Excellent location, right in the heart of London Central next to St. Paul's Cathedral. Rooms are well equipped and staff is polite, helpful and provide all necessary information. 5 stars for reception staff and overall 4 stars because the room size is suitable for single or couples and not really for family. Breakfast in the restaurant next door was amazing. So no complaints as such.
S. B.
Great hotel with comfy beds and helpful staff. Great location too with transport, food, sights all within a stones throw.
On that note though, do be aware that if you're a light sleeper this might be a bit noisy as the cathedral next door rings its bell on the hour every hour 24 hours a day!
J. R.
The hotel is lacklustre and the rooms functional - not at all what I would consider 4*. Time and time again, I forget that location is a significant factor in the number of stars a hotel receives. Sigh.
The air conditioning in the rooms isn’t - it’s actually just heating. It does not cool. Even when off, it emits a constant annoying low hum.
The coffee machine in the lobby makes a drinkable cappuccino.

Stayed here for the first time in business and I was very impressed. It’s well located and the rooms are very pleasant, and the mattresses very comfortable. It’s well kept and the front desk staff were very helpful. Only minor gripe was the breakfast lady was disinterested and quite abrupt, bordering upon rude, and charged me £14.95 for a bacon sandwich which was the same price as a full breakfast - I suspect this was because she couldn’t be bothered to amend it on the till. After that I went to the cafe over the road and paid £2.75. That aside, everything else was superb and I would go back with no hesitation.
K. H.
Pros - decent location with easy access to central London at an ok price. Nice, helpful front of house
Cons?
Extremely dated inside
Room not freshened up at any stage of our stay
Neighbours left their bin outside their door containing fast food remains etc presumably to be taken away - where it then stayed, for 24 hours
Air con wouldn't go below 23 degrees and windows wouldn't open. Rang reception, was told it doesn't blow out cold air at night so just turn it off. Thought this was strange as it was literally an aircon system. I tried it in the morning to put it to the test - it didn't work then either
It is what it is. A handy place to put your head down after a long day sight seeing, but don't expect luxury
C. F.
The hotel absolutely met with our expectations. The location is the best you can expect, 2 or 3 kilometers away from all the attractions.
My mother and I felt so comfortable in the room. She is disabled, and the room was big enough even to take her mobility scooter inside it. The bathroom is a proper adapted one.
The staff was so welcoming and helpful, specially Pilar and Richard. They are the kind of staff that anyone would appreciate in a hotel reception.
D. G.
Not a bad hotel, lovely comfy beds and big clean rooms, but definitely a little dated in parts .
Located in a prime position and this is a big plus .
Friendly helpful staff.
One gripe couldn't get the air con to drop below 23°

Used this place a few years ago when I was with a different employer, glad to be back, lovely place, fantastic location. Rooms are as expected, albeit a bit tired, but even so, no complaints at all
G. F.
Getting ready to leave in the morning after staying 3 nights everything thing was perfect room was spotless all the amenities needed in the room ie hair dryer kettle microwave couch 2xtvs iron shower roasting hot bath staff were out of this world very helpful indeed and all the sightseeing thing we wanted to do were within a good walking distance would definitely recommend this hotel it gets a 5star rating from the wife and myself
A.
I honestly really loved this hotel. It was very quiet and chic. Location is great. A few minutes from the train and a couple steps to the bus stop. Great restaurants near by. Checking out was very easy but word of advice! Please come down to check out an hour before or earlier. We got down at a good time, but once we were done the lobby was packed. But I would definitely stay here again.
(Down below was our view. We were on the 5th fl)

The location was excellent
L. B.
The staff was not helpful, did not inform need to request for your room to be cleaned each time. Did not receive my covid test package after being reassured they would. No safe or fridge in their standard room. Taking a personal call with guests waiting
V. H. G.
Excellent location.Spacious room, with facilities following covid guidance. Attentive staff would certainly revisit.
A. G.
For the 4 nights we were there, we did not receive any cleaning service in our room.
P. K.
Very loud, they don't clean your room unless you ask and even if you ask they might ignore your request every now and then. The receptionists never say good morning or hello when they see you. Finally, we ordered three day 2 mandatory COVID tests, a man from reception signed for three packages (we have the receipt with his signature from royal mail) but we only received one package. We asked what happened, they were extremely unpolite, they said they don't know and the guests are the only responsables for their parcels delivered at the hotel. They refused to give any refund or to give any further explanation or help. We had to run to a clinic to have our test and pay again. We lost money and time and had a terrible experience with this hotel.

Nice hotel, good location
Great view.
You can hear St Paul's bell from your bed if you don't mind
g. q.
Only stayed 1 night but everything was good, staff friendly and helpful room clean and even had a microwave.
f. m.
Proximity to London Underground. Room size was average for London. Room service available from a number of nearby restaurants. Ease of check-in.
n. w.
1. Housekeeping didn't show up for 5 days. I had to call to have the garbage emptied and towels replaced. 2. The bells of St. Paul's cathedral rang all …
S. W.
Excellent location for a good price, rooms are spacious, equipped with a desk and little kichennette with kettle, teas and coffees. Bathroom with shower gel and other toiletres. Rooms well secured as you can't start the lift if you don't have room card
J. R.
Not a good experience at all, but once mentioned to customer service, have been compensated and rectified. Just a shame things weren't done before we stayed
N. C.
Great partially restricted view of St Paul's Cathedral, very comfortable beds (two singles pushed together with a slight difference in height). Very quickly provided us with some soya milk for our tea on arrival by texting the support number. Basic shower room but was great value for money with the location. Huge TV with chrome cast and netflix. Would stay again.
D. B.
Pokey room, no cleaning service each day, overpriced. No bath and air con stuck on cold
j. v. n.
Stayed on the 7th floor but still woken by road noise. Oh, and the bells of St Paul's every 15 minutes. Could really do with a room refresh and upgrading the sound proofing.
A. M.
Great location, helpful staff plus free coffee and tea at rest area. The only thing I would say is that the gym is too small.
B. F.
Rooms are okay. Clean but outdated. Breakfast was next level though, made my day.
R. S.
It's a good location...does need a refurb...dont like the "wet room" shower.
Beds nice and clean and comfortable
L. W.
Nice location but a bit "old" hotel have what it needs but nothing fancy.
l. p.
Great staff, good reception very nice rooms and a wide selection at breakfast
S. J.
Make sure you dont leave anything behind by accident - you’re only ever going to be told it’s not there by a girl on reception who just erms at you when you say you’ve left something.
Disgusting, enjoy the handbag and its contents
S. S.
The room was very pleasant and the location perfect . Breakfast was very nice too.
N. B.
Nice hotel in a great location with awesome places to eat in the area. The TV was super small though.
D. Z.
Amazing staff, so friendly and helpful. Perfect place to stop if visit London!
Right next door to St Paul’s Cathedral so ideal location and room was ideal. Thanks
S.
There's best thing about this hotel is the location. The room was very small and freezing. An air conditioning unit pumps out warm air at ceiling height so after a couple of hours you'll feel warmer as long as you're 7 foot tall. Bathroom even colder as tilted floor but was clean and shower very good. stayed in it a while to warm up. Pillows lumpy and too squishy and there are no extra ones. Worth paying a little bit extra for a better experience else where. Won't be re booking.
V. T.
Location 5 star's front disck personal super nice,
Rooms needst attention
P. V.
Very helpful staff and comfortable room. Convenient location and good neighborhood. Way to get around. Free coffee in the lobby in the morning and free tea at night was great too. During the cold weather we appreciated the fireplace in the lobby. And the view from the front door (below) is darn good!
S. A.
No wifi, big problem No adequate selection of TV channels no movies, no news CNN
W. K.
Good location and swift check in and out - hope the £20 deposit they ask for is returned as promised - was a bit surprised at being asked for this in a prepaid room as no in-room fridge. Very poor sound insulation and rooms poorly ventilated. Not sure where the strong curry smell came from. Adequate bathroom but shower curtain not great so floods the floor. Definitely needs updating as rooms and bathroom are tired. Their restaurant next door pretty average. Service fine and comfy bed.
B. M.
Great location with clean rooms. TV difficult to get working. Bed was supposed to be queen sized but seems way too small for that. Had I known I would have booked elsewhere. Nice to have 'free' refreshments in the ground floor. Main issue is the cleaning staff leaving vacuum cleaners in the hall ways. People with reduced mobility find it difficult to walk past these and the cleaning carts.
A. S.
Great location. Helpful staff.Spacious rooms. We stayed here before Covid and whilst it was a lot quiet this time it did mean we got an upgrade.
D. K.
Great location. I stayed only Friday night. When I woke up in the morning there was some construction work on the road and it was a bit noisy. Wasn't too bad though.
The room I booked was decent size. They had yoga mat in the wardrobe which was quite impressive. I could exercise in the morning. Usually I have to use a blanket (if I don't have my own yoga mat), which is uncomfortable. Therefore they deserved 1 star plus just for this little extra.
The bathroom was good, I loved the shower. I didn't like that they had curtains. Providing that, the bathroom was full of water after only about 7mins shower.
S. P.
I had a good week here. The staff especially Maria was very very kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect. 5 min from the St Paul’s tube station and close to more bus stops. My room viewed to the main street, but surprisingly it was not too loud. I really liked the idea of yoga in your room ( you have a yoga mat and a program on tv you can follow).
The room was not outstanding, but enough for a week.
L. S.
Only stayed in the hotel for one night, but it was a very nice experience. The staff were very helpful and all the areas were clean. What I thought was nice was that there was free tea or coffee, soft drinks and snacks in the lounge area. Our room was very nice with a kitchenette, sofa and desk. The only negative was that the air conditioning was either blowing too hot or too cold. So we couldn't have it on in the night and ended up being cold in the room.
r. h.
The reception area is good and modern with a lounge area with complimentary hot and cold beverages to the back of the hotel. The lifts to the guest floors are large, so don't feel cramped. A water bottle filling machine in the lift lobby is a good thing. The room itself feels like it's stuck in a bit of a time warp! The furniture looks like it's from the 80's yet the features such as USB charging ports on the bedside power socket, the clock radio has Bluetooth connectivity and a multi function TV. The bathroom also feels stuck in the past, there is nothing wrong with shower or vanity unit, it feels dated though.
T.
Old hotel with very old rooms. You cant leave the AC turned on since it make so much sound that you cant sleep.
Additionally, we had to switch rooms as the first one smelled like it hasnt seen fresh air in years.
I would not recommend the hotel.
Staff was nice, but had to work with a lot of complains from many guests when we were there.
Lobby and location was nice too.
S. Y.
This hotel has very quiet rooms, despite its busy location. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are well kept. There is a good selection of guest facilities including ice makers, refillable water stations, washing machines. Air conditioning is adequate (considering it was 30c outside) staff are friendly and helpful. The WiFi is good quality and is fast and free. Highly recommended hotel.
K. L.
Location is perfect but the air con did not work and the window was on the side with sun and it was hot. The hotel did not offer another room (if the aircon did not work) but they opened the window ( and after a night like that I would have felt better if I was not sleeping all night and party in a club ) it was noisy. If that's not a problem then the hotel is very well located in the city of London and the room was clean
V. H. G.
The room was very noisy, from both outside and inside the hotel, more than other hotels I've visited. The bathroom was pretty decent albeit a bit small. The option to have room service from many restaurants was great. The staff seemed nice on the first day but somewhat cranky the second. Overall we had a great time despite the hotel being slightly below other experiences.
S. O.
This review is not on the basis of a few days of stay but this is with regards to my long stay which is over a month.
Winters are comfortable here but not the summers. I have changed room to room for a better air conditioning but in general the air cons don’t work.
Staff regardless of any department is very nice and helpful but I think it’s the cost cutting by the management is affecting all this.
T. B.
Excellent hospitality service! We had small problem with air conditioner and someone came to fix it almost immediately. As problem could not be fixed till next day we were offered to change room. Floor Manager George was dealing with our transfer to other room and also tried to find out what was the problem and if it can be fixed. To comfort us we were offered as quick as possible transfer to right next door non-occupied room. In addition we had wonderful surprise- basket with bottle of wine and sweets. What an excellent service!
Besides this rooms were excellent and silent right next to St Paul's with many cafes around. Other employees also were excellent!

location
K. M.
the sound proof of the wall is not good at all
M. M.
Lovely people at reception upgraded me free of charge to a 'suite' which had a fridge and microwave, and a separate room with sofa and table, handy for longer stay overs.
Bit stingy with milk and tea bags. Not even enough for one cup.
Had everything you needed, hairdryer, ironing board but could do with a lick of paint and air conditioning was very noisy.
A. J.
Excellent hotel, everything has been considered even down to them leaving water bottles by the lifts for you to take on your journey. The gentleman on the front desk is lovely and very helpful. The room is a good size, clean and having a kitchenette is very handy. Really great spot, right next to St Paul's cathedral and there are plenty of eateries around.
D. H.
Our room was fine. The bed is a bit small, but with comfortabel sheets and matras. The location near the St. Pauls is great. Subway is also very close. The first night we unfortunetaly had some very loud neighbours, the second night was much better. I guess you have to be a bit lucky. Dont forget to bring a English adapter to charge your mobile phone. The charge entries in the room were broken. Good points were the clean towels everyday and the free coffees and tea in the lounge. I would say this is an affordable hotel when you want to visit London.
E. F.
Amazing location right next to st Paul's and walking distance to lots of other tourist sites.
Lots of eating options within a block ranging from ultra cheap to high end.
Rooms were very nice, smallish bathrooms but that's fine. Sound proofing between rooms could be improved and was a little noisy a couple times when a truck was making deliveries at 5 am.
Free wine and treats was a nice extra. All in All, great experience again with cq.
I. O.
Very nice hotel with big and comfortable rooms, lovely relax area with a fireplace, right next to Saint Paul's Chatedral. Despite being on a rather busy street the rooms were quiet. The price was quite affordable and the service was perfect.

Great Hotel located in a great location in St Pauls. The Hotel is clean and comfortable spacious rooms. Lovely business lounge/space to work and have meetings, use business facilities and refreshments. Staff are all amazing and friendly. The hotel manager is a fantastic personable guy and always extremely hospitable and goes out of his way to make the stay at a Club Quarters amazing.
J. H.
Good central location for the city with a decent communal lounge area for work away from your room. (Unfortunately someone thought it was the ideal place to try and sooth a crying baby despite everyone else around trying to work). The rooms are fairly small but functional, they are in desperate need of a refurbishment throughout though. A big problem I found was the incredibly noisy air con that even if you turn off the fan seem to be on constantly. Also if you turn up the heat cold air still blows out. Weirdly the corridor was a lot warmer and quieter than my room. For the money, I think I'll be looking for a different hotel for my next trip.
C. S.
Really decent hotel. I was also lucky not to be on the side of St Paul's cathedral so I couldn't hear the bells at all. Loved the toiletries, especially a soap bar that is a scrub at the same time. I didn't try the breakfast. Very comfortable bed.
C. C.
Nice hotel in Great Location. Stayed for a week during a business trip to London. The hotel is conveniently located within 2 miles of London main touristic attractions. Rooms are very clean and the lobby is very convenient for a little office space. I was there during the summer and the air conditioning in my room wasn't consistent. It worked on some days but not on others. Overall a nice hotel with good service.
R. M.
We had an amazing stay here! The hotel was beautiful, the staff were friendly and attentive and the room itself was stunning. We could see St Paul's Cathedral from the window and it was the perfect anniversary stay. Lots of space which was great too. They even held our luggage when we arrived and left. Would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in London!
X. X.
We had a really pleasant stay here, unfortunately stayed only one night. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Free coffee and water is available in the lobby as well water bottle filling stations on the different floors. They have public computers and printers available for all the guests and the rooms are also clean and comfortable. A decent location within London as well.
F. C.
Really enjoyed staying in this hotel. Stayed here for nearly 3 weeks on a business trip. Found the staff really friendly and helpful. Snacks and drinking water were provided in the lobby in the mornings and evenings, free of charge. Rooms were clean, well lit, and had all basic utilities. However there are no irons designated for each room which I found to be a bit frustrating. Internet could use an upgrade also.
Overall I would stay in this hotel again and would have no problem recommending it to a friend.
J. L.
Do not stay at this hotel. It's nothing special, and the company themselves are border line shady.
The tv did not allow my phone to connect to it, despite being advertised. The free snacks amounted to two half eaten bowls of crisps and nuts.
Worst of all, the hotel charged me twice for staying. Any attempt to speak to a manager has been met with 'She's busy'. The customer services team I have spoken to have been incredibly rude. I was told to speak to my bank to get the second charge cancelled, but the bank can't do this as the hotel were holding the charge against me.
The customer services team did not believe me when I informed them of this secondary charge.
At this point the Hotel has refused to release this charge against me, and are happy enough for the bank to sort it out in time since they already charged me a second time and have their money. This crowd are completely untrustworthy, and not worth the hassle to deal with.
A. S.
Great location, staff were very warm and welcoming. Check out system was slightly strange as you were told to do it yourself on a computer which lost the personal touch for me. Room was a good size but the air conditioning unit is loud and the room is pretty dated and cold.
Y. S.
Regular hotel, in a great location of London.
Positives:
- Clean and spacious room
- Good light from our room
- Air Con whilst noisy did work (i understand some other reviewers were not lucky)
- Hot shower with good pressure
Negatives:
- Requires some renovations with a number of things around the hotel looking broken
- Miniature tv
- No bar fridge
- Can’t open window.
Make sure to request a room which is on the quiet side and not on the cathedral side.
T. M.
Rooms were comfortable if not luxurious. Had fridge and air conditioning, bathroom small but functional. Best feature was the downstairs lounge with coffee machine, soft drinks and biscuits inclusive plus space to meet friends or work, also computers, many charging points, TV and fireplace. Excellent location and many dining options on the doorstep.
V. Z.
Nice staff service, friendly and helpful. Well located near St. Paul's.
N. W.
Situated at the heart of Central London it is quite a decent place to stay, a bit heavy on the pocket again a no brainer mostly because of it's sublime location adjacent to the cathedral. Nice and comfortable beds for a good night's sleep. Vicinity to the underground stations means easy and quick commute to anywhere and everywhere.
L.
Stayed for two nights in June 2019 and really liked the hotel room and as well the location of the hotel so close to Oval Cricket Ground and two of very good Indian restaurants as well. St Pauls Historic Church so close to hotel was a great bonus.
A. R.
Kristine and Maria at the front desk were absolutely wonderful. The staff in the floor were good to be fair Feel like I paid a lot for such a basic room. Very friendly and helpful staff. As previous reviews have mentioned, on each floor there are supplies of empty water bottles which you can refill free of charge daily.
K. O.
No need for alarm, st Paul's Cathedral bells will wake you up. A bit outdated hotel and location are not the best but a short distance to Piccadilly. Good for one night, otherwise to loud as its London city.
L. L.
I stayed here for business and had the double room towards the front of the hotel just above the flags. Very spacious, clean and room service was prompt even late at night. I ordered from the Cote restaurant downstairs but forgot to ask for ketchup! Very quick check in and the only issues I found was there was a weird buzzing noise coming from the headboard which stopped when I pushed it. It can also be quite noisy in the morning as the walls are quite thin - you can hear everything in the hallways including the cleaning staff. Also liked the small thoughtful touches such as microwave and fridge in the room, neatly tied up hairdryer and water bottles available in the hallway (2nd floor). Overall a good experience.
S. A.
We paid £279 for one night in a superior suite and I expected more for the money. The location is great, room was fine, had all the amenities described but everything was small. We got 2 tea bags, 2 milk servings, 2 coffees and it felt like everything was rationed. The room was generally quiet apart from the air-con which was very noisy. Bed was small with virtually no space on one side and it's right next to the room door when you walk in.
B. M.
Not great experience. Room was dirty and cramped. Sales pitch is future of hotels but nothing more than a 90s hotel chain. Not impressive by they're free wine and soft drinks gimmick. Breakfast at Cote is a rip off so went to Mcdonalds over the road (30 secs walk) for tasty and cheap meal. Won't go back.
A. T.
Stayed here for 1 night at the end of May. In a nice area near to St Paul's. Arrived early and was able to check in at 10.30am which was great. Electronic check in/out very handy. Staff nice and helpful. Room was pretty large with a good bathroom with shower. The bed was on the small side but comfy and I liked the little features such as free bottled water and utility room with lots of extra shampoo, shower gel, pillows, etc. Good vending machine in there also selling snacks and alcohol. Also a washing machine and tumble dryer, great for longer stays. Even though the room was just off Fleet St, it was extremely quiet apart from the bells ringing at St Pauls. Would stay again.
C. G.
Good location. Rooms are a little small and as it's in the centre of London traffic noise might be an issue. It's pretty quiet at night though. Hotel is clean and the rooms are fairly well equipped. Internet is fast which is always a great feature. Free too
C. W.
Great location, right next to St Paul. You can take the bus, Big Bus or tube right next door. You can grab a nice breakfast from Paul or if you don’t have much time and want to grab a quick breakfast, you can enjoy the hotel’s complimentary coffee and food in the lobby. I grabbed a cereal bar, a fruit and made an espresso the other day. This hotel has a laundry room with free washer and dryer. The washing machine is pre-loaded with which detergent, so you will not have to worry about it. This place also offers complimentary wine (red and white) between 5-6pm. There is a Marks and Spencer right next door that has food, fresh fruits, drinks and more.
c. O.
Leaking toilet, no TV channels, cold shower. Not planning a return visit
F. O.
The staff at Club Quarters St. Paul went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and easy despite being in quarantine for the first five days.
D.
I love staying here this is my third time now. The rooms are a great size. Even though the hotel is in london, they have a sleep better kit so you can drown out that lovely London noise and get a good sleep. They offer a lot of complimentary items such as toiletries, tea and coffee as well as a water machine on each floor with empty plastic bottles. Each floor also has a guest request locker where you can get a lot more items that you may need including ironing board and pillows. I believe they have a gym facility however I've never had time to go. The lounge that they have on ground floor is great, a lot of comfortable seats and even a fire which is lovely in winter. The lounge usually has more complimentary items including tea, coffee from a machine and cans of juice. As well as this they have snacks which change throughout the day.
R. P.
It's an OK hotel, it needs a refresh just like it's Gracechurch counterpart. Hallways and rooms are dated and borderline dirty. Definetly well worn. Someone in the room next to mine kept slamming their door and it made my whole room shake, which is really down to the door's soft close being broken as mine didn't slam.
Outer window wouldn't shut properly but enough not to really bother. The air con felt like it was really old too, was loud, rattled and didn't provide much relief. When I turned it off, it didn't actually stop for about 40mins.
When measured against budget hotels within the City, who are cheaper, a lot more modern and cleaner CC is definitely a brand that feels like a rip off.
T. M.
My first experience of staying here was very good. The room was upgraded, clean and noticeably quiet. The price of £114 for a Saturday evening was also impressive considering it was London. The second visit was less than impressive. Cost was £164 for a Friday evening. Perhaps it cost more mid week since it is a business hotel, although this wasn't an issue as we were happy with the first visit and knew what we were getting for the money. Unfortunately the room wasn't ready so we had to wait in the lounge for about 45 mins. Again not to concerned by this as I was happy just to be sat down after a long day. The issue was the pleasant lady on reception offered us £40 off our next visit. Personally i didn't feel this was necessary, but it was offered. We are yet to receive this offer. Despite filling in a form with my details. Coupled with the noisy neighbours we had that night it left us tired and a little disappointed.
J. D.
The location is great, close to St Paul's cathedral, subway, thameslink to airport, millennium bridge, etc. Staff are kind and helpful. The room is nice and clean, spacious enough for one or two people. Toiletries are abundant for the stay. Minus one star because the toilet flush can be frustrating as it is too weak and doesn't flush completely about 75% of the time.
G. J.
The hotel is very well located close to St Paul cathedral and really close to the underground.
You have many places to eat around the hotel.
Really clean room.
The bed is way to small for 2 people and the heating sistem was awful it doesn’t heat up the room and make a LOT of noise like a Victorian steam engine.
l. g.
Not bad overall for my stay on a business trip. I liked the coffee machine in the lobby. Quick check in and out at the computer kiosks and the staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable but the sheets were quite rough.
J. D. C.
Excellent hotel located by the side of St Paul's cathedral. We had a fantastic stay, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the room came with coffee and tea making facilities provided. We will recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in london
A. A.
The location was good for being in town, but the bathroom was at the youth hostel level and the slippers were not prepared. There was a heater, but it was so cold in the room and the walls were plywood that I could hear what the next room was doing. If I had known well about this hotel in advance, I wouldn't have booked it.
K. A.
I stayed there for one night. Hotel front desk does service is super bad.
I asked him INVOICE through email and I got email address and sent email many times but no reply... so I had a doubt if I have a wrong address. So I called them(they connected me to the front desk) again to check if the email is right and tried to give him my email address. But the man rejected everything and kept telling me I should email to him first without any email confirmation or help and hung up the phone. It was my worst customer service experience ever.
Hotel is not good either. I do not understand how the review is 4 starts.
S. M.
Good location hotel in the heart of the City. This is its major point.
Other than that I believe is overrated to give this hotel a four star. It has, like many other hotels in the UK carpet in the rooms. This is ok if it's clean but in my case it was full of dust. Moreover the room cannot be opened by the window (for security reasons) so the smell in the room is covered by aerosols.
In my stay I had strong reaction to the dust and I've never been allergic to dust.
Apart from that I must say the staff working there is very professional and welcoming.
Hope this helps if someone is allergic to dust.
I. S.
The room was actually pretty good, the shower was very nice. Noise level from adjacent rooms and street were very high. No bar at the hotel, breakfast buffet cannot be recommended. Overpriced, cannot see how it got four stars....
T. M.
Nice hotel, excellent location, right across from st paul's cathedral. Check in process was quick and easy. The room was a good size and had all the basic amenities. Would recommend.
S. C.
Great location, great complimentary snacks and water but noisy a bit (traffic, church bell, glass bottles being emptied in the early hours of the morning). However, the size of the room is decent but the furniture is out of date
J. A.
Comfortable, but in need of refurbishment...
Given its location and price, this hotel is definitely worth considering if you're in London. With that said, my room had a "weathered feel" to it, despite the fact that the bed itself was obviously newish and quite comfortable.
One noteworthy point is the sound insulation. The hotel is located on Ludgate Hill, which is a busy street in anyone's book. However, despite being given a street-facing room, I was never once disturbed by outside noise.

It's a quaint boutique hotel in very easy walking distance to many tourist attractions, including st Paul Cathedral. Also there are plenty of restaurants or eateries just around the corner. The rooms are small and a little bit dates, but all the essentials are there and it's clean and comfortable. There is fruit and coffee for breakfast to get you going for the day.
E. C.
Despite being right on the street, soundproofing was good and I was not disturbed by the cars and buses. Room as very cold (18°C) upon arrival and took ages to warm up at full steam with a particularly noisy fan. Shower was OK with good pressure. Breakfast was really basic, and could largely benefit from a bigger buffet.
R. W.
Tourist would get a great hotel in a wonderful spot. Business travels just need a quick cab or tube ride to the business district. The rooms are very basic, clean and appropriate size for the UK. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Don't forget free water on every floor!
A. V. D.
Outstanding location and friendly staff. The rooms are comfy enough and my only complaint would be the pillows, which are not dense enough. Providing an additional pillow would be a great addition.
The water bottles at every floor is certainly a nice perk.
J. H.
Can’t sleep because from 3am to 6am there were continuously attempts to open my room door, really freaks me out and noisy, absolutely the worst experience ever
When I told the reception about what happened, the reception guy did not care, he did not even bother to pretend he is listening, he stared at the computer screen and interrupt me by saying “we can’t do anything, we will check with management” but he did not even note down my room number.
I will call the police, should the same thing happen again.
And the hygiene is questionable because I found a pair of socks under the sofa when I got the room.
A.
This hotel is very conveniently situated for most things in London. It is close to several subway stations, St Paul's Cathedral is only a minute or two walking distance. The hotel is comfortable, very business guest focused, and the staff are very efficient and friendly. There is a small gym, a lounge with complimentary teas and coffee and an adjacent restaurant.
S. P.
Absolutely shocking service, rude staff and horrible, dirty, smelly outdated overpriced rooms. Do not trust the reviews or the location. This is no better than hostel quality. Arrived after 9.30pm for a business trip, you will be greeted by staff as friendly as jail officers and a funky smell in the building which can be described by no other than damp or mould or wet dog covered with febreze. That's not all, the lady at reception calling herself a manager could not have been more rude and agressive. I was asked my details without a smile or greeting, told about the £20 deposit charge, where you, the customer, is basically prompted to pin your card before even seeing a room, treated like a potential criminal in case of additional services or damage you may cause (considering the lack of cleaning, services and state of the rooms I am not too sure what could possibly go wrong!!!). The wording used was inappropriate as I was told I needed to 'pay' £130 total instead of agreed £106.30 rate, an extra mere £24 to the agreed booking price, which doesn't add up to their story. I argued that I needed an itemised invoice for work showing this charge (or hold, or whatever scam they might call it as an excuse) and I needed written confirmation of these terms and conditions I had not been legally aware of. I was told it could not be produced but hey, after a few days I'd get the money back (so technically it's a charge, not a hold or a deposit, and actual fraud overcharging the room at a higher rate with no guarantee I am not being ripped off) . Now the room on 7th floor ... Stiff air, damp smell, no window in the room where the bed is located, TV didn't work, the window in living room cannot be opened, not cleaned, no hairdryer, no water, complimentary items for one person only in a double room. Started to feel unwell. Noise from lift shaft making it impossible to rest or sleep. Asked to change rooms. Oh lucky me! Was given a downgrade on 5th floor, this time allegedly quieter, horrid smell of lingering wet dog, damp, mixed with cheap deodoriser, with a noisy fridge, a wet room(shower tiled cubicle with a 60s public toilet disabled style, where a toilet has been squeezed next to it, the wash basin being actually located outside in the corridor) .Now enjoying an asthma crisis, having to sleep with my clothes on, hoping not to end up with bedbug bites. So basically this building fails all customer service ethics, fire and hygiene regulations. Perhaps they can loose the attitude, I am sure a few inspectors can be sent to put their records straight. If you enjoyed watching hotel hell asking yourself if it actually exists then you're in for a treat! And don't forget to check your bank statements and call your bank in the next couple of days to make sure they actually didn't scam you.
J. W.
Neighbouring room was noisey, people slamming in and out of the room all night... ALL night! The occupants were loud talkers and played loud music, they like to rearrange their coat hangers and on the last night, took to screaming out the window. People running up and down the corridor at 3 am. I am giving one star for the location and convenience of St Paul's chiming the quarter hour, so you know how much sleep you are missing. When we complained on checkourlt, the receptionist laughed at us and said we could of had complimentary earplugs. I had to leave quickly.
Then the bed was uncomfortable and by the end of the three nights, our bones had been reformed.
The room had seen better days.
One working lift for the whole hotel. No stairs to the lobby. It was a case of waiting until there was room, then going past every floor 2 or three times, before you finally got to the lobby.
I would rather sleep rough than stay here again.
S. W.
Cramped room. No minibar or refreshments. Air conditioning didnt work (it was getting towards 28 degrees in the room) so i had to persuade receptionist to move me to another room. He refused initially telling me there were no rooms available, until i pushed, and miraculously a room became available with an actual working ac. Evening staff were not freindly. Breakfast was confusing. Staff werent attentive and no one bothered to ask me what I wanted from the menu, buffet very basic indeed (cheese slices and cold meats, yoghurts with a few boxes of cereal is all there was). Rubbish experience overall.
C. G. G.
The room was dirty, the bed uncomfortable and the pillows were thin and no extra ones were available.
The staff were unfriendly and seemed like they permanently stressed.
The electronic key card never seemed to work properly in the lift either.
S. C.
Dirty towels in bathroom. Loud air con in room, freezing otherwise so turning off not an option . Toilet did not flush properly. Next to a clock tower so if you are on the wrong side of the hotel, you can be sure to be woken up once an hour to the bells because the windows are too thin. Don't recommend for Business travel.
T. M.
Just what you need from a hotel when traveling with work. Clean spacious rooms, good size bathroom (shower only), free WiFi. Staff are welcoming and happy to help. Will definitely stay there again.
J. C.
Rooms small, St Paul's clock chimes every 15 mins so be prepared for that, water pressure terrible and to be honest not very hot. Air con in room stuck on heat overnight, no instructions on how to change it, front desk didn't care. Apology given but no money back for a terrible night's sleep. Redeemed a little by offering complimentary drinks and snacks in the lounge for all guests, but then un-redeemed by not having any breakfast tea.... What hotel in London doesn't have breakfast tea in the morning? Wouldn't recommend, definitely better places to stay in the area.
C. b.
The hotel is very comfortable. The room was very clean, and the rooms have a perfect size. It is located in a good place. Very near to St Paul Cathedral. There is a bus stop very near where you can go to everywhere in London. I will repeat this hotel for sure!
E. K.
The location is good, St Paul's cathedral is obviously very close and the Thames and the millennium bridge is only a very short walk. The hotel is very centrally positioned and good value for money. Room was noisy, could hear doors and …
G. T.
Considering the exorbitant cost of everything in London, this was a great price on a major bus and tube line... Easy access to everywhere. My wife and I loved the room. It was clean, modern and beyond sufficient for sleeping. We paid $298 for 2 nights, including tax & fees.
P. B.
Good value, good staff, room perfectly ok. Our bathroom was a wet room, and unfortunately the water didn't stay around the shower which meant using the toilet our feet got a bit wet. Maybe some flip flops or a small redesign would sort that out. Great free coffee machine and the water machines and bottles dotted around the place.wss hugely appreciated
J.
Although we had a room booked when we went there they said the hotel was overbooked and they sent our colleague to another hotel. The service was kind and they gave him enough money for the taxi (two ways) and a room for the day after but still the hotel room was cold and very small.
Even if they did everything to be nice I am not sure that I will visit them again.
H. N.
Great location for both tourists & business travellers with tube & train lines close by. Clean & tidy. Also offered free drinking water for rooms.
We booked a suite as we were travelling with our 14mth old & wanted the convenience of having a kitchenette & a separate lounge for once he was asleep early evening. While technically this is what we got, the bedroom was at the entrance & the lounge at the back. Therefore the bedroom was at the noisiest part of the suite. Additionally, there was only one light switch for the entire suite & the only lamps were fixed fittings in the bedroom - meaning once the lights were out for our son, the only light in the entire suite was from the TV in the loungeroom.
Kitchenette was perfectly fine with a 2 ring hob, microwave & fridge. Adequate pots & pans but initially no cutlery, which we had to ask for twice.
Ultimately, we had the extra space & functionality we needed, it just wasn't practical.

fun to celebrate the Christmas in this hotel!
very clean, all the people are so nice 👌

Good location. Rooms are a little small and as it's in the centre of London traffic noise might be an issue. It's pretty quiet at night though. Hotel is clean and the rooms are fairly well equipped. Internet is fast which is always a great feature. Free too
J. N.
Very good location, spacious and clean rooms. Kudos for the reuse of water bottles. Unfortunately though an extremely poor breakfast for those with gluten allergy.

Reasonably good business hotel, generally clean and well presented albeit slightly dated. Walls were thin so could hear everything outside the room and next door.
OK if you manage to stay at a reasonable price from one of the booking websites or apps.

Recently spent a week living here and here are the main points for 4/5:
Location - This and price is the main reason to pick this place. Great location because it's close to downtown and 3 main tube lines. Also important to highlight there is a McDonald's and a 24-hour convenience store across the street. A lot of good bus stops along the road too.
Noise - One of the factors of the 4/5 is that noise is a bit louder than usual. Not only because it's on a popular road with people and traffic but St. Paul actually chimes. This is important to note because every 30 mins/1 Hr, you'll hear that bell ring. Walls are a bit thinner but no complaints neighbor wise.
Wi-FI- I just want to quickly highlight that the Wifi is not the best. After about 500mb-1gb of use, it feels like the wifi just slows down.
Service - Good. Standard. TV isn't the best channel wise and resolution wise.
l. G.
Friendly staff - great large well equipt room with Wifi, casting, fridge and randomly a microwave!? Breakfast a bit limited. Has small gym. Amazing location
F. S.
Richard on reception ruined my whole experience. He is rude and unprofessional.
S. M.
An excellent hotel. I don't come sufficiently often to give a complete critique but I like it. Not too expensive for a central location. Good communications with the rest of the city and easy walking distance from the river.
G. R.
Swift check in due to a automated screen in reception, just swipe the card you booked with and it recognises your reservation.
We had a standard room which has tea, coffee, air-conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi, toiletries, etc
Bathroom has only a shower with a shower curtain which in this day and age I think we all expect a screen. Although there is tea, coffee selection, you only get 2 milk sachets, meaning you can have 1 drink each, not good...
Air-conditioning is modern and works well but if you want fresh air your out of luck as the windows do not open.
Didn't really sleep that well and could not understand why as the bed is ok and pillows are fine. Until in the morning we noticed a humming sound which once you hear it starts become really annoying. We think it is the extraction fan for the bathroom? So woke up feeling like we had the worst sleep ever!
Although the check in time is 3pm, they will let you check in earlier as long as the room is ready.
Hotel is in walking distance of St Paul's cathedral, we can see it from our room.
M. v.
lovely hotel, comfy clean beds,,staff are brilliant, can't do enough to help
C. M.
First of a 3 hotels we stayed while in Europe and though billed as a business hotel had a much laid back atmosphere and overly friendly staff. Much better than the other 2 four plus stars hotels we stayed on during our visit. Good internet and centrally located. Has free laundry service as well in case you need a wash. Near many restaurants, sights, and public transit lines. Reasonably priced though the London marathon was going on during the time we were there. Would stay here again. Based upon the other 2 hotels we had in Europe, had to give it a 5.
T. K.
Had the most horrible hotel experience here. Was looking forward to 3 nights to a hotel directly in the City of London and was disappointed by an old and very cold room! I requested to put up the heat various times but it never worked properly. All I got from this stay is a sore throat and a cold. Not coming back!
G. W.
Great location, comfortable bed, but room was on the smaller side and no bath, only a shower. Free tea and coffee, fresh water bottles, and free WiFi are all nice additions. Would stay there again.
N.
Good hotel to stay for business. Good location (not too noisy, close to public transport), proper room size (for London) and complementary snacks and drinks in the lobby. Staff is friendly but does comes across somewhat inexperienced. Breakfast alternatives around the corner.

Very good location, spacious and clean rooms. Kudos for the reuse of water bottles. Unfortunately though an extremely poor breakfast for those with gluten allergy.

Great weekend away perfect for st pauls cathederal and the first date restaurant paternoster chop house and sky view restaurant.
The 2 ladies on reception where brilliant helped us out on a number of things Hotel clean good size rooms comfy bed
M. G.
Very centric location which is awesome. Hotel is clean but outdated and worn out. Delighting pluses are speedy WiFi and free water bottles. On the downside the windows are permeabel for cold and noise from the street. I can confirm that delivery starts at 6am. Elevator was broken.
K. L.
Location and staff
P. S.
Maintenance. Toilet broke
L. B.
Very convenient location, hop on hop off bus station just outside of hotel though we didn't use it. The London bus station is very closed by so we took the buses more often than tube. Many eateries and convenient stores nearby.
r. m.
Basic rooms but comfortable warm and clean. Very comfortable bed. Staff excellent efficient and friendly. Good price excellent location will use again
I.
Great loaction, quick check in/out.
Nice lounge area near reception.
Beds were comfy and clean.
Provided enough toiletries and room size was also good.
D. S.
Club Quarters is in a great location that is central and accessible to transportation. I appreciated that there was a gym as well as the water/bottle stations on each floor! The only big issue was that the lift was broken and the fire alarm went off several times early in the morning. I would stay here again as long as the lift/alarms are fixed and no longer an issue.
P. B.
They made me feel welcome and the service was second to none, despite covid etc. The bistro was particularly nice
F. G.
Friendly front desk..Located 20 min by subway to Eiffel tower. Walls are really thin. Room are quite clean. Location is a bit far from best shopping but overall a good little hotel.
S. D.
Great facilities. Somewhat depersonalised check in/out experience but hotel itself is very nice. Nice lobby area with freebies. Adjacent room noise only from wall contact (doors/switches on connecting wall). Slept well.
か.
The rooms were cozy but spacious enough. Front desk staff were nice and extremely accommodating. There is a free Wine from 5-6, with bottomless red or white wine (it differs daily), and some chips and salsa.
It's located between two Underground stops: Blackfriars and St. Paul and honestly, you can get anywhere from either stop (I made the mistake of walking to St. Paul when I should've went to Blackfriars, but it was incredibly easy to figure out where I needed to go using the Underground map).
I didn't try the brassiere next door, but I am staying again next month and intend on grabbing lunch there before check-in.
Thanks for being great hosts Club Quarters!
S. B.
Stayed here as I was best man for my mate who was getting married at St Paul's Cathedral! Brilliant hotel and some of the nicest staff you could meet! Will definitely be making a revisit in the near future!
P. T.
Except for one hotel in India years ago, this is the worst hotel In which I’ve stayed. Aircon didn’t work, shower didn’t drain, sink leaked on the floor, laundry didn’t get picked up (after called for confirmation), towel hook falling out of door, etc etc. Horrible experience.
Z. O. U.
Automated check-in and checkout was a breeze. There were no water bottles in the room. There was an iced water dispenser on the floor but there should be water in the room. Decent sized room with good amneties. But have to ask for an iron, if you need one. All in all not much value for money as it cost me over 200 for the night. And I had to fix the flusher as it kept leaking water all night.
J. C.
I love this hotel. We could listen sacred bell ring from st.paul temple in every30mins. I have never feel noisy. St. Paul is pretty near here.about2mins by walk.
And this hotel give us the wine time 5:00pm everyday. We can get local wine and some finger food. Except this time,we could get mineral water, apples, cokes and some snacks and use coffee machine.it was so comfortable to me.
P. T. V.
Rooms are larger than a typical in-city hotel accommodation. Quick and easy service. Good lobby area for a quick meeting (although not much privacy). Location really convenient for dining and tube.
C.
Pros: clean rooms, convenient location, reasonable price possible (prices fluctuate a lot).
Not so great: rooms are on the smaller side, but this is London. Some people on the staff are very good. Others don't really care.
R. C.
Noisy rooms where the floor of your room vibrates (6th floor), perhaps from an airconditinor. Also don't expect to sleep in, really early in the morning some systems turnef on and are really loud, woke me up around 6. Staff are nice but the quality of the rooms is terrible, stay away if you can.
F. A.
Rooms are clean, and the location is perfect it deserves 5 stars. It provides fresh fruits and delicious coffees in the morning. The air conditioner is too loudy.
C. S.
Comfortable room, nice and clean. Very friendly reception staff, waiting staff also very good and attentive. Try and get a room at the rear of the hotel to avoid road noise.
N. K.
Good overnight Hotel next to St Pauls. There is not much else to say, just that my room (355) was extremely difficult to find, doors, elevators, stairs, all were involved to get to my room, which itself was OK, WiFi OK, free bottles of water in corridors. Easy and express check in. Sandwich shop next to it, restaurant inside, well located after all. Comfy bed.
UPDATE:
The hotel was very good indeed, price quality ratio was good, its my second time here and I have already booked for a third time! walking distance to the city center, tube station is around the corner, plenty of options for food/drinks around the hotel. friendly reception, wifi free, bottled water for free...
N. H.
Great location next to St Paul's with views from many of the rooms. Simple clean rooms reminiscent of Premier Inn (not in a bad way). Reasonably good aircon and always quiet when I've stayed there.
D. R.
Stayed here with work and it was exactly what we needed. The rooms were small but clean, there was a 'locker room' for guests to come and get for themselves anything they needed: irons, ironing boards, extra tea/coffee/soaps etc which was handy. Handy location, close to the thames link.
b. w.
The hotel was very nice and staff were friendly. We had a small issue with our room which was resolved very quickly which was brilliant. The hotel is in a great location. Would definitely stay again.
T. S.
This hotel has unusually good prices for the location and the rooms are great. There is an in house restaurant, an M&S Food literally next door and other shops close. Recommended if you want to stay in the city. There is also free water in the hallways
J. S. L.
This is an old hotel and deliver poor service. Printer never works, even-though they call themselves "a hotel for business trips", the closest metro is closed for construction so the next closest one is a 15min walk. Out of the 2 elevators, 1 was always out of service so you'd have to wait a long time every time you want to go out. It took me ages to do the check-out because their system was, of course, not working. Worst part: you have to wait 10 mins for hot water to come out of the shower!!!!! DON'T STAY AT THIS HOTEL.
m.
Central located, fast cehckin and checkout.
Everything you need at the room, as hair dryer, soaps, TV.
Nice open area to meet and do networking, with free snacks.
N. B.
Great little hotel, no frills but everything you need. I liked the water refill stations on every floor. Super convenient location right by St Pauls. Friendly staff. Would use it again.
T.
Horrible. Walls like paper - can hear everything in the room next door. Please get some of the basics like real irons that have a steam function for business travelers, more comfortable beds and more sanitary (and less smelly) bathrooms. Free internet and a decent restaurant (for dinner, but not reasonable for breakfast) are the only things keeping this dump from 1 star.
K. M.
I like this place, even though it's small. It's fast, convenient, comfortable and ok value when you factor in location. Plus, unique water bottle system and complimentary snacks in lobby.
E. H.
Great location and kind service
Rooms are normal
J. B.
A rather suprising hotel mixing great value with club exclusivity lovley rooms with complimentary coffee in the lounge. The mobile app is well built so make sure to sign up and use it
F. W.
The location is nice and handy to farringdon or to St. Paul’s cathedral. This is my third time staying here. This is more a basic business hotel which has a superb location. Depends what you are looking for.
C. H.
Downstairs looks very modern and expensive however the rooms are nowhere near worth the price. They look like nursing home rooms. When we went down to the reception to complain that it was not even close to how it was advertised all we got was a smirk. When. We asked for a manager we were told that there is no manager on the weekends
G. B.
The front desk is a little less friendly than I'm used to in North America, but the rooms are nice and the wifi works well. Of note, they *do* provide wash cloths (not always a given in Europe).
S. A.
Sadly we were in a room where the air-conditioning wasn't working but staff came out straight away and we moved to a different room. There is a comfortable lounge where there are complimentary drinks. Great location
P. F.
Fantastic location room was clean; staff were very friendly. For the price this is okay for a day or two. I didn't like the fact that you couldn't open the windows but a good choice
K. A.
The hotel is very central. Clean but a little run down. Staff is helpful but the services are very limited. The lift is very slow and you are not able to use the staircase....
A. H.
Location is perfect, so close to St Paul's. Staff are friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint is that the air con/heating seems a bit noisy and antiquated.
R. S.
I love these guys who are working there butts off to provide some people real high quality flats, when I win the lottery........🤓
J. H.
double room on the second floor that was decorated nicely, with hairdryer and drycleaning bags hanging in the wardrobe and plenty of tea, coffee etc. The TV worked fine and you can even cast your own device to it or choose apps like Netflix and sign in with your details (data protected). I didn't hear any bells from St Paul's in room 28.
Theres a room with modern steam irons/ironing boards, ice/washing/drying machines with extra toiletries and tea/coffee on the floor - help yourself! The breakfast choices are lovely (I tried three!), evening meals in the Brasserie are equally nice, however, there is every origin of food available within a mile radius of the hotel so you're never stuck for choice!
There's a business area with PCs and printers - they'll even lend you an iPad. There's free lattes/cappucinos/tea/purified water here too while you browse, watch TV or work.
There's nothing I can say about Club Quarters that detracts from its status - it's a great all round venue for London :)
E. E.
This is a well located hotel within a minute or two of St Paul’s Cathedral. Lovely staff -very dated rooms in need of refurbishment but decent shower.
R. S.
From the outside it looks impressive but I can’t say that for the room I stayed in! Very basic and small as was the bathroom 😔 it was a great location for what we wanted to do but other than that I would say shop about as you can get better ☺️
S. S.
Pretty good location. Check in & check out was smooth enough. Room was clean, but a little dated & the bed wasn't the most comfortable.
L. F.
By far my best hotel in London!...Richard & Sandra are the best!
s. m.
Decent location, with easy to access stations. Comfortable beds and an great sized room for the price. Also woman on the desk when we first checked in was awesome
J. W.
Clean, friendly & in a super location. Complimentary coffee, soft drinks, filtered water. Local wines from 5pm - 6pm. Comfortable and quiet room. We'll be back!
N. K.
Location is the key here, for the business traveler and no frills. I was last there in 2004 and nothing's changed including the décor, room, everything. Feeling it's age and comes off as shabby (and the rooms are claustrophobic to begin with). But it is convenient to St. Paul's, Financial District, public transport, etc.
S. M.
Wonderful location, service and amenities. Difficult to cool room but great bed, pillows, and towels. We stay here regularly when we visit London.
T. M.
Very good location. Fab hotel
B. W.
It's a little overpriced. Rooms are very small and a little dated, but clean. More amenities would have been nice like a mini fridge or better TV system
s. m.
Great location and room was very clean. Facilities were good. Couldn't get the heating working right but may have been my own fault.
J. F.
Amazing staff and the food is out of this world....
A. K.
Lovely, clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Modern but chic aesthetic with free tea and coffee etc in lobby.
A. F.
It's ok not overwhelmed but yeah... I couldn't use any of the 2 TV's in my room as the remote wasn't working. Good are the complimentary drinks in the lounge.
B. W.
Very good location, nice room with good entertainment options. Only draw back was the room service menu was limited however there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance.
J. V.
Its nice hotel . Very well maintained rooms. Near to tube and bus stations. Very helpful staff.
Maria from reception is very full. You are rock star. Alex is also helpful guy.
A. G.
Very close to stores and some shopping. Close to a few pubs and bars. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Bed is very comfy and warm. Very happy with my stay so far.
A. G.
Central spot. Rooms are tight but it's close to a couple tube stations which makes getting around London pretty easy. Would recommend if you're in town for a few days on business.
W. M.
This is a very predictable, humble hotel with good anenities and a thoughtful staff. If you want luxury this is not for you, but it's a great location and a very well run hotel.
M. N.
Great hotel literally next to St. Paul’s Cathedral and in close proximity to tube station. Rooms are very well sized and staff smiley!
G. P. H.
Terrible Lift System. my room is on 7th floor and I use life to go up, however the life go up to 6th floor then back to ground floor. It repeat that for 3 times while the 7th floor button still on the red light
Y. M. F.
Awesome location. . Close to st pauls and blackfriars station. Step out to bus stop. . 20 mints walk to london bridge. I stayed for 30 days.. very friendly staff.. lots of complementary stuff including wine
B. D.
Decent business hotel with an excellent location in London. I used the day room to shower and change my clothes before the flight home.
j. j.
I like the hotel. But, I never got the discount for staying next time as they always say. I have given the code to the reception to grant me the GBP 40.00 for staying another time at their hotel ( I stayed 13 nights this time ). I wonder if this is only a marketing tool.
M. H.
Nice place, very convenient. Has empty water bottles so you can fill up and also serves coffee and a light breakfast. Easy check in
Z. M.
Location: near local tube station, really depends on what of London you want to visit.
Rooms are standard, if little on the small side. I've been put at the back of the hotel, so not ideal
Service wasn't great, but I did only get in at 1am, so excusable...
J. K.
We only stayed one night as we were visiting London to see a show at the theatre but was pleased with the hotel the room was lovely and spacious with a lovely queen sized bed room was spotlessly clean if we have another theatre break we will go back
R. C.
Visiting from the US for a couple days, and this place was perfect! Easy to access from LGW and right across the street from St. Paul's. It was clean and had great amenities; we would stay here again!
R. V.
Great location. Rooms ok. Let down by bad noise insulation. Can hear lifts, neighbours, etc like they are in your room
C. L.
Horrible experience and dirty room that was SO dusty. We requested for it to be clean, but only the bed was made...staff was rude. Won’t be staying here again.
M. W.
Reasonably priced, great location, friend staff. The air conditioning is a bit loud and slow to cool the room, but all in all pretty good.
H. S.
Great hotel right next door to st Paul's. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Be aware that the restaurant next door is not part of the hotel.
A. E.
Air con was broken - room ended up being 34 degrees so had the most unpleasant sleep. Rooms don’t have their own safe which is a nuisance as have to take belongings to reception instead.
C. F.
Nice and clean Hotel. Has a sitting area with drinks and snacks. Great central location 6 minutes to St.Paul station.
Near by St. Paul cathedral and New One Change Mall.
G. B.
Hotel is old and could use some renovation. Continental breakfast is modest.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
C. S.
Good location near to St. Paul station. Hotel is decent and good value but don’t expect the best of service or quality. Clean and well maintained.
r. s.
This is truly an exceptional hotel. A constant supply of free professional coffee in the lounge area along with free fruit and cereal bars. Its these touches that make the difference. Go for it.
P. C.
Great area, and the hotel is very nice. The bedsheets however felt a bit cheap, which was odd given the standard of everything else.
R. A.
Decent hotel with free wifi and drinks etc. Gym is quiet and perfectly decent too. Annoying thing is that you can hear the bells of St Pauls which can keep you up at night
S. H.
The windows might as well not be there. I know you should expect noise in a city, but people shouting, cars driving past like it's a racetrack, noisy deliveries through the night to the surrounding businesses, & that bloody clock chiming ever 15 minutes! It's like they're in the room with you.
R. R.
Nice room, good service. However, a bit too expensive and they had no umbrella at the reception - that was disappointing on a rainy day.
R. R.
Friendly staff with complimentary filtered water bottles and little snacks 😊 Only detractors were the total lack of water pressure in the shower and no mini fridge...champagne problems. I would 100% stay again
M. H.
Great hotel ideally located for my business trip. Breakfast was really good. Overall price pretty good for London.
J. V.
Great location in the city centre. Comfortable rooms, albeit a little on the small side. Staff look after the place well.
D. W.
Definitely a good quality hotel clean comfortable rooms with good noise insulation I had a very quiet comfortable night sleep.
M. E.
positive: location, friendly reception personnel
neagtive: poor room cleanness, poor breakfast, poor restaurant service
neutral: the hotel seem sto hae done very resticted invest on infrastructure improvement in the last years
D. T.
Rooms are decent, staff is friendly. Living room area is a nice perk and close to plenty of good sights and food.
J. P. R.
Pretty much a standard QC in the middle of town (very close to St Pauls). So nothing to fault except the antiquated TV system in the room. Very good location.
N. A.
Made the mistake of staying here twice (booked through work) and each time problems with air conditioning/ heating. Incredibly loud and takes 20mins to turn off. Don’t stay here.
A. B.
Cote restaurant, 3 courses and bottle of wine £35 each. Fab food and good service, worth every penny. Highly recommend.
C. F.
The hotel is very nice overall, with some snacks, coffee and tea available at the guest lounge. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
A. S.
Problems with V pay cards. Simply the system doesn't work. Maestro cards do not work either. Hotel also doesn't accept online payments. Besides that employees were very welcoming and friendly.
J. G.
Perfect for business need and amazing supportive and super friendly staff, only downside is not every room has a mini fridge, in the summer time you need to be hydrated
I. H.
Good hotel. În the center. Great view of Saint Paul. No breakfast included, but good French braserie with a la carte food.
B. P.
Nice hotel, near touristic and intersting places in underground, good rooms, you can take coffee and water 24/7 and it has a lounge with computers where you can print.
A. V.
Location is great, staff is very nice and my room was too noisy. I had better experiences in the past.
s. p.
Aircon not worked so it was a sauna in tiny room...not impressed....however they have a water machines available on each floor, to take away with bottles available
J. L.
My suitcase was broken by reception when left in there care.
The room was very basic and I do not consider this to be a four star hotel.
The only good thing was the location.
I would not consider staying here again
N. D.
Convenient location for bankers. In need of some freshing up at the moment, but staff is friendly and the lounge area is quite comfortable with good WiFi and some work places.
B.
Loved it. Place is in the middle of London with a hop on and off bus stop right in front. Staff was great and room was clean.
E. R.
Good business hotel in the heart of London. Suitable for short stays up to 3 - 4 days. Rooms are bit smaller.
J. L.
Decent, good location. Allowed 8am checkin for a fee, useful if you arrive into London at dawn.
F. v. d. L.
Everything was perfect and the amenities were useful and ever-present, but the fire alarms would randomly go off in the middle of the night for the entire week i was there.
R. R.
We absolutely loved staying here! The staff was friendly and helpful, you couldn't ask for a better location, and the price was just right.
Y. B.
Smart and clean hotel, efficient if slightly curt service. Rooms are spacious for a London hotel. Wi-Fi is blazingly fast!
A. E.
Everything was perfect and the amenities were useful and ever-present, but the fire alarms would randomly go off in the middle of the night for the entire week i was there.
J. B.
Nice hotel in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Comfy bed
J. O.
Booked on the day and stayed here overnight after a business meeting. All the essentials were covered and had a good night's sleep. Great location right next to St Paul's.
N. D.
Downstairs looks very modern and expensive however the rooms are nowhere near worth the price. They look like nursing home rooms. When we went down to the reception to complain that it was not even close to how it was advertised all we got was a smirk. When. We asked for a manager we were told that there is no manager on the weekends
A. B.
Nice place to stay. Friendly staff. Close to sightseeing
M. B.
This is truly an exceptional hotel. A constant supply of free professional coffee in the lounge area along with free fruit and cereal bars. Its these touches that make the difference. Go for it.
L. P.
Live staying here. Great hotel, very good staff. Long business trip but the made me feel right at home!
U. G.
Great location clean room and comfy bed.
A. D.
We absolutely loved staying here! The staff was friendly and helpful, you couldn't ask for a better location, and the price was just right.
S. C.
A lovely small hotel close to St Paul's Cathedral. The neighborhood is rather dead at night so you'll need to go elsewhere to eat and drink.
H. N.
Quick and tech enabled check in, nice room, comfy bed. Overall great hotel.
J. W.
Nice and clean room. Really appreciated the option of a self serve check-in check-out. Perfect location
B. E.
Great Hotel that really well located close to the metro and you can get to almost anywhere in the city in 20-30 min tops
T. L.
Rooms are clean, service is perfect. Great location (very close to our office) at a good price.
M. S.
fun to celebrate the Christmas in this hotel!
very clean, all the people are so nice 👌
B. B.
Great location right next to St. Paul's Cathedral. Clean rooms. The complementary snacks and drinks were a nice bonus.
C. F.
Cozy, comfortable room. Shower is great. Plenty of outlets and USB plugs for easy charging.
C. S.
The shower has absolutely no pressure and the breakfast was expensive and subpar, thank god there is a great breakfast place just down the street
K. S.
2 Times there, 2 times an issue with Heating system: Temperature went up to 27 degrees in the room. Could not adjust it. friendly staff but could not fix it. Had a very bad sleep.
D. D.
Modern rooms and facilities very much catered to the business traveller rather than tourists. Unbelievable location with a view of St Paul's Cathedral
M. T.
Central, easy access to local transport. Big bus stops outside hotel. Tate Modern and St Paul's Cathedral a short walk away.
M. O.
Could be better to welcome customers
D. M.
Great location and service but the wifi is very unpradictable and slow at best. Still a great hotel.
J. B.
Well equipped room. Especially the kitchenette. Check in kiosks a bit pants but great location, right by St Paul's.
A. B.
Given the price and location, one can hardly expect more in my opinion.
J. V.
Its a good hotel that provide me with a variety of needed services with high quality also can provide you with laptop free but the disadvantage is TV contain channels that is not interesting at all for anyone .
L. K.
Excellent hotel, good service, but rooms were quite hot (had to keep the airco on)
N. G.
Good if small room but everything you'd need. Only down side is the ringing bells of St Paul's through the night!
C. Y.
Good sized room, free water (from a filtered tap in the lift lobby). comfortable bed. Handy location.
T. A.
Great location (downtown London), free coffee and takeaway biscuits in the mornings. So-so rooms with no view for high prices (because of the location).
I. L.
Great staff, customer service. Central location, great for exploring the city of foot. Rooms are ok.
H. K.
Had a lovely stay. Fantastic location for getting around London. Lovely complimentary coffee always avaliable.
S. M.
Fantastic location but the room was pretty basic & the drainage of the bathroom sink was terrible. It took absolutely ages for water to drain away.
J. H.
Excellent hotel. Great location, good amenities, friendly staff. Really good value for the money!
M. B.
Superb location next to St Paul's Cathedral, perfect for sightseeing or business. Great room and very comfortable bed.
S. S.
Cozy room. Excellent location. Service is amazing. Overall room condition is pretty okay to stay.
F. M.
great hotel, close to everything i needed with friendly service and decent rooms.
S. M.
Nice hotel, very good service. There were some issues, however they were resolved quickly.
M. S.
Great location but the room was freezing cold and the concierge blamed me (and when that didn't work,a previous guest)
K. A.
Perfect location, nice rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, good value for price!
G. G. (.
A bit like a posh ibis, small plasticy rooms, no restaurant or gym.
Over priced for room size and amenities
K. C.
Great location, big rooms, but in need of renovation by now. Restaurant in the basement for breakfast? No, thank you!
F. G.
Location, room quality, services
J. I.
room ok, but no hot water this morning and difficult to sleep due to noise from the nearby road which started at 4am .... pretty bad experience
A. G.
Everything was just a little worse than expected. Surprising as I have never been disappointed at other CQ hotels 😢
A. K.
The service and rooms were nice, but a pullout couch does not fit two teenagers.
E. M.
Excellent location, nice room appointments. Club room is a plus, exercise facilities are limited, but other spa facilities are nice.
W. R.
Good location, room (on second) floor was ok, the service could be improved but it was an overall good experience
A. P.
Great spot with easy access to transport. Clean and efficient accommodation with nice staff and decent facilities.
H. S. B.
Self service motel, strategic location close to number of metro.stations like St. Paul's, Bank, Blackfriars etc. Service is stiff liped and terse.
M. C. (.
Room was a good size, didn't try any of the facilities, but the breakfast was great.
J. D.
Paper-thin walls, no sleep possible.
S. L.
Great Hotel, good Location and very friendly staff, especially Kristine we will definitely visit again
P. S.
Very good location and a short walk to the underground! Very Nice rooms, clean and modern
J. N.
Asked for a tuna steak grilled, got a seared tuna instead.... asked for MR got a well done ... meh
D. H.
The workers and staff were nice however our room came with a clogged toilet. Lovely.
H. L.
Fine simple rooms within a few yards of St. Paul's. Our room also had a view of St. Paul's.
B.
Very pleasant modern hotel. Nothing too flash, but perfect for a good night's sleep in the heart of the city.
B. S.
Good central location, comfy bed and clean room. What more do you want from a hotel?
M. C.
Nice hotel in a great location but room was very small..
S. P.
Overpriced. Room was cold (15C) with heater broken and central heating totally inefficient. TV not working.
M.
Nice Room size and standard. The Hotel offers roomservice with food from external restaurants.
J. S.
Really nice location, rooms are clean and tidy but nothing special about it.
R. N.
Good value for money and great location. Just tiny rooms.
R. M.
Old fashioned hotel. Not very comfy. But price is OK and personnel was very helpful and kind.
G. N.
Good clean comfortable rooms. Fast free WiFi. In heart of the City.
K.
Fantastic location in the center of London. Rooms are nice but the bathrooms need renovation
R. A.
All the little things really add up here. From the bottled water to coffee station, you feel like you are in a full size American hotel.
G. M.
Shower cracked and shooting water out the side, TV won't turn on without you downloading their app... That's just insane, will not be staying here again.
S. P. N.
Given the location, good price. Basic rooms but friendly service
C. M.
Great location. Friendly staff specialy Anastasia! A bit noisy. Good price
J. V.
Fantastic hotel and friendly staff. Worth every penny.
A. G.

Beautiful experience. I Highly recommend you visit
S. L.
Clean and very centric hotel, near a lot of attractions. Saint Paul cathedral, London's bridge, tower of London, to say some
C. F.
Quiet, good location, small but comfortable rooms.
A. B.
Nice enough staff but the hotel needs an update My room the USB and plug socket had been fused and so therefore not working 🙁.
G. T.
Great hotel in walking distance of Trafalgar Square, Saint Paul’s Cathedral, and a nearby tube stop!
B. T.
a bit run down (stuck in the mid-1990s), but really central (right next to St. Pauls Cathedral). Rather high rates for the "ambiance".
J.
Great lobby and really attentive staff. Pricey but not unexpectedly so for its location in London.
s. g.
The Hotel is not convinent, cleaning issue, the room window is not sealing the sound and the cold wind.
L. F.
Great location, comfortable rooms and friendly service.
J. O.
Comfortable beds, big rooms, friendly staff.
G. P.
The aircon was broken. We asked for it to be fixed but it wasn't. Due to this, we were un-able to sleep
S. P.
Perfect for all the sights of the city, close to underground station. Comfortable room
V. H. G.
The location is allright. Hot water was intermittent, had to take a cold shower after waiting for several minutes to get it hot.
P. P.
AC unit broke first day and they weren't able to fix it for three days when I accepted to be moved to other room ...
F. v. d. L.
