Decent. Rooms are smaller than you can expect but everything is functional and vernacular. The bathroom is working quite practically. Bed sheets were very clean and the bed was comfortable. No storage room available, not even underneath the bed. Some rooms don't even have a window sill to place things on. Other rooms don't have an individual heat control. TVs are an extra, as is internet WiFi. Staff is kind and helpful, and they provided me with a coat hanger and an ironing board. Coffee is cheap downstairs.

A place to sleep, shower and toilet. Only 1 power plug in the room, with on of the sockets obstructed by the bed. Only stayed because it is 7 minutes walk to Victoria coach station, useful for a 0215 coach. They did give me free Wi-Fi for my stay so +1 ⭐️for that.

Finally after so long journey and enjoying new year at London eye , I checked every hotel to stay . All were fully booked and few were very very very much expensive. Finally I got room at this hotel. It was very much adorable. Room were small but very much clean 👌

I have given this hotel 5 stars due to it being excellent value *for what it is*. I have stayed there for a week every month since October 2021. It's obviously not a five star hotel, but for one of the lowest priced hotel rooms in London it is excellent for what it is. I travel for work and am only in the hotel between around 10pm - 8am, and for this it is ideal, if a little small.
The hotel room is small, with a comfortable and clean bed, small clean shower room/bathroom - not too different from the bathroom on a sleeper train or plane, but with a shower in the ceiling and a wetroom drain (pressure is good and temperature is warm).
The staff are really helpful and friendly. On the couple of occasions I have had a problem (eg heater not working, tv not working) they have been more than accomodating and helped me either change rooms or bringing an extra blanket when I couldn't be bothered to move rooms.
Your bin is not emptied for you and your bedding not changed, but if you leave your bin outside in the morning the cleaners do take it away and they will give you clean towels if you ask for them.
I would recommend booking the room with a window in the summer as the rooms without windows can get warm and stuffy, especially if you are staying for longer than a few days at a time.
I'd suggest bringing earplugs with you if you are a light sleeper as the rooms are small and close together. Also be aware there are only two hooks so if you want to hang clothes up this may not be ideal, and no drawers or bedside tables. There are also no drinks facilities in the room - I bring a small travel kettle and those little milk sachets when I come down for the week.
It is basic and no frills, but it is also the cheapest centrally located hotel in London by a mile. If you're going to be out a lot and simply need a comfy, warm and secure place to sleep and shower you'll be fine. If you're more fussy I'd suggest maybe this isn't for you.

You get what you pay for, but that’s not a bad thing.
It’s cheap, but it’s clean and comfortable, despite taking design cues from a prison.
The staff were polite, bed was comfy, bathroom was decent. My only point of improvement would be the addition of carpets in the rooms.
I’ve stayed in far worse and paid a lot more.
N. U.
The room was small but had a comfortable bed and a functional bathroom for a lot less money than bigger hotels around it.
I recommend it if you just need a bed for a night, but it wouldn't be suitable for a longer stay unless you rent one of their bigger rooms.

It did the job - I got in at 1am and checked out at 8 am but to be honest, if I'd spent any more than 7 hours there (6 of those asleep) I'd be pretty mad. I caught myself in the mirror as I went to bed and I proper looked like a prisoner in a cell! Put it this way, these rooms are fore sleeping in and that's it. Anything else and you'll just feel depressed.
Also it's a pot luck if you'll get any shower gel. It all depends on if the previous cell occupant has tore it off the wall .

We booked a "super-small" room with no window for a couple of nights. The shower cupboard had a toilet and a sink in it. We had a television (with working remote) and 2x 13A wall sockets. Upon arrival, we found the staff pleasant and both the bedding and the room were very clean. The shared areas I visited were also clean. No funky smells.
The air-conditioning was noisy, as others have mentioned. We slept good regardless. At these affordable prices, I think you'd struggle to find a nicer no-frills bedroom for the night. We enjoyed our stay here, Thanks!
m. k. l.
Good, but Wi fi,room cleaning is for extra charge. They have to wash better pillows and mattress . Linen was clean, but not what u see under the linen (pillows and duvet need wash….) Location is very good! A bit can be noisy, but its fine. Stuff is very nice and friendly. And price was good for the 4 nights. At least not to bad.
G. H. A. A.
The room and bathroom are small but it’s a good place to stay if you wanna be in downtown near to the Victoria Station. The staff is very friendly and the price are ✅ ok
O. W.
If you just need a bed for the night this is a good value. The room is clean and bed is comfy, but the bathroom is tiny, you can basically take a shower while sitting on the toilet, its a tight fit 😂
Towels are provided, so is shower gel. The tv is also a nice touch, however i thought the room was very bare. It wouldnt take much to hang up some cheap photos. Just feels abit bare and depressing with the cream walls and black laminate floor.
Its worth noting that theres no lift and the stairs are very steep so this wouldn’t be appropriate for those who have walking issues.
If you are looking for a super cheap hotel near Victoria, this is the best one. Defo book through the Easy hotel app as theres a discount for all members (its free to join). I wouldn’t pay more than £50 for these rooms tho. £40 would is a perfect price (for the window rooms).
K. H.
Ok for one night stay only and just for your head down for the night. Felt a bit like a prison cell and bathroom very small. No seats. We had a family room with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Only one room had window so very dark and depressing. We had a 10 year old with us but wouldn't recommend any younger children
J. W.
The shower pressure was okay and you do get what you pay for. The hotel was very noisy though with people constantly moving around and hovering early hours

I've stayed twice, once for two nights once for one night.
I think it's somewhere I am happy to stay for one night, due to cheap price and a standardised hotel.
No phone reception in my room in lower ground, fair enough if no wifi included, but if there was an emergency either for myself, or if family needed to contact me on the phone, it wouldn't be straightforward.
It is a bit annoying with the remotes for the air con and tv, as have to ask for them for reception.
For the room itself, no table or kettle e.g. would be handy to have somewhere to put things or have somewhere to eat. Very small bathroom, so will be showering next to toilet, but there is a shower curtain as separation.
Also, checkout is up to 2 hours earlier than other places I've stayed, or at least 1 hour earlier than some other places.
Very good location, near to Victoria station, and not far from some parks etc.
Staff seemed quite helpful on both stays.
But like I said, overall it's ok for me staying by myself for one night, and would consider it again.

Basic hotel in the heart of Victoria London. Don't expect any frills. You have a bed, shower, sink and toilet. I was on the 3rd floor and if you struggle with stairs make sure you get a room on the ground floor. Room clean, bed very comfortable. The plug socket had 2 USB sockets built in which was handy. Water and tea/coffee was available from reception for a charge. The room had a TV but couldn't locate the remote but not that fussed. Staff friendly and helpful. Be warned the sink.and shower are bright orange well it is an Easy Hotel
J. “. v. D.
It's okay to stay here if you're in London for a couple of days (2-3), but the rooms are very basic.
J. W.
Cheap, clean, and cheerful; not a lot of space but you get what you pay for. Perfect location close to Victoria station. I had no faults with this hotel.
R.
Nice room a bit small for a double but I was on my own. Ensuite. Location good for Westminster. Service good.
C. T.
Just note that there is no free WiFi, so if you need it and have to pay the extra £10 a day you can get a bigger and better room for the same price. But if you just need a clean, comfy bed and shower to crash - absolutely perfect.
E. _.
Friendly staff (Calvin was really helpful), strong and warm water, quiet nights.
P. N.
We booked a budget hotel.. we got a budget hotel.. the staff however are everything but budget friendly helpful and just lovely, will definitely book again
A. M.
The room I stayed was extremely small (king size bed only, no more space for anything else). The bathroom was "decent" I might say. It had a very small shower with a curtain that splashed water everywhere.
There was a TV without a remote control and aircon was controlled remotely.
Cheap room, basically.
S. H.
Basic, but low cost, reliable and clean. Always happy to stay here

I have stayed at other easyHotels before so I pretty much knew what to expect. The hotels are minimalist, modern, clean and the beds are comfortable. I think it’s excellent value for money with regards to the location - it cost us £69 for one night in central London. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I had experienced a little trouble when booking on their website and the booking had gone through twice - I’m not sure how this happened as there didn’t seem to be an issue my end at the time of booking. Subsequently I was charged twice. I contacted the hotel and they were brilliant with sorting out my issue and quickly refunded me for the second room accidentally booked. I’ve had bad experiences with other hotels in London, so it was refreshing that easyHotel were so efficient.
The only downside I would say is that the rooms weren’t as nicely decorated as other easyHotels I have stayed in. The other places I stayed in had quirky illustrations on the wall and were painted in clean white and oranges - their brand colours. This is only a minor thing and didn’t really take away from our experience.
In future, I will always be staying at easyHotel London Victoria. Great price, great location, great staff, clean and comfy.
J. S.
After reading the reviews I am not going to lie, I was dreading my stay. But now I am here I have to say, I am thrilled with my room. The staff go out of their way to help and the bed is comfy and very clean. The shower is not too small and it is what it is... a wet room. For the location, this is an excellent value bed for the night. Finally, I did not have to pay extra for my tv and the linen is clean, fresh and you have white fluffy towels. I am booked to stay in May and June and I am no longer worried about my stay.
L. C.
A beloved family member recently stayed at easyhotel.Victoria hotel during a severe personal crisis. The staff went above and beyond to help her, including contacting me in the States by both phone and e-mail. I was frustrated because I couldn't go to her because of travel restrictions. But they had eyes on her and were in constant contact with me. I have never experienced such kindness - and it has literally brought me to tears. Your hotel may not be fancy...but I would rate it 20 stars because of your staff.
G. M.
Hotel expensive for the services offered. Small rooms, with no space for luggage. Fairly good cleaning. If you want a hair dryer you must leave a deposit. Heating and air conditioning controlled by the reception. TV and luggage storage are charged. If you want a room just for sleeping it's fine. Great and strategic location, close to Victoria Station. Structure without elevator.
Y. K.
Super small and basic room something you see toilet room tiney recommend room with window and triple room otherwise you will regret it.
F. R.
Great option to stay in the middle of London! Rooms are actually small but that is clearly stated when booking so no complaints. It is still comfortable unless you have plenty of luggage or your height is more than 1,80mt. Bathroom is plane style but clean and complete.
I recommend to spend some extra money and get the room with a window as not having one can make it a little bit claustrophobic specially if an underground room is assigned.
There is a self service coffee machine (hot water for tea as well) for no more than £1,50 and some beverages and snacks if you become hungry at night or for breakfast.
E. I.
The reason for the review is that my duvet had a single dirt when housekeeping tried to fit the bed. When I looked for a reception, couldn't find anybody. Thankfully I had my alcohol to disinfect it. I wish it could be better. It is still ok for the price but could be better.
M. G.
I am writing this review because I had a lot of fear (based on the written reviews on Google Maps) of my stay at this hostel. The hostel is very well located, short distance to main attractions, and to the Victoria Station. Nice pubs with a good food very close to the hostel too. The stuff was very welcomed, charming, smiling, and very helpful. The room was clean, same with the bathroom, comfortable bed, clean towels, enough space for two adults. I can highly recommended.
L. M.
After a horrendous train journey into Euston we arrived at the hotel and was pleasantly greeted by the young lady on reception as the trip was a birthday treat we was pleased to get an upgrade on our room. The rooms are basic indeed but for the location you cannot go wrong for the price. We would definitely return when visiting again.
B. B.
Room without any table. To little for two persons for one week. After the shower the bathroom is totally wet, so you have to keep all your things in the sleeping room. Nice and friendly people there. We didn't want a cleaning. Didn't know how to manage it with the whole luggage.
S. K.
Service was friendly and helpful. However, the rooms are very very very small (to the point you might not be able to open your suitcase without blocking the door to the room and bathroom). I'd recommend it for a single traveler without lots of luggage looking for a clean place to stay on the cheap.
C. L.
Great location but the rooms are very small and some have no windows. I was surprised that you had to pay an extra £5 everytime you wanted someone to clean the room and empty the bin. Also they charge extra to hold luggage and to use the television in the room while some cheaper hotels nearby offer both of these for free. The room was so small that if you put your suitcase down on the floor you are unable to open the door. There is nowhere to hang your shirts. It would be nice if they at least had a storage area with hangers for your shirts and space for a suitcase. Positive points - You have aircon in the room and the location is perfect for Westminster. Also no traffic noise. The room was quiet.
R. L.
It's a budget hotel and that's what you have to expect. That been said having stayed in many budget hotels and other Easyhotels this was my last favourite. Room was VERY small and so was the shower, to the point you can barely turn around without knocking the taps. Room was clean enough, but given the number of other budget places locally of a similar price I would not return
R. J.
For the price we paid and the amount of time we were planning on spending in the room the small rooms size was perfect. Beds were clean, room was warm and comfy and the staff friendly. Use this more as a place to stay if you just need the essentials on a visit, for a couple of nights. If you're staying longer and want a place to spend a good few hours in the room besides sleeping you may want to stay elsewhere. Overall very happy.
E. G.
This is the coolest place I have stayed in ages. When you say you only need a bed, this is it!! Reminds me of the uni rooms where there's a wet room-shower-sink-toilet, think caravan style! A mirror and a bed. Proper ace! I'm here to explore not sit in my room. Awesome. Great cheap option for those on a super budget... pack light tho... not much floor space :)
O. C.
Location is great, but you get what you pay for. Cheaper rooms are really tight (seriously, like no space between the bed and the walls) and have no windows; while the more expensive ones are bigger, more comfortable, and have windows. Service is ok, but remember this is a no frills hotel. Don't expect anything fancy or free, not even room cleaning (£5 every time you want your room cleaned), remote control (£5 a day), or WiFi (£10 for a 5-day pass). So if you're looking for a clean room, in a great location, for £50 a day, this is a great choice. But, if you're like me, don't bother and spend a little more money to stay somewhere else.
D. B.
It is perfect if you are a tourist and spend only a few nights in London. The location is great, the room was tidy. The rooms are tiny but if you are a tourist who spends only the night in the room, it is fine. The only negative thing is that our window looked at a few air conditioning fans and they were quite noisy at night.
V. S.
Good price, great location, a five minute walk from Victoria station, does the job if travelling light and make sure it is light, good luck not touching a wall while wearing a back pack lol. It was clean and warm. However, I found my room very scruffy (see photos) with the bed wedged between walls and nowhere else to sit, inevitably there are shoe marks up the walls, badly patch in colour and scraps over the frame of the bed revealing it use to be orange. I upgraded to get a window, which I'm thankful I did so I had a window ledge to set things on rather than the minimal floor space, unfortunately my window was facing a linens store room and staff were not quiet in the morning accessing it. Would I stay again? yeah I would. more care could be taken in the upkeep of the room
D. R.
You get what you pay for. This is not a top end hotel. Rooms are small and basic. But more than suitable for a short stay. Bed very comfortable. Service was good. I would stay again for one night stays.
S. E.
Staff where extremely helpful! My room was too small with now window but 5 stars for the cleanliness. You get ta have a coffee machine and some snacks in the reception. Tv is free but wifi is not. My room was in the lower ground so I had to carry my big bag dowstairs, but apart from that, the staff amke you feel at home.
K.
Surprisingly nice for a low budget hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are snug but who goes on holiday to stay in the hotel room? The bed was comfier and with nicer sheets than the last EasyHotel I stayed in and the bathroom was in nicer condition. Not completely perfect though as the room never really got dark because of lights on the fire alarm, TV (pay to unlock), etc, and the shower was alternately scalding and ice cold. (Also it is not at all accessible if that's a deal-breaker for you, being an old Georgian building. But the price it was more than I expected, especially in central London.
L. W.
Great place if your on a budget. Wasn't expecting much for the price but I was really shocked at the standard of the rooms and staff professionalism, really good! Quite small rooms but for the price there great! Would strongly recommend!!
A. N.
The "bigger"room was really small, the toilet was micro, you can open the window just for 10 cm and we were dying for the hot weather feeling like in a microwave.
The room was acceptably clean and there was no place to put our stuff, not a table or similar.. we used our luggage as tables.
The bed was not properly a double but one and half.
Standard priced.
S. R.
For this price and location I thought the easyHotel ticked nearly all the boxes. The room was clean and well presented upon arrival and staff were efficient and friendly. While the room was small it is no worse than rooms find in student halls and did the job for a short two night stay. The room was warm but not overly so as I feared without a window this may be an issue. The only problem I encountered was that some of the fittings in the bathroom fell off the wall when used (soap dispenser and shower head), but this wasn't that difficult to put back in place. It was easy to get around London thanks to proximity to Victoria and the underground station there. Overall a pleasant stay that for the price was good value, will definitely consider for future trips to London!
E. S.
Nice building outside near some cafes
A. K.
I didn't mind size of the room, but the smell and pretty humid air. Took the room without window, and it was not so nice to stay. Aircon can be regulated only if you call the staff to do it, and each time you want the change, you need to call them again. Still the cheapest room you can get so close to city center.
Y. D.
Very nice hotel, considering its low cost. The rooms are very small, but you will have everything you need in there. Amazing location, close to most of London's attractions, and very close to Victoria station. The staff was very nice and tried to help us with any question or problem. There's no breakfast, but there are a lot of coffee houses nearby, in low cost. There's a free WiFi, slightly problematic, but the staff can help you with it.
C. C.
Cheap for London standards but the room was so claustrophobic for my taste. We stayed in a same Easyhotel in Berlin and the room was bigger. The bathroom was tiny but everything worked well. The shower was powerful. The hotel is about 500 m. from Victoria train and coach station and 10 minute from the House of Parliament(Big Ben).
K. D.
It does the job but the windowless rooms would be difficult for anyone who is a little claustrophobic. Also incredibly small so you can that's big bags and two people in the room. Still good value for the money paid
G. G.
19£ for a minimal and essential room. I took the small one with no windows. No furniture only en-suite bathroom and bed. Everything as perfectly described on their website. Receptionists very kind. I would definitely come back. Comfortable double bed. Very clean overall.
M. F. M.
This is a low budget cheap hotel. Sound proofing is not that good and if you get a room in the road side then you may not sleep very well. Unless sirens and road crossings are a sound that you enjoy.
Over all it is what is is. A bed and a shower. Done.
S. J.
Functional place to sleep if you are lucky and avoid Lower Ground floor. Lower Ground gets a noticeable soundtrack from the tube trains below. I was fortunate that the noise from these was drowned out by the enthusiastic Eastern European family occupying the rooms surrounding mine, til 1am, and the Olympic trampoline team that were training in the room above. Soundproofing is an alien concept in this hotel.
This is a shame as I liked the functional simplicity of the hotel at first. The bed was comfy and the shower had plenty of hot water. At the end of it though the £40 asking price was just about fair value for money instead of the bargain it should have been.
S. P.
Amazing price for the location, perfect for what we needed.
Cant fault the place at all, you get what you pay for and in this case your paying for the location, room had bed shower/bathroom, tv and full length mirror ideal for 1 night when visiting for theatre or sightseeing
H. M.
Ok it's got VERY small rooms, very small, but if your only in London for a couple of days,or a night then it's ideal. £103 for Sunday to Wednesday. I'm myself, zooming about sightseeing. The hotel is clean, warm and comfy. Can't complain.
L. A.
Very comfortable bed, just bring small pieces of luggage because the space inside is really small. You have to pay for internet and for them to hold your luggage. Other than that, the location is really good and the staff is kind and very helpful, they have adaptors for the outlets, which come very handy.
Y. S.
To be fair, I would have normally put 4 stars, since as a lot of others clients said in previous posts, the rooms are incredibly small (I am pretty sure this is the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in).
Having said that, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Let me explain what happened: the staff sold us two tickets to go on City Tours bus- 64 Pounds for 2 24 hour valid tickets (hop on hop off)
When we tried to get on the bus, the driver never let us in! Our vouchers also included a boat tour, but we could not use it as we supposedly didn't have the right vouchers!!!! Needless to say, we were fuming and spent a couple of hours trying to find an agent to exchange us the bloody vouchers, we never found that person...
Aisha and Nihan made sure sure we would be refunded in less than 24 hours (at this point, I was not too sure who to believe, as we were quite disappointed) but we did get our money back the day after! Aisha even called me on her day off to make sure the refund went through: now that is what I call customer services:)
So, in a nutshell, easy hotel has super small rooms but was clean and staff was very friendly...but never use city Tours: they are a proper scam!!
W. M.
You know that you are renting a small room. It was clean and efficient. The people working were helpful and polite. Complimentary tea. Very close to Victoria Station, so convenient for visiting London and getting out to see the city.
D. S.
Well, the redeeming features are that it is very cheap and near the station. Otherwise the rooms, especially the deep underground ones, are incredibly small - no! Even smaller than you are thinking! They are also very hot and you are likely to be disturbed by underground trains traveling near you, but they stop at night because obviously the best city in Europe should not have a 24 hour mass transit system... So no luxury, but if you need a cheap night before you have to set of on the Gatwick Express first thing, why not?
A. U.
You get what you pay for. If you actually look at the room sizes, before you purchase - youd be ready for how small the rooms are. As a cheap hotel - you have to be ready, that you have to pay for everything extra. But I had read what the hotel offers beforehand, so there were no surprises. Only minus - if you pick a room with a window, it’s located in the 3rd floor, only accessible by stairs.
And the room was a bit cold, we couldn’t fully close the window, but the blanket was very warm, so it was okay. Pick this hotel only if you need it for the night, else you go insane. But it has a great location, very close to city center.
S. E.
It does exactly what it says on the tin. It is a budget hotel and that's that. It was clean but an extremely small room but saying that I did have ensuite shower and toilet facilities but as said it is a budget hotel. Well more of a budget room rather than hotel but the staff I saw were very pleasant which I thank them all for.
S. M.
Very compact room for two. Early check out time (10:00). Street noise is quite loud. Clean room and good bed. Warm room and electrical heater option. Location very good. Good-value-for-money place. Friendly staff.
B. K.
Exactly what it says on the tin, clean and functional. However, the room was the same size as the bed, so if you're tall you might struggle. Also, noise from the adjoining rooms, floor above, and underground trains below was pretty bad (lower ground room) so worth bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper. I forgot mine and regretted it. I do like being able to choose a room without a window.
T. E.
Exactly as advertised. Having used the whole host of easy products the pay 4 months (easyGym,Jet,Bus), we fully knew what to expect when it came time to settle into our easyGym Hotel. Yes, the room was small as possible, but thats what you get with a budget hotel. The showers were compact, ensuite, and there’s just enough room for a bed. As compared to a similar priced hotels we’ve stayed in in London, easyHotel blew competitors out of the water on cleanliness and descriptions. If you’re looking to stay just the night, easyHotel is the place to stay. If you’re going in for more than 2 nights, I’d recommend elsewhere
H. L.
Friendly staff, clean room, very safe and accessible area. People are complaining about the size of the room which is mostly taken up by the bed, but it's a great price for such a central location. No frills and perfect (and safe) for me, a woman travelling alone.
S. E.
Seriously small rooms with many extras you pay for, WiFi, TV, late check out etc. What you'd expect from easyJet. However clean, easy and very cheap in great location
F. L.
Not really sure what I feel about this hotel. I was there for three nights, which is the absolute max I think you could stay here. I would stay here again, but only for one night. I don't particularly agree with the flat rate for the room and pretty much anything you can think of being a chargeable extra, but I guess beggars can't be choosers. It's fine if you are there to sleep and then be out all day, but even at that the room was very small and very noisy. EDIT: upon reading this again, I thought I should clarify that our room was noisy because we had a window room that faced the street. The rest of the hotel wasn't noisy per se. It was mainly traffic noise.
K. G.
It's not the best easyhotel I've been to, but it was okay. The space is really small, but that's not that bad. The worst thing was, that the AC couldn't be turned off, so there was a cold breeze all the time. But the staff was really nice and they tried to help us as mucb as they could. And there are no elevators.
t. r.
very clean but the room was like a double bed, very small!
M. B.
The rooms are small and functional. It's in a good location for central London and very reasonably priced. The only complaint I would have is that the rooms can be a little bit too warm in hot weather, even with air-conditioning.
E. T.
If you are not a fussy tourist, this hotel gives you a clean room with a comfortable bed and a bathroom, placed in the heart of London at good prices. Very close to Victoria station. The staff is nice, especially the managers!
T. W.
Budget hotel. This is fairly much a built in bed with ensuite. No space to store your bag or safely place your phone /glasses. No air conditioning.
Towels are good quality.
If you just need a room for a night or two this is a no frills option close to victoria train station. Shops/ restaurants are around the corner about 100metres away.
P. d. V.
Cheap and good location. Beds and are too short if you are over 6feet (1.80m) tall and rooms and shower/toilet cubicle are a bit claustrophobic, especially for a couple. But again, you get what you pay for.
X. S. S.
5/5
Rooms are tinny but we knew it before booking it. Location is excellent (3 minutes far from Victoria Station) and the neighborhood is very quiet. The staff members are helpful and kind. I would repeat for sure, it is difficult to find something so close to the heart of London for this price.
A. “. S.
It's okay if you're on budget. This place really defines "small room" as the bed is literally exactly as wide as the whole room, which reminds more of a ship cabin. On the other hand it's pretty central location and clean.
P. K.
Very clean and it he staff were great. Only complaint is that I paid extra for a window room and a large Christmas tree was put up just next to my room... Complete with flashing lights that were kept on throughout the night. Would not stop me staying here again but it was quite annoying.
G. R.
Stayed at the easy hotel .great location not far from big ben. London eye and other attractions.. i booked here after i cancelled my original booking in another b and b because it was dirty..i read about this easy hotel and decided it was ok ..it was it was ideal for me stayed here 5 nights. Bare-bones basic (you get a bed and a tiny bathroom pod, no wardrobe, no desk, no chair, no kettle, no carpet or even a glass) but is well priced, in a great local (bars, restaurants, tube and grocery shops) and is super clean and well presented.
Ideal for people on the go who just need somewhere to sleep rather than a hotel to relax in.
S. V.
When I arrived, I was offered either a room on the 2nd floor or 3rd floor. I asked which side they were and decided on the 2nd floor room. I was given the door key and went upstairs. When I arrived at the room and let myself in, there was someone else's belongings in the room. I was mortified, as my immediate thought was 'what if this happens to me while I am staying here and someone else gains access to my room and takes my personal belongings - not everyone is honest' - I went downstairs and the lady apologised, but I said to her, my main concern is safety! This has NEVER happened to me in 20 years all over the world! She then offered to give me free internet and tv which is kind but doesn't detract from the major error in my opinion! She then gave me the code which was meant to be the same as my room number 312, but she said 314. So then I was doubly confused as I said to her, I thought you said my room is 312. She said yes it is, but I said you have given me the internet code as 314. Then she said, OK just use that one and then she wrote it on the card as 312. I said, but you said it is 314. Then again she apologised and said yes the code is actually 314 and she changed the internet code to 314. All very concerning and based on this not sure I would trust easyhotel again!!
RESPONSE from easy hotel which I thought was poor:
We have a 24 hour reception to assist our guests in the best possible manner and also address any concerns they may have during the stay, however, please be assured the safety and security of our precious guests will not be compromised at any cost. Nevertheless, we apologise for all the inconvenience you had this time.
WELL I FEEL IT WAS COMPROMISED!!!! NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!!
A. W.
Really cheap but fab! Our room was small but efficient. We had everything we needed and it was clean and warm. So close to Victoria it felt like a steal! Have recommended for friends to stay here and will return when I come back to London again :)
S. P.
We loved our stay at EasyHotel Victoria! The staff was very friendly and the location was in a quaint area with an 11min walk to Buckingham Palace. The tube was right around the corner along with local shops and eateries. The room was small as we expected but it was Clean!! Which was really important to us. And we were able to open our window for some air. I would definitely stay here again! If you plan on sightseeing all day and will only be there to sleep, this is the way to do it!
Side note: we had a horrible experience at the EasyHotel Heathrow(near the airport) our room was filthy and run down, we never stay at the Heathrow location again.
L. C.
Good location near Victoria station. The rooms are tiny and without window. Same refers to bathroom. Also if you have big luggage it might be a problem to store it inside the room. You have to pay extra if you want to use internet.
G. C.
Great place for the vacation. It's near the Victoria station. Overall view is good. Rooms were beautifully decorated. Staff is well cooperated and friendly in nature. Had great time there. Must visit once again. Food was also good.
A. E.
Perfectly situated .In walking distance of Buckingham palace and Big ben .
10 minute walk from Victoria station.
Staff very friendly and extremely attentive. Coffee tea and cold drinks and chocolate bars available in reception reasonably priced too.
Yes it is a budget Hotel rooms are small but its only somewhere to sleep beds are comfortable . 1 small issue i did find the rooms quite hot (i didn't use my quilt i slept in my pjs after someone said rooms were very cold)they are not!!
All in i would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again fantastic value for money.
D. M.
Decent enough. Clean and tidy. Tiny, Tiny room. But I'd rather pay £40 for a small clean and tidy room than £30 for a small, minging room. Staff were friendly. The walls were very thin though. Definitely heard someone enjoying some intimate moments in the middle of the night...
H. S.
Good cost-benefit relation, excellent service! And very centric.
The rooms are very small but that’s what you are paying for! And you are in London! Why would you stay in the hotel instead of visiting this amazing city?
K. S.
For how cheap it is, I feel like I can’t complain much. You get a small room a bed, sheets, and what is basically a camper sized bathroom. I am a tiny person and even I found the shower very cramped. My biggest gripe is that the bed sits against the wall on 2 sides and the wall was dirty... ew.
M. T.
Good for the price. The small room without window is really small, but basically not bad. Location is great, in the heart of the city, Buckingham Palace and the Big Ben is just a nice walk away. Internet was a little wonky
C. V.
Good price for its location, of for staying 1-2 nights. The room was rather small and without windows, so it felt a bit like a cage or jail. It is ok for 2 people although not very spacious. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and very attentive
G. C.
Was a bit expensive for last minute booking but it worked out well. Shower is tiny but nice once you get in. I slept well as I was super tired when I arrived after a long travel and a heavy day.
S. W. V.
It's ok for the money that you pay for it. Because London is really expensive so you can't be waiting too much for this prices. Staff were friendly, rooms were sooooo small we could barely walk around or even put our bags, about cleaning perspectives it's ok, not perfect but acceptable. Except the fact that we discovered a spider in neck and we killed it and putted it in hall after a day later it still was there...
S. B.
Friendly staff, comfy bed and no street noise. Super basic facilities but served my purpose for a 1 night stay well. Very short walk from Victoria Station (tube and mainline).
r.
Don't expect too much from this hotel. It's cheap for a reason. You get a bed, and a shower/toilet cubicle that looks like it's out of an airplane. Great for a drunken night out in the city and you want to get your head down. Awful for more than a night.
A. M.
A classic case of getting what you pay for. On one hand, you won't find much cheaper in central London. On the other hand, labelling the rooms at small would be an understatement. My partner and I stayed in a room which had an ensuite shower room and a bed. Barely any space so creative manoeuvring is required. Lots of extras available (wifi, tv, windows) but each come at a cost. Worth it if you're doing an overnight and need a place simply to sleep.
J. T.
The room was tiny but as expected. Very clean and not too hot, which I had worried about but it was comfortable to sleep in. The bed wasn't that spectacular, I'd say adequate. Check in and out was very easy and the location was convenient.
S. G.
Great location near to Victoria and reasonably priced. Room is small but bed is comfortable. Modular bathroom is clean although took a while for shower to warm up (I was on top floor)
S. K.
Great if you need a cheap place to sleep. The staff is really nice and helpful. The rooms are miniscule, though 😄
N. G.
Excellent value for price paid. Very clean and basic. Staff go the extra mile. No frills, no luxury.
A. K.
I didn't mind size of the room, but the smell and pretty humid air. Took the room without window, and it was not so nice to stay. Aircon can be regulated only if you call the staff to do it, and each time you want the change, you need to call them again. Still the cheapest room you can get so close to city center.
M. S.
Good for low cost budget hotel, if price is more than £50, might not be worth.
D. B.
My go to place in london, esp if I'm going to be flying out of any of the London airports. The staff are fab an md the hotel has everything needed for an overnight stay. The price is fantastic for london and it's a pretty great location. Highly recommend!
L. A.
Very comfortable bed, just bring small pieces of luggage because the space inside is really small. You have to pay for internet and for them to hold your luggage. Other than that, the location is really good and the staff is kind and very helpful, they have adaptors for the outlets, which come very handy.
m. S.
I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and loved it. Hotel rooms are small but very very cute. Each room has a different name.
M. R.
Very comfortable overnight stay. Bed nice and comfy. Check-in quick and easy. For a one night stay you can't get better value than this in London.
f.
The rooms were (as expected) very small, but clean, negativ point: no one cleaned them during our stay (7 nights) and the room was very clairaudient, so that it was possible to hear everything, that happend in the rooms next to us and above.
G. B.
Fine to rest your head as a brief base on your trip the rooms are very compact. Clean, staff helpful and freindly it is a fantastic location for all attractions
L. W.
Extremely cheap and basic room, everything you need if all you require is a bed and a warm shower. In the smallest room there is legitimately no room too move however this was warned so there's no room to complain.
J. L.
Pretty good for the price. No frills at all (eg windows optional) but always clean in the rooms and bathrooms which is the important thing. Would be nice if there were some coat hangers maybe?
G. B.
Nice hotel stayed there for four nights and it's good place to stay for not that much.
Not big rooms tough so would recommend if you just need a place to sleep.(tip: get a room with a window)
P. H.
If you want a clean, safe, affordable (by London standards) room for the night, and you are happy for a stripped-back-to-basics hotel experience, then there can be no better choice than easyHotel Victoria.
R. J.
Budget hotel were you buy extras if you need it. A lot of the rooms are small and may not have windows. Normally competitively priced.
K. J.
Very close to Victoria station, paid extra for the window and the bigger room which was still cheap but meant I got air in my room. The last time I stayed there I couldn't breath because it was so warm! Was only there for 8 hours but it wasn't bad
A. H.
Good price, but not perfect.
It's value is as much as you paid
J. M.
Very cheap and centrally located, just a short walk from London Victoria (handy for Gatwick Express users). The rooms are tiny, though, and you don't get much for what you pay.
A. M.
Very good position to stay during your trip in London, it is easy to reach every touristic destination in town. The rooms are clean and the receptionists are very kind.
e. n.
Good for a short and cheap trip in central London. The rooms are really small - tiny only for the night. Location is very good.
J. T.
My room was super clean and had everything I needed. Walls are thin though, so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
v. t.
Good staff friendly and helpful. Room small but we knew that when booking. Close to London Victoria rail and buses, and good cafes and pubs close by.
D. K.
Rooms very warm though that can't always be helped. No hot water in the morning which was not ideal. OK for a night, wouldn't have wanted to stay for another
C. G.
Did what I needed it to do, by being a relatively cheap hotel in the centre of London. Easy walking distance to Victoria station allows good access to/from the Tube and National rail networks.
P. S.
Its cheap and you get what you pay for. The rooms are just beds with wet rooms next to them and you will get charged for any extras. Thing is you paid like half the normal rate for a hotel so who cares
S. K.
Great if you need a cheap place to sleep. The staff is really nice and helpful. The rooms are miniscule, though 😄
A. J.
For a budget hotel ... The staff so friendly ... A real credit to the brand ... Hotel is basic as u can get but the beds are comfortable and room very clean ... This hotel is well situated just mins walk from Victoria and some great attractions
S. K.
Room and bathroom were quite small, £5 WiFi which is a quite decent price. Staff were friendly, good location.
m. S.
I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and loved it. Hotel rooms are small but very very cute. Each room has a different name.
C. H.
Rooms were smaller than i thought. Clean and has good appearance. Is ok with friends and young pleople, but no for ager-old people.
D. A.
Room is okay for the price. Located near the city center. Very suitable for those who want to stay in London with small budget.
D. P.
I've used this place for years, it is what it is for the price but compared to the newer Easyhotel it's in dire need of a makeover.
P. J.
Room was an okay size for 1 night. Let us check in early. Nice location and staff were friendly.
D. B.
Nice place, small room as all economic Hotel in London... Room is clean. Position is perfect.
T. A.
Staff are helpful because the staff are aware I'm deaf and provide me a sleep vibrate alert, I'd really impressed it and appreciate it, would definitely going again soon.
A. G.
The rooms are very small, we barely had space to leave our luggage and close the door, and even if there was a TV we could not find any remote or something to make it work :(
D. G.
One of the best place in the city, gorgeous poolside bar and sea views.Rooms here feel more like studio apartments then hotel rooms.
D. B.
Wow...tiny, tiny rooms. But comfy, when all you need is a place to crash. Good prices, very friendly manager.
N. Y.
Great location and private bathroom. Good value for money if you don't mind the very small room and a lot of stairs.
A. F.
Very tiny room but comfortable, pay extra for TV remote and room service. Very basic and clean.
S. G.
Clean and neat. Real no frills place, but in a good neighborhood and safe place. Great if traveling on a shoestring.
J. C. M. C.
The hotel is very good located, but the rooms are so small. However the service and clean was perfect.
k. s.
Claustrafobic, pillows smelled like vommit, Bathroom door would not close(fit in the doorway), Scruffy, Dust and Black mould everywhere, freezing in the winter, hot in the summer (no control over the aircon), no windows, noisy vents, toilet seat wonky, no phone signal, wifi and tv remote overpriced (you can turn the tv on with a power button behind the tv set, but no channel or volume control, ours was set on Dave), shops in the area do not sell alcohol after 11pm..
Cheap though, and close to Victoria station (5min)
K.
Rooms are small, but price and location are excellent. Also the beds are extremely comfortable.
L. D.
It's a bed in a room with its own shower/toilet, smart tv with easily accessible usb/hdmi ports.
S. &. E. W.
Asked for a small double with a window. Got a small double with a window. Clean. Great base for London sights. Get what you pay for. Super friendly staff.
R. K.
You get exactly what you pay for. Our room was clean and we only got back to rest our head and be gone sightseeing the next day. Friendly personnel.
T. A.
Been there late 2017, excellent location only 5 minutes walk from Victoria Coach Station, friendly staff too.
O. S.
Very good location. Rooms are small, some without a window but you get what you pay for.
B. D.
It's a great place for a one night stay. Rooms are tiny with just a bed in them and a very small bathroom.
P. G. A.
Hotel very clean and basic. The rooms are very small and only have the bed and the bathroom. Is near Victoria tube Station
M. M.
Staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a good location, but rooms are very small and noisy.
N. L.
Good location right beside Victoria station. No frills room as expected. Hotel common areas could do with bit of tlc. Ok for place crash.
R. C. B.
Cheap convient hotel. I mean for 22.50 a night can you ask for more?
M. T.
Less expense than manuel hotel. Room are very small. Be careful to the soap distributor in the shower.
A. P.
Ideal location. Great if you're just looking for a basic bed and shower. Prices reasonable.
M. S.
Good for low cost budget hotel, if price is more than £50, might not be worth.
d. j.
Small rooms put good prices, most staff where helpful and friendly.
J. B.
Amazing location at a great price, didn't mind the small room but it was stiflingly hot.
D.
Room was small but clean, friendly staff, great location & cheap too!
P. K.
For the price it is great. Don't expect the Hilton, but you will get clean rooms and a very good price for London.
g. m.
Room very clean tv worked if your a large person shower might be a tad tight for manovers ..
J. T.
"Rooms are small, but price and location are excellent." Clean beds and good service, from the staff <3
K. J.
Tiny, costly and utilitarian. Had issues with AirCon but the staff immediately switched rooms for us.
K.
Very friendly staff, however maintenance of the rooms could be looking into as my window would not remain open
J. L.
No aircon, so it can get very warm in your tiny room
M. H.
Very cheap hotel right next to Victoria and nice things arround .
M. D.
I want to say thank you to Nadeem ishaq and Ovais for helping me to changec my room without paying extra money they were friendly and the location is great

Very typical of easy hotel though walking through the corridors can be noisy as the floorboads creak more than the Mary Rose
N. G.
Excellent value for price paid. Very clean and basic. Staff go the extra mile. No frills, no luxury.
D. K.
Small rooms but low prices
R.

M. C.
Correct for the price, small room but very good location
L. B.
It's OK for a day or two, but the rooms are extremely small. Not even a place for a suitcase.

What people need to understand is that easyHotel is a franchise. Having to pay extra for remote controls and wifi is not something this particular hotel has decided to force on its customers, it’s all part of the wider franchise model. If you have a problem with this then I suggest you contact easy hotel plc directly.
The Victoria hotel is perfectly located and is very clean. There is no consistency with the rooms however, wall sockets are in different positions and I found that the smaller doubles with windows are far cosier than the larger double rooms.
If you are staying for more than one night avoid a room without a window. It’s very depressing and almost feels like you are in a prison cell.
If you want tranquility ask for a room to the rear of the building as the front of the hotel faces a main road and it can be noisy at times.
Easy have taken the meaning of budget to another level but there are several cheaper alternatives in the area that have far superior facilities so I wouldn’t say easyHotel is the cheapest.
If you are planning to stay at this hotel be prepared for a bare bones experience. If you haven’t got a problem living out your suitcase and can do without a kettle in your room then EasyHotel is not a bad choice.
A. B.
Very good service

(Translated) The location certainly stands out since you are meters from Victoria station that connects you with all of London and surroundings. Without a doubt it is an Ideal accommodation if you want to get to know London to the fullest, the room is small and has the basics, but everything is very well distributed. Thanks to Sabat who treated us excellent. If you want space this is not your hotel, this is a hotel to sleep and rest.

(Translated) Hotel located in a quiet area. Although you will have to walk at least 20 minutes to reach the most tourist areas such as Piccadilly Circus. The rooms are small and clean. The price is reasonable for a city like London. Near to the train station. Good option

(Translated) Small room with window. Actually very small but why not .... Useful for sleeping ... By cons the sash window is too badly insulated and it is terribly cold ... Fortunately we asked for a second quilt and they added a small auxiliary heating. Ideal for a short stay and be in the heart of London with a good price

(Translated) Central hotel location ... 30 minutes walk from backingam palace and 5 minutes walk from victoria station (which connects perfectly with all the main stops) and also the sorting of buses from London airports (excellent for those arriving / departing from stensed).
The rooms are extremely small ... about 3x2m including bathroom in the room, therefore not suitable for those who love comfort, since it is difficult even to dress or open the suitcase. I gave 5 stars because everything is exactly stated on the hotel description. Very friendly staff, even some of them who speak Italian. The beds are very comfortable in my opinion ... but perhaps a double pillow would have been perfect ... a very positive experience for me ... a little less for my wife who found it difficult to move inside the room. Feedback ... if you love comfort ... spend double if not triple for a hotel in the same position. If, on the other hand, you prefer to experience London to the full without financial restrictions ... this hotel is your best choice!
(Original)
