We thoroughly enjoyed our night at this hotel. We had an event at the Tower of London one and this hotel was very convenient with a short walk to the entrance.
The hotel has wonderful art and uniqueness. The staff is very nice. Great bar in the 7th floor with an outdoor balcony with a gorgeous view of the tower.
We loved our room overlooking the Tower. Make sure to book this view!! Our room was “pod-like” and we loved it. You don’t have much room but we are used to that.
If you have two people in the room, you need to ensure at least one is flexible enough to climb across the other in bed at night if needed.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
The room has motorized blinds (both blackout and translucent). You can use the interactive pad to change the ambience and colors in the room. It was great.
The breakfast at the hotel was very good as well.
We would definitely stay here again.

I was a few times here and I recommend this hotel for young couples, business trips, working nomads. It’s a very modern, clean hotel, with well-appointed rooms, great amenities and friendly staff, good location (Tower of London)
The rooms are smart, great enhancement to the guest experience.
The roof-top bar has great views across the Tower of London and towards Tower Bridge and the Shard.

Fantastic views! Lovely modern hotel. Only issues were with flashing light on bedroom ceiling and the noise from the vehicles was quite a nusance...but the view did make up for it. Awesome cocktails too and great service.

This hotel was really enjoyable. The location is perfect. The decor throughout the hotel is very cool. The rooms were very quirky. Mood lighting in the bathroom and the bed was huge with a great selection of films on the TV. The roof bar is nicely designed with comfortable sofas and chairs. The highlight of this hotel is the comfortable rooms.

Our stay here was excellent. Staff were very accommodating and allowed for a specific room booking after an initial visit, as we wanted a particular view. The bar staff were warm, friendly and conversational on top of being incredibly helpful.
The rooms are great; huge, comfy beds with lighting, temperature and electronic blind controls, which meant we could relax from the comfort of our bed without moving a muscle.
The Tower of London hotel is situated really close to just about everything; cabs had easy access to roads and we were immediately next to tube and National Rail stations, so getting about was ridiculously easy.
The view from the hotel, as previously mentioned, was excellent. As well as a good view of Trinity Square and the Tower of London, we also had a view of the Shard, Sky Garden, and the rest of Fenchurch street.
Overall, would highly, highly recommend to anyone over the Four Seasons (that is right next to CitizenM); you get a better view and will have more money to spend on enjoying London.

Stayed here about a month ago. Nice decor, a good quality for a cheap price in a good location (great view of Tower of London). Check in was simple and automated which I liked. Small room but nice presentation and view. The in room iPad didn’t work so we had troubles watching the tele and staff were unhelpful so we had to use the live chat via the citizen m app which took around an hour. There was also a funky smell coming from the sink in the room. When we were leaving we left our bags in the luggage room, on returning the staff could not find our bags (someone had put the incorrect tag on our bag), we ended up going in the room and locating the bag ourselves. We didn’t even know there was a bar on the top floor until we left which is a shame, it could have been better signposted/ advertised etc
I’d say it’s a good value for the price but there are a few areas which could be a bit improved

Very cute hotel. I topped up extra to get a room with a good view of the Tower of London. The room itself comes with basic amenities, nothing fancy, but the bed is very comfortable. It's super convenient to be able to control the lights and aircon through the citizenM app.

Lovely stay, huge bed! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. I would like to say a personal thank you to Julia at reception, she is a credit to your hotel. She sorted me out extra pillows (pregnancy request!) to make the stay more comfortable for me and was lovely to chat to in the morning. The bar staff were also brilliant. Will definitely return.

5 star by far! Absolutely loved it, my 8 year old son loves the shard and the skyline etc and we had the most amazing view from our beautiful room which was very comfortable, the staff were very kind and lovely, will definately be returning, thankyou :)

I do like this place, it does come across like the international hotels of knocking shops. I mean just look in the room and see what you get a bed that takes up over 50% of the bedroom space. I can't complain though I had a banging view of Tower Bridge and the Tower of London.

Booked an overnight stay on a Sunday to enjoy a Matinee at the Theatre Royal and it was an amazing stay.
We arrived and checked-in seamlessly using the sled check-in and headed up to our room. We paid a little extra for a Tower view (down as City Lights view on the website) and it was SO worth it. The room was small, but clean and they’ve made such good use of the space. The view was INCREDIBLE (added pictures).
We used LoungeM, the bar on the rooftop and service was a little slow but it was a nice relaxing hour before we left to get ready for the show. The cocktails are quite good, too (added picture).
As the hotel is above Tower Bridge tube station it’s so well positioned to get anywhere in London. There are a few people around later at night asking for money/food etc. but it didn’t feel unsafe as it’s such a short walk to the hotel door.
We packed up the next day, used the self check-out option and we were al sorted! A lovely person offered to store our bags for us and they were really kind and helpful.
Such a bargain hotel and absolutely will return!
S. B.
Quite spacious for a 'pod' hotel.
Good value for where it is, but wife nearly fainted at the price for her birthday in May!
Will go again, but only off season.

Really enjoined staying at the hotel foe many times. Lately Though I
am noticing that they are cutting down on services. Notably the media library of movies has been removed, same applies to free water in room.

The CitizenM concept is great and almost identical in each of its hotels. I was able to check in/out and manage my stay entirely through the app. Rooms are compact but well equipped and come with a huge bed; I even had great views of the Thames and Tower Bridge. I could control everything with my phone or with the mini tablet in the room. Best night's sleep in a long time. My only complaint would be that the room was a little tired in places and could have been cleaner (strain on blind and fan, dusty shelves/vents). Staff were fantastic and their whole approach made me feel welcome and at home. Perfectly located next to Tower Hill tube station and a short walk from Tower Bridge itself. Nice, small shop selling drinks/snacks as well as a cafe/bar.

A very unique Roof Terrace Bar on the 7th floor of the Citizen M Hotel by Tower Hill Station.
The bar is spread over two floors with two bars on the lower floor along with well designed seating areas. The floor to ceiling windows offer an excellent view of the London Skyline and especially the Shard, Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. The lower bar area is "L" shaped and the floor to ceiling windows offer access to the roof terrace.
The design and decor is "Contemporary and Quirky" with a number of Pop Art pieces.
They have an upper mezzanine area which is designed as a Library with a large number of books, art pieces and 70/80s memorabilia. There are 3/4 separate areas in the mezzanine designed as reading rooms with comfortable seating which offer privacy.
The whole concept is very well presented and offers a very unique experience.
The bar staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient.
Special mention to Luca, Luka and Hadan who gave us great service.
The drinks menu offers Cocktails, Wine, Champagne and a host of Spirits.
The low level music also added to the overall ambiance.
Certainly recommended as a place to take friends or a date for a drink at a unique location and to enjoy the London skyline.
A. N.
Loved it. Visited the city on a work trip and this was the ideal room for the night.
Huge bed, really modern rooms and use of technology to personalise the experience.
E. U.
Staff is very friendly and helpful, CitizenM however should spend more attention to their rooms.
The air conditioning in the rooms is not that good so the rooms smell a bit musty, even before stay. Conceptand idea of these kind of rooms is nice but the execution can be a lot better considering the money you pay…
J. M.
A very modern, clean hotel, with well-appointed rooms, great amenities and friendly staff.
All key room controls are centralised to an ipad and the system works really well. It's intuitive, responsive and reliable; A great enhancement to the guest experience. Hearing / AC / ventilation is great and there are plenty of sockets around the room.
Rooms contain everything that you need and nothing that you don't, in a clean, practical package which is often well-priced.
The roof-top bar has great views across the Tower of London and towards Tower Bridge and the Shard. Drink prices are reasonable and the bar staff are great.
Room 644 had views towards the Shard which was especially stunning at night.
Amex accepted 💳 ✅

The room is very neat and tidy. And they have used the space really well. The view that I had was truly amazing looking over the tower of London. The only disappointing thing was that there were lots of dust within the room and no kettle for a British cup of tea.. I would need to get changed and head downstairs to the cafe which is too much effort on a Sunday morning. I would stay here again but bring a kettle with me! :P
S. L.
Perfect place for a short stay in London. Central location. The rooftop bar is excellent. However, the room was very dusty. My partner suffered a lot because of this. Not recommended for people with dust allergy.
M. L.
Friendly staff. iPad controls for the room were not a time-saver and felt gimmicky: voice control or having the app on one’s own phone would have been more practical. Pillows were a little deflated. Room service, or at least some treats in the room, would have been a nice touch.
Paid well over £200 per night during my stay so I have to say the value for money was questionable.
Y.
Great trendy Hotel positioned conveniently right next to Tower Hill train station (exit station and turn right... look right... I nearly missed it)also faces Tower of London and the river Thames. Free WiFi, great seating areas for the occasional meetings
J. B.
Great place to chill out and relax 😌. Enjoy the ample seating areas in this Hotel. Very accessible to Tower Bridge and Tower Hill Station is also nearby.
B. C.
Fantastic Location and Spectacular Views. Not very busy and which makes it even more desirable. Splendid selection of cocktails. One of my special spots in London.

Perfection doesn't just happen by chance.
I stayed in CitizenM Tower Hill for 3 nights and I simply loved every moment spent in it. As I am a regular CitizenM's customer (I had already been to their hotels in New York, Kuala Lumpur, Amsterdam and Geneva) I knew what to expect, and I was not disappointed!
The hotel is beautifully designed and every detail is taken care of. The huge bed is just amazing and rooms are always clean with everything working as it should.
This specific CitizenM also has a beautiful rooftop bar which sadly closes at 11pm. However, canteenM located on the ground floor is open 24/7.
I normally don't interact with many staff members because the hotel is incredibly user friendly and easy to navigate but on this occasion I did, and I'm happy to report that every interaction has been positive, smooth and efficient. Staff members are always friendly and happy to help, no matter what the query is about.
I cannot recommend CitizenM highly enough and I will definitely explore more of their hotels in the near future, this time perhaps across the ocean!

Absolutely amazing!
My wife and I stumbled across this hotel as a last minute booking after a horrific experience at another hotel. We were stressed and tired when we arrived, but lovely Ludovica greeted us and took the time to listen and make us feel at home, she even ensured that out room had a beautiful view! Once we were settled, we decided to pop to the quirky but very cool bar for a drink. There, Chao, who was very knowledgeable about the drinks on offer, was a great help and was friendly and attentive (I have to recommend 'Two Tribes' if you enjoy a pint......delicious!).
Our room was wonderful (and spotlessly clean), with some very unexpected, but lovely touches. A HUGE, comfortable bed, free movies on the flat screen TV, various mood/lighting settings (controlled with an I-Pad), a fab little bathroom area and the best smelling shower gel/shampoo that I have ever had in a hotel before (so much so that we bought some before our departure!).
We were very sad to be leaving today, but, as keen theatre go-ers and after many years of staying in London, we have finally found 'our hotel' and will return very, very soon!!
All the staff we encountered were brilliant, but again, we'd like to say a huge thank you to both Ludo and Chao for making our impromptu stay such a memorable and happy one! ❤️
We will see you soon folks!
Jamie & Clair ☺️

Can not fault this hotel one bit, our stay was a lovely haven away from the busy city. The view from the bedroom was mesmerising, having such a beautiful backdrop, comfy bed and pillows made it feel like home away from home
S. A.
Small rooms, but wonderful environment. Funny and modern vibe, excelent and friendly staff. Good breakfast
S. L.
Nice tiny rooms with breathtaking views terrace and a super mixologist bar.
Drinks are outstanding this place is right over the Tube station stop
C. M.
Fantastic hotel, most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in, fabulous staff, great rooftop bar, wonderful breakfast and woke up to a view of the river, the Shard, the Tower and Tower Bridge, would give it 6 stars
L. B.
Utility first hotel, some of the gimmicks didn't do it for me but all in all a great hotel in an epic location. The hotel staff were awesome and friendly!
P. F.
We would like to thank the exceptional kindness and service from the front desk this evening, although we were not even guests. They showed real compassion and helped out without hesitation, a mark of a truly exceptional business. We will definitely be booking a room for a couple of nights in the near future even though we only live a short distance away if this is the sort of service that the hotel delivers! Thank you so much. We hope to see you soon.

Lovely n clean. Great rooms. The staff were very friendly. We definitely going there again. Breakfast was good but not happy with the evening meal. Try it once but not again. Eat out in the evening. But everything else was pretty good.
R. K.
Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Booked two rooms as it was a birthday treat for my daughter. We had perfect rooms, clean and comfy with the most amazing view. Every member of staff were just so helpful and friendly - they even left a little birthday card for my daughter which was so nice. The rooftop bar was so lovely and relaxing and I want to mention in particular one member of staff, called Sorin who just couldn't do enough to make us feel welcome. Big thanks to Sorin and all his colleagues for all that they done to make us welcome it was very much appreciated. We will definitely be returning.
R. A.
highly recommend! best location 5 meters apart from the underground station. room and hotel as always in a citizenM very nice
J. B.
Terry and Luca were both amazing and the coffee is 10/10 would definitely recommend this place
J.
Pay the small extra charge for the view, you will not regret it. Genuinely the best view from a hotel I've ever had. The place was clean and tidy and super friendly. The rooftop terrace was lovely in the evenings. Will definitely be returning!

Secret bar spot 😎. Dive out of Tower Hill tube station for a quick drink in their rooftop bar, and you’ll get some epic views of the area. Don’t tell anyone…..

Myself and my partner had a two night break midweek, Wednesday till Friday. The rooms are compact admittedly but very modern and have everything you need and the space is very well though out, beds a HUGE and extremely comfortable, everything controlled via a tablet and the coloured lights in shower add an unusual and ambient touch!..TV is controlled through tablet too but there is a great selection of movies offered too and all free of charge 👌🏻 breakfast was lovely, good quality and lots of choice and all staff were attentive and friendly ., we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again 🤗

Our favourite place to stay whilst in London. The staff are amazing and the vibe is perfect for chilling out, away from the business of London. The hotel has a perfect balance of luxury yet casual and doesn’t have the pretentious feel of other similarly priced hotels. The views of Tower Bridge and the Shard from the bedroom are second to none 👌🏼don’t worry about the size of the room, it is all you need. Controlling everything via the iPad is awesome too.
E. H.
Nice and modern, rooms a little on the small side but bed was huge and ultra comfy! Staff really lovely and helpful! Perfect location, close to the tube station.
R. V.
I went to the bar. Lovely bar. Good furnishing. Good music

This hotel and the STAFF!! Oh My God !!!
I was always in LOVE with London but the hotel and their staff made it better, I can't say enough but each and every staff member from the front desk employees to the manager and so on are so warm and personal in taking care of the guest.
I had my phone stolen and when I came back to the hotel after the mishap they were all so comforting and there for me and I really appreciate that as I was totally devastated. Some of the staff members I can remember were Juhi, Mattew and Navin, I wish I could remember more names but everyone was so welcoming and amazing. I will definitely recommend this hotel to each and every person going to London, I know I will definitely be back with my friends and family again :)
J. E.
Good place to stay but not a lot is included with room so price is deceptive
J. C.
Had a brilliant stay at the CitizenM after having to check out early from the awful Travelodge around the corner. Cracking view of the tower of London, comfortable bed, all room features controlled by an iPad - pretty swish, rainfall shower and a beautiful roof terrace bar. Would recommend.
C. R.
Awesome hotel. Staff super helpful, great ambience, cool vibe. rooms are smart comfortable and you must get the Tower of London view! Already booked my second visit and cant wait!
L. P.
Always use citizenm in London and Amsterdam. The bar they have are always good. The rooms are all you can ask for (clean , good facilities, comfy beds, good tv) always good service at tower hill too
G. B.
First time staying at Citizen M. I can’t fault the place. Staff are all excellent, the hotel is very clean and In a great location next to the Tower of London. The hotel has a very funky feel to it and the decor has been really well done. I would definitely stay here again.
H. F.
Fantastic and friendly staff, lovely and clean room with a brilliant view over the Tower of London as well as the Shard, quiet and friendly atmosphere throughout the hotel and one thoughtful member of staff (a ver lovely Addie) even went so far as to leave a happy anniversary card on our room door whilst we were out for the day. I am currently writing this whilst having breakfast in the Watch House which Addie also recommended, will definitely be returning here soon because it genuinely is a wonderful hotel.
G. L.
Perfectly designed rooms, stylish, nice city view. Great staff!
j. c.
From the website i booked this hotel it says views from every room. First roomi was given i was looking at a brick wall and the second i was put looking at the courtyard which is totally untrue as i was on the 7th floor so u are opposite the bar area and with the blinds raised everyone can see into your room. I did complain and the management did give us a complimentary drink, which was very nice but has put me off a bit.
This is a very high tec hotel. So u can only get to floors 1-6 by using your room card. The room is controlled mostly by an ipad which is fun.
The 2 massive flaws in the rooms are the beds are shoved against the window so the person sleeping that side has to crawl over the other person to get to the toliet etc. The other flaw is the sink is in the main bedroom. The door to the toilet opens straight into the person at the sink.
The breakfast was okay. £12.50 per head. You get 1 cup of tea or coffee and 1 carton of juice. Some bacon, a small omelette thing, a pastry, bread and croissant. 1 bit of cheese, jam and a bit of choc spread.
The upside is the rooftop bar. Really nice views.
The other upside is its right next to towerhill tube station.
S. M. T.
Quirky interior, friendly service, clean and comfortable rooms and convenient location. Would definitely recommend.
Accessible rooms are also available which are equipped with a larger bathroom, accessible fittings and call buttons.
P. W.
Wonderful hotel, very clean, staff couldn't be more helpful. Nice relaxing roof garden.will definitely stay there again.
C. R.
Only popped in for a coffee today and not staying at the hotel.
Staff here are amazing, so friendly and professional.
The seating area is a lovely area. Chock full of art and very comfortable sofas and chairs.
The cakes and coffee is great too!
A lovely place that I've visited often that I would highly recommend.
r. i. r.
The place just grows in you.
iPad controls everything in you room.
Also I want to thank chow for giving us such a warm welcome.
G. K.
Lovely bar/ breakfast area. Nice room, amazing view. Shower was great. Bed was big but is walled on three sides not too accessible for the less flexible/older of us. Also there is no coffee in the room. Well situated we will definitely use again.
K. M.
Staff were helpful and friendly, room was clean and comfy. Bed was big and we slept soundly. Highly recommended 👌
N. N.
Beautiful room and nice rooftop, Very friendly staff, his name was Luka and his customer service was amazing, thanks citizenM!
I. F.
Great overnight stay with amazing view of the Tower and Staff really friendly and helpful on arrival. Bed comfortable with a good shower. Like the idea of controlling room with your own device or from the iPad in the room.
Good selection of films to watch was a nice bonus.
Downside, the connectivity wasn’t the greatest as had few issues syncing my iPhone to the rooms functions. Not enough to remove a star.
Great value for money considering the location. Will look to stay with them in different locations.
m. w.
This hotel is amazing, a fantastic location next to the tower of london, and right next to Tower Hill tube. Lovely friendly staff and a great roof top bar with spectacular views. I would really recommend this hotel
J. P.
Amazing staff....friendly, attentive and really made our stay fabulous.
Spotlessly clean, really well equipped room...in fact the whole hotel was the same.
Located right next to the tube and we had THE most incredible view of the Tower of London and surrounding area from our high up room.
We will definitely be returning after lockdown for another weekend stay.
H. E.
Easy to find. Good place for business and private meetings. Tea /coffee and clean washroom facilities available.
G. C.
Wonderful view of the London Tower from our room. Super clean and modern. Staff was super friendly, but the check in and out was effortless. Literally 5 steps from the station which was super nice, and only a 10 minute walk to visit the London Bridge. Great spot to see the sights from!
J. Z.
A great hotel with a fantastic bar and patio on the seventh floor and the location could not be closer to The London Tower, Tower Bridge or Tower Hill tube station.
This hotel is uniquely decorated and the rooms vary modern. Each room is equipped with an iPad to operate window coverings, lighting options and entertainment.
This is a great hotel with a great location. It does not disappoint.
R. M.
Nice hotel. Great views of the tower of London. Rooms were very nice. Everything in room works of a iPad. If I had to find a problem it would be the breakfast.
Not a lot of choice from hot menu. No beans or tomatoes. Just sausage, bacon with a boiled egg.
A bit poor, was looking forward to my breakfast and that just killed it.
A. R.
Good customer service, good location,
Clean and tidy too.
And facilite,s avalabile seating area , taxi service and view out side.
R. H.
A lovely birthday stay!
The Tower of London rooms were definitely worth the additional costs with stunning views of tower bridge/the shard and the Tower of London.
We loved our in room entertainment and our comfortable stay was only made better by the amazing staff they had on site. We even booked an extra night here to really utilise it all!
With everything going on, it’s easy to lose the touch when it comes to customer service, but citizenM staff proved this wrong. We can only thank you for being so hospitable towards us over the last few nights. Big thank you to Cleo and Ollie for their generosity, hospitality and kind gesture for my partners birthday. We will definitely be returning, and consider citizenM our go to hotels for future travels x
I. P.
Superb location (which is reflected by the room price) and stunning views of the London skyline from the rooftop bar. Self check in and check out is fast and seamless. Breakfast was also very nice. The room was spotless - the styling is "unique" and not really to my taste, it's just a bit too on the uber modern edgy side for my taste but that is subjective. Overall a good hotel with very helpful staff in an excellent location.
a. t.
Always love staying here. Get a room with a view! Best at night
J. v. d. V.
Wonderful hotel. Rooms are cosy, really clean and modern. Prices are pretty steep, but it doesn't surprise me, as it is a place near the Tower Bridge.
Love the self service check-in: it also gave the possibility to choose a room to your liking at check-in, based on their respective availability. One thing to note: there's a so called rooftop bar, which isn't actually on the rooftop. Prices are really, really steep in the bar. Did enjoy the view and the staff is really helpful.
Enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would come back if I could.
A. T.
Not stayed here but it’s a great spot if you want to catch up and chill out, has a nice rooftop bar and view!
C. D.
For the price you pay its nothing special rooms small no tea or coffee in room
J. M. o. D.
It's probably a better hotel for younger people but not so much for people older than 45. The rooms as very basic. Clean to the point of sterile. Not enough room to keep your bag open. With two people, and the sink outside the bathroom, things get really tight. Nicely located though.
L. G.
Locality superb for all attractions. Had a room looking at the Tower of London never shut the blinds as couldn't stop looking at this awesome view. Staff were so helpful friendly and made our stay perfection. Cannot wait to come back
i. A.
Amazing experience, great location super functional room.
Loved the shower and the lighting!
The view from the room it was a dream, waking up close tonthe tower of london it's been great.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Very nice I'll definitely be back.
Also very affordable price
C. D.
Hotel nice and clean, rooftop bar was real nice, great views over tower of london but the best bit was the service the staff was so helpfull and took time to talk and help couldnt do enough for us
J. D.
Catherine at the Tower Hill Hotel was so incredibly helpful. I was a little lost, she helped me, was super friendly and polite, even reccomend a beer for me which was also excellent. I will be back for sure just because of her customer service
M. L.
Great room! No millions of cushions and pillows in the room. No tea and coffee makers. The best room I have ever stayed in. Simple and everything is so handy! Girls at the reception so helpful (have changed my reservation).
The only issue for me: they do not accept Diners Club credit cards (pls do something about that!)
N. S.
Amazing hotel located very conveniently above the subway stop and right in front of/adjacent to Tower of London and London bridge. Staff are incredibly friendly. Bar serves good dessert and cocktails. Rooms are a bit smaller but efficiently spaced. Decor is fabulous. Definitely a great hotel for a tourist/traveller visiting London for a few days!
E. M.
Cool, quirky hotel with a very modern aesthetic. Very well located. Rooms are small but very nice and with everything you need. They are also very quiet and spotlessly clean. If you're looking for a traditional hotel experience, this isn't for you but if you like something more high-tech and with more of a buzz about it, you'll love it.
V. A. L.
Hospitable staffs, and the room had a nice view.
W. R.
Great Location, Top notch staff, Control via the iPad & Mobile App makes things simple plus super easy check in. Staff ways happy to help and nothing was to much of an issue. Would more than happily stay again!
M. F.
Great hotel and lovely location and excellent bar on the 7th floor with views over the tower of London.. Only thing that lets it down is the breakfast
D. K.
The fancy approach to streamlining cost and processes but so far credible that the guest also benefits. Rooms are small and simple. Great location though (Walking distance to many sights and the banking district). Would come again on a business trip but not with partner and/or kids.
M. B.
Great Hotel! Perfectly located in a nice business area. Subway next to the hotel. Very friendly staff. Nice bar to drink a pint and eat a small bite. The room was good. Comfortable bed, big tv with nice movies and a good shower. I’ll be back.
J. R.
I stay here every time I come through London. The rooms are modern, unique and funky, and the staff is amazing! They go out of their way to make you feel at home and give the place a great vibe! Even better, they love to give little perks; drinks, snacks, etc. If you're lucky (and they like your Harry Potter/London tattoos), they'll even decorate your room as a surprise welcome!! Get a Tower Of London view room. You will NOT be disappointed!!

I haven't actually stayed here...yet - but absolutely had to jump on and leave a review after my encounter just now.
I arrived at CitizenM's doors desperate and cross legged. I'd just completed a loooooong drive due for a day of work in the city.
Everywhere around me was locked up, closed down...Covid-ly unavailable - except for a charming sliding door revealing a charming young lady "Addy" who asked if she could help me.
Yes, Addy - I certainly hope you can!
Seeing my wobbly plight and heeding to my pleading desperation and promises to sanitize wherever I needed to...she very kindly granted me access to their facilities.
Yelling my deepest grateful "thank you's" behind me, I stumbled into the restrooms to find my relief.
It was only here I realised this was a hotel.
I also recognised its quirky, no nonsense welcoming dulcet toned decor as a place I could happily see myself embracing at a more appropriate, less pressing time.
The clean, fun and personal signage spoke my kinda language.
Upon leaving, I asked Addy for her name and where I could find more info on this oasis I'd found myself within.
She kindly offered me a branded pen, a genuine smile (through eyes behind a mask of course) and wished me a good day.
I am sure to have one now, thanks to this gracious experience this morning.
5 stars! 🌟 ⭐ 🌟 ⭐ 🌟
At these very reasonable prices and great city location - I shall be back, CitizenM...I shall be back!
S. G.
My daughter and I stayed here for two nights as part of our trip to drop her at UEA in Norwich to study abroad. We absolutely loved it! This hotel was perfect...cool and "funky', but comfortable and ideally located. As two women alone, we felt safe and really appreciated the warm and welcoming staff. The room was "small' (no unused space) but perfectly suited for two people. The bed was super comfy - wow! The price was awesome too! We really loved our experience here and will definitely stay here again!
M. N.
Really comfy room and bed ! Nice view ! The way the bed is put right next to the window make you feel like in a super big room.
Only problem was the connexion in the room the iPad stoped working a few times.
V. S.
Comfortable large beds. 2 types of shampoo provided but no shower soap or conditioner. No slippers or robe but tissues, hand soap, easy to use tablet-driven room controls. Free selection of movies but no local TV which is a shame. I believe you could access more to watch if you download their app but I could not be bothered. Plug beside mirror does not suit hair-dryer and the plug that does fit is at the desk which is far away from the mirror which is a nuisance. Very interesting and stylish with unique merchandising. Very convenient location.

Thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend away staying at CitizenM. From when we first arrived until we checked out, the service was exemplary. The room, view, atmosphere, food and drinks were awesome. So easy to access all the sites and river clippers from the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.

Nice modern hotel in a great location for the City. Literally next to Tower Hill underground, this hotel has a relaxed vibe and pleasant staff. Both the food and the drinks menu are somewhat limited, but not terrible.
I liked the room I had, good quality shower, all the expected amenities, etc. The room felt a bit "pod" like, and I suspect it would be a little awkward for 2 people, but for a single person business trip it was actually ideal. Would happily stay again.

Upon checking in on the self service check-in computers, staff were right there assisting with any questions. The room was pretty cool, much like the lobby atmosphere. We loved the location! Right next to the tower of London and literally right on top of the tower tube. The lobby has a great coffee shop and lounge area. We decided to go out for breakfast, but the breakfast on sight looked pretty amazing. All in all, we had a wonderful stay.

I really like this place, and it's become one of my favourite haunts. The decor is a great blend of modern and older British styles with nods to the 60s and Brit-Art 90s. The staff are relaxed and professional. I love dropping in for coffees and catch ups with friends. A pleasure.

I'm torn on this review. While this hotel wasn't everything I could have wanted in a hotel, I can see where it's a great fit for some, especially business travelers.
Some things to expect...the rooms are small. It was hard for the two of us to move about in the room at the same time without being in each others way. But that also made us explore the city even when tired. There aren't very many amenities and don't expect to unpack for a long stay. The bed is nice and large and comfortable.
The most excellent part though is the café downstairs. Chao makes the best coffee! He's amazingly helpful and friendly and knows his regulars. Within a few days he had our order down and even mixed up the foam art on my mocha. He was fantastic.

Very modern and stylish. Rooms are small but are very well designed. Very impressed with the bar and staff too. Very attentive. Then meeting room had a gorgeous view of tower hill and the shard. Would definitely stay here again

True black out curtains, luxurious shower pod, a lobby space you can get really comfortable in and unprecedented attention to detail. Need I say more?
You won’t find a full service restaurant here, but they have fresh sandwiches and snacks available 24 hours a day.
They have created a grand living room lobby space that provides areas to work (with charging ports on tables), quiet spaces to read and social spaces for visiting. The fifth floor bar has an incredible outdoor walking deck with an unobstructed view of the Tower of London.
The attention to detail is so so clever, like the room key cards also double as luggage tags. I’m a fan!!!

Business hotel, clean well present good location for London if your looking for views and ease of access. Rooms big enough for basic needs and modern.

This hotel was fantastic! The room itself was a small, but I've been told to expect that in London. While a little cramped, the room itself was still really nice. I loved the smartroom features and the bed was very comfortable! The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and courteous to us during our stay (10 Days) and made our trip a memorable one. It's kind of pricey, but you get your money's worth from this place.

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this fabulous hotel. The hotel was extremely clean and the staff members were warm and welcoming. The location is perfect with easy access to the historic sites. This hotel is a real gem!

Absolutely fantastic hotel, love the smart rooms. The hotel is beautifully decorated and ultra modern. Was very pleasantly surprised by the cooked buffet style breakfast.
On the evening of our stay, we used the cocktail bar to order a couple of drinks after our night out to see a show. All staff were very friendly and approachable, but the three girls working behind the bar were great.
All in all a fantastic stay, beds are huge and very comfortable, will definitely use Citizen M again.
Thank you

Booked here for one night, breakfast and views of the Tower of London. By far the most modern hotel I have ever been to. The staff are delightful, the rooms are perfect. Having an iPad to control the mood lighting, TV, blinds and heating was very helpful. Highly recommend paying extra for the incredible views!

Currently the service is gone very poor it’s not the same service as before the pandemic that is sometimes not enough water to drink in the room as a supply

Cool place! Room we had was bit on the small side but we we're mostly out and about and the bed was big, comfortable (shared with my travel buddy). The layout of the space was a little odd, as our room had a circular "bathroom" right smack in the middle- the toilet and shower were only separated by an light curtain so everything was wet no matter what we did. Awesome lobby and bar to hang in, lovely roof bar with amazing view. Price is... a little higher than I'd prefer given the small room and lack of space, so "relaxation" ability was wanting there. Not bad if you're splitting with a travel buddy, but I'd not spend the money there on my own.

A fantastic hotel in an amazing location. We loved our stay here. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and helped with any issues we had. The bed was really comfy, and there is a good selection of films available.

Travelled for business, quirky modern hotel with mod cons all over the place, staff are courtious and very helpful. Breakfast is a solid 7/10 as the food is good quality but the variety minimal so staying for a week leaves the breakfast a little lacking. Rooms are very comfortable and suitable for a professional base, or a visitor to the city that just needs a comfortable and homely place to rest after a long day or night.

Really cool hotel. Comfortable room & lovely bed. Breakfast was perfect - lots of choice. Really fresh orange juice & everything cooked was well seasoned with fresh herbs. Decor is spot on - comfortable & functional but very cool!

Disappointed with Housekeeping service! Our room was not dusted and toilet was not cleaned at all for two days. I had to virtually show the photos of the thick dust and dirty toilet to the receptionist to raise the issue. It was done the next day but these were supposed to be part of Housekeeping daily cleaning!!
In my initial reservation I did state that our trip to London was a celebration of our wedding anniversary and an acknowledgement email was received from the hotel. But upon check in, what we got was a room on lower floor facing the construction side. We booked for SIX nights! That was indeed a HUGE welcoming surprise! I was not expecting any upgrades or amenities for our celebration, but a bit of personal touch and a room with nice view were what I would love to have! Being working in hotel industry myself, probably my expectation to this new hotel was too high!
Wing at the reception provided great help in getting us a room on the higher floor finally after we rejected the initial room assignment, although it was still facing the construction side. Generally all staff we encountered was friendly which was great to have!

Enjoyed my time here a lot!The hotel is beautiful and very modern. The room is awesome, as you control everything from the temperature, blinds, the TV to mood lighting! The lobby of the hotel is a great hub to socialise. Will definitely be back!

Great stay for a business trip or for a weekend in couple. The location is simply amazing, the staff is super friendly and the breakfast is nice.
Rooms may be a little bit small, but they have all the necessary things. The hotel is on the modern design style, and main newspapers are available daily.

We stayed for one night and had a perfect stay. The room was very comfortable and the shower was refreshing. The in room lighting/heating/entertainment system takes a little time to get used to but once you've mastered it it's very easy and responsive. Highly recommended.

Very cool, modern hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice, and our view of the tower was amazing. Location is convenient and central. The rooftop bar is awesome, and the 60s décor is great. Highly recommend.

A very unique hotel experience! Loved the staff, the cleanliness, the fact that everything in the rooms runs off of an iPad. Very cool mood lighting in the rooms. Fabulous location! Phenomenal views! Convenient to many historical sights and the Tube's Circle and District Lines.

Location Location Location. This is probably the best feature of This hotel. Rooms are tiny and ours was not completey clean (curly black hairs). The breakfast was quite good though however they could serve more than simply white bread.
