We had a lovely stay, the location of the hotel is ideal, and allows access to all amenities via the underground or even by foot. the staff is very friendly and understanding, and did not hesitate to change our room when we told him about our discomfort in the first room. the rooms are clean and efficient. I would recommend.

Nice sized bedroom for 1 night, staff very helpful, very good location, great price. The cons: the desk in the bedroom was very dusty, especially the chair and after my partner's shower I didn't have any hot water (that put me down). I would stay again but need that corrected.

Stayed last night in the family room and wow , we had 2 bedroom areas which was fab compared to alot of chain hotels where the beds are next to each other. The bed were really comfy, rooms were lovely and clean and it was a nice touch having a fridge in the room . Shower was amazing. Staff were so friendly and accommodating taking our bags before check in time so we could venture around London early and putting them in our room for when we got back. Would definitely recommend and stay again and ow the TV was huge very happy child. Thank you

The room itself was extremely clean & the bed very comfy. Each room has their own TV & although the 'bathroom' is very small & has a 'cupboard' feel, it is extremely clean which is very important. The rooms have amenities which is a lovely touch and the staff were very helpful when needed. I found that there was no answer on the main hotel telephone number however the other number that was supplied was manned. My only 'negative' about this was that for young women visiting London, it was pretty intimidating to pull up to a door on a street with 1 sign over it. No manned reception desk welcoming you. You are emailed a bunch of instructions which include keypad codes and key locks to let yourself in. A very narrow staircase which is difficult dragging up luggage. I wouldn't say it is a hotel, I would say it is a 'guest house'. I would stay again if I had a passing visit through London as it was easy to get into central London with the buses & tube locally. There are shops and cafes close by.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly, check in and checkout very quick and the room was ready for when we arrived. Will definitely stay again:)

Cannot fault the location, 15 minute walk to Oxford Street. The price was more than reasonable for two nights in Central London. Definitely will stay here again

The place is good clean and comfortable. Spot on location as it was walking distance to most places I wanted to visit. One bit of advice do not drive here as parking is a nightmare even though there is an NCP car park near by, it just getting there in busy London streets with all the cycle lanes etc its just too much. Other than this no problems at all

Stayed here for two nights during my visit for work. I was pleasantly surprised to the quality of the hotel. It's been refurb recently and everything is of top quality. Location is spot on. Will stay again if work permits.

The bed had weels so if you moved it would slide around. The bathroom didnt have a door. Only a thin, thin sliding "door". No privacy. You can hear everything/everyone since it is a thin wall kinda place. But, if you are using your time out and about and just sleeping at the Hotel, its ok. Very noicy.

Prices are very expensive for what you get. Please note that this hotel only offers rooms with 1 double bed which makes it very difficult to share a room with another adult if you are not a couple. No bang for buck.

Average house style hotel, strange checking in without reception (I assume to save money) through code combinations and small safes. Room was basic but adequate. Shower was temperamental with it staying cold for 10 minutes then bursts of boiling water. Bed was ok, WiFi was ok. Generally not bad, just average.

Fans needed! Like a lot of these basement level rooms in London, there is a serious lack of ventilation; windows can't be opened due to street noise and the smoking occurring right outside our window. Room (B) however is aquaquate and spacious enough for a family of 4. Photos of hotel are little misleading.
