L. R.I wouldn't class this as a 4 star hotel, 3 at most. The rooms are small, bathroom not overly clean and gym/spa still out of action. Breakfast is quite good. I'd recommend other hotels of this class over this one.

C.The hotel was well kept and all very modern. Due to covid I can understand why they wouldn’t want you to have housekeeping if it can be helped but they should allow more room refreshments etc to last the duration of your stay..
M.Location was good we travelled with a toddler so needed something close to the station. Room was fine for what we needed. Bit small, but given the price we paid it was reasonable. Will return.

P.The bed was great. My profile states a high floor away fro the lift and I was put into a small room which the young lady said was an executive room. The floor was dirty, The shower was not clean and the towel and floor mat had stains.
This was probably the worst CP I have stayed in
J.There isn't anything essentially wrong with the hotel. The staff are efficient and polite, the bed is comfortable enough, there is car spacing (though only 6 non-disabled spots). Having said that there wasn't anything that makes you think 'oh I have to return to that hotel'. It was just fine.
