Visited Edward hotel couple of time. The staff is friendly and the rooms are nice and clean. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good 3 star hotel in the Paddington area.

Amazing hotel, small with atmosphere. Funny and accommodating staff. Rooms are small but for London, they are just perfect. Very close to station, shops, and attractions. I will be returning for sure!

Stayed there a couple of weeks ago on the third floor. Location quite great not far away from Paddington and Lancaster Gate. Fair price to be honest and great staff too check-in was fast, it took no time to get in the room.

Perfect little hotel in Paddington. I stayed in July, after the hotel reopened. Rooms are small but very clean. There's clear signage of instructions everywhere. I felt very safe there. Very polite staff and I'll definitely return. Definitely recommend!

Room was ok for money, £ 10 taxi to westminister. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Friendly staff. Big reception area. 2 steps to entrance. Parking at hotel £25 a day, car is safe as overlooked by reception. Takeaway close that opens early so toasted ham and cheese sandwiches for breakfast and lovely coffee. Quiet location.

We visited london for the first time. We choose this hotel for the proximity with the underground and the good location. We know that housing is expensive. The room was small with small window. Breakfast was not good. The different hostess of the hotel was very nice and kind.

I liked the hotel, check-in was quick, it is very good location by Paddington station room was comfy and good size for 4 people there was 2 rooms in one with en suite bathroom. The only problems we had was the noise from the opposite restaurant, there was also a confusion about the luggage storage if it is paid or not while you staying at the hotel, so we did not leave the luggage in the morning like we always do and went around London with our suitcases.

Fairly priced room in London, not the best but okay. Breakfast in your room without any real dining area. Some of the staff were less helpful, others were very helpful. So if you get a "we can't do that" from one person, try someone else later on. One really annoying thing is the "doorbell" that went of without anyone there at all hours. But as they were under construction on the floor we stayed on, hopefully it will be sorted.

Wow! Surprise package, great hotel 2 mts from Paddington Station. . Arrived here from Australia at 9am. Spacious and comfy room was ready by 11am ( instead of 2pm). The decor is modern contemporary, car park for about 5 or 6 cars, 4 realistically. Situated a stone's throw from Hyde park and tube stations. The rooms are quite small, but then you aren't going to be living in them for long. Bedding was clean. We had read horror stories from other reviewers so we're quite apprehensive. The bed bases need changing as they are covered in stains. 50/50 on would we stay again.

Rooms are OK nothing mad but good if you just need a basic bed etc. Breakfast delivered to your door (well apparently, as I've ordered one for 7.30 stating to reception that I have to leave early. Best place to stay in London! Excellent location just next to Paddington station, which was great for us as we arrived to Heathrow airport and it took as only 15 mins by express train to get there. Many lively bars and good restaurants around, and if you prefer to relax, beautiful Hyde Park is just next door. Hotel staff is super friendly and always come up with great ideas on how you can keep yourself entertained in London :) Room was comfy, just what we needed for weekend stay, but I wouldn't mind to stay there much longer. In fact, it was already our second time in this hotel and when next time in London, we will definitely stay there again.

Hotel is very close to both Paddington and Hyde Park. Location is perfect. Price is very low for London. Rooms are too small, but sure you're not going to stay in the room, are you? Bed is large, shower and toilet are clean, shop to buy some food/drinks right at the corner. Good choice for short-term stay!!!

There are numerous restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. The room was small and one of the two mattresses was totally worn out. But for two nights it is enough. Dazu sind in direkter Umgebung zahlreiche Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer war klein und eine der beiden Matratzen war total durchgelegen. Aber für zwei Nächte reicht es aus. Das Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen und es gab Toast, Marmelade, Käse und Schinken sowie Müsli. Dann noch Tee, Kaffee und Saft. Vollkommen ausreichend wie ich finde. Das Bad war klein aber relativ sauber. Die Möbel haben schon bessere Zeiten gesehen aber dafür war es ja auch günstig für London. Ich würde beim nächsten Mal lieber mehr ausgeben und etwas mehr Platz haben.
