relocation to the UK. I can’t stress enough how amazing the staff is here. Everyone was always asking how we were doing and if anything was needed. They all were very lovely with our dog as well. And the location and room was fantastic!

Super swish apartments. Great location and views

Great location, parking directly across which only cost 6 pound for the weekend. Great views, immaculate rooms. Rooms are well equipped with every thing you need. Perfect to relax, apparment suit all needs from professional to family. Will 100 percent stop here next time I am in London.

Great hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean, comfortable and spacious. Huge, comfortable King sized bed in the bedroom. Kitchen had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

It’s absolutely centrally located. Tower bridge is 2 - 3 mins walk away and you can see it from your balcony. I stayed in a suite with 2 bedrooms. It had a good kitchen, adequate bathroom size. I think the living are could have been bigger and the couch could be a little more comfortable. Overall a good place to stay if you work close by.

My wife and I were extremely satisfied with our stay at this property. All with a stylish and relaxing decor. We looked out onto HMS Belfast it was good to watch the world go by on the river. We had views of the Thames and the Tower Bridge which was an awesome sight when lit up at night.
A.
Great place to stay. Clean and tidy. Expensive but worth it. I am in a nice big bed relaxing after a busy day exploring London on my 40th birthday. There are two TVs and a great shower and it's very quiet. Couldn't ask for more.

Wonderful stay in a brilliant hotel with a prime location. The staff are extremely friendly and polite and the apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped. The complimemtary touches were also lovely.
J. M. C.
We have stayed there on business and with the family many times. The apartments are spotless and the view on the Thames and Tower Bridge is fabulous (not all the rooms have river view). Close to the city, but roadworks are making access by car from the west end a nightmare. Good service, responsive and friendly, well equipped kitchen. Can be noisy on the lower floors as many noisy tourists around so favour the higher floors.

Luxurious apartments next to the Tower of London, great concierge and management team! From the way we were welcomed, to the way the apartment was decorated to celebrate our wedding anniversary, they have gone that extra mile to make us feel special.
A great experience!

First time staying here (21/8) - Greeted by friendly staff all weekend - Will be booking again soon - Thanks Phil

Lovely place! Nice environment with convenient location. Restaurant downstairs are good with reasonable price. I lived here for seven days. Nice and friendly staff. Very suitable for family trip.

My Family and I had a great vacation mostly because we could rest well after our day sightseeing and spend Family time with much comfort. Service was great for our Anniversary. The staff, from front of house to domestic staff were all good people with excellent skills in greeting and responding to guests.

We have stayed here 7 times. It has always been faultlessly amazing. The best place to stay in London.
But now Coppa have their outdoor igloos out the front, it sounds very rough and rowdy.
It would put me off staying here ever again.
Z. Y. G.
Wonderful view of the river and the bridge. Pleasant living experience. Very friendly and nice staff.
Takes only minutes to Tower Hill station and right beside the Tower of London.
However the traffic is terribly bad at certain time of the day. Suggest to take Underground instead of cab if you're coming from the airport.
C. H.
Fantastic apartments, brilliant location near tower bridge on the Thames. Bar downstairs is fantastic (pictures from apartment and bar). Only downside is limited restaurants near by later in the evening or for breakfast. Definitely will be staying again

The penthouse suite on the 9th floor of these luxury serviced apartments is not an expensive treat or experience but a complete change of life that goes with a very healthy bank balance or Lottery win. It has to be worth every penny, dollar or AED , name you currency. With three double bedrooms all with en-suite - the master suite includes a bath and TV screen to relax the body and mind after a hectic shopping trip to Harrods & Cartier. Coupled with a fully fitted kitchen that a small hotel would be proud of, a magnificent spacious lounge/ dining room opening onto a superb external balcony. Take in the panorama view whilst entertaining invited guests what more could you ask for.

Wow - wow - wow!!! The staff are SO nice! We got a happy honeymoon card upon arrival - hand written no less! This is such a central spot we barely even used the underground. So picturesque- the bridge / tower rooms are a MUST! Will stay again!!

Upon entering the hotel lobby, I was pleasantly greeted by the staff, who took my luggage and put it on a cart which they later took up to our room. The staff was very friendly and upon checking in, they immediately took us up to our room on the eighth floor. I want to point out that the facility was recently built (2 years ago) so everything was spotless, and, just very pleasing to look at.
We were completely awed when we entered our hotel room, wait, I think a better name is apartment. I expected a regular studio hotel room but what we got was an astonishing fully functional apartment. There was everything, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine. Everything that your regular house has, the apartment has it. The living room was very spacious with a coffee table, couch and a TV. The kitchen was just as nice, it had everything you would need, from a microwave to a espresso machine to a spatula.
There were two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The master bedroom was equipped with a TV, alarm clock, large closets and a comfortable bed. The two bathrooms were very similar to each other, the only difference was that one had a bath and the other didn't. The bathrooms were very spacious. There was something about the shower knobs I really liked.... they were probably just very new. Yes, that's what it was. The smaller bedroom
had two small twin size beds. The closets were smaller than in the master bedroom, there was no alarm clock, but there was a TV. I should point out that the bed sheets were very comfortable, and I loved the pillows.
Okay, the hotel is great, but how easy is it to get around London and go sightseeing from the hotel? It's easy, just step outside. The Tower of London is right across the street and it has many interesting exhibits. I would talk more about it, but that's for you to discover. The Tower Bridge is also a short walk away, on which you can ascend to the very top. Across the Thames is the HMS Belfast, a light cruiser that dates back to the Second World War. It is an amazing way to learn about the life of a mariner through all the great exhibits on the ship. I should point out that the Belfast isn't for everyone, my mother for example hated the stench inside the ship.
The Tower of London and the Tower Bridge won't be enough though. The London Underground is a short walk away. You can take it to many great places like the Westminster Abbey.
Overall, the experience was great and our stay at Cheval Three Quays was astounding.
P.S. Quays is pronounced like "keys", not "kways".
M. B.
This place is worth every penny you will pay to stay here. Luxurious and classy. Attentive and helpful staff, and the location is second to none. A Thames boat terminal at your doorstep. The Tower of London right next door and plenty of other historical options nearby. A train and a tube will get you from Heathrow to Tower Hill in no time with a 200m walk to the apartments. The only bad thing about my whole stay, was that I didn't want to leave. An absolute pleasure and a privilege to stay at Cheval Three Quays London.

Loved this place . Self catering apartment was very clean and tidy. Contempary decorated Next to river Thames and the tower of london.staff very helpful and put us at ease as not used to going 5star. Would love to go back some day

I booked 3 bedrooms apartment, it was spacious, very clean with a beautiful view of London bridge , I found a pleasant complementary in the kitchen😋.The only thing I didn’t like it the check out time at 11:00 am .
Overall I recommended 👍🏻
R. Z.
The room had an amazing view of the London Bridge. The living room area was spacious and the bedrooms were comfortable. This is definitely a great place if you're traveling in a group or with family.
M. C.
I only stayed here 1 night, but I ll be staying again! The hotel is right beside the river with amazing views, it's a great piece of luxury with very spacious apartments and attentive and helpful but not intrusive staff.
J. C.
Lovely apartment with almost everything you need. Oven gloves, toothbrushes and toothpaste would have been nice. Otherwise, really impressed with how well stocked the apartment was. The welcome basket and pint of milk were appreciated.
