Was OK, nothing spectacular but it was close to where I wanted to be and cheap.

Small rooms, but very clean. Would have been nice to use the hair dryer. It was fixed to the wall and the plug does not reach the socket. Good value for money,.

Great value for the price with helpful and friendly staff. I will be returning for sure. Bed was so comfortable slept like a baby and felt like I was the only person there as the noise level was so mute you couldn't here other guests or outside traffic.

This place was perfect for my two night stay while attending LFCC Spring 2020. Paid under £100 for a two night stay in London is a rare thing even with budget hotels. The only thing I felt was missing was a fridge in my room but I have been in other hotels where this wasn't a feature as well. Pickier guests may have an issue with spots of paint missing or signs of damp in certain areas of the ceiling but it didn't cause me any worry. But do avoid future guests that could complain maybe the hotel owner should get it sorted asap.

Great location, very handy for Olympia and Westfield. Room small and breakfast basic, but it is cheap for the location. Fine if you need a bed for a night whilst at a conference and your travel budget doesn't stretch to a swanky place!

I stay here all the time when it is my cost. Good value, close to Hammersmith and Shepherd’s Bush. Decent rooms for the money. Ignore bad posts, if you want Novotel quality there is one down the road that is 4 times the price, so can’t fault this place at all.

Great price, hotel nice and clean and the reception staff very friendly and helpful. I forgot to pack my phone charger, after asking where the nearest shop was to buy one the staff member on reception gave me his. A silent nights sleep for me!!!

Great location and very quiet!

Decent enough for the price. Good location, friendly staff. Clean bed, bathroom could’ve been cleaner as it had mold. Room was very hot but this is likely due to the heatwave, no air con in my room however. WiFi didn’t reach my room either which was annoying but not too frustrating as I wasn’t in the hotel for very long

Staff always very courteous and available for any need. We asked for extra towels and they gave us twice a day. When I return to London, I will return there.
