(.They do all the simple stuff perfectly.. the food is fantastic, the staff are the friendliest I've ever dealt with in a hotel, the decor may be slightly on the older side but it's better maintained and cleaner than more modern hotels, and to top it off the bed is super comfy. I would highly recommend, it also has an underground stop a minuets walk away.
T. K.I would have given 5 stars but for our room not being cleaned the next morning. We arrived back at the hotel at 23:30 and found wet towels, bins not emptied, bed not made etc. Reception told me it was our fault, despite telling reception before we left for the day that we wanted housekeeping. Gentleman on duty changed our room. Other than that I would have awarded the extra star.

M.Booked suite here, we liked a much. The size of the suite is above average compared to others in London, very roomy for a family with kids. It dosnt have the best location tho but it’s ok if you want to be close to the airport. The downside for this hotel is the back entrance which it has no accessibility, so you have to carry your heavy luggage via short stairs

All in all, however, I would probably liken this hotel as a solid Holiday Inn amongst the IHG portfolio rather than a Crowne Plaza due to the bear-bone amenities, limited elite recognition and benefits (I am a Spire member) and size and quality of common spaces and rooms.

n.I've stayed at this location before and must say that the standard has become poorer, the mattresses are softer (heavily used, old?). The staff were friendly and supportive.
