G. C.On arrival we were wonderfully treated by the fantastic Nick! After a very stressful day bless Nick saw us 2 damsels in distress and kindly upgraded our room for us. He carried our bags to our room and settled us in lovely with a kind friendly attitude. The room was spacious and bright with 4 large windows and clean. On departure again the lovely Nick recommended some good places for us to go on our day out. Overall fantastic stay brilliant staff would definitely recommend!
k. g.I booked this hotel for my mother coming from Ireland for 5 nights. Best customer service we ever experienced. Nick was so helpful and made her feel so comfortable. The rooms were perfect so clean and comfortable. We will definitely be recommending this to our family and friends.
G. P.I stayed at Forest House on Wednesday night 8/12.. I live in the area but needed some where to get away from my family to take care of some business.. I had always seen Forest house and heard about it,but I've never needed to stay in a hotel so close to home before..
I was amazed at how nice the room was..it didn't have a hotel feel about it..Was actually decorated very similarly to my room at home.. The staff are fantastic..Ilias on night shift was as friendly as can be (even with limited English) But the manager Nick was able to answer any questions I had within seconds on the phone.. They are both professional yet personable and I have to say Nick is hilarious..
The room was a good size, very clean and the shower was really hot and powerful..as cold as it was outside that evening my room was also lovely and warm. Ilias on reception allowed me to park in their private spaces (not sure it was included in the cost of the room.)
Im writing this review as im probably more pleasantly surprised than I was expecting. The only bad thing I can say is that I won't be needing to stay here again any time soon. Wish all at Forest House a merry xmas and happy new year. Thanks for having me!

J. R.Booked a twin room here at short notice to attend an event at Alexandra Palace. Found a price online, and booked over the phone after calling to ask a few questions. Great customer service, I almost worried that it was too good to be true!
We arrived around 11.30pm and, as promised, the night porter (a real character) was expecting us and check in was smooth.
The room was clean, spacious and great value for money. A little noise disturbance while other guests checked in, and if you’re not used to the traffic noise you may find it a little loud, but we soon drifted off and had a good night’s sleep.
To top it off, I received a call to say I’d left my electric toothbrush and they very kindly posted it back to me on the Isle of Wight. Simply brilliant. Great option for the price I would recommend. Thank you!

M. W.Excellent Hotel, I was amazed firstly at how easy it was to find free parking by it in London. We were greeted by I assume the owner who was fantastic. Friendly, and made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and well presented, the shower was excellent and free tea and coffee is always a nice touch. In terms of value for money I couldn't recommend enough. Thanks for a great stay
S. D.If there is a warranty for the windows please use it. The breeze coming through every window can not be stopped with two pair of blinds. Shower needed attention. Need to ring bell to get in and parking on the side street. Other than that pleasant staff very clean. Plenty of sockets, heating works well.
More than meets the eye I would say live in tenants also. Area isn’t very appealing but hey it’s the New London.
Would return in summer months.
r. a.Hotel is lovely and clean, staff are very friendly and welcoming. Everything was avaliable in the room, bathroom was gorgeous and one of the best features. But sadly the double room I stayed in, the bed was awful. Too small for two people, uncomfortable, no bed sheets or pillow cases and too close to the wall. One of the worse night sleeps i have had in a long time. The room was too hot with no air conditioning, the windows open but it's still a stuffy room. Sadly the bed let the hotel down.

C. W.Very clean, great value, good location close to Wood Green shops and tube. The 141 bus takes you right into London Bridge. Recommend and would definitely stay again.

G. A.Another fantastic stay from Michael and his team. Really can't fault this hotel one bit. Yes, it's out of the way but what a gem!! 5 minute bus ride to the tube station then 25 minutes into central London. Some lovely local shops that stock everything you'll need during your stay and if you want some tips on what to see and do, just ask one the friendly staff!

E. W.Absolutely lovely staff. Great beds and nice rooms, the only problem was it says free WiFi however nobody gave us a password or told us about it. Maybe put signs up in all the rooms saying the password.
S. A.Not a luxury hotel but very clean and friendly, stayed for one night and couldn't fault it on anything. About a 40 minute walk from Alexandra Palace which was very handy.

X. R.It is either new or under refurbishment. Very comfortable and friendly staff. There are 2 minor issues for me, which resulted in 4 out of 5: There are no bedside lights and the standard lighting is very harsh and bright and housekeeping only gets to the room after 5.30pm. I am back from work by 5pm
A. W.Visited a month ago when some friends stayed by, and it's a decent b&b hardly call it a hotel. Newly done up so the rooms are still in a decent order. Pretty basic, but in a good location, easy access to central London with the 141 to London bridge just outside the door, 329 to wood green & turnpike underground, 102 to bound green or Finchley underground and Brent cross shopping centre quicker with the 232. At Palmers green you have a train sation and a big park Bromfield park, and at 20 minutes walk you have some decent caffes like Starbucks & Pret. Basically if your on the budget is ideal.

M. T.(Translated) Good price. Very nice reception. Since we wanted to go directly, we could deposit our luggage at the front desk. This was then brought to the room. Rooms were ok and clean. The exhaust fan in the toilet did not work though. Anyone who values a well-kept district is wrong here. We were surprised even about the many vacancies. Here you should then take a few euros more in hand and book directly in the city.

Guter Preis. Sehr netter Empfang. Da wir direkt los wollten, konnten wir unser Gepäck am Empfang hinterlegen. Dieses wurde dann aufs Zimmer gebracht. Zimmer waren in Ordnung und sauber. Der Ablüfter im WC hat allerdings nicht funktioniert. Wer auf ein gepflegtes Stadtviertel wert legt, ist hier aber falsch. Wir waren selbst über die vielen Leerstände überrascht. Hier sollte man dann ein paar Euro mehr in die Hand nehmen und direkt in der City buchen.
