E. S.We stayed here after an event at The O2. We had a family room which was suitable for our needs. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean but a few signs of ware and tear. Very good value for money and a short walk from the station especially if you cut through the Stratford Centre.

A.The staff are friendly and nice. Met the owner who is very nice and tried his best to make my stay a pleasant one, after I was not happy with my room. He gave me temporary room to stay overnight and ensure that I get a better room.
He explained the reasons for the rooms and has given me his word that my next stay will be pleasant one as he will changing alots of things in the coming months.
I will be going back as I believe he really cares for the welfare of the people that stay in his hotel.

I was quite anxious and stressed when I arrived but Nick the owner made me feel immediately relaxed with a warm, friendly welcome. I found my room clean and with all that I needed for a 2-night stay. All the staff were friendly and the atmosphere always relaxed which made my stay that much more special. Can’t recommend enough. The lift problem prevents me awarding 5/5. The owners and staff were all very professional and helpful and so appreciative when I got them some chocolates on leaving.

j. f.The left window didn't close properly, so there was a lot of noise coming from the street and we felt the room was a bit small. The staff was very polite and so friendly, the breakfast was great and had a wide variety, the room was exceptionally cleaned everyday and the bathroom was big.

L. C.We really enjoyed our stay at the Epsilon Hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, tidy and warm. The Staff were friendly, efficient and professional. The location was close to shops, restaurants and transport services. The breakfast area was clean and well organised. The kitchen staff were polite and professional. The Housekeeper was friendly and efficient. Both Receptionists were absolutely fabulous; very informative, very efficient, very friendly, we immediately felt comfortable; they both engaged us in conversation whilst carrying out checking in / checking out duties. I reiterate, we really enjoyed our stay at the Epsilon Hotel and will recommend this Hotel to all our family, friends and acquaintances.
K. B.Nothing about the properly itself. The location was difficult at night but that’s just any place in London so nothing to reflect on the hotel itself Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was perfect size for what we needed and very comfortable. Bathroom facilities were nicer than expected.

Z. R.The Staff Was Very Kind And Helpful, Stratford Station And Mall Are 10 Minutes On Foot, The Nearby Edward Pub Is Very Superb. Breakfast Basic But Optional English Breakfast. Ngood Accommodation At Good Prices. Coffee Is Not Good Quality At Breakfast.
